Very good experience, lovely food and fast service.

I've bought food from here on a few occasions, I gotta say they've never let me down. The food is always tasty. Had a double patty burger(not sure what it's actually called on menu)... loaded chicken. Both are very nice especially the portion size... However the bbq chicken strips... Oh my.... Words don't describe how tasty they are... Gonna have to sneak a peak to see what their recepie is for the chicken 😉 definitely recommend the strips. Manshallah as I said food is always on point and very tasty. Also very friendly staff always serving with a smile... Recommending to all my family and friends

To everyone never order from this place. I ordered last night never got my food delivered. Called the delivery driver couldn't be bothered to pick up. Or even be bothered to knock on my door my sister then had to ring Dr pattys lady on the others side on the phone sounded half asleep thier response it's the delivery driver we can't do anything about it. "YES YOU CAN" How stupid that these people can't even keep a track on their drivers very incompetent. My paid meal loool! never got to me in the end.

I recently tried Dr. Patty's burgers, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations! The quality of the ingredients and the flavours in their burgers are outstanding. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I highly recommend trying their mouthwatering burgers. You won't be disappointed!

Absolute rip off £9 for a chicken burger that’s out the freezer it was also very small not even covering the bun

Been a Loyal customer for almost 2 years now and still find myself back at Dr Patty even after trying many local smash beef places. Always a 11/10 for service and food. If you've not tired them yet, then your missing out on the best smash burgers in town.

After supporting these guys from the start being a loyal customer from the get go, I always left you guys positive feedback on just eat regardless of the late deliveries, cold food, missing items, but last night was the final straw. No more! Your customer service is just atrocious. You’ve now lost a valued customer. Would not recommend this place to even a rat, over priced for what they offer and produce. Sooo many better places to eat from, I settled for Semedos last night, much tastier and they know how to acknowledge and treat their customers. Can’t see you lot lasting long, good riddance! Definitely one of the best burgers i’ve had. Their fries are also banging, they’re salted perfectly. The staff there are very kind and accommodating, i definitely recommend checking them out!!

Honestly the best burger spot I've come across by far! The service was fantastic and prompt. The food was piping hot and super delicious. I defo recommend the Heart Attack and Buffalo Strips with the Loaded Fries. Will be back again soon insha'Allah

Love this place, been coming for a year or so and it's been consistent the whole time. Highly recommend the heart attack and double defibrillator burger meals and the surgical strips are 10/10.

terrible customer service. today i phone ordered just 2 burgers and loaded fries for collection. caller sounded half asleep. they said 10 min wait time but i was outside waiting for 45 mins after i called for them to finally bring the food without any sauces or my drink. the area is quite ghetto. took them another 5 mins to get the sauces and drink. insane waste of time. the food did taste nice enough but definitely overpriced and the experience ruined. 2 smash burgers and loaded fries with drink came up to £30 which would be £20 max anywhere else. fries alone for £8.50 was nowhere near enough in portion size. ridiculous experience, used to be a lot better at the old location. won’t come again. even all the uber delivery drivers were getting impatient waiting outside for orders. there’s no seating or reception, just a window for collections, don’t waste your time go somewhere else.

Smash burger was good but disappointed with the loaded fries seemed slightly undercooked and lacking in any flavour pretty bland. Will try again though.

Really good quality food, food arrived promptly, hot and with utensils, definitely recommend 😋😋👌🏻👌🏻 can't wait to try other things off the menu 👍🏻

I had the chicken burger, loaded fries and chicken strips. 10 out of 10 for the taste and service...Highly recommend you check this place out, NOT one to miss out on! Burger was succulent and flavoursome, I had the chicken loaded fries but was disappointed to only get frozen fried popcorn chicken on there for £6.50. Would have expected shredded grilled chicken or something of that Calibre. Flavour was there but 4 star for price paid for the meal

The burgers are the best my family love ordering from here food is always fresh and well wrapped and tastes amazing. I got a complimentary slice of chocolate cake today with a msg on the box which is so nice. Thankyou guys A* to everyone working here. Oh and food is always on time or early so very reliable.

I think they should change the bread or toast it. When it's sent out for delivery the bottom bun comes all soggy and wet. I guess it sweats in the bag. Flavour was good tho. Bit pricey tho? This kind of price you need to eat it fresh as its made...inside the diner and not 10 to 15 mins after its made

Terrible experience Asked for no gherkins. Still got gherkins Burger was overloaded with sauce. Tasted like crucial burger sauce ..nothing secret about it. Was very tangy and couldn't finish the burger. Fries were ok but had to ask for salt ! Overall wouldn't reccomend

Triple Bypass Smash Burger Loaded Chicken Fries Water Total: £17.50 The burgers are definitely good and aren’t out-shun by other places for quality except maybe PhatJo’s but that’s debatable. Sauces are great although maybe a little too much is used making the burger and especially the loaded fries too soggy and after a while a little sickening. My main concern is that for the price of £17.50 it’s no where near worth it. I understand with current economic circumstances prices are rising but £17.50 is a ridiculous amount to charge for a burger meal, especially since the burgers aren’t any better than other places. The loaded fries are filling but could do with more chicken. Although again paying £17.50 for a meal, skin on fries would be the minimum expected and the fact they serve regular shop bought fries is a major disappointment and shows to me they’re thinking profit over product.

Fast, no fuss service even though it was 2am. The food was solid - the smash burger patty had crispy edges, which most smash burgers don't actually have. The burger was simple with cheese, lettuce and gherkins, but thats exactly what I was looking for. The signature fries were a good portion size too. If you're looking for a no nonsense, well made smash burger, this is a solid spot. Also the "Dr Patty" dude bringing the food to the car wearing a mask and medical coat was a bit creepy, but funny too.

People who know about burgers and smash burgers know that dr patty is one of the best at doing it . I recommended dr patty to alot of people and everyone loves it . Burgers are tooo good masha Allah . My brothers ordered it the passed 3 4 days in a row for iftaar and after . Great flavours !!

Beware when ordering for delivery. After 1h45min waiting with no communication at all from them I had to ring them to see where on earth was my food. I ordered via Uber Eats and they use their own delivery guys, so no tracking is provided (should have taken this as a red flag). On the phone I was told the food was with the driver and they would have to ring him. They call me back 5min later to say that the driver had lost something on his first delivery of the night and won't be doing my delivery at all, so they'd need to cancel it. How can they not know one of their delivery guys is not making any more deliveries that night, at all? But the best part is when I get charged the full price of the order as a cancellation fee, as they put it as if it wasn't delivered because of me! Luckily Uber Eats gave me a refund the following day. Oh, and they also asked me to give them a 5* review, as that was the only way they could give me a voucher in compensation... So beware of many of the reviews they may currently have. Here's your review guys, hope you at least use it to improve your current processes ;)

One of the best places to order from. I learnt about Dr Pattys through tiktok and they taste as good as they look. They will happily change the stuff on the burgers if asked and they have never got an order wrong. May I make a slight suggestion? Hash browns and bacon. Imagine the heart attack with a hash brown and some bacon 😍😍😍. The burgers are so so good and juicy and definitely leave me full. Not to mention, the way the food is packaged keeps it perfectly hot. I recommend so highly

Reviews made it seem good. Order took 95 mins to come, food was cold, looked nothing like the pictures and really bland. The only good thing I could say is they didn't forget to pack anything, definitely would not recommend when so many better burgers places in Birmingham exist now

Was very pleased with the fries, the portion size is definitely generous and filling. The sauce on the fries is soo nice and it’s something different I’d definitely say the sauce combo is unique. On the other hand I was disappointed with the burger to be quite honest. It’s not a bad burger but it doesn’t have that wow factor as it’s quite bland in my opinion. Apparently the sauce is a special sauce but it looked and tasted like mayonnaise to me, so I found the burger very dry.

The smash burgers are pretty basic. Lettuce, gherkins and sauce. That's it. I thought it tasted good but not memorable. There so many burger joints in Birmingham who are all doing near enough the same type of burgers and virtually taste identical. Nothing about Dr patty burger stood out for me. The signature fries were nice and I liked them but for £4 (deliveroo) I would expect a better quality fries not some bog standard fries. For me the price is not justified. Overall I would give them 3½ 🌟 Would I order again? Maybe.

This is almost a 4 star review. I ordered the Double Defibrillator burger (2 chicken patties). The bottom one was perfect, but the top one was really tough, to the point I took it out. The sauce and everything else about it was super tasty, so I’m a bit disappointed. Also ordered chips and can of drink, but the drink didn’t arrive

I was unable to leave a review on the deliveroo app, but this is THE best burger I have ever tasted. About 2 years ago I was in California and tried an in-n-out burger and it was the closest thing to this I can describe. For the years since I’ve searched for a burger that recaptures it’s taste but to no avail until today. I got a 50% discount on two quintuple bypass burgers for my wife and I and we would gladly order them again at twice the price we paid. Dr Patty is the definitive burger experience, and has earned it’s place as our new bi-weekly fast food treat. Sorry Miss Li’s kitchen, no extra spring rolls can compete with these amazing burgers.

Great burgers!!!. The Heart Attack Burger was really good. A must try for 'Smashed Pattie' enthusiasts. Fries were nice too. Could have had a few more Popcorn Chicken in the portion but that not a complaint. I love the other offerings you have on the menu and will be sure to try each one out. May I suggest you add to the menu a evolution of the 'Heart Attack' Burger? - Add Double Cheese and Bacon/Turkey Rashers 🤤🤤. Call it 'The Clogger'... ☠💥☠
