We were sat at a table next to the window which was quite cold, nice decoration, me and my partner both had steaks at £38 each i ordered mine medium and my partner had well done. To my surprise they were both served together. Neither of our steaks were cooked to how we wanted it. Mine came out medium rare which I don't mind I finished it but my partners steak was also medium rare on about half of it. The other half was well cooked. As you can imagine she didn't eat much of hers. What made it worst is our table wasn't checked on until 20 minutes after we had finished our meal by which time it was too late to get it corrected we had already waited 1hour for our food. I mentioned it to the waitress who apologised and agreed her steak was not well done as it should have been. The waitress apologised but there was no compensation for the poorly cooked food. We still ended up paying full price. It would have been better if she had offered money off the bill for their mistake. I'm not one to kick up a fuss in a busy restaurant so I paid the bill but will not be coming back.

The food was good. The tables were a bit close together, but I guess that’s to be expected. Nadine was excellent and that’s the main reason I’m doing this review. Friendly, good product knowledge, very willing to sort out any issues and was checking us in a uninvasive way. I haven’t been to a Miller and Carter for quite some time as they are not the cheapest place to eat. However, this was worth it for the Sunday lunch. If I was to give one bit of feedback. For the price you’re paying, either make the Yorkshire puddings bigger or give two Per portion

The steak 🥩 was extremely poor in it's preparation. It was a disappointing tasting experience for a Steak.

I came here for a steak with my mum and sister for my mum’s birthday. Food seemed ok but I thought Talya was very sweet and calm.

Had a great experience at Miller & Carter Ruislip after work today. From the moment we walked in, the service was fantastic. Ina at the bar was so lovely and attentive—she really took the time to recommend the best cocktails, and they did not disappoint! We were thinking of getting the bread with olive oil, but she suggested the prawns with bread instead, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. Everything tasted amazing. Ina also got us seated quickly and made the best cocktails. A little later, her colleague Gail came over to check on us and even suggested we move to a table with better heating, which made such a difference. She was absolutely right! The food was delicious, the service was warm and welcoming, and the prices were really reasonable. Can’t fault a thing. Huge thanks to Ina and Gail for making it such a great experience—we’ll definitely be back!

Nothing like the service or food we’ve had at M&C before: - Steak was 2 grades over cooked, manager tried to rectify it - replacement was uneven. No one checked so gave up - Sons steak was dry, arriving after our mains - Starters arrived before drinks - a lot of waiting staff just seemed to be standing at the pass chatting for most of the evening. The person serving us was good and the lady with the blonde hair was amazing running around the whole restaurant. But the service and food generally was not up to scratch. Will go back to Rickmansworth next time.

Excellent stakehouse. The service is great and the staff very friendly. Kitchen is a bit slow but food is delicious, stakes very tasty, jucy and tender. Highly recommend . Christian.

One thing was, I had trouble with your app, it just wouldn't let me in. While I tried by the doors one of the waitresses ask if I was ok. I explained and she asked the lady behind the bar to help. She was so good, and finally, after removing the app and then trying we got it to work. Our waitress at the table was also very good and helpful.

Had a great experience at Miller & Carter. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was superb, perfect for a nice evening out. The food was decent, but for the price, I expected a bit more in terms of quality. Overall, it was a solid 7/10, and I’d still recommend it for the ambiance and service.

Of all the grill and steakhouses in the area, this is the one to visit. Focused menu speaks for itself using top quality ingredients. From their appies, to their dessert menu, this place checked all the boxes. The clean facilities and good ambience was right in line with the fantastic service we received from Jess. Highly recommended and will be revisiting again in the future

Me and my partner came for a late valentines dinner and had Nadine serving us for the night, and she was absolutely amazing very nice very cheerful and made our experience a 10/10

It's been a while since I last dined here, and just like before, the food was excellent and beautifully presented. The service was top-notch and wonderfully efficient, and our waitress, Michelle, was equally brilliant. Altogether, it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back very soon.

Food Price Value Service You get what you pay for here and it's worth it.

We had a wonderful meal for 2 at Miller & Carter in Ruislip on the Valentine's set menu. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced at £39.50 for 3 courses. Special mention to Jess who was our server she was polite and helpful.

We chose not to read any reviews about this restaurant prior, as we wanted to experience it without any good or bad expectations from other peoples opinions . For our birthdays, we often eat out in Central London and sometimes find the food disappointing. This time, we decided to stay closer to home, and we're really glad we did. This turned out to be one of the best dining experiences we've had. The food was incredibly tasty. Upon arrival, Nadine who looked after us throughout the evening, was absolutely brilliant, she was patient and welcoming. Always a smile on her face, even though it was extremely busy. Despite how busy Nadine was, she still surprised us with a candle on our dessert and sang us happy birthday.
