I came here for the first time tonight and they did not disappoint! The food, drinks and dessert was just beautiful. Massive shout out to Muskan and Sabah for their excellent customer service. I will definitely come again!

Rice had no taste at all l food was very expensive not worth the portions doe. My autistic child was sitting on the table gaffor said to get him down as my child didn't get down then gaffor kept looking at us when he should understand kids will do things like this. Not happy with experience and definitely not going back.

Mo shisha is a good attendant! Very smart and courteous, at a point wasn’t sure of the menu, I requested he recommends one of my choices which he did and it turned out very great! Atmosphere is serene and perfect for a date and any occasion. Service from other colleagues were equally good

I went to Blac on my daughter’s 18th birthday. I first saw Blac on IG. It looked really nice, and we weren’t disappointed when we attended. Food was 10/10. The service extremely friendly. They even sang happy birthday to my daughter and gave her a free slice of cake. I will 100 per cent be going back. Only downside was finding somewhere to park. But overall this is probably one of the best restaurants I have ever been to.

Hands down, one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a long time. The whole vibe was just perfect. The steak was cooked spot-on. The drink was amazing, definitely worth it, and the service was next level (didn’t catch our server’s name, but he was fantastic). Just a great experience all around.

very bad restaurant the employees there only looked after women even my wife was looked at and I caught an employee with her in the Toilet. I called the police. Very bad and burnt food

Delicious food for me and my friends, my friends have never eat that types food before today and when I ask with them they say that’s good, and we seat in the front areas because the inside is available for smoking and my friends they can’t smell that。

Has the chance to eat at Blac Birmingham today for the first time and it was nice, Mohammed was also very friendly and helpful with everything and there was another young guy that was also taking care of our needs and wants, amazing team. Thank you for the time and great atmosphere, we even requested a song and Mohammed played it for us without any doubt, definitely will be back, thanks for the treatment.

The decor of the restaurant was very nice. Very pleasing to the eye. They also had a live piano player which added a very nice touch. Whilst we waited we were served some complimentary nachos and once our food was served it was all served hot and freshly made together. I ordered the kebabish palm; portion size was generous and flavoursome. The staff were extremely friendly and inviting and catered to all our needs. Overall, we had a pleasant family dinner.

Lovely atmosphere with really nice decor here and food was so good we had a booking of 10 people on a busy weekend but food came out so fast they also gave us complimentary appetisers which was really nice of them would definitely recommend

We popped in for a meal whilst travelling up north from London. Customer service is amazing. Had some nice conversations with the staff. The food and presentation is immaculate. I recommend the Cheesy chicken Palm and the burger menu.

Visited Blac in Birmingham for my brothers 21st birthday, fantastic food, shisha and service. The staff were attentive and friendly. The food arrived slowly which caused some of the other food to cool down more than I would have liked. But the shisha and made up for it. It was smooth flavourful and lasted long. Thank you for a wonderful time will definitely be visiting again

This place is too hyped .... My food was average with too much fat on the meat, chewy, and very Luke warm i would understand if it was busy but the place was empty with only 5 tables occupied ... Not worth the money overly priced for what you get . Very disappointed

Amazing Experience. The interior was amazing so and the atmosphere too. After a long shopping day on the Stratford Road, this was a great place to walk in to. The Food was good for me and everyone else with me loved the grill platter and the biryani. The service was great and the staff were super friendly.

The menu offers a wide range of choices, and while the food was decent, it's the upscale, fine-dining experience that justifies the higher prices. This makes it a good choice for special occasions or celebrations. However, the restaurant's high demand comes with some drawbacks. One downside was the pressure to finish quickly and vacate the table, likely to accommodate more guests, which detracted from the overall dining experience. While efficient service is appreciated, a less rushed feel would elevate the experience even further.

Lovely owner Shuheb made us feel very welcome. Good food, beautiful decor and great music. The pianist was an amazing touch, really set the mood for us. All in all very good 👍

The food is amazing, fresh and sooo tasty. Would defo recommend, staff are friendly and hospitable. The entire restaurant is very clean and well maintained.

This place is too pricy for the portion they serve per person. The atmosphere was alright. Service was alright. Did not like the food at all. Ordered a lamb biryani with signature chips. Chips were alright but the biryani portion was not enough for a person. Meat was too chewy and flavourless. Rice were flavourless as well and served with flavourless, bland thurkaa daal only. Overall, place is over hyped. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Went here last week. To be honest, we needed shelter as it was raining, and Blac was nearby. On the outside, and once you walk in, decor is very nice. So you be expecting good food. But no. £16 for a Penne Alfredo, was not creamy, more oily than anything else, and for some reason had tandoori chicken in it. I understand it was an attempt at an infusion of culture but it did not work. My sister ordered nachos, which contained the cheapest tasting crisps. Again overpriced and so was her asda price cola which they charge £3 a glass. This place is just overpriced and not worth it, simple.

Food was very average and some items were cold. The nachos and salsa were from Aldi and definitely not worth the price. Servers came up to us 3 times whilst we had food in our mouth asking if they could clear the table. Couldn’t get us out the door fast enough which is really disappointing. Wouldn’t return!

I have to say I really enjoyed this experience. Food was decent, maybe quite pricey but the service was well above par, the bossman shuayb looked after us really well. We got extra free food and lassie drink. Lovely atmosphere, would definitely go again.

this place was amazing! food was so fulling and the ambiance was wonderful! Constant music going on to uplift the mood definitely go for their starter platter, it was delicious. Service was also great, always checked up on us and asked if we needed anything else DEFINITELY COMING BACK!

Came for my sisters birthday and it’s was so beautiful! Customer service was amazing, food came very quickly and tasted amazing! Very affordable and portions are very filling. They don’t sell cocktails but they do have mocktails that have the cocktail aesthetic. Definitely worth trying and suitable for friends and family.

Me and my husband went here travelling all the way from London after seeing the tik tok reviews of this place but i have never been this disappointed and dissatisfied by a restaurant ever in my life. The service was extremely poor, they took ages bringing our food and something as simple as naan took so much time arriving, we kept asking for the naan and they kept saying it was coming only for it to come ages later, my husbands curry got cold. The food tasted off and cold, me and my husband have had the worst stomach pains and sickness feeling since leaving the restaurant and it’s two days later now. The moment i left i was vomiting it all out.Please don’t bother going here, tiktok is a lie and hypes up stupid places, if you are in Birmingham go to decorum instead 10/10 service and 10/10 food.

Had me waiting for the table, reservation was at 5:30, and we got sat down at 6:15. The food was dry, had no flavour, workers kicked us off the table without even giving us the bill. very packed place, half the workers were aggressive and couldnt speak english. Overall i do NOT recommend this place to anybody.

I visited blac a few weeks ago and If I could give this place more stars I would! From Entering Blac with my family we was amazed by the decor and the service. They wiped down the tables before we sat and were very polite. My kids love there choice in music! That was a big hit for them! This is an amazing place for families they are very welcoming and will go above and beyond. The food was 10/10 quick and genourous portions. Polite waiters and very child friendly. The manager even brought my husband a complimentary curry with naan as a suprise which no one does these days. It was a lovely kind gesture. I cannot praise this restaurant enough for there service start to finish. If you are feeling down this place is the place to and wind down 💕a must place for families 💕

It was my birthday decided to give this place go . Loved the deco food was amazing! Staff were very friendly and helpful ! The owner gave me a free piece of cake with sparklers to make my day perfect and a curry on the house . Great service hot and on time really nice experience.

Large group attended for a birthday with children, was told separate restaurant and shisha area but there was no real wall separating it. Food came pretty quickly which was a pleasant surprise and I was impressed with it. Unfortunately when you’re celebrating a 50th birthday and get told the celebration package it’ll be only 5 and takes near enough 15/20 mins The kids get antsy.. the surprise becomes kind of obvious and then the staff member comes to connect the speaker to top it all off, the spade isn’t which they present the package in didnt even light up, when queried they said they didn’t have a charger for it.. I’m sorry but how are you charging £22 for it when the main component the gives more of a via feel doesn’t even work but when we asked prior to ordering it they said it lights up and offers a cake slice but instead gives a cheesecake … Management were indifferent about it but when you make someone wait that long when you’re not even that busy, is one, to add to it the ace of spades sign which the bottle of non alcoholic Champagne was provided in didn’t light up Not was it cold or served with glasses Overall good food but really poor on the service front when trying to make that special occasion extra special.

Read the small print before making an order if not they will ask you to make an xtra side order or a main meal beside your order eventhough some of us prefered just a stater. Staff can be hostile

Desi breakfast was very nice especially spicy beans and parantha , karak chai tasted like chaii late Service was very slow, baring in mind we were the only customers in the store took 45 minutes for breakfast to come out. Veggie breakfast came out with just half the food cooked, the eggs and avocado came ten minutes later so toast/sausages got cold before we could tuck in. Chicken sausage tastes like paste. Overall wouldn't go back, staff were a bit moody aswell

Came here for a birthday meal with my family. My mum asked to be seated somewhere else and was sorted no issues. The people were 10/10, good people working here. Shoutout the chef for cheffing up the munch and the brother that took pictures for my family! Great experience alhamdulillah

Would’ve been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the service, the decoration was beautiful, had a nice vibe to it and the place was clean, the food was delicious, I really liked the dynamite prawn, kebabish and chicken Parmesan, the peri chicken wasn’t that nice it had a tangy taste to it, overall the food was nice but the lady waiter in the pony tail made our experience worse, when she got to our table she had no smile and sounded bored, everyone on our table pointed it out, but she was more than happy to speak with her male colleague, not once has she come to our table to ask how the food was, she had very bad customer service. Solely based on this I don’t think we’ll be coming here again, such a shame as the food was good.

Came here first time last week and forgot to leave a review as the food and service was excellent, loved my fully loaded chicken parmeson. MUHAMMED served us and made it that extra special as I can be abit fussy and ask for alot because I have young kids. He was very attentive and kid friendly. Nice atmosphere.
