The lady who served us was very kind and welcoming and the food was delicious and not a bad price. Would 100% recommend

The best waffle place ever. I come here only on Mondays when Anty Babs is on shift. She is the ONLY one who can make a proper waffle. No other workers can do the same way she does.

Having a post dinner walk and milkshake addiction, i regularly visit Ever So Sweet. But tonight's Rich, creamy and absolutely delicious Ferrero Rocher milkshake, made with pure perfection by Nafisa, compelled me to write this review. I Highly recommend Ever So Sweet for anyone with a Sweet Tooth.

Desserts are fantastic and the service is really welcoming ! Me and my daughter came on a cold and wet Sunday afternoon and it cheered us up loads!

ordered through uber eats waited 40mins for my order just for them to cancel it saying a waffle is out of stock??? really bad customer service will never order or buy from here ever again. if it was out of stock you should have displayed it on uber eats so noone orders it in the first place? or take it off? really bad as a business i do not recommend.

It was okay . The food was very good and sweet , the workers were helpful . The atmosphere was very nice as they had plenty of areas to take a seat . It takes a while for them to make the food but at least as they try their best . The place is very clean and tidy and it is a nice place to go out with your friends or to take some pictures . 😎

The kids usually love coming here but today I was left disappointed, I ordered 2 cookie doughs to take home both were burnt & the staff tried to cover it up with chocolate sauce, as I got home with my order I tried calling them up to complain but the phone line wasn’t working. I can’t believe you would actually serve this to my kids. Staff need to be trained to cook desserts properly otherwise you will lose business!

Save yourself some money and buy a frijj milkshake from Asda. The ones here are horrid. Rude staff. Manners don’t cost anything!

me and my friend are regulars here and it‘s become like one of our fav hang out spots - the desserts are some of the best I‘ve ever had if not THE best and the customer service is always amazing (thanks Auntie!!) :)) would defo recommend

I walked in not knowing what to order and aunty babz served me she was very polite and bubbly and was full of so much energy it really made my day and I felt like what I was saying was heard and the chocolate pudding I had with custard was amazing

Got here at around midnight on 08/09/24, drove here cause I was craving some waffles and saw that the place was open til 1. Once I got there, straight way the girl working there told us that there was no eat in at this time, only takeaway. While unhappy, we thought we'd still get two waffles to take away, but the girl said their waffle machine was turned off, which seems like an excuse to me. A waffle machine is not an oven, you just plug it in and it heats up quickly. What's the point of having the shop open til 1 if I can't practically order anyway? We saw another pair of customers leave before us, probably because they were being told the same thing. The owners should either chang e the opening time or talk to their servers about what customer service is. Very disappointed!

Visited Ever So Sweet earliar today whilst on my way back to Slough and was pleasantly surprised on how good this place was. Everything from start to finish was spot on. Was given a warm greeting when first entering and the owners showed great customer service in not only helping me chose a dessert but once the choice was made, they provided great care to ensure it was presentable. I ordered two cakes and one brownie and the family loved it. Will definitely visit again when in Birmingham. Keep up the good work.

Auntie Babs is the funniest, most genuine lady you’ll ever meet, “Bubbly Bably” is true to its name, my new favourite person. Waffles are amazing, lovely atmosphere will be back again for another chat!

We came a few weeks back. The Aunty Babli I think her name was. Sparkly eyes was the most kindest lady we have met. She made sure our desserts were perfect and even played with our little one (Zidané) while we ate. The desserts were delicious and the atmosphere was good too. We will be defo coming back again. Such a rude women works there. Went there first time with my husband. My husband walk in nd I was behind as soon as he opened the door an older lady with glitter on eyes shouted at my husband to close the door nd I was not even entered. And after that she was walking around with attitude. We felt so uncomfortable. Wanted to leave asap. But young Asian lady was nice. Can’t stand older women attitude nd will not going there ever again!

Come here somewhat often to get milkshakes, only ever tried the oreo milkshake but is incredibly tasty and also lovely customer service, the times we have come it was 2 ladies and they were just so welcoming and kind.

Ordered the cookie dough waffles from here, one of their signature waffles and it was very nice, not shy at all with the toppings and the batter was nice. The banana milkshake was thick but had a very nice taste to it, the interior was nice to sit in and enjoy some dessert.

Was alright. Decore is becoming dirty and damaged. Seats ripped or dirty hand prints visible on all the chairs. Desserts were ok, nothing amazing.

BEST WAFFLES IN THE WHOLE OF BIRMINGHAM😍😍 I never tasted any better waffle anywhere else we had strawberry explosion and the nutty one both were amazing.... the customer service from.the glitter eye lady (sorry forgot ure name) was amazing she made the waffle extra crispy it was delicious made my little girls happy with cotton candy ice cream.and topped it with extra topping bueatiful lady beutiful shop lovely atmosphere and amazing taste loved every bit. We also had lotus cheesecake which is to die for thankyou so much for an amazing time girls loved it definitely our go to desert shop thanku🥰🥰

Food took very long to come approximately 40 mins for waffle sticks and brownie sundae and a coffee. And the food wasn’t all that. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Not only are their milkshakes crazy good and cheap, the Matilda cake I got today is exactly what I thought it tasted like in Matilda the movie! Chocoholics dream 😍 so smooth and chocolatey, best chocolate cake I had to date.

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. I came in Friday evening and the costumer service was outstanding and so was the desserts! The one worker that wore glasses was just the best. She was so polite and recommended me the strawberry explosion which is now my forever go to, overall made my experience amazing! Will definitely come again soon!!

I come here few time week for family has treat not been last few weeks. but did to night and when got there 2 young girls siting down music was so loud in there when we putting our order could not here what they saying to us .asked turn music down they didn't so placed order had stand out side shop in rain till our order was ready cause could not take loudness off music.but did look round when went back in get our order and place looked so grubby dirty floor, tables, and our milk shakes and deserts was not do right custard was cold shakes still like milk and puddings not cooked enough well you let place go down by looks it. it was waste my money to night . and shame cause I loved this shop clean people worked there great so not sure going on in there hope they get it sorted be shame let good shop go down hill

They do this deal " Any waffle for £8.99" but when I went to order there they said it's not "Any" it's just from a selected waffle which is not the waffle I usually have so ended up paying £3 more, very disappointed. Also the customer service is VERY poor, it was good only when they first opened, now it's like they don't care

I’m a regular customer here and usually waffles are really good and my go to choice. However I feel the quality of the food has gone down recently. To add to this they have started miss-advertising as they offer a “any 2 waffles for £8.99” but once inside you have to choose from a selected menu to get this deal, so it’s not “any” waffle. I was disappointed by this.

I wouldn’t recommend these guys for mojitos.went in there and asked for a red bull mojito all he did was place ice in a cup and put red bull in. For the price i paid it was not worth it.

Recently opened dessert shop, I tried the Ferrero rocher milkshake and I wasn't let down, really rich ingredients. One of the best I've had in Birmingham. Very cosy interior, Will definitely be coming back.

First time visiting and it was not the best. Young somali lady was super rude and made the atmosphere super uncomfortable as I was the only person in the shop so I couldn’t wait to leave. Pretty clear she doesn’t enjoy her job. The shake was super watered down also and hardly had any taste! The other girl on shift was lovely though.

When I mean I tried this nut cracker type cake ting i am calling that because it blew my mind and when i mean it made me go crackers lol I had to eat and stand up because i was too hyper best dessert i had the nut cracker cake type ting. You know when you take that first bite and your mind goes into a different universe and you zone out and dont see no one but that cake and you, you know the cakes fire, took my soul that cake did and i didn’t get it back. Place looked nice and clean. I was looking through the window saying I am a window shopper looking at things i can not buy 50 cent ting. Then next min mans in the shop eating this fire cake it was like that cake woke me up from the dead. Too tasty to fire to nice. Had to give everyone a tip because thats the way I am good service needs rewarding . Need to try something else next time… aaaaaaw what will it be next to be continued…

Tend to get the dutch mini pancakes which go down a a treat. However the somali worker was extremely rude and it was blatant that she didn’t want to be there.

This place has massively gone downhill. Orders always arrive wrong and when calling to rectify you are met with rude and abrupt staff. Prices have quadrupled, yet quality is worse than ever.
