I went with my kids today I was quite hungry as I skipped lunch but had to wait almost 50 mins for food Server was nice but food took far too long and it was the worst I had ever had , and I happen to eat out a lot It all tasted bland . I walked out still feeling hungry as I couldn’t continue to finish my meal Sorry but that was my experience

I honestly can't remember having a better burger and fries than this place serves. Can't wait to go back... I think this says it all. EDIT: I am very dissapointed to have to update my review but I just had a very negative experience coming back here. I ordered a complete full price meal for myself plus a kids sized meal for my wife as she wasn't very hungry and was tagging along. I was then told that I couldn't buy the kids meal as it was for an adult. I understand that legally, the restaurant is within its rights to do this but as a person already buying a complete full priced meal, this seems out of the of bounds of reason to me and is discriminatory with regards to who is buying the food when it is there on the menu. At least at McDonald's you're not going to get this...! The owner was totally unapologetic and stubborn about this issue and the place was DEAD! I loved the food when I came here before and wanted to support this business but the owner is giving off a desperate vibe to me and I can't come here now on principle. Such a shame.

Went here seeing the reviews but was disappointed, had the Oklahoma burger as the photos from some previous reviewers looked quite appetising but it was nothing like it looked, the patty was dry and bland. May give it another try, hoping it was an off day!

Shamefully bad quality food. Tasteless, bland and cheap quality. Asked for beef patty to be well done...received pink undercooked meat. Did not taste fresh, there was a smell which was unpleasant. Cheap brioche roll. Please do not believe all the bogus reviews. Chips were cheap frozen fries not real fresh cut. Honestly this was a waste of my money.

Avoid this place! Food has no flavour, it’s bland- dry with no sauces, and you can tell the meat is of poor quality Asked for burger to be cooked through and it was pink inside and raw! There’s much better burger places around. Don’t waste ur time or money here

Got a ‘too good to go’ from here and it was a skinny bowl which was delicious! Fresh pickles, edamame beans, and peppers with rice and chicken coated a delicious sauce, that could have been a thousand island or a Siracha mayo but was lovely. I also ordered the Spesh burger which was very reasonably priced at £6.95, had a healthy amount of cheese sauce and jalapeños. This was my first smash burger and it did not disappoint, they have root beer too which I love and most places don’t stock it. I will be back for more, good work guys!

Very impressed with this lovely little restaurant with a great menu and very good customer service. Have eaten from here a few times, always impressed. Knocks socks off the chain main burger places, these burgers taste like burgers not plastic and very reasonable priced - my children love it here.

Firstly the menu was scattered across about 7 different print outs, so it took us quiet a bit to order and cross check pages. Straight when we were ordering we been notified that the rice for the rice bowl would take 20min to make. So we decided next to ordering salads, coleslaw, sweet potato fries, orange juice and regular fries. Although it suppose to be a fast food restaurant and we choose no rice, our take away order took at least 35 min to get. Top of this while waiting we have been informed that there is no more sweet potato fries so we changed this too. Since we have not been offered a receipt or order number at purchase, when the order got ready they had no idea how to call us. This also made it impossible to double check the items we got. Getting home eating the otherwise good enough meal, I discovered that the orange juice which been placed from the display to fridge while we been waiting expired on the 15/02/2024 which was exactly 8 days ago. This experience is not one we are tempted to repeat.

Food was amazing especially the milkshake’s and great customer service. Will Definitely be going back

Nice burger place with many sits inside. We personally took 2 burgers for take away, they were quite nice considering we don't really live in the city center of London. Placed on victoria road, in the Manor high street, it is a place frequented by locals mainly. Good choice of birgers, toppings and sides, highly raccomanded to anyone who want to have a nice burger without going to far away from home

Always loved the burgers here .. unfortunately I have noticed they changed the bacon recently seems like beef bacon instead of pork and it’s not as good…please change it back. Now I would just order without bacon.

I ordered a takeaway from here and was really impressed, great burgers cooked perfectly, the flavour was not to be missed, also a mention for the proprietor Sean a really friendly individual 5 stars *****

Very disappointed, shop bought onion rings , bland chips , small burger , hot dog ok untill I got to the end and tasted like an elastic band . No dips , overpriced. Won’t order again

Update: I have visited multiple times over the 3 years since my last review. The consistency of the cooking and the quality are still very high. They now have a meal deal option (+£4) The customer service is always excellent. I did get a double patty this time. Very Nice 👌...delicious burger (and buns) I Should have got a double pattie though. Fries were lovely, crispy but fluffy on the inside...which is a must. Nice portions for the price. Missus had a Nashville Chicken burger couldn't finish it( Good for me) that was lovely. They use recyclable packaging too. Great addition to the Manor high street will be using again.

This is one of those small and unpopular restaurants but the food is beyond amazing the burger and the hotdogs are so good. Why hasn’t the restaurant been given 3 Michelin stars

Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again. Really solid.

UPDATE: I’ve been craving their crusty burgers so returned today and am pleased to say it was as good as my first experience. Some of best burgers I’ve had in UK. ORIGINAL Perfectly executed, simple, double smash burger. Well-crusted thin patties, fried onions, pickles & mustard, no-nonsense bun and good fries, £10. Searched for ‘burgers near me’ and this great find popped up. Still thinking about the great beefy flavour two hours later. Nothing fancy, just tasty.

We have been here quite a few times with both friends and family and as a couple. We love the decor, the service but most of all the food!

Delicious hot dogs, but a damn confusing business model. I managed to order 2 fried onion hot dogs via Uber Eats on a Wednesday afternoon. Since then the restaurant is only available on UE on Sundays, only for half an hour at the very end of that day, and they won't even take an order in that tiny window anyway. I'd be ordering from them a lot, and I suspect a great many other people would too, if it wasn't for that one insurmountable problem. I can't work out why a business would deny itself so much income, especially if it went to the trouble of making itself known on UE, Just Eat, & Deliveroo; it seems like financial suicide. And how the holy did I manage to place that one successful order on a Wednesday last month. Come on Stakt, you're already registered on the big three delivery sites; we want to give you lots of money and eat your food. What's stopping you making a fortune?

It's definitely the most consistent burger place since it opened. But I still believe its under rated for what it is. From the ' House' Stakt burger to the Cheese Burger, Chicken 6 the Vege Burger, just some of the reasons why this place is so good. My favourite is the Nashville chicken burger with fries, Jalepeno Poppers, washed down with Ferrero Roche Milk shake. My wife is pretty keen on the Vege burger, too! Definitely never let me down when needing a burger fix!🍔

The best smash burgers in ruislip! After trying nearly all of the burgers there, we’ve created what we think is the ultimate burger. We get the Oklahoma burger but with added jalapeños and ketchup. We highly recommend you put this burger on the menu titled “The Ruislip Burger” or “The Ultimate Burger”

We came here because it seemed to be a modern and clean burger joint. We were not disappointed. The place has a minimalist look with chairs and tables up front and some interesting decoration. The menu is simple with burgers, hot dogs, sides and milkshakes. The lady at the counter was cheerful and welcomed us in. Took our order which arrived in under 10 minutes. Good burger. The milkshake was excellent.

Really enjoyed our food here. I had the Oklahoma Fried Onion Burger which was really good, nice soft bun, and great combo of mustard, gerkins and onions. My mrs really enjoyed her Nashville Fried Chicken Burger, but the Chopped and Topped Fries were something else. They were properly loaded with cheese sauce, jalapeños and burger meat and really filling. My little one enjoyed the chicken bites, you can tell theyre not the generic out of the bag fried type. Nice a tender and little one ate them surprisingly quickly. Great milkshakes too. Stakt is a fitting name, because we are left stuffed.

Had this for take away a while back. Disappointing choice for vegetarians in this day and age. The one vegetarian burger was nice, nothing special. Beef burgers were good. But when you go for dinner these days, rarely is everyone in the group a carnivor. Come on, at least put a veggie hot dog on the list. Vegetarians do like those too!

I rang & ordered spicy bean burger & rainbow slaw - the gentleman who took my order was very polite & professional; when I arrived I suddenly decided to have a portion of fries - the gentleman said it would be a 2/3 minute wait but the chef said he'd give me the batch he'd just made - fantastic service!! I had the Nashville Stripers, Nashville Burger, Cheeseburger & Fried Onion Dog. They all were great and of a high standard. The only issue I had was that the hotdog bun was sliced too deep so it fell apart when eating, so it would be nice if this was improved. But other than that I had a great experience :)

I had a really nice beef burger. I can't recall the name, maybe it was the stakt special with their in-house sauce. It was really nice. The vegetables were fresh and the burger tasted great. The chips portion was really generous too. The pricing was actually very reasonable. Strange that they don't advertise themselves as serving halal meat as I couldn't find this anywhere however the staff and other customers confirmed that it was halal for sure. Would certainly recommend this place to others. Reminds me of Shake Shack.

As an American that recently moved to the area, I am SO EXCITED I found Stakt! The hot dog is exactly the beef hot dog I have been craving and missing from the states. Cheese fries are top notch and a nice large portion. The pressed burger is fab as well. I will be a return customer for sure!

Ordered the Chicken burger, Beef burger, vege burger cheesy fries and Oreo Milkshake. All tasted fine. Reason for 4 stars was becuase I asked if the Oreo Milk Shake could be made crunchy with more Oreo bits, the lady said she couldn't do it. Other places can do it upon request and not sure why she couldn't or not even say "I can try". Other than that the place was fine.

Good food however .. never say they are shut when they are shut .. ordered alot of food, the delivery driver went to collect and they were shut, wasted my time and now have to order somewhere else, accepted my order made me wait an hour and then not get the food ..

Terrible service, food and very rude lady serving. Told would take 15min, we waited over 45 min and lady was very rude to take order , didn’t even give us a receipt even though took card payment. No update on how long it would take.. Food was tasteless and chips really didn’t taste good. One of the worst burger and chips places I’ve been too! Service so bad that we will never return. Pity they haven’t invested in the people they hire!

First time visiting here, was a last minute decision to visit with daughter and grandkids. Very bright and clean with a friendly welcome. The menu had some nice burgers but we had some buttermilk chicken with cheesy chips a traditional hot dog. They serve a number of milkshakes and a Hershey milkshake was ordered for one of the grandchildren. Very tasty was the verdict. Portions were large and tasty. Just a couple of things I would have liked were glasses offered with the drinks and not just the cans and serviettes on the table. Minor points only.

We ordered the chicken burger, a hot dog, fries and milkshake and honestly it all tasted great. Definitely the best burger I've had in this area in forever, chips were super fresh and generous too! Hotdog had great flavour and they aren't stingy with portion sizes at all. Great place we'll come to regularly from now on!

Best burger place in town!! Our favourite place to come and we drive 15 -20 mins from Denham to come and eat here… burgers are perfectly sized and flavoured, chicken strips make KFC strips taste like dried-up 24 hour old has-beens. AND the milkshakes are not overly sweet, unlike most other places!! Clean, good service and quick… hoping to keep coming here for a while. Thanks to the team here!

One of the best, fast food type burgers I've had. The bun was light and didn't overpower the burger (like some). Proper lean mince meat in the burgers with good choice of fillings, with properly melted cheese. Would definitely recommend this place for a quick snack, with the kids as well.

Had the pleasure of dining here earlier this evening. The burgers are amazing full of flavour and good sized portions, chips top notch aswell perfectly cooked. The biscotti milkshakes a winner aswell not to heavy or sweet just perfect. Sam who looked after us really has a passion for his work and it truely shows in his food. Will be coming back very soon.

I have eaten here on two occasions and the chicken burgers are excellent. Adding to this the place is clean and well presented. Service is good and the lady behind the counter has excellent customer service skills that are sadly lacking in many establishments. Give her a pay rise she is a great asset to your outlet.

The burgers are really good. The place is nice and clean. Drinks are okay, very friendly staff. The chips are really good and they have some amazing sauces. Prices are very competitive. First time visit, I’m happy. Will update a second visit with more pictures.

This place is fast becoming a regular place for my family. We noticed it a few months back, tried it a few weeks ago for the first time and now we are hooked. What can i say, amazing and delicious freshly made burgers available in different sizes. We tried the Oklahoma fried onion burgers and were not disappointed. Fries were amazing as well and overall I would say it is great value for money. A refreshing change from all the other burger places springing up everywhere !!! For once fresh means fresh and I guarantee you will crave them again and again. The staff and owners are very friendly to boot and care that the diners have a positive experience. Would recommend this to anybody and I for one will be doing my best to support a local gem like this. Wish them lots of success for the future !!

Got a chicken burger from here recently, really tasty with a good thick chunky piece of chicken and nice tasting bread roll. well done Stakt Kinda Bueno bar milkshake could be improved, the flavour of the bar didnt really come through, maybe worth adding a extra stick in.

Dined in for the first time here. Ordered the chicken burger which was fresh, tender and really tasty. The slaw in the burger was awesome as was the burger sauce. Would love for there to be a kids menu and also a slightly bigger plate/box for the burger as it’s so juicy, it can be a bit messy to eat! Definitely good value for money and would highly recommend.

I was craving a good hotdog for a few days, I remembered this place and gave it a try, it did not disappoint........ Delicious hotdog..... And we tried the loaded fries, they were hot,spicy,very tasty and non greasy...... Order was delivered before deadline,fresh and hot, definitely will eat here again
