Skoopz Dessertz in Birmingham

They got two of my orders wrong. Poor quality desserts.

They forgot to give me one of my items

Absolutely disgusting. I thought I buy n try for my grandkids as Missed ice cream van. Wish I never bothered now. £17.n some down. I could have made custard better myself. Chocolate concrete are u joking me. You need to go back to school. Absolutely rank. Should have burned my money Instead. DONT BUY only place for this is the bin 🤮

large cookie dough portion size was a bit small for the price

Milkshakes are amazing really filling and full of flavour. Boys were happy and enjoyed them Perfect 👌🏻

The most delicious desserts! The donuts are just out of this world! First time trying skoopz but defiantly not the last, thank you for the best dessert!

So I was ordering a Oreo waffle until I saw one of the workers put rat poisoning into my waffle,and one of the workers sons came to me and asked me to adopt him because he’s mother is not treating him right and the dad was wiping his ball sweat on my waffle and he gave it to me absolutely shocking and discussing 🤢

Food was incredible but unfortunately we were missing an apple crumble from our order.

Found this place by chance but a real gem 😁 Not very big and quiet for a Saturday night but the cake's and ice cream are marvelous 😊 I would say the ice cream choices are more for younger visitors but nonetheless still very good Helpful staff and quick service 👍 also the cake was served up on a piece of slate 👍👍👍 Really nice, recommended

It was disappointing it tasted like a naan bread and crunchy bits the milkshake tastes like milk not biscoff I feel robbed and I might be on the toilet for a couple of days like I have with a papa johns like I have i hope u read this bc its AWFUL and my stomach feels horrible 23 pound wasted that could of been out of my life saving and then can't afford a tin of bean GET THIS IN UR HEAD BC IM NOT GETTING THIS AGAIN MY STOMACH CANT HANDLE IT TY VERY MUCH kind regards

Ordered 9.20pm arrived 11pm, only being updated on time after chasing. I live approx 5miles away from the shop. Waffle was dry. Waffle fries overdone. Doughnuts were nothing special. £32 wasted. Won't be going back and would not recommend.

So I ordered an ice cream as it was i delivered I saw the staff member dribble on it and drop it they then proceeded to give me in I went to speak to the manager and saw a rat in the back

I was enjoying my day until I seen a cockroach roaming around my food it was not nice and there was spit bubbles also in my food

As always, lovely sundaes, exactly as you’d expect & want! Our treat. We tried different ones tonight, and think my new favourite is the strawberry one with actual slices of strawberry. Just yummy but, we like all the ones we have tried so far but still many to go. Yeah! Any excuse lol

We orders crapes and ice cream for scoops, we really enjoyed it! Really quick delivery. Staff are always great.

Food was very disappointing we didn't enjoy it at all. Custard was cold , cookie dough was not enjoyable and the ice cream tasted sour . The waiting time over an hour just for cookie dough to long just eat needs and restaurant need to do better or they going to end up posing customers.

The prices are expensive £6.00 for half a waffle, but then there's delivery, bag fee and service charge don't think I will be ordering from there again.

Food was disappoint and cold… had all mixed up and looked in pleasant.. hot cake and custard was in a dish you could not microwave after it came cold

The Ferrero Roche sundae was lovely the bannofee sundae not very nice rock hard toffee pieces and very cheap tasting ice cream.

It was really good very nice portion sizes ice cream tub could be just a little bit bigger but will be coming back

We always order from scoops and never had a problem. It either comes on time or early and are good portion sizes. Yummy deserts, defo recommend.

Fantastic! Went here on the off chance. Couldn't be happier. Ordered 3 sundaes and a box of doughnuts for us. Really tasty and good portions. Went in to takeaway. Lovely, clean and bright inside with pop art style on walls. Just what the area needs for a sweet treat. Thank you

Waffle and crepe were not very fresh/warm.

Have had plenty of deliveries from here before and quality was as always - excellent. However size of sundae is now definitely smaller - didn’t fill the cup - which was a shame - not sure 3 scoops & 10 smarties make a £5.50 Sundae which is a huge shame :(

I'm glad the food came early because I didn't want to wait as long as the stipulated time. Tasted nice, presented well. It was still hot.

Not the best icecream. The Malteser flavour tasted the same as the chocolate fudge brownie flavour and all the flavours we tried were inconsistent like they were poorly mixed.

Good atmosphere, warm welcone and wide range of high quality desserts, drinks, ice cream and shakes. And all at great pricea. I also noticed they deliver locally as well. Try it and enjoy 😎💖

Tried ordering on just eat and found that it may say no minimal order, that is untrue. Minimal order is £12. Then I find that delivery to my address which is less than half a mile away, it's £3.50. I then tried ordering my delivery over the phone only to find I can't pay by card, it's cash only. what a joke.

Read about this place online and saw the reviews. Took my 9yr old twins for a Saturday afternoon Sundae treat. Staff were amazing. Menu available but led to believe we could order anything. Ordered a brownie sundae and a Terry's chocolate orange sundae. Took a while for the twins to finish it but finish it they did. Both said best dessert ever. Will I go back... Damn right we will.

Oreo Milkshake was horrible it had barely any Oreo in. Crepe was chewy like it had been warmed up. Not worth having.

Little disappointed by the cornflake cakes arriving covered in hot custard which made them inedible 🤮would be preferable if you kept them separate. Otherwise the doughnuts were fantastic as was the chocolate fudge cake and the banana milkshake.

First time ordering from here and all I have to say it was amazing and all nice and fresh will definitely be ordering again

The desserts here are amazing, you always get a great sized desserts that’s always bursting with toppings, fresh and well made. The staff are really friendly.

Me and my partner absolutely love this place. Service is excellent and very speedy. I do collect all my orders so cannot comment on delivery service but my telephone order starts with a nice welcome and a very speedy service. Prices are good and as a regular now there is definitely nowhere else id rather go for my milkshakes.
