The portions are small, and the value for money is extremely low. With such limited options, they’re running an all-you-can-eat hotpot—I was really worried we wouldn’t get full…
Even at the sauce station, they were stingy with the chili, and we had to specifically ask for it. As for the meats, they only offered lamb, beef, and chicken drumsticks. Everything else had to be brought out on a small cart.
Speaking of the cart, it was frustrating. During our 1.5-hour dining time, it only came by four times: once with squid, twice with sesame balls (dessert), and once with some kind of noodles or something. Honestly, we had no idea what we were supposed to be eating…
In the end, after seeing how unhappy we were, they gave us some shrimp paste. But I’ve never seen shrimp paste like that—it looked artificially processed, and there was even an unidentified hair in it.
That being said, the overall service was decent, and the staff was polite.
I took my couple to Chapter to celebrate her getting anew job. We often use Chapter as the food is excellent and the service impeccable. Sadly, 14th September we didn't have the best experience. The food and service were as good as ever, but there was a birthday party of some 30 people which were unbelievably loud - raucous even. It was like being a football match. I have no issue with restaurants entertaining such number - or even such groups enjoying themselves, but it would nice to be advised in advance as it almost ruined the evening.
What a lovely little gem in the heart of Birmingham, this small family run business in The Bullring serves up the most delicious selections of bubble tea and frozen yoghurt. Try the slushy versions of everything, will certainly get your taste buds satisfaction.
All staff are polite and very helpful in guiding me to ordering my first bubble tea and frozen yoghurt. The service was quick and efficient. Will certainly be back here for more delicious refreshments, can't wait! :-p
We have just been. Friendly service and the food was very good. We had the chicken Thali and had one between two which was just right for a light lunch. The food tasted fresh and well presented. We will definitely go back and try out some other dishes as the menu is very varied and the price was reasonable.

Ordered a chicken dish to take out. Bit into the first big piece of chicken and it was uncooked. Threw that away and tried another piece which was also not quite cooked through so ended up having to throw it all. Not much veg and sauce was oily. Menu said £12, when I went to pay the lady thrust the card reader Infront of me and I couldn't see the screen. It wasn't till later after I had left it popped up I had been charged £13.20. If the extra charge was to take away and not eat in it should have been mentioned but it's not normally the case the pay more to take out. In all left feeling ripped out and disappointed. Portion size was ok not that I got chance to have any.
