Pisces Fish And Chips in Hillingdon

After seeing shop on Internet I travelled from Wimbledon to try pisces. Food was even better than I was expecting and service was great. Place was very clean and was fully cleaned after people left inc wiping the bottles on the table. Will definitely be visiting again regardless of the distance I have to travel. Definitely 5 stars 🌟

Having seen Pisces on my IG feed several times, I finally paid them a visit yesterday and can confirm that their fish & chips are indeed really excellent, amongst the best I have eaten. The twice cooked chips are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and the batter on the fish is light and golden, and neither fish nor chips tasted oily. The place is ran by dad Attila, mum Sybille and son Apo. Attila greeted me with a kind & welcoming smile and Sybille provided me with a warm, personal and friendly service. The lunch time offer is incredibly good value for money, and eating in does not even incur a service charge! I don't know of any other place in London where you can sit down in a bright, scrupulously clean and airy place with nice music playing and have a very decent portion of fish & chips with a hot or cold drink for just £12.50. I was not rushed despite having arrived 30 mins before closing, which I really appreciated. I also had mushy peas and a glass of pinot grigio, both nice too. Importantly for me with high BP, nothing that I ate was salty and people can season their food with the condiments provided on every table. A very nice tartare sauce accompanies the fish too. I will most definitely go back to try other things like whitebaits, scampi, grilled fish etc on the menu. You won't regret eating at Pisces if you have not yet been!

Oh my god, best fish and chips I’ve eaten. Chips was perfectly fried, crispy on the outside and tasty on the side. Generous about of fish to keep you filled. Bookmarked on the maps to be returned!

Had GLUTEN FREE cod and chips which was amazing Granddaughter had sausage and chips which was way tooo big for a 3 year old. Although it was lunchtime and busy we got a table and didn’t wait tooo long for the delicious food.

Messages to driver where to go. Assured me food will not be cold. Seen him go to wrong address. Denies it and drives his bike up the public footway. Bad drills!

The courier was at the restaurant for ages. My order was placed at 6.08pm. BUT not received until 6.54pm. !! Pisces restaurant is 2 minutes away from my home. A distance of .7 of a mile ! according to google, so that time is quit extortionate

Hello. My family visited thr establishment for the first time following very good reviews. They managed to dine in. The place was clean and tidy, service with a smile and the food delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The children loved their food, as did my wife. They even ordered a take away for me. I enjoyed every last morsel. See you again soon.

The best fish and chips we have had in a long time. It was a busy Saturday night so we waited a while but the food was well worth the wait. Fresh cod with flaky batter. Chips cooked to perfection and delicious tar tar sauce. We also had scampi and fish cake which were great! Finished off with apple pie and custard! Fantastic! Will be back

Pisces is definitely a restaurant you can plan a trip to for fish chips. The freshness of the fish, the crispiness of the coating and the potatoes are incredibly delicious. In addition, the friendly approach of the owner Atilla and his son Abdullah greatly increased the pleasure of our dinner.

The food tasted great and it was a very warm welcome. I recommend it to everyone. We were satisfied until the end.

My order was delivered 1 hr later than the initial delivery time offered. At 15:30 I've called the restaurant to ask about my order and they said that the Just Eat platform haven't assigned a driver yet. Ordered got delivered at 15:57.

Shop been taken over again , I only had a bag of chips but they were not good was about 1.30 pm maybe they didn't want to do fresh at that time of day glad I didn't get fish or spend more money in there? I threw the chips away... , it's a shame shop was really good before ...

Best Fish and Chips we’ve had in years. Cod and Skate was so fresh and the batter really tasty. Chips awesome. Staff really friendly and establishment really clean.

We ate in the restaurant on a thursday night and waited half an hour ..food was nice. Restaurant food expensive uber drivers take priority over customers. Wont be going back sorry

A 5 ⭐ fish and chips restaurant, & one of the best I have visited in the past 10 years. Good menu, high quality food, courteous & pleasant staff. Very impressive & clean place. Will visit again in two weeks time with my overseas visiting friends who are visiting London for the first time.

I absolutely love a classic Fish & Chips, whether it’s a Friday or not, but finding a spot that fries up the best hand-battered fish and freshly prepared double-cooked chips, never greasy, using traditional recipes for over 25 years is a rare find. Owners, Sibel, Atila and Apo are true gems at Pisces. The spot is super close to Eastcote Station and the service here is immaculate, the restaurant is super clean and tidy, and it truly makes you feel at home. We had the Battered Cod and the Grilled Cod, and both were fantastic—they exceeded expectations with generous portions and impressive flavours. They also serve everyone’s all-time favourites, like the crispiest Calamari Rings, delightful White Bait, Butterfly Prawn, Crispy Mushrooms, and Onion Rings, all of which were delicious. They have a great selection of drinks, including wine, perfect to enjoy with your meal. The Greek Salad was incredibly fresh, and the crunchy Gherkins, Pickled Onion, and Mushy Peas with a tub of Curry Sauce made the best sides. Pisces Fish & Chips is now at the top of our favourites list, and we will most definitely be returning! Thank you so much.

A true typical restaurant, with exclusively freshly created dishes, excellent service, delightful surroundings. For my birthday they served a special dessert with a candle. I highly recommend everyone to try this place.

Restaurant just walking distance from Eastcote station. Their restaurant clean including their toilet. Staff’s accommodating from food counter staff to waitress and the chef as well. We tried their signature fish n chips and scampi. Worth travelling from London’s city centre to just dine here. Their lunch specials start from 12 noon until 15.00 and ordered battered fried fish that tasted fresh and scampi’s great as well. Servd with fries and some salad. Total bill for 2 people only £23. Truly best fish n chip place.

The chips are nice and the service is generally efficient and friendly. The food is always good and the staff friendly. ordered in advance and arrived at the collection time but the food had not been made ready. When they started wrapping the food one of the items wasn't available and I had to wait for it to be cooked, so no real benefit of pre ordering.

Absolutely delicious. We rarely have a takeaway. We really enjoyed what we ate. And it was very easy to use the click and collect order service. My husband said the team in the restaurant were lovely. And I liked being able to use PayPal which is my preferred payment method.

Whenever I visit from Dubai, I have to come and grab Fish & Chips from Pisces. The whole team is wonderful and so pleasant from the moment you walk in. Had got to be hands down one of the best Fish & Chips meals and Shops I have ever had or experienced

High quality rather than cheap. Inside ULEZ and with non-resident expensive parking from Hillingdon so visited less, but handy if you're coming from Eastcote station.

Now I try to have fish and chips every Friday, if not Saturday at the latest, I’ve been to Chiswick, Hammersmith, Richmond, Ealing and the best fish and chips i have ever had has been at Pisces,The atmosphere when you walk in is relaxed , the staff helpful and polite , the place is immaculate in every way clean tables to staff uniform but I digress back to the food,A large beautiful haddock tasty and with a thin batter finish,for a small portion of chips I was impressed with the quantity I got , piping hot crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside served with tartare sauce And at a decent price,I highly recommend Pisces in Field End Road Eastcote 10 out of 10 to Opa and staff as I said SIMPLY THE BEST

I had a large cod, chips & mushy peas. Food was lovely, fish was nice and fresh. Staff were really nice, new favourite chippy!

I have been living in Eastcote for 40 years and have been eating at Pisces for a long time. I have seen the standard from all previous owners over the years and can honestly say the current quality of food is on another level. Best fish and chips in London, by a long way!

Incredibly clean shop. Food is made fresh to order. Tried the gluten free fish bites. Very good batter and tasty fish. Well done of providing this to those with gluten intolerance. Staff as always were very friendly.

This has got to be one of the best fish & chips I have eaten in a long time. The chips were crispy which I love and usually request they make them crispy but I made no requests and was over the moon when I dug in. The cod was also delicious. Meaty and crispy and well just perfect. The driver was a lovely and friendly man. Thank you for a smooth delivery and thank you for the delicious food cooked to perfection!

Ordered take away from Pisces fish and chips in Eastcote. The fish and chips was not overly oily and you could tell it was freshly fried. Friendly service and packed really neatly for us. Probably the best fish and chips in the area!

Myself and mum had fish and chips after her hospital appt when she didn’t feel like cooking as she was tired. She’s 75 years old and I must say it’s the best fish and chip shop food in the area . A family run business and 100 % the best around , great service , excellent food and fantastic all round chip shop.Cooked fresh . Horrible chips that went rock solid during my take away. Poor quality potatoes with no taste and awful batter. Fish was good quality and cooked well. Over all bad, bad fish and chips. I’ve persisted with this shop since the take over but no more. Harrow has two national award winning fish and chips shops. So it’s a waste of time and money to shop locally when the offer is so below standard. Do not waste your money or precious time on this poor excuse of a chip shop. It seems from Pisces response they do not understand a review. I was not insulting but reviewed the poor meal I paid for, to which I have the right to share my thoughts on.

Chips should not go hard as you eat them. Tasteless unappealing chips. Horrible flat tasteless batter. Fish was good quality and cooked well. Pathetic tartar sauce not worthy of any self respecting chef. Overall extremely poor and a waste of money. I’ve been going to Pisces since 1986 and that’s the worst fish and chips I’ve ever had anywhere in this country. I’ve persisted since the change of ownership but no more. It’s a shame that something so simple can be spoilt by a lack of care and attention.

Food was good and good size portions, it was wrapped well so it was piping hot when we got. The smiley face on the bag always makes me smile, nice little touch. Driver was polite and on time.

Great people, great classic British fish'nchips, clean environment and good affordable prices, can't recommend this place enough for either a nice meal or just some casual newspaper held chips.

Visiting from Saltburn by the Sea which is noted for its Fish & Chips, I was very impressed by Pisces. Perfectly cooked haddock with a generous portion of tasty chips, served in a spotless shop by friendly, happy staff. Will definitely call in again if I'm down that way.

The best Fish and Chips have ever had, cooked to an amazing standard. Staff very friendly and welcoming, the ambience is nice when sit in to eat. Have lived in Eastcote and Ruislip all my life and Pisces is now my go to chippy. Take away lovely too. Always very patient with my son who has ADHD as well.
