Not good try here for the first time not impressed at all weak watery baltis .under cooked wings .nann in a plastic bag sweating and vile .no taste to the Chicken balti more water. Rang them that's our baltis end of rude never order again

The best balti in Weoley Castle. Such lovely front of house staff, friendly delivery drivers and most important their cooks/chefs are brilliant. Never had a duff curry and it’s real meat. Not this processed stuff. Highly recommend.

I didn’t get all the items that I ordered but other than that the food was delicious

food arrived late. ordered a butter chicken what arrived was more like korma with an overpowering taste of coconut, very disappointed wouldn't order it again. chicken tikka massalla was nice.

Lovely food, always hot and good value.

driver was rude to my son (14) for a start. moaned about where we lived then he threw his phone in temper. the food was vile. chips stale, chicken gristly, tikka masala curry was very runny. there was huge peices of garlic in the naan bread, the only okay thing was the plain rice, masala sauce and tikka naan. unfortuantly we all come down unwell through the night. I've tried to get my money back but because I didn't take photos, we were denied a partial refund for the food that wasent nice.

always on time of earlier even which is fine by me, always enjoy the food and the guys are great, cheers.

Spent over £46 the curries were very watery and bland no flavour in any of them also couldn’t work out what was what because whoever written on the container just scribbled something but couldn’t make out what, so spent ages trying to wrk out what curries they were. The naan breads were very stodgy and thick, first time ordering never again.

Have been having meals from them for years and have never been disappointed. Great quality food cooked to perfection and staff so friendly and helpful. Having tasted meals at many Indian restaurants on our travels around the country and Europe we have never tasted better. Nowhere better.

I have been using Chilli peppers for approx. 10 years and can say, I have never had a bad meal or bad service from them. I would recommend this restaurant

We order regularly from here but decided to try something we don't normally order from here as we have a particular restaurant for that meal. The food we ordered was 3 special biryanis which were far from special. The meal contained no prawns or king prawns and the chicken and meat was cut up so small it was more like baby food. After calling to state the meal was not enjoyable and will not be eaten as it wasn't what we expected, we were told they wont be exchanging it and next time it will be how we expected it. Next time?

I am a regular customer which I no longer will be, 3 times they have forgotten items, when I called and asked about it I heard the man laughing at me

For years I've always come to expect food of the highest quality from Chilli Peppers, largely speaking this was also true of this order. However, I do have to take issue with the quality of the naan bread it was under cooked, doughy and way too thick which was disappointing because it was nowhere near the usual very high standards.

Meal for 1, excellent value and quality. Highly recommend

Food was a hour after the estimated when contacted they lied saying they pressed the wrong button. Been a customer for over 10 years after last nights poor service time to find a new curry house.

First time ordering and sadly I wouldn’t order again. Bhajis we’re stodgy, curry not much flavour and the naan was incredibly thick and stodgy, not properly cooked. All extremely greasy too

Food was delicious and service was excellent

Personally didn't massively enjoy mine, poppadoms were really stale. My jalfrezi just wasn't enjoyable but the fella ate his tikka masala but unsure if it's cus he was starving or actually enjoyed it. Garlic naan was stuffed with soggy garlic that was just really chewy. Most of mine went in the bin which was disappointing and was late so personally won't order again. Spent £30 and still hungry

Food arrived quickly and hot. Biryani was a bit bland and pratha tasted old and burnt but daal and roti were nice. Driver was quick and friendly.

Placed a order waited 20 minutes for it to be confirmed they declined the order. £40 lost sales and any future sales have been using them for years.

This was our first order from Chilli Peppers. The food was perfect, large portions too. The delivery was on time so the food was piping hot. We will definitely be using CP as our go-to Indian takeaway.

Fast delivery of hot prepared food in foil dishes, no plastic pots, with pen descriptions on lids to help identify contents. Excellent food quantity and quality. First time used but will definitely give another go.

Phoned up for an order to be delivered and they said they don't deliver to the QE due to parking, order was over £80. Nice way to treat the NHS staff working 12hr nights.

Just love this take away. Great food. Friendly staff. I never order from anywhere else. Usual time for delivery is around 45 mins and always arrives piping hot.

Very disappointed tonight. Ordered food at 7pm app said would arrive around 10 past 8!! After 2 phone calls to the restaurant the food finally arrived at 10pm!! Food was hot but my order wasn’t quite what I’d asked for but it was still nice all the same. I like chill peppers and will still order from here during the week but not so sure I’ll order at the weekend again if it’s gonna take this long .

Late. When I phoned the man did apologise. The delivery driver also apologised. I was very disappointed with the food. It is usually lovely but naan was over done. Bread with changa was under done. Couple of chicken pieces in the massala tasted funny.

My food was late almost 3 hours. I rang 208 times and the phone was continuously engaged. When I finally got through not even an apology. When food finally arrived it was cold and wasn't nice... I certainly will not be ordering from them again.

The food was nice as always but over 1 hr 30 wait really was too long. My son loves the food but went to bed before the delivery came as it was so long. It really does put me off ordering again. The delivery driver is lovely and a credit to them .

Food Didn’t turn up, rang the restaurant 50+ times and everytime said user busy

My sheek kebah was cold in the middle not cooked properly and the chips had to go in the bin curry had a funny taste like a different spice was in it. Never have an issue with these but to night wasn't the night. Delivery driver called said he was out side and he was he was at another block. Started shouting at me when I asked how many orders before me where there and then he still left the food in the car and had to go bk and get it

Chicken tikka madras had a gravely texture and smelt ashy. Poppadoms tasted stale. Chips were soggy. Delivery time was decent however.

No complaints. Will be ordering again. Thank you for great food :)

Been ordering from chilli peppers for years However the past two times I’ve ordered the food has been different the chicken Balti sauce is a different colour to what it used to be also the chicken in it is smaller you don’t get big chunks anymore The naan tastes like it’s undercooked. However we do always get our special requests. Not sure if it’s changed hands

1hr late phoned them twice and they basically lied both times telling me that it had just been sent and would been with us within 10 minutes. When eventually arrived the plain naan was missing and the rest of the food was cold

To be honest I am a regular customer and have always liked the food but today the food tasted quite different it had a sweet coconut type taste in the mild madras curry that I ordered so I didn't really enjoy it which was disappointing. I tried to get in contact with just eat to request a refund but there's no way, it's just telling me to leave a review so here it is.

What's happened to this place ? It used to be nice but the last few times has just been rough. This time the chips looked over cooked but were freezing cold, the naan bread seemed under cooked, doughy and wet, the popadom was STALE.. Never again

Sorry but not acceptable! U are 1 mile away from my house! Food was over 45 mins late and cold. Had to put in microwave to heat up even then it wasnt up to much. Poppadoms are greasy and the chips were soggy! Wont be ordering again!

called them said 10 minutes that was 45 minutes ago still waiting over 2 hours totally off the food now.All i got told we are busy well dont take the work if you cannot fullfill the job absolutely discusted this is not the first time i really hoped it was aone off obviously not .And guess what still waiting 2 hours 15 now what they making it from scratch unless you fetch it do not bother used to be good not now lol order all wrong

This was the first time we ordered, someone recommended us this place . I must say , from the prompt delivery to the exquisite food we had , we are extremely satisfied! We will definitely order from here again , this is definitely our curry house from now on !!! The food was juicy , like the old days . We had freebies too ! All lovely and warm Also the delivery gentleman was so polite !! Very impressed! Highly recommended

Usually come to the shop and order as its only up the road but decided to order in.as usual everything we ordered was top class beyond words.the flavours and portion size is spot on and tbh there food is hard to beat.even got free chicken wings so thankyou as always for another meal that made our night in
