The best restaurants in Nechells Birmingham West Midlands

La comida estaba muy bien cocinada y agradable. No estamos seguros de volver debido al extraño concepto de compartir "platos diminutos" de comida. Creo que teniendo en cuenta la ubicación (gastos generales, es decir, alquiler) y la cantidad de comida en el plato, fue una cena cara y no satisfactoria.

El sitio de Leamington es desagradable con hierba creciendo los escalones. Los inodoros están abajo frente al área de preparación de alimentos que está detrás de una cortina. Estábamos apretujados en una mesa que era rocosa sin espacio. Habíamos roto la vajilla sucia tazas sucias y tuvimos que pedir cucharaditas y leche. El azúcar estaba en otra taza que estaba pegada al fondo. El café era de muy mala calidad. La comida estaba mal presentada con la quiche siendo una estafa total. Lo único destacado fue el bollo con mermelada y crema. No estuvimos mucho tiempo ya que nuestra experiencia fue salir de aquí. No fuimos los únicos que pensamos lo mismo. El lugar necesita una buena limpieza. Compra un regalo... nunca más.

such lovely food, welcoming atmosphere and kind staff :) went the other day and will definitely be coming back!

I Difficulties to park. The limited space in the area, which is full on a Sunday, no alternative but to park in car park venue , payment starts from £8.00. I attended an event at this place that would not go back. I gave a 2 star for service because the servers were attentive only to sell they shots. The building is dark and dingy, smelling of stale food. Building needs a good deep clean.

Visited this place with my friends had Turkish Tea and Knafeh. They freshly made the Knafeh. We loved it highly recommended

This is the most lovely coffee shop in the area :) The staff here are some of the nicest I have met , specifically Mahtab and Mohammad 🫶 They make me feel welcome and genuinely just make the experience better 🫶 Thank you x

Got chicken and chips and kebab and chips...stone cold chips, chicken was dry and kebab was stale....a shadow of it self....NO longer a local legend....told the owner but he became heavily defensive saying if it was bad why didn't I come back on the same day! NO apologies and starts speaking in mirpuri with the staff....as I don't speak that dialect...caught few words mocking my complaint. The only thing that's worth trying is the cheese burger as its grilled and not pre-cooked. Shame lost a repeat customer who came here for years!

Great bean selection for a decent cup of coffee and non-specialty/roastery coffee cafe. It is recommended if there's time left to catch the train.

Just had a bottomless brunch here, service was superb and speedy and bar staff were incredibly helpful including Roy who was our main server, couldn’t recommend any more

I always enjoy coming to the anchor - the staff are super friendly, great service, good choice of beer on tap, and the cocktails are great. There's outside seating and a cosy lounge as well. Really nice vibes, and good music in the bar.
