Always love visiting the Hard Rock and this was no different. We visited twice during our stay in NYC, once for drinks at happy hour and once for dinner. The happy hour drinks are great value, but are only available in the bar area and so it doesn’t apply if you’re in the restaurant. It was good though that we could visit just for drinks, even with our two teenage kids. When we ate there, we had really great service from Melissa, who was very friendly and attentive.

Same old HRC, and that’s the best part! Try to sit in Justin’s section. He made the experience better too!

I had an incredible experience at the Hard Rock Café New York! The food was fantastic. The drinks were also great, and the music created a fun and energetic vibe throughout the meal.

Very disappointed 1/ Although we had a reservation, we found ourselves at a table at the entrance to the kitchen in the passage, even though there were much nicer tables available. 2/ food: I had a Messi Burger that I really enjoyed in a Hard Rock in Brussels which was TOP and there…..help. 2 ultra flat McDonald's steaks, a kind of boiled sausage in place of grilled chorizo….there are only the fries, really good. The hotfudge brownie dessert is huge in quantity (for 2 or 3 ss pb) but the industrial cake type brownie really isn't up to par. Cocktail Ok, although also they don't look at all like the pretty photos. (Missing the fruit). At $15.75 a glass, it’s just not normal. Service ok.

Had dinner here. Wish we didn't. Yes I am a Unity member so we use to visiting Hard Rocks. Big mistake. Classic burger fully plain, nothing on it at all with fries and BBQ sauce. Burger, very very very well done. Classic burger arrived covered in cheese. Eventually found someone to take it back. Second time burger had no cheese but was fully pink. Again, eventually found someone to take it back. Third time it was correct minus the BBQ sauce. Again, eventually found someone to ask to get it for us. My wife had chicken gougons and chips,. Gougons didn't taste right so she left them all, not taking chances with chicken. It was our most expensive meal but definitely not worth it. Won't be back.

An excellent location. Good food, nice atmosphere. I had the impression that I was dining in a rock museum. If you come to NY you must visit this place.

The atmosphere is very spacious and beautiful. The ducks are sensational, abundant and delicious. The attention is good. Ideal to go with friends or family. Super recommended. The location is excellent. You go out to eat a hamburger and walk through Times Square

My friend and I of 35 years from Buffalo New York came to New York City and spent some time at the Hard Rock Cafe. It was an amazing experience. Our bartender was absolutely fantastic. His name was Dale and he was sharp, handsome, funny and very helpful at giving us directions around the city. He made fantastic, beautiful, and delicious drinks that we enjoyed. They were so good that we were actually only staying for one and stayed for three each. I’d like to say thank you to the Hard Rock Cafe and to Dale for a wonderful experience. Rock on!

It's like going to a museum that serves food. The fries are crispy. The legendary burger is ok.

Love going to the Hard Rock Time Square. Charlie the bartender is beyond amazing and super friendly. His service is phenomenal and his drink creations are out of this world. We continue to stop by to have some drinks and see Charlie every time we are in NYC. We love you Charlie, your Canadian friends, Monica and Mike!

A typically American menu in the restaurant located in Times Square. An iconic place where a visit is a must. There is also a beautiful collection of authentic memorabilia belonging to various rock'n roll artists. The store where I purchased a sweatshirt, a t-shirt and some magnets is beautiful.

Got the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and it was very good. The Staff was very friendly and polite. It was really cool to see all the memorabilia on the walls from different bands like Linken Park, Disturbed, The Rolling Stones & Maroon 5.

This establishment is top notch! From the moment you walk in, everything catches your eye. You are so focused on the memorabilia that is displayed everywhere, that you forget about everything else. The staff are super friendly, food is fast and amazing, and you can often hear the staff singing along with the music. What a fun atmosphere. If I lived closer, this would be my regular go to. I highly recommend this place if your in New York, Times Square .

I’m not sure why this place is still around. Choosing to dine there was a mistake—definitely the worst experience I’ve had. Nothing more to say.

I have been to other Hard Rock Cafes, but this one is on top for sure. If you like other Hard Rock Cafes, this one you have to go to. Awesome memorabilia and food was great. 10/10

We chose Hard Rock Times Square to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Visiting NY and not coming to Hard Rock would be a mistake.

Very disappointing, food came and it was cold and also missing a sauce, we were a party of 4 and 3 cold meals came out the other meal was the wrong order. This was our first time to a hard rock cafe and was not a good experience, although the food was discounted on the bill, the bill was placed in front of us without so much as a sorry for the bad service

Great place to come and visit. We came for brunch and had Lanita for our server. She is one of the best servers we’ve ever had. She told us riddles throughout our visit and truly made brunch a great experience!

I was in this Hard Rock Cafe one month ago and I had a terrible experience with costumer service at the shop. No one took care of us, not even say “hello”, when I wanted to pay, the guy at the register didn’t pay any attention, didn’t even look at me or say thank you, I saw that there was the supervisor on the back and he was even worse. I just stopped at the shop because for me was enough.

Very traditional place in the heart of Manhattan, worth a visit just for the atmosphere and the small celebrity museum. Regarding the food, we tried the snacks, which were good, nothing exceptional, a little above the average price of snacks in the city, but worth the experience. The place has a branded items store, the price is also high, but it's worth checking out.

Due to previous dining experiences in NYC, we asked to leave time between starter and main course; this was not possible. Otherwise fine. Very fresh due to the air conditioning.

Everything came out in a timely manner. Our waitress Danielle was an absolute gem! She checker on us frequently and made sure we were well taken care of. Rest of the servers were also very considerate and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was delicious

While on a school trip, we came as a total of 50 people. We were served really quickly, even if my table was the last… I ordered one of the burgers, didn’t want any fries, so a little caesar salad was made for me (and for one of my teachers ; great !) The group menu was adequate and diverse. Our waiter was really nice (I don’t remember his name…). I recommend this Hard Rock Cafe !

Very confusing environment but with quite good food. The service and welcome is done by helpful but not too professional guys. Few of them smile and it almost seems as if they are there to perform forced labor.

Restaurant open only for invited guests, Not even your own coupons are accepted and redeemed upon purchase, everything is at your discretion and goodwill.

Of course a must for Hard Rock Café fans. The ambience is ok, the service is very good as usual, the food is ok. Although in the USA I had high expectations regarding the spareribs, which were really disappointed. Otherwise everything is as you would expect from the Hard Rock Café chain. What I found nice was the Oktoberfest event that was taking place here at the time of my visit.

Booked a table for a family of 7. They made us wait over 30 mins to then tell us it would be 2 seperate tables no where near each other, we had kids for crying out loud, even after getting tables they still screwed up. Will never ever go to any Hard Rock ever again, the whole family disgusted with it all !
