order came but was missing the drink that was part of the meal deal.

I liked the atmosphere. Staff were welcoming with smiles and readily to assist.

Undercooked pizza that wasn't even cut properly. I had to put it in the oven for another 5-10 minutes to fully cook it and then cut it again myself as it hadn't been cut through, just the top layer.

Staff were great, food is incredible good. Better then Domino’s or papa johns or anything else in town

The pizza topping was smashed into the top of the box and stuck to it. The rest of the pizza was curled up around in on itself and was inedible.?! I think this must’ve been the delivery driver because all the toppings that I paid for was stuck to the top of the pizza box.

BEWARE!!!!! Toppings stuck to box!!! I think the pictures say it all, I ordered extra cheese and a stuffed crust, the pizza arrived, and as we opened the box, the entire pizza came with it, until only the base of dough fell into the box, all of the toppings were smashed to the top of the box And held in place by the extra cheese I paid for?!! Absolutely terrible, the pizza or should I say the naked dough that was left over was freezing cold and I’ve already asked for a refund. The delivery driver must’ve stuffed his boot so much that my pizza was just squashed, I paid £30 for something I didn’t eat.

Food was cold and terrible quality. Chewy dough, barley any topping, cold potatoes and the order was missing items. Our drinks weren't delivered!

Not my order complained and some rude woman could not understand asking me silly questions then said complain to just eat and hung up.

Food was undercooked I tried ringing no answer rang the next day but was told I should have carried on ringing at 8pm when I was trying to sort my daughter to bed. The Shift manager was rude, this has 2.9 ratings is someone going to do something about this if my daughter ate that pizza she could have fallen ill.

Food ok. Deal prices not too bad either.

The food was cold and I placed my order at 6.20 and didn’t receive it until 8.20 which was 2 hours after I placed the order.

Iam in no way affiliated with Pizza Hut, I live 10 minutes drive from the Trench shop we have a pizza from here once a month when we get paid . Not sure what all the negative vibes are about this particular take away are but we have consistently had good freshly made hot pizza . The guy who always seems to answer the phone also cooks and takes payment when you get there to collect I believe his name is Tono ? He seems a top bloke as well as all the other staff I have made contact with . Most of the moans seem to be about late and cold deliveries ? Well do what we used to do get in your own car and collect it it’s not rocket science . Don’t think that when you place your order at 7.30 PM on a Saturday night that you are the only person doing so, more than likely the drivers are rushed off there feet . Trouble is a lot of people want to do everything off there phone and not move a muscle, don’t let the negative reviews put you off help the store out by collecting your order plus you will get collection deals so everyone is happy, we are 🍕🍕👅

Driver had not kept it in a warm bag standing at my front door in pouring rain making it all soggy the garlic bread had no taste, pizza wasn’t cut and garnished. The chicken wings were just mainly bone

Not the workers at Pizza Hut’s fault for lateness (which was two hours by the time I got my food ordered before 4:30 pm, they were extremely helpful, accommodating & understanding when I rung him remaking my order since the Just Eat driver wasn’t very timely unsure exactly what happened, but I had two drivers one with the original order which had gone cold and another with the hot remade order within five minutes of each other whoever it was I spoke on the phone. Thank you very much for your service. Just Eat need to act in gear with their drivers

Box was open.. was not sealed half was on top of the other half not what I expect for a company taking 10 percent for some reason.. anything could of been on my pizza why wasn’t it sealed

Is getting worse and worse when an order is placed woth justeat. Ordered at 19:10 arrived at 20:20....really? Will never use any food delivery from now on. And the food is almost cold...is like i warm it up .... very bad service.

Freezing cold hot food and defrosted ice cream, totally the wrong way round!

Called the shop as the delivery service status hadn’t changed on just eat. Spoke to an EXTREMELY RUDE boy called Tod! Apparently Tod is the shift manager… Wow, not very high standards if he is the manager.. I was very polite, asking if the food had been waiting a while as he was blaming the delivery driver, which was fine, and that I could understand not being him to blame, however he wouldn’t let me speak and just spoke at me! Not listening or even wanting to listen! I asked if the food had been sitting long and he basically stated it’s not his problem or the restaurant for that matter. Now correct me if I’m wrong but the business are responsible for serving great service and good cooked warm food? Yes the delivery service let him down but he would not help me and said if you have an issue take it up with just eat. Didn’t try to be nice or even reason with me (the customer). How a business can have someone like ‘Tod’ managing the shop floor and speaking to customers the way he do to me is unbelievable. I Will NOT be using Pizza Hut again, all down to Tod.

Food extremely cold!! Even called the restaurant and spoke to the shop floor manager ‘Tod’ who said the food had been sitting for 25 minutes waiting for the delivery driver - blamed just eat - couldn’t do anything for me, spoke to me terribly with attitude and said take it up with just eat when your food arrives cold! Which it did, tried to say hello to the driver 3 times who just looked at me didn’t say a word and walked off. Cold food, terrible service, I want a refund!!

was very disappointed with this pizza even though it's coming from Pizza Hut I thought it would have been top-notch pizza but it was absolutely disgusting and couldn't be eaten I should have ordered from Domino's far better pizzas

Had to drive down to the store as our order was marked as delivered but we never received it. We got to the store to find out that the delivery driver had stolen the food. Store was very apologetic and remade the order straight away. Not a bad store (we order from here often), just a bad delivery driver.

Lovely pizza and great value for money

Prompt delivery service, and still hot when it arrived, chicken wings, in particular, tender, succulent, and hot, another satisfied customer from Pizza Hut, it may be a little more pricey than dominoes, but at least it’s edible when it gets here, not to mention the driver made me check my order before he would give it to me because he was worried he had grabbed the wrong one, now that is sweet👌🏻

Should have gone hungry. What a waste of money that was. The whole thing lacked any flavor, the pizza was greasy and the garlic bread wasn’t very garlicky. Safe to say I won’t be back here.

Ordered online for the first time, we usually do it over the phone. Got the order correct, despite the app messing about a little. Didn't have yo wait long for the order either, when we picked it up, which was a bonus, as they usually say 20mins, but its often a lot longer.

The food was terrible. I ordered two margaritas and they were on a pre made pizza base with garlic paste all over it. I didn’t pay for a cheap pizza with garlic on it.

Shocking! My ice cream was completely melted like liquid (unable to eat) the cookie dough was not baked properly and the pizza was just absolutely disgusting. I never complain about any meal I have but this I couldn’t hold back on. I paid nearly £35 for this when I was really hungry and the food is all in the bin ( as I have told the restaurant to collect from my house). Would not order again.

Orderd food at three o clock for five food turns up 50 minutes late after being told a pack of lies over the phone, food turns up cold, when you try to complain the owner of the franchise zoltan trys to fob you off with having to go through customer service, and email back. Blames a staff shortage but happy to take money and orders they can't fullfill total joke of a manager. Avoid at all costs

I've loved Pizza for only 1 thing. And that is, The Pan Base. All other bases are not the same.

Ordered a Meat Feast with onion and mushroom as extra. I simply got a onion and mushroom pizza not a single bit of meat on it!!! Very disappointing.

Decent pizza, at a decent price. Had the cheese stuffed crust but not sure it was cooked enough. Still blocky/thick. Not melty and gooey like it should be. Shame. Not sure customer satisfaction is high on their priority list.

Order from here regularly and it’s always on time and always great quality every time. Made an order yesterday and forgot to add drinks onto the order so me and my partner called up and asked if we could add the drinks on and they threw the drinks in for free! Amazing customer service, really kind and helpful.

Took an hour for two cookies and some I've cream but it was tasty and hot I'm guessing they were just waiting for the delivery driver

I've ordered a few times now as I wasn't impressed with the quality from another large pizza company. My mum is gluten free so rarely has a pizza. Each time I've ordered, the food arrives on time, piping hot and if tastes excellent. My mum is really pleased with her gluten free pizza so I can't fault this place.

Ordered a pizza and was told 15 minutes, 45 minutes later nothing, 3 other customers had come in after me and gone, went to complain and the employee thought I'd already had my pizza, even though I had been standing in front of him for nearly an hour. Another customer walked in bringing a pizza back, wrong order, the employee took the wrong pizza in the back and gave the customer the correct pizza, mine followed 2 minutes later, AND YES IT WAS THE RETURNED PIZZA THAT THEY QUICKLY REHEATED...... should've gone to Domino's next door.

I buy one pizza pepperony and it was not cooked proper it was around 3 p.m in Trench in December....

Pizza was dry and cold and it took ages to turn up. The Mac and cheese was the only okay thing.

The quality of our food tonight was awful,, we ordered nachos which came A slab of cold cheese and no nachos, to be told another would be sent out, to come over hour later and a lad turned up with it and it was even worse then the first and stone cold no nachos, worst food for a long time.

Props for the fast delivery and food was alright... other than it being the wrong order and forgetting some items.

Delivered on time ✅ Lovely and hot, delicious pizza ✅ Friendly driver who kept the delivery completely contact-free ✅ He stood the 3 metres away from the door that Just Eat said he would and I got a smile, thumbs-up and a thank you from the driver. We hardly ever have takeaway delivered so this was a great experience, thank you. 😊

!!WARNING!! if you want to cancel your order. Nobody takes the complain in the store. They send you to a phone number that send you a link. The customer team response the email in 10 days. Waiting for more the two hours when the Store always told me a lies about the pizza will be there in 30 min. Finally canceled and that was answer I've got. I will update here when I will get my refund. Don't purchase any pizza here

Food was ordered at 18:30, it’s now 21:39 and still no food that I’ve paid for, can’t get hold of just eat or Pizza Hut to ask what’s happening, disgusting service. I understand that’s they are probably busy but that is no excuse for non existent customer service, WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN
