Steak & Lobster - Heathrow in Hillingdon

A huge restaurant with half a dozen tables being used on a Friday night. Not a nice environment with one customer on her phone watching a programme with sound on loudly as she ate her dinner. Food was good enough. Big portions though we had lobster and steak they only came with either salad or fries. We chose salad. It looked like half a bag of salad leaves were tipped out on my plate. Can't see for the cost why salad and fries aren't included. Waitress, l won't mention her name, was too overly friendly. Felt like she wouldn't leave us alone. And then when she brought the bill asked if we wanted to include a tip despite us paying 12% service. I told her we were paying that already and she got a bit shirty with us. Wouldn't go back again. Stupid prices in a not so pleasant environment though the hotel looked very plush. It's worth taking a walk to the floor above the toilets to see the indoor streams.

Ordered their steak and lobster roll, this one was decent, but the steak was really bad quality, for what you expect from the price and place, we ate 1/5 of it, the mushroom sauce that came with was a bit odd

I had an unfortunate experience dining at Steak & Lobster Heathrow, and to say I was disappointed would be putting it mildly. The meal felt like a complete rip-off – the lobster was small, overcooked, and chewy. The price of the entire meal was shockingly high, and the service was painfully slow. The food lacked flavor and quality, and it certainly wasn’t worth the exorbitant price, reminiscent of a mediocre Chinese restaurant at best. Save your money and go elsewhere, unless you’re prepared to spend £400 on a rubbery, underwhelming meal. I would never return, even if I were paid to. I do not recommend it.

We had a fantastic meal at Steak & Lobster this evening. The food was great again but our server Christina made the evening for us - very attentive & good sense of humour - thanks Christina!

I recently dined at Steak & Lobster Heathrow and had an excellent experience! I ordered the brioche surf and turf, while my husband had the classic surf and turf. Both dishes were delicious – the steak was cooked perfectly, and the lobster was tender and flavorful. The brioche added a unique touch to my meal. Service was friendly and efficient, and the cocktails were spot on (watermelon mule and lychee martini I believe). Highly recommend if you’re in the area! Confession time- i was left craving the rolls and might have visited twice more in the last few weeks. 😆

Fantastic, we are staying at the Radison Blue prior to flying off on holiday for 40th Wedding Anniversary,and ate in the Steak and Lobster, the food was lovely but the staff were better, Christina our waitress brought us a plate with 2 petite cakes with Happy Anniversary on, such a lovely gesture 🥰

The meal was decent although maybe a bit expensive The wine was reasonable. HOWEVER….. Service in general was completely overshadowed by the waitress asking for a cash gratuity on top of a 12.5 % service charge and trying to justify it by saying the staff never saw that as it was used for administration by the hotel. Did say they could remove service charge if that’s what was required, but that was met by a complete change in attitude and then then to the evening that wasn’t good We decided to go elsewhere after dinner drinks as a result

We came here for a birthday meal. I made the server aware of my coeliac disease, and was asked 'how severe is it?'. Instant red flag. There was no separate gluten free menu, nor did the menu list any allergens. I asked if the steak was gluten free, and was told I can have it without the sauce or fries. No other options listed, no option to substitute. The server didn't suggest anything else. When I asked why I couldnt have the lemon and herb dressing I was told it contained celery and mustard which 'you can't have'. Which is incorrect, and when I said this, the server disagreed with me and told me very confidently that I couldn't have the sauce. They didn't believe me about my own condition! As a 'compromise' the sauce could be served separately with the salad. Lo and behold, I had a steak with salad, with a tiny pot of dressing. A different server who brought it didn't know if it was gluten free either, and went off to ask the chef. They never returned. So no lemon and herb dressing for me. Another waiter who happened to be at the next table helpfully suggested the chimichurri dressing for my steak/salad, which when I tried to order, the original server once again told me I couldn't have it either because it contained cream- again, incorrect!! I couldn't believe it. My substitute, substitute dressing arrived about 5mins later, and I had a chimichurri flavoured steak and salad. No variety. Still cost nearly £40. That an upscale restaurant could have such poor training on allergies is quite frankly astounding in this day and age. We paid more for this single course meal than we have at Michelin star restaurants! I found the experience exasperating as a coeliac and needless to say would not be recommending this to anyone with coeliac disease, food allergies or intolerances. It is hard enough to live with this condition. Please note- coeliac disease is an auto-immune disease caused by a reaction to wheat, barley, rye, oats, spelt and other grains. It is NOT an allergy, and even if it was, there is no such thing as a 'mild' or 'safe' level of allergy/intolerance.

Fantastic service by Reina again, the food is always great, you do pay the price but it’s worth it for special occasions. It was a pleasure to be served by Reina, sometimes food can be outstanding but if service is not special you soon forget the food. It was lovely she recognised us after a while, always smiling and calm. We had sirloin and fillet steaks and to finish off we shared a mason jar. We were celebrating belated birthdays and graduation, lovely surprise again with a happy birthday treat and candle. Thank you again Reina,hope to see you again at our next visit

Absolute joke. It's part of the Radisson Heathrow hotel - an airport hotel. I got denied entry because I had a cabin bag with me. I was a guest at the hotel. Find somewhere else....

Just had early dinner here. Service was perfect. We chose steak and lobster at £48 each, both with paprika fries and ordered a lemon salad (basically leaves, but delicious) at £5.50. Steak was lovely, lobster was pointless. A small bottle of magners and 3 small glasses of very nice Pinot at £9 a glass, a shared desert. Bill was £170, I opted for no service charge and left a tip instead. Would I go again? Yes. Would I order lobster? Absolutely not. Lovely staff and service.

Booked table to come here for lunch but they do Walk ins with too. Haven’t been here in few years . We were served by the same lovely waitress who served me and my daughter all those years ago I think her name was Sarah she sounded Spanish . Very lovely lady . We ordered from the lunch minimal menu I had steak roll with fries . My friend also had veg roll and fries . The service was good like I said . My steak was cooked well was tasty The waitress understood my intolerance to spices etc., only wish they had More choices on the lunch menu .we had a nice time . We didn’t have dessert.

Massive price increases between June and August. Rib eye steak price increased by 23% from £26 to £32, Fillet steak by 31% from £32 to £42, Dessert price increased 50% from £9 to £13.50. Food is good, service is excellent, but this is how to alienate loyal customers.

My wife and I went to Steak & Lobster for dinner and had a great experience. The food was actually really good, with generous portion sizes that pleasantly surprised us. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the lobster was delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The atmosphere was cozy, and the seating was nice and firm, which added to our comfort. Overall, it's a solid spot for a good meal. We’d definitely recommend it and look forward to returning to explore more of the menu. A great place for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience!

Amazing as always. We came Sunday 21st Aug evening. Served by the awesome Alice who is truly amazing in every way. Alice always goes out of her way to make the dining experience the best. We are regulars so it's nice for all the team to recognise where we like to sit etc - so a great personable approach. In addition I would like to say a huge thanks to Reina too who wasn't there that evening but is also amazing and great service. Sometimes we are not dining we just come in and say hello and Reina and Alice both come and say hello! New menu - and a lot more non steak options which is great for my wife so now she can eat something here too! Look forward to returning - my two boys love it here too. Great ambience, classy, elegant and top place

Chilled environment, not a fan of the philly cheese steak but the lobster roll was nice

Visited the restaurant today, wasn’t really a great experience & maybe one to avoid for the future. I spent £86 for one person as I was on my own. What was disappointing was the food and the service. Sparkling water ordered, no ice, no lemon & a dirty glass & the warm was room temperature asked for some ice & got 2 cubes. Secondly ordered virgin pino colada £10 was taste less & full of ice. Started order was the surf & turf croquettes, deep fried wasn’t freshly made as it was still cold in the middle. Main course was ok but you can’t upgrade the fries and if you do you get charged £5.50 so you may as well get two fries. The only time I saw a member of staff was when I got my drinks, my food & my bill. No one came over to check if I was ok. Also the menu price online is completely different to the price inside. They haven’t updated it which is very annoying. One person with starter, main & two non alcoholic drinks came too £86. Not worth it as there are many restaurants locally which are cheaper & better quality.

We were excited to try this place after reading the great reviews. Our experience was awful, however. I got the lobster (after the waiter told me 3-4 times that the cost was 49 pounds, as if I couldn’t afford the price for some reason). We ordered an appetizer that never arrived. We ordered Pinot Grigio, but I swear that we ended up with Chardonnay. The lobster was overcooked and half of it was inedible. Ugh. Horrible experience made worse by the fact that it was our first meal after eating increíble food for the past three days (that cost considerably less) in Paris. The restaurant, itself, was nice inside and the female server who took over our table after the initial rude waiter was very sweet.

Out on the Bath Road are a line of hotels for those too exhausted to travel anymore than a few hundred meters from Heathrow. At the Radisson Blu is the Steak and Lobster. Designwise, a modern, relaxed interior based around a huge circular bar. The choice of cocktails on the menu is pitifully small, and sadly unimaginative. No classics on offer, just one glass size of wine or bottles, and all the usual spirits. The food menu is similarly limited...which can be a bonus as it means that dishes can be properly prepared. Here, there is a choice of just 6 staters, the tacos were particularly good as we're the crispy beef rolls. For mains there's steak, but a better option is the surf n turf. Half a lobster, a large steak and fries or salad. This is what I opted for...the steak was could exactly as ordered, the lobster was dry and tough...and a problem I always have with lobster is that there is never enough flesh to enjoy. The heretiage tomato and feta salad was excellent. For dessert, I pigged out with the Mason jar..ice cream, honeycomb, brownie, toffee bits...very good. Overall, a nice restaurant, completely lacking atmosphere, but with surprisingly good food. Worth a visit

So I went earlier today with my family for my brothers birthday and to be honest I felt very disrespected by the staff considering they were not apologetic for HAIR in my food. At least give an apology or something but no the manager on site was so rude and neglectful of the matter and just wanted to rush us out of the shop. It was not a nice feeling and ruined the special occasion.

Visited Steak & Lobster after a while and I was very unimpressed with the food which was a shame as it previously very good. The service I cannot fault, it was good. The food however was terrible. I ordered the lobster Mac and cheese and only got 4 small pieces of lobster which had no taste. For the price of the food I was definitely expecting better.

Don’t fall for the service charge they sneak in! The T-Bone is a trap, the sirloin is honestly the best flavour. Starters are all very average & overpriced with the crispy steak rolls offering the best value. Chimichuri sauce is delicious but isn’t really representative of its namesake.

I have visited this restaurant many times during the years while staying by LHR. In general, it seems like the place is unfortunately going downhill. If possible, would have given 3.5 stars. What used to be like an american style Steak House, has now become a place with some new waiters and staff without proper training. So many things went the way you would not expect. From ordering to drink delivery, meat cooking, wine service, and finally, the invoice delivery. It was very sad to see it as I used to love the place. Saying that, it is still ok considering the selection of restaurants close by, but I seriously hope that the hired staff would at least be trained on the basics. Will I revisit, yes, again due to the location and the food quality in general. Had Surf and Turf with a tiniest lobster half I have seen for a long time. But the taste was good.

Christina truly went above and beyond as our waitress at Radisson Blu Edwardian (Steak and Lobster restaurant). Her exceptional service was truly exemplary, making our dining experience truly memorable. Not only was she attentive and friendly, but her knowledge of the menu and recommendations truly enhanced our meal. Christina's warmth and professionalism added so much to our visit, and we left feeling truly satisfied and grateful for her top-notch service. She is a true asset to the Radisson Blu Edwardian team. I have spent years traveling the world and her service was the best I've ever experienced.

The lobster quality is amazing here. The surf and turf brioche on the menu is worth trying. Prices are good. And the workers here give you a very warm feeling from the moment you step in. Reina served us, and was very cheerful and welcoming.

The new food and beverage manager is terrible. Overall standard has dropped in his control of the restaurant. You will notice him in his bow tie, accompanied by his miserable face and demeanour, believe me he will put you off your meal. Otherwise, avoiding the so called “manager” the rest of the team and establishment is great.

Was staying at a nearby hotel with slight layover. Craving a steak and wandered into the restaurant. My experience was excellent thanks to Christina. She recommended an amazing starter of the steak rolls with an amazing bourbon sauce. Paired surprisingly well with the white wine (Viognier:Marsanne blend). Filet medium rare was cooked and seasoned well.‘French fries on the side but should have chose the salad. Two red wines- the Chile Cabernet was good but the Spanish Rioja had more flavor. Ultimately a pleasant experience thanks to Christina.

We had a great time at Steak and Lobster. we opted for the set menu which was great value for money. Our waitresses Reina was very friendly, attentive and professional, she really made our experience at the restaurant memorable. The food had great taste and the drinks were very nice. Will be visiting again for the food and the great service we received by Reina.
