The Bond Cafe in Birmingham

¡Vine a la feria de bodas con mi novio hace unos meses y fue increíble! El personal de la cafetería era muy amable y hablador y habló honestamente sobre lo hermoso que es el vínculo como lugar de celebración de bodas. La comida era bastante cara y me encantó especialmente la comida en el puesto de perros calientes! Sin embargo, me decepcionó bastante ver que algunos de los miembros del personal de recepción hablaban muy groseramente con el personal de la cocina. Como (una) joven profesional, sé lo horrible e intimidante que puede ser esto. Al principio dudé en escribir una crítica, sin embargo, después de visitar la compañía de bonos el otro día para intentar reservar una cita, vi a los mismos 2 miembros del personal de pie en la recepción y charlando sobre otros miembros del personal, ¡lo cual no era muy profesional! (No vi nombres, pero una niña era baja con cabello rubio y la otra alta con cabello oscuro y lentes, ambos en sus primeros 20 años, diría). Pensé que esto no debería pasar desapercibido, como lo era. Muy fuera de lugar como público. Volvería de nuevo ya que no permitiré que esto arruine mi experiencia, la comida era deliciosa y los alrededores son un gran lugar para mi boda.

Esta fue mi primera visita al local de Bond Company, y específicamente a las instalaciones de Waterside. Está cerca del centro comercial Bull Ring, pero en un área industrial deprimida con muchas fábricas y edificios comerciales antiguos, vacíos y abandonados. El acceso al edificio es impresionante, con su calle adoquinada, su arquitectura victoriana y sus características de acero cuidadosamente restauradas incorporadas con toques de modernidad (una iluminación agradable y brillante y un toldo grande y nuevo, pintado en blanco llamativo). Mi visita fue doble: en primer lugar, para asistir a una presentación de negocios realizada por una empresa local de comunicaciones en el lugar y, en segundo lugar, por casualidad para visitar el Café de la compañía Bond. Las presentaciones se llevaron a cabo en una habitación individual, luminosa, espaciosa, renovada con vigas de madera tradicionales / originales y con impresionantes vistas del canal al lado. Las diferentes partes del edificio están claramente señalizadas y este es un gran lugar para celebrar reuniones, conferencias y, como he escuchado del personal, bodas también. La segunda parte de mi visita consistió en una breve excursión a la cafetería, que el personal me recomendó. Desde que tuve prisa por el tiempo, tomé una taza de té, que fue elaborada correctamente y un pedazo de pastel, que estaba delicioso. Los precios eran razonables y el personal no podría haber sido más cortés y amable. Tengo que felicitar a los operadores de este lugar por tener la visión y la visión necesarias para crear negocios y servicios modernos y demandados en este lugar y por revitalizar y regenerar este edificio. Con suerte, habrá un nuevo desarrollo de sitios similares en esta área en el futuro. Espero volver en el futuro para otra conferencia o simplemente para "aparecer" en el Caf.

Maravilloso lugar en medio de una zona industrial. El personal era amable y fácil de acercarse, dispuesto a ayudar. .

Un precioso lugar para comer con un personal encantador. Observó con diversión cómo todos trataban con un plonker de un cliente que decía que sabía cómo hacer un blanco plano adecuado porque él era el dueño de una cafetería, el personal hizo exactamente el café exactamente lo que pidió y tuvo que declararlo de nuevo. que solía ser dueño de una cafetería, ¡tal vez fuera de negocio! ! . ¡Piensa que solo estaba mostrando y lanzando su peso alrededor! Estamos aprendiendo sobre el sector de la restauración y su personal nos mostró exactamente cómo mantener el mejor servicio al cliente. Encontramos el café encantador?

Mi esposa y yo asistimos a una boda de amigos en Bond el sábado pasado. El bar y el servicio de mesa eran amables y serviciales. Nos dejaron mejorar el vino en la mesa, lo cual fue apreciado. No hay cerveza de barril disponible pero la selección embotellada es variada. La comida que se sirve en la mesa y desde la camioneta afuera ambos estamos deliciosos. ¡Recomendar!

What a find! OMG i never knew about this place until i was invited to a wedding. The room was wonderfully decorated for this very special occasion. Not too big and not too small. After the ceremony we went into the cafe for food and drinks. The food was excellent full marks to Fran for the lovely spread. We had an elderly lady there and the staff were very attentive to her nothing was too much trouble. Tracy, Julie and Ollie were amazing making this event even more special so friendly and welcoming, should anyone out there want an occasion venue i would deffo recommend this place! Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good portions of well-prepared fresh food. My halloumi salad was very tasty. The staff are very helpful and keep themselves keeping the place clean. The setting, by the canal is very cool and relaxing. Good value for money.

Came here on Saturday 18th February for an evening wedding do, totally amazed at how well organised it was, the happy couple actually got married here. The room was set out so beautifully,everything was so clean and bright. From the outside it just looks like a refurbed warehouse. I was totally amazed once inside, drinks prices were reasonable too. I would recommend anyone living in or around Brum that plans on getting married to seriously take a look at this venue. Food for the evening was a old fashioned van parked in the carpark serving a variety of pies and mash in a box, absolutely fantastic. Well done Pietanic.

The cafe has very friendly and helpful staff. The menu selection isn't extensive yet it is good value. I enjoyed the chilli with jalapeno peppers. There is a seating area outside as well as inside. Warm and cosy.

We had an event for 80 Young people here in the summer and various other team meetings. The venue is fantastic, they accommodated for everything. They honestly couldn't have done more. The staff are brilliant, the food was great. They really did go above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

Food on offer today was fairly limited but good value and tasty. Teas, coffee and cakes also available. What makes it attractive is it is a canal side warehouse converted to conference centre and cafe. Nice canal side cafe looking over to Banksy style graffiti in quite part of central Brum, 1 mile from New Street (walking). Nice venue for meetings and conferences. Onsite parking (at a charge). Great to walk or cycle here. Open 8-5pm Monday to Friday.

I've been coming to this cafe for years and not reviewed it till now as it wasn't great historically. However now it's superb, so credit where it's due. It's not pretentious or trying to be bigger and better than it is, it's just honest and well done. The food is stuff like wraps, burgers, panini, etc. There's daily specials and special offers (example on Friday, Beer, burger & fries (curly, straight or sweet potato) all for £5). They serve breakfast as well - the good old english breakfast, and hot sandwiches etc, as well as porridge, granola, etc Great range of quality teas, good stocked bar, branded soft drinks and staff who know how to make a decent coffee. Karl and his staff are always extremely friendly (even if some give them a hard time!) Oh yeah, and the whole place is a gallery with art to look at and/or buy. This place puts the other very local "bistro" lol to shame.

This is a gem of a little café nesting in a great little conference venue next to a canal. The old bonded warehouse is converted and this café easily caters for its diverse business clientele. The café also supplies great catering for the busy conference bookings. I always pop in when working at this venue. Lovely staff great vibe.

Whilst working at The Bond I popped into the cafe for some lunch, the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a jacket potato with beans & cheese which was well presented. When the weathers nice you can sit outside and listen to music in the background, can highly recommend for lunch or just a cuppa!

The Bond centre is a good place for a course. I did not find the café suited my tastes. Salads are limited, too much mayo . Food is competitively priced. Seems popular. Good to sit and watch the canal. Can get busy.

The cafe overlooks the canal, which is lovely. Staff are very nice and the people in the cafe are nice too. Food is average and it often smells of fried food and generally I don't like going to cafes where I come out smelling like...

I hosted my works Christmas Party at The Bond Company. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Jo the events planner made everything so so easy, I didn't need to do anything upon arrival. We had a 3 course dinner, with a selection of choices...

Great staff, good value for money, great setting on the canal, daily specials, gallery, drinks licence, events venue.

This place is close to The Fazeley Social so has good competition just the other side of the road. The place is set back inside the Bond courtyard but well signposted from the street. The cobblestone yard and old remaining timber canopy still remains when...
