Food was cold and didn’t taste nice

The delivery driver wasn't followed my instructions to call when will be at my door to call me , he knocked in my door - but he apologisedmefew times. I received less peaces of the lamb chops than I've ordered and tiny bits of the meat , so I've call it the restaurant , and the person won't hear me , apologised on behalf the delivery driver , but about food he said I've received it 10 peaces 2 portion and said next time mostly times saying this , so what about this time now ? I'm unhappy! Aadam

5 star quality food upto standards very well seasoned and prepared delivered early also

Food is great from here as I just love the donar meat in pitta always packed with meat. Sadly was a little bit disappointed with this order there was hardly any donar meat in my pitta it was just pitta folded over

I work in a police station with a front office. The deliver driver said he approached one person who said they hadnt orderted food so he came away. All he had to do was speak to the office staff! Annoying as I was fasting and all I have had now was a packet of crisp!

Well, the burger is well seasoned. The crisp fries adds excellent spicy. The burger is crisp, fresh and sweet.

I always order from My Grill we love the flavours and the fact it’s got decent desserts is a bonus

Very tasty food enjoyed it very much. They even took care to wrap the chicken, chops salad separately in foil to prevent the food from getting cold. And protect the salad from getting soggy. Only criticism is the kebabish was more peri peri style than a kebabish it needed to be grilled.

Lamb dinner is very very bad, gave it to my cats they wouldn’t eat it.. chicken and rice is so good cooked very well.. bit spicy

I made a order that cost me £19, they never delivered so I had to call, they told me in order to deliver your food you have to pay £2 in cash.. I agreed but when the food arrived I was shocked by the flavours! Lamb donner is probably the worst meat I’ve ever tried in my whole life lol, gave it to my cat and they wouldn’t even eat.. it was a bad experience especially when it comes to the food itself

The food from one to ten I'm saying five, the apple pie too crispy , the cake it wasn't first freshness , but I was hungry , so I eaten . The delivery issue 19/01/2024 friday . I asked for medium hot and I got extra hot burnt my mouth couldn't eat the food. one had more meat the second had less

Delivery driver totally ignored the delivery instructions. Instead he was there knocking and disturbing the ground floor house mate, who's an elderly man who is unwell with heart conditions and few other health conditions . I wrote them instructions: ,,When delivery person will be at the door call me please . Thank you ,'' and I've added my mobile number . Aadam

Worst experience ever - ordered £58 worth of food after my night out and it had passed the latest delivery time so I tried ringing up multiple times and no answer. I get an updated delivery time of nearly 2 hours later and had to stay up because there was no way of cancelling the order. The food arrived very cold so I requested a partial refund but the restaurant said no. I understand it’s new years and very busy but this was awful. I want my money back

Food was delicious. Ate here after attending a gig. Was pleased to find somewhere open. Staff were nice enough to swap out something in the meals we ordered. Pleasantly surprised to be served food on plates with real cutlery. Huge fresh cooked portions. Will absolutely eat here again if we are visiting.

Ordered first time we liked the mix platter with chops , chicken strips , wings with fries and salad for £11.99 . Was very tasty but the fries was very hard .

Grim. Chicken burger was a sloppy mess and I found hairs entangled in the bun.

The food arrive one hour and 50 mins after ordering N time and the delivery driver called me to ask directions for a very well known hotel in his local area and was very rude upon delivery, didn’t apologise for lateness although I highlighted it and the chicken wasn’t cooked through properly. I had to call the restaurant a few times as we were waiting so long

Getting a delivery from this place just takes so long I waited over one and a half hours just for my delivery to come and everytime we called they kept saying another 10 minutes definitely dont recommend getting a delivery

Listen..I hope people read this so they will know...the food is great, fantastic even for me at least. I always end up getting the extra hot peri peri full chicken meal and its always delicious. The issue with this place and I've noticed its been more so recently is the delivery time. Now I can understand we all want fresh food right? We all deal with traffic too! And obviously we want the food hot. What we don't want is having to call the company and ask for an update then realizing the driver has driven all the way to town and gone to other places to deliver first. Why? Why make me put a pre-order for a meal then make me wait 2 hours? The food is always great but the time-keeping is just ridiculous. And thing is I wouldn't care if it was once or twice or thrice. This is everytime I've ordered for the past 3-4 months? I think they need a better route or maybe more delivery drivers (because I had assumed Just-eat were the drivers but no they are just site and just-eat as a site is completely useless) More than likely I'll probably start ordering from a different place but more than likely order from a different website moreso uber or postmates because just-eat are useless.

I ordered a Peri Peri deal and a peri panini but I got two wraps instead. I don’t understand what happened because normally, they’re not like this but for some odd reason, they gave me the wrong order. Really disappointed with them as I never expected this to happen.

Delivery driver was polite and very good despite bad weather. Food good but one item was missing, which does happen. Chips very nice and good portion. Seems hot is possibly quite hot so not sure how the very hot is. Food good and realistic price for additional drinks.

Reading some other reviews it looks like a common trend with these guys. They are always late. I’ve ordered a few times and unfortunately they’ve never managed to make it on time. Today was the worst with the food coming late and cold/warm. Don’t get me wrong their food is really nice and it’s very consistent but also very consistent in being late aswel. I haven’t had any customer service issues so can’t comment too much on that. This place has soo much potential with their quality of food but I’m sure they’re losing customers due to this common problem. Fix up and wish you all the best guys. If it’s your first time ordering then don’t get put off as their food is nice but just don’t go according to the time they give and you’ll have a good meal at the end
