We came here as we usually come here for pizza and the salad, the pizza was nice but a bit more oily than it usually is. Salad bar was good as as always, service is good just once they have brought your pizza across, if you have puddings it can take a bit to get someone's attention to say you would like your pudding now. Other than that usually good food and service..

Visited with friends for mid week lunch. Comprehensive menu, nice small plates a bit short on vegetarian options Drinks orders taken and filled quickly, 40 minutes for service of food. All our options were tasty, nicely presented and of a good size. Service friendly and professional. Lost a star because 17 diners on 6 tabl3s were all crammed into a very small area - very noisy conversation almost impossible. The rest of the large restaurant was completely empty so this was not necessary

Quite Run down needs a renovation, sticky tables and ripped seats. Food is decent but not the best. *Update (May the 18th) Massive jump in quality with every aspect. Went for a carvery this sunday.

I ordered chicken tikka kebab and it wasn't that, it was huge chunks of chicken no flavour and definitely no tikka and not even any seasoning, ice berge lettuce cut into big chunks. It was that bad I gave it to my dog! Won't be ordering here ever again! Looked at hygiene rating after and it's a 3 and I understand why. Chicken was so dry so my guess is that's it's old chicken

Ordered online for delivery at 7pm. Arrived at 7pm a party of 9 people. Everyone was very happy and food delicious. Driver who delivered very pleasant. Well done! Thank you

Order didn’t turn up despite ringing them 20 odd times

Called here a numerous times after our Shropshire holidays on the way back home, it was the end of our hols place to go for.. We won't be going back again food was quite cold and you seemed a problem to give you customer service with a smile.... It has now changed to Dobbies Garden centre.

My husband got charged £3.00 for 4 small tubs of curry which they were only half way full.

Been a few times recently and when you order either a single Cod or Cod supper the quantity you get of fish is very poor only around 5 oz. All other takeaways give you the full fillet of fish. Clearly cutting the fillets smaller and charging customers the same price for a full fillet. Nowhere on the menu does it disclose the size of portion you are getting. Got home and seen it was very small and went straight back to the shop for a refund and complained.

Really mediocre food, and charge way too much for it. Steak was ok but not worth £35! Burgers greasy. Really expected better for the money. We won’t be going back. Positive was service, very attentive, but otherwise a meal to forget.

no cookies for meal deals and who's bright idea is it to always put the drinks ontop of the subs so everything is wet, squashed and cold?

Ordered a Texas bbq as usual, and I had the app receipt to prove it but when I came back they had gave me a veggie supreme wouldn't do nothing about it and dismissed it.

We visited the Half Moon as a family of 10, it is situated by the river which is in a beautiful location. It was a warm sunny day and we sat outside. We did have to wait a while for food, but we understand it was really busy inside and out, the food was well presented and well cooked and we would definitely eat there again. Well done to all the staff who were extremely busy, you are appreciated 👏.

Amazing place to be very friendly and polite staff management are fantastic and very helpful as are her employees definitely will be visiting again
