Amazing food and service. Dale couldn’t do enough to help us all night! and even gave us suggestions for our trip! Would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Booked a table for a family of 7. They made us wait over 30 mins to then tell us it would be 2 seperate tables no where near each other, we had kids for crying out loud, even after getting tables they still screwed up. Will never ever go to any Hard Rock ever again, the whole family disgusted with it all !

We had the opportunity to dine at the Hard Rock Café on a Sunday evening, the atmosphere was very pleasant. Luis our server was very attentive. The meal was very good!! Remember to book so as not to wait.

Lanita from hard rock was such a good server! She was very entertaining, very nice, and vey generous! She had very nice conversations about to us, and the service was very fast!

In addition to her impeccable service, Donneisha displayed a remarkable personality and was exceptionally gracious. If you choose to dine at this establishment, I highly recommend requesting her section. You will undoubtedly receive exceptional treatment and feel like a valued guest.

Hard Rock Cafe is such a diamond in the middle of the sea. It's always a pleasure to visit this place because you can entertain yourself while waiting for your food. Food is always a top tier and perfect. I love to visit very often due to its quality, location, and, of course, it is affordable for anyone.

For tourists like me visiting a huge city like New York, going into a reputed place like HARD ROCK CAFE is something exciting. After having visited hard Rock cafes in India, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Dubai etc, going in here felt nice, but the treatment given to me and my family here was shocking. People working there -if you're overworked or having a bad day - don't show it on guests like us. After buying Hard Rock Cafe souvenirs (tshirts/hoodie etc) for nearly 290$, all we wanted to do was have a drink to take this memory back with us. One of the service personnel at the entrance below asked if we were here to eat or drink, and we told her we'd like to have a drink. She requested us to sit at the bar. At the bar, this huge guy asked my son for his ID. I mentioned to him that my son was 19, and this guy said we can only be seated at the bar with 21 and above. We gracefully accepted it. He asked us to sit at "the wall", but when we got there, a waitress brought in a whole family of 7 with kids and made them sit there. We stood around until the waitress said just be seated here pointing to a table with high bar stools. We had already placed our order with this huge guy at the bar, and he said he would bring our drinks to us. The waiting got longer, no drinks, and the awkward look from the guys at the bar really got to us. Like I mentioned earlier a memorable drink in a reputed place like HARD ROCK CAFE is all what we wanted, but a few people working there and treating us guests like this ruins the very reputation of this place. A real pity indeed! We come there and pay for our food & drink and we give this place business, but to be given the cold shoulder and be treated so badly is but a disaster. Our excitement about being in HRC was trampled upon as we left out the door disgusted and shocked! This has never happened to us. It's time Hard Rock Cafe teaches all waiters/waitresses how to treat people who come there, service with a smile and kindness. Sadly, we'll be taking this negative experience back with us.

Seen more enthusiasm from a coroner after a double homicide than my server, but if I lived in New York I'd be depressed too so I'll let it slide... Still bought a t-shirt.

Awesome place; but they are so used To have many visitors that they don’t bother to please the clients. I had a bad experience with the manager REX; I made my reservation to enjoy the time at the restaurant; we had a good meal but When I was starting to drink my last beer; The manager called us to leave the table As they had another reservation; come on; we were finishing and I was not the entire night at the table; not more than 1.5hours (maybe less; I’m being conservative here). Note: the bill was more than $250 dollars. In resume; they have so many tourists at the restaurant that they don’t care to treat You well. The place is amazing; but I will never return due to the bad service; I don’t wanna be in a place they don’t care for the client.

I have been a fan of Hard Rock Cafe for 30 years. It's always good.

The place is good but the potion is huge.

Disappointed in the place, the burger was harder than a rock, the only redeemable thing was the fries, I expected more from the place and its food, the atmosphere was good and the service was normal. An experience lived but not to return.

Great food! Got the classic burger and it was really good. Absolutely loved the waitress, Lanita. She was very easy to talk to. Definitely coming back if ever in the area again.

I really had a great time at this Hard Rock Cafe! The restaurant offers top notch service - friendly and helpful staff and food that’s perfectly made and presented. It’s aways to walk around and see what they have on display. I had the Messi beef burger. It was divine.

I've never experienced anything like this before. Very bad organization. We were sent from one queue to the next, after a wait of 30 minutes (even though the restaurant was almost empty inside and there were 6 or more waiters running around) we were brought to the table. Arrived at the table - it's a shame there was no breakfast available anymore (it would have been possible before the waiting time) and a service person wasn't available either. Service nil. Not recommended.

I came here with my uncle Ralphy Drogba and ordered several cheese sandwiches. They were very good. The only downside is my napkin was dry and tasteless. I enjoyed Jon bon Jovi giving me a foot massage

Perfect place. Excellent and energetic atmosphere. A large and tasty hamburger portion. New York cheesecake is delicious. In short, one of my favorite places. Highly recommended.

Victim of its success! Despite a half-empty restaurant, 45 minutes of waiting!!!! They warn by text message that my telephone coverage is blocked in the USA…. Even after explaining the situation, he reports the problem to another server, etc, etc……. Too bad!

Went in to have cocktails celebrating our wedding anniversary. The bartender was amazing! Sorry I can’t remember his name, but he was originally from Florida. Gave us complimentary drinks to celebrate and a card. Made our visit really special. Thank you doesn’t express how grateful we are. A really unexpected kind and thoughtful gesture.

The place was very clean , staff was very friendly and professional. Service was top notch . However I ordered a BBQ bacon burger w/ fries . The fries were luke warm and the burger was very dry as if it was for photogenic purposes only .... one reason is because of the mass amount of non stop orders going into the kitchen . This is a tourist location unlike any other Hard Rock location. I believe the burgers were par grilled . The food came out pretty fast because it was already prepared before I ordered. I know not to order sandwiches on. Busy night at this location . The margaritas were delicious @ $15 blue moon beer @ $12

I had the pleasure of visiting the place and the food is not bad, the place is not bad either, except that the manager of the place looked at me from head to toe when I entered and treated me with racism, maybe it is because of my nationality or my skin color, I don't know.

We had an amazing time at Hard Rock Cafe! We ordered off the “Summer Special” menu, which was a great deal—an appetizer, main dish, and dessert for just $45. The food was fantastic! We started with the nachos, which were loaded with toppings and perfect for sharing. For the main course, the 1/2 rack of ribs was tender, flavorful, and fell right off the bone. And to top it all off, the NY cheesecake was creamy and delicious—a must-try for dessert lovers. The staff was friendly, the service was prompt, and the rock-themed ambiance made it a fun dining experience. Highly recommend stopping by for the Summer Special deal!

I have always enjoyed my time at the Hard Rock! If you stop by here I recommend getting Dale’s signature Spicy Watermelon Margarita, it’s lip smackin good.

Our food came quickly and was delicious (steak, medium-rare, with mashed potatoes and green beans). What I noticed negatively was the inflexibility regarding drinks with glass orders and the fact that we had booked a table for eight and then had to set up the tables individually.

Curtis was incredibly friendly and helpful. He walked over and refilled our cups without us asking! Incredibly atmosphere as well!!

Attacked and robbed with my one year old in Hard Rock Milan! Continuously ignored by the Hard Rock team pushed aside email after email call after call iv contacted hard rock on every social media platform and live chat to be ignored and told tough luck after being attacked on their premises! Hard rock will not take any responsibility I have been passed from pillar to post the last 7 months. Hard Rock said there’s simply nothing they can do as they have no CCTV & untrained staff who refused to help or call the police! All of which who witnessed the attack on a child! Shame on Hard Rock! If a woman a child are attacked in the middle of the day in Ireland people help! Still waiting for a response Hard Rock!!

Place to visit. For dishes I highly recommend the ribs, the portion was really large. However, for the tenders this was not really the case.

The waiter forced us to pay a 25% tip, after not having served us during the meal, we needed plates and sauces and we didn't get them because they didn't come over, they saw us raise our hand and turned their faces away. When they brought the bill, they surrounded the amount we had to pay as a tip and told us it was obligatory, that we had to sign. Although the food was good, we won't be back because we had a bad experience.

Food was good but pricey(as expected for Time Square). It took a while for food to arrive. After our meals were done, it also took a while for us to rwcieve the check and pay so we could leave.

Dale was our bartender and provided us with exceptional service. Really made our Hard Rock Times Square visit very enjoyable! The GM, Lucien, came by to say Hi and make sure everything was good, that’s a nice touch & why I always return to Hard Rock’s!
