I think the best pizza 🍕 in Telford.

Ordered two large kebabs however if you put the two together you'd be lucky to end up with a medium sized kebab! I phoned to complain only to be told the chef confirmed they were large... If he'd ordered large kebabs and paid £17 I'm sure he'd have something to say... Shocking!!!!!

I go here all the time and it’s one of my favourites. Cheaper the domino’s and arguably better food

Ordered food and my chicken strips were bland, had to oven cook pizza also as my food was literally half cooked I spent over £20 and the best part was my Pepsi.

Ordered from here last Monday 2 pizzas for myself and my wife - Was horrified to find 3 dark black curly hairs sticking out of the cheese in my pizza. Waiting on a refund, but based on what I’ve read on other reviews; I doubt I’ll get one. Do yourself a solid, don’t order from here; spend you cash elsewhere!!

Ordered two mixed kababs the small one was fine the large one was just pure fat I’m 5 and half months pregnant so rang up and said the man laughed at me not only that was really rude asked if there was anything they can do he then replied with attitude saying he’s the manager and he carnt give me a refund untill the “gaffer” was back from Pakistan I asked how long that would be he told me 4 weeks. Not only have a just wasted food on something I carnt eat but carnt even have my money back!

Order food from them as was saying open on line payed by card ,took the cash ..called in after an hour no answer went on there Facebook page and called there WhatsApp number to be told there not open and the guy I chatted to was in India...PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN ORDERING ON THERE ON LINE PAGE ..

chips were wet and tasted like cardboard, chicken nuggets were chewy and gave me stomach pains afterwards and i would like my garlic bread i was charged for and never given if i could give this place zero stars i would !!!!

This pizza place is the worst place I’ve been too I was expecting lush in my mouth but ended up with dog food my friend clearly said one of the orders and ended not receiving the garlic bread but still was charged for it my stomach hurts is ruling and gruling after this food the food was wet and floated in water and grease and the chicken nuggets looked like they were microwave and were left there on the side

Had pizza yesterday very greasy and the chips were like cardboard not fresh me and my partner have both been ill today

honestly so bad. my boyfriend just ordered us food and the chips tasted like pure cardboard, the pizza was really oily and the chicken wrap had no taste to it. it was like the chips had been left out after being cooked and then put into the microwave to be warmed up for delivery. money wasted, we are not happy. don’t order from this place. food wasn’t even put into a bag, just wrapped in a thin sheet of paper.

Absolutely disgusting, never tasted anything as bad. It says alot when even the dog turned his nose up to it. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND NEVER EAT FROM THIS PLACE. If i could give it NO stars, definitely would be worth it.

Best pizza about. Its lush every time. Used to use domino's. But don't bother anymore. Consistency good. Unlike domino's which is hit and miss. These never disappoint. And it always arrives hot!! Wouldn't get a pizza from anywhere else. And I'm really fussy.

Don't even bother with deserts, they are frozen (chocolate fudge cake) plus (new york cheese cake) get them from a supermarket. And defrost them before hand.

Order came 15 minutes late with stale, bitter tasting chips along with half frozen vanilla cheesecake. Would not recommend.

Always ordered from here, mix kebab wrap. Always amazing food until today's order, covered in grease. Meat is terrible and dry. Even the chips are shocking what are usually beautiful. Whats going on? A year favourite of mine now gone down the pan....

First of all we was sent the wrong drinks, secondly the burger buns were stale as anything no sauce in mine although I asked for it and mayo watered down in the other. Lettuce was also soggy. Chips were like cardboard and onion rings were cremated. Not happy to pay that price for such poor quality food. Not a happy customer!

We were looking for a cheaky takeaway late on Sunday night. We picked Pizza Time Telford were still delivering so took a chance..... SO GLAD WE DID!!! Awesome kebabs and fabulous wings. The hot sauce is well spiced and really nice (my daughter said it was very hot but she's a light weight) I think it was awesome. The naan bread it came in was light and fluffy and sooo tasty. Honestly guys this was one of the best kebabs (and trust me I've eaten a few in my time) that I have ever had. Up there in the top 5 for sure. Give these guys a go their food is excellent. The delivery was also hot just like it had been just cooked. Thanks again for such a tasty meal.

I am a very fussy eater especially when it comes to pizza I normally only eat 1 piece but tonight I ate 4 plus fluffy wedges and chicken wings. All fresh ingredients tasted amazing very good communication and manners. Will definitely be using pizza time in future

Edit to my previous review from 7 months ago, I first gave this 5 stars and I’ve used it on and off since they re opened. The pizzas are still nice although not every time is the same. I can’t comment on anything else because after noticing a huge price increase there was no way I’d pay £3.99 for a chicken burger. Unfortunately I doubt I’d be back.

Don’t know how these have recent good ratings they must be drunk people/fake ratings this food was below average and a last resort Came half hour early not a good thing. False advertising as I ordered jalepeno bites came red spicy pepper bites. Pizza was below average. I’d be cautious of the chicken as there’s no meat on them, very very greasy chicken and it’s nothing like the picture I can tell you that for nothing. Chicken was greasy skin, tasted and smelt funny. Probably pigeon and so were the false jalapeño bites. Waste of £30. Never gonna get here again. I’m a proper foodie and know my flavours and textures very well.

fast delivery piping hot food the 16" pizza is massive for and for £9.99 it's a bargain and they actually put cheese on the pizza not like the big named pizza shops!! first time ordering and will definitely be ordering again

First time ordering from here and definitely won't be the last. The pizza arrived promptly, the delivery driver was courteous and polite, the barbecue meat feast was the tastiest pizza we've ever had it was crammed full of ingredients and so much cheese. We upgraded the crust to the bites and it was amazing. The fudge cake too was mmmmmmmm stick a fork in us were done and have pizza leftover for tomorrow BONUS!!!!!!!!

Absolute rubbish under cooked chips kebab meat dry hard like it's been there all day, I wouldn't feed it to a dog , waste of money went straight in the bin avoid if you don't want food poisoning.

Normally rather good when it comes to their pizza's but anything else is upsetting. Have ordered a few times from them and have been given the wrong order, or Uncooked food having waited for a hour + was not happy having to wait for another hour to get a replacement item given it be a food or a drink. Would only suggest if they are ordering pizza.

Used to order from Pizza Hut but after a bad experience we decided to try somewhere else. Having diven past Pizza Place hundreds of times but not purchased from there we gave them a go. We were pleasantly surprised at the difference in quality of both the did and the service. Their fries/chips are not great but the pizza is the best we have ever had. We now have pizza more often and order from Pizza Place every time.

Just moved to Telford area and thought I'd treat myself to a pizza and a dessert. Keep searching people as this is horrible. I ordered a medium pizza and the ingredients were typical of a cheap run of the mill pizza shop. The dessert I ordered was a cheesecake and it was horrendous, tasted just 1 spoon full Andy goodness I spat it out immediately, that was not a dessert! WASTE OF KIN MONEY!

The burger & diet coke was nice BUT chips were so soggy could not eat them & the cheesecake I ordered came frozen!

GREAT PIZZA'S - I tried Pizza Palace for the first time and was amazed at this little gem of a pizza shop. The smell hit me as I walked in and the service was great. Nothing was too much trouble. Then the best part the "Deli Delight Pizza" was amazing. I've rushed home to write this review as I simply had to get the word out. 5 stars guys.

I don't think I've felt this full in ages!! Just ordered pizza and kebab for delivery from the pizza palace! Firstly the lady on the phone was really friendly and helpful! Then the pizza was here within good time! AND the taste was something else!! They're not conservative with their toppings-they're fully loaded with toppings (just how me any my boyfriend like them)!! And the kebab portions are huge! We were all stuffed by the end! I'm never ordering from the chain restaurants again! Pizza Palace all the way!!! :-)
