I actually love going to this lounge. The music is always banging and the service is on point. Shaz is such a conversationalist and always makes us feel welcome every single time we go. Would recommend as a place to go to chill and kick back.

Fantastic lounge. Customer service is always on point and every staff member is lovely. Shaz is always welcoming and takes good care of us. Defo recommend.

Went first time the experience was amazing management staff were accommodating and made us feel welcome. The prices are very affordable the shisha flavours were perfect not harsh, will definitely be visiting again.

Don't even deserve 1 star!!!, awful service disgusting sheesha. Absolutely tasteless and the staff don't have a clue. Guy at the desk was moody, served us like he is doing us a favour! LOL! Don't know by what angle this is called 'dreams', more like a effing nightmare. Avoid this place, don't have your time and money wasted.

Avoid at all costs . Customer service was terrible from the moment we walked in. Staff hardly responded when we spoke to them. Felt very unwelcome and everything is overpriced . Ignored by staff when we said thanks upon leaving .

Great place for shisha and chilling

Staff very welcoming, great atmosphere. Sheesha flavours are premium and a great smoke. Well recommended. Will definitely be returning. Keep up the great work lads wish you all the success 👍💯

The manager of the place wasn’t accommodating at all. Firstly we told him the flavour we wanted and offered his recommendation which we took and ended up not liking. Another flavour we ordered wasn’t nice either, when we kindly asked him if he could change the flavour within the first couple of mins he wouldn’t accommodate at all saying that’s how the the flavour should taste when at other lounges in across the Uk and globally has never tasted so bad. When checking the flavour the manager himself was coughing so unsure why he was saying it was supposed to taste like that. Poor customer service I wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible customer service, suggested had plenty of dark leaf flavours, had 2 flavours which tasted horrible. Asked for flavour change within the first couple mins to which the guy said no and was unwilling to accommodate. We smoke dark leaf regularly across the country and the world and have never tasted something so shocking or smelt so bad. Dont recommend, I can see why its empty on saturday night

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Do not recommend. When we walked in one of the employees was laying horizontal, already giving bad unprofessional vibes. They recommended a flavour that was disgusting. When we told them our concerns they said well that’s the flavour they can’t do anything about it. Hospitality is awful. Would not be coming here again.

Absolute trash lounge. No other words to explain it. It's called dreams but God knows who's dreaming because it's a nightmare. Martin Luther King gave a speech on 'I have a dream' but this place has no dreams whatsoever. The manager was definitely 'dreaming' to think his shisha was to the right standard.Terrible customer service, manager lying and 'dreaming away' on the sofa when we walked in, suggested had plenty of dark leaf flavours but only had 2 flavours which tasted horrible. Asked for flavour change within the first couple mins but the manager said no. He tried to fix the shisha and coughed right away yet still tried to play it off like it was a 'dream' shisha. To the manager, you keep 'day dreaming' away on the sofa as if you can make good shisha. Would not recommend to the land of 'dream' lounge.

Poor service and tutti shisha. Asked politely to change dark leaf but got refused even after the staff tried it and coughed. Never tasted a shisha pot that went bad within 5 mins. Felt sick from the taste and smell. Ive never wrote a review before but this was so bad that I had to. Never coming dream lounge

Omg I really can't say anything bad about this shisha place and the service! Staff service is impeccable! They are always welcoming, me and my friends have been going for years! Each time we go we have a fantastic time 😊 shisha is the best the flavours come through so well! Food is lovely too! Desi tea spot on! They are not getting the recognition they deserve, Sonia, shugs and sabah 😊 thank you so much again 😊

Lovely place. Found this on Google as it had a high rated status. Thought I'd try it out Got a lovely flavour recommended by the manager with a delicious cup of karak chai. Got some mojitos and milkshake after too and they were wonderful. Definitely will be coming here next time I come to Birmingham

I had amazing time. The VIP side was more comfy then home. Lovely and fresh food the staff were so polite and friendly. Best few hours spend there had food desert . Sheesha and tea. ALL in 1

Amazing smoke and great atmosphere!

Dream lounge is the new spot!! Deffo recommend trying the Quasar head, made my smoke a lot more enjoyable!

The food and shisha at Dream lounge is great. The mojito’s are unmatched and are definitely a 10/10. I would highly recommend this lounge for anyone that wants to go out and relax with friends.

Awesome lounge, very nicely decorated throughout. Service was exceptional and all staff members were attentive. Shisha was brill, really nice pipes used which are more premium than other places, really tasted the flavours and enjoyed the smoke. Cheeseburger was delicious and cooked fresh. Loved the atmosphere, more of a family vibe. Thanks Dream Lounge, will be visiting again!
