The room and hallways were unclean, the floor carpets seemed to have never been hoovered, stains on all bed covers and pillows, the checkin software didn't work so had to wait half an hour before we could check in!

Awful service, the shop was virtually empty and they got the first order wrong, the second time it took them twenty mins for a single box of shawarma and fries. Couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery if they tried.

We went to celebrate out 5th year wedding anniversary with family and friends. The food, dessert and service was good was nice of the chef to introduce herself. The only negative was a discrepancy with overall price of payment as we seemed to be overcharged. I tried contacting the restaurant to enquire about this I was told the person who dealt with the payment would be in touch but I haven't heard anything despite me chasing via message afew times. I only go here on match days, but the atmosphere is always great. The service is always excellent, the staff are great. The beer sometimes tastes bad, and it's hit and miss.

10/10 for their service, yesterday was the first time i had the pleasure of visiting Siya Gardens and i must say i was well impressed. Will definitely look to book our events with them in the near future.

Placed a big order last minute for a dua Food was beautiful all fresh food Sheesh kebabs were lovely the roast chicken was lovely and fresh ,lamb biryani was really tasty lamb curry was also lovely veg option was chaneh which were made really nice naans were lovely and veg samosas were also made nice. Customer service was also very good. Thank you so much for your quick service

I am very sorry to say that i have been going to this fantastic Cafe for years . But am sorry to say over the last 12 months i have seen a big down turn in the standards Today we just hade coffee and cake { cannoli } this was stale rock hard and not very nice at all . I did complain and received a replacement with a smile this cannoli was just the same . I know times are difficult for all but please can you keep your standards high please Your high prices should reflet on product.

Paninis from this place are vastly underrated - they're hands down the finest I ever tasted in Small Heath. Tasty flavor, juicy, fresh, love it.

¡Vine a la feria de bodas con mi novio hace unos meses y fue increíble! El personal de la cafetería era muy amable y hablador y habló honestamente sobre lo hermoso que es el vínculo como lugar de celebración de bodas. La comida era bastante cara y me encantó especialmente la comida en el puesto de perros calientes! Sin embargo, me decepcionó bastante ver que algunos de los miembros del personal de recepción hablaban muy groseramente con el personal de la cocina. Como (una) joven profesional, sé lo horrible e intimidante que puede ser esto. Al principio dudé en escribir una crítica, sin embargo, después de visitar la compañía de bonos el otro día para intentar reservar una cita, vi a los mismos 2 miembros del personal de pie en la recepción y charlando sobre otros miembros del personal, ¡lo cual no era muy profesional! (No vi nombres, pero una niña era baja con cabello rubio y la otra alta con cabello oscuro y lentes, ambos en sus primeros 20 años, diría). Pensé que esto no debería pasar desapercibido, como lo era. Muy fuera de lugar como público. Volvería de nuevo ya que no permitiré que esto arruine mi experiencia, la comida era deliciosa y los alrededores son un gran lugar para mi boda.
