Very good smash burgers for the price 🍔

I always order the 1/2 pounder or Texan bbq and have to admit they really hit home. Best burger in the city to be honest. Their USP is the beef. 100% and tasty

Local to my office, favourite place to order lunch from amongst the team and currently tops our eating table for best food for lunch! Very nice smash burgers, they’re always cooked perfectly and the meat is succulent. Good options on smash burgers and there’s a varied menu if you want pizza, donner or chicken too. Save their number to speed dial! 😂

I was curious about the good reviews, so I checked it out. But it was a total bummer. The pizza was underwhelming with not enough cheese and toppings. And the wings were the worst ever. The place was also pretty dirty. I wouldn't go back or recommend it.

I was introduced to this spot by a friend of mine and i am proud to say it met my standards . I will recomend there pizzas i had a x-large tandoori delight and was bursting with flavour the customer service was on point and i will recomend this spot to all ny friends and family thankyou for the quailty and great service 💯💯💯.

Average chicken fillet burger meal. Same as most places.

Pizza was not nice. California chicken hardly had any of the sauce in it and could not taste any. Cheese in pizza tasteless. Also the bread dough on pizza was really bad. Fries were nice. But pizza was terrible sorry. Even my 4 year old son had few bites and didn't even want to eat any more of it either.

Rude staff gave me uncooked food and didn’t even apologise just stared at my face and wasn’t really bothered about the way they treat their customers won’t be going here again !!!!!!!😡 over cooked fries

I was charged 7.50 for this and cash only. For a standard kebab of the big kebab machine at 7.50 I'd a disgrace. I asked why its expensive for what costs 3.50 in all other shops. Advised eat it first and see. Well its very average. Get a card machine pls as can be seen as a tax dodge especially when charging 7.50 for a 3.50 kebab as it wasn't even wrapped in a kebab worth 7.50 in Balsall heath bham. Never going back here just a disgrace. It was just doner meat and chicken kebab meat, no mix grill and loads of ketchup and tasted not very nice at all. There are no options to pay card as I was asked to go and use a cashpoint. A special kebab, yeah right sir cheap kebab meats from night before clearly as the kebabs were off the previous days kebabs as shop is quite and does not sell its kebabs to prepare fresh daily. 7.50 cannot be justified with we add herbs and blends and wrap in white paper and charge 7.50. The fella with glasses on counter got threatening because I was unhappy at the poor standard. What's even worse they offer you use their website for a card facility but in store they only want cash.

It’s the worst restaurant I had been , unfriendly staff and Upset , The meal was very expensive I got 2 small pizzas and small chicken pieces all by £17 also , The cashier is not good at dealing with customers, Can't go back to it again.

Decent food, a bit overpriced for portion sizes given but burger tastes different to other places. The only issue is the guy with glasses has no manners at all. He is very rude and unprofessional through the way he communicates. The way he takes orders and serves food is like he is giving the food for free. He does not know how to put a smile on his face or how to say hello/pls/thanks!

Fantastic service and the fillet burgers are to die for

I eat here almost every week, food is really good, wish I could eat here more often, unfortunately I'm dieting and need to eat less, especially fast food. Service is friendly, and quick. However they take cash only. Eat in is not really the idea here, but there are limited tables, but most customers takeaway. Would recommend highly.

I find not only the food is so nice bt the service, foods always hot, chips are always fresh, I order alot from this place, only cus service, the workers, the food is always on point, I pray Allah swt blesses your business even more ameen,I just have no complaints, if I could I would add more stars 🌟🌟🌟

Ordered this for delivery for a specific time due to fasting. I rather it come late then early since I don’t like to eat reheated food. My first time ordering as well, I will say I am willing to give it another go at a later date. The Mexican burger was alright it could have been easier to eat I felt it was tough. The mix grill pizza was nice, if I ate it in proper time it would be much better. Sauces were nice. I know the reviews of this place are decent so hopefully my next one is much better.

Ordered from here a few times now as I work in the city centre. Have to say I don't know why I didn't try you guys earlier! Has to be my favourite spot at the moment! Tried a few different meals and they all taste delicious! Food always comes fresh and hot and the extra sauces given are spot on! Will continue to order from here if the standards continue! Fantastic food! The hybrid burger tasted delicious. The quality of the chicken patty really shows. The fries were really nice and the sauce is really tasty, they make it themselves. It's not those bog standard off the shelf sauces that have some weird taste. *****

10/10 service. Food delicious. Smash burger was moist and light; really tasty. Fish fillet burger bun was really fluffy👌🏻💯. Kebab Supreme is a must buy if never tried, not heavy or stodgy, but sweet and spicy; really nice, the chicken doner in the kebab supreme was probably the best chicken doner I have ever eaten. P.S Ihsaan's customer service was fantastic, the food was served quick, hot and with good presentation.👌🏻

One of my favourite places to order from. Everything is at very affordable pieces & the food is firyah. Never had any issues with the food or service everything always come quite fast & very hot. Burger meals are good deals and the chicken burgers are the best. No complains.

Their pizza, if you would call it a pizza had barely any meat, just pure dough. Not happy at all

Bog standard takeaway nothing special, ordered the burger with the 2 strips fries. Fries were below par, although the burger wasn't fresh it'll do. They don't accept card only cash so had to quickly dash to the cashpoint, who doesn't have a card machine 2022. Tax avoidance. The guy who served is rude, tall with glasses, no customer service skills at all and just generally rude, manners always begin at home which Is something he hasn't been thought. This takeaway isn't a friendly place, it's more catered to teenagers and rough druggies. They have a vast array of food, smash, grill etc.

One of the BEST takeaways i have had for a long time, there local to us so my husband orders once a week atleast(trust me he would do it everyday if he could 😂) Pizzas are really tasty, husband likes the peri peri burger and donner burger, But he loves the daddy burger. I have had the chicken fillet burger and its one of best! Fries are always on point too🙌🏽 Not got round to trying anything else yet but will definately try more in future. Also remembered my daughter loves their milkshakes they are thick and flavour is on point👍🏼 I try to limit cold stuff especially with the weather being rubbish but she is always trying to ask me for some..

Absolutely amazing food - everything we have tried on the menu is delicious. The pizzas, the burgers, the fries, the chicken. Love this place and the manager Tariq is a real gem, always looking out for each and every customer. No where else does it for us. No where rivals this place. We travel from the other side of Birmingham because the food is so good. Keep up the excellent standards guys!

Not from the area and staying in the Jurys Inn overnight. Was looking for a decent takeaway as we didn't want to be trailing our 2 kids round the city centre. This did not disappoint, lovely food and quick delivery with a friendly approach. Thank you for feeding us 😁

Tried this place after reading the reviews, amazing tasty pizzas, sauce really compliments the pizza too full of flavour and not stingy on toppings. Customer service is on point. Nice little spot that does burgers, chicken and icecream it's a must try.

Great portion sizes, There was an amazing spice level on the hot wings, I'll definitely be visiting again.

Great food at great price and customer service is 2nd to NONE. Honestly every time I come here I don't feel like a customer, More like an extended family 👪 member. The restaurant is a family run business and they made me feel like I'm part of that. When I first moved to this area I did not pay much attention to this fast food place due to another competitor being on the other side of the road however I decided to give this place a chance and I have to say that was one of the best decisions I ever made, the staff are very kind and welcoming, no matter what you want they'll always make you feel like you've just entered a family run business, even though I do not know them personally theyre very kind and I feel very comfortable when being inside their shop; which is a big reason as to why I've become more of a regular customer, to add to this their variaty in food is amazing, theres different types of food you can order ranging from pizza's to burgers and in between and theyre always willing to bring out new ideas and ways to cook the food so that everytime you have something it tastes unique and fresh, the dough for pizzas is hand made and set, the food is taken care of and lovingly made and I dont know what they techniques they use but the food stays delicious even if you have it for left overs, the owner is very kind and caring and thats also reflected by the staff whom take on his traits and they look after the shop very deligently, its obvious that they care for the place and that honestly adds to the atmosphere of the shop whilst you wait for your order to be served, honestly this is argubally the most perfect fast food shop I've been too in a while, everytime I try something out from another shop I always find myself comparing them to the quality from Rooster's and most of the time Rooster's is better. So all in all if youre in the area and see a Big John's turn a bit onto the main road and you'll find a shop thats equally if not better and ready to serve you with freshly made and high quality food.

Best fast food place to eat if you're in the area. Owner and workers are welcoming and food is almost always fresh. Prices are low too whilst obtaining decent portion sizes. Also, the menu is extensive enough to find something you'd like but no so long that quality suffers. Definitely would recommend.

Oh my just had delivery from Roosters Chicken and Pizza, their new Roosters Daddy Burger is to die for, it was a huge piece of chicken and the spices were amazing. We had a family pizza it was absolutely delicious, definitely recommended this place.

Ive always been a bit particular about chicken on pizzas. Sometimes you get chewy bits n sometimes the chicken is hard. I was a bit hesitant to go here as its not my usual but i must say very impressed with the food. It was fresh and you could see they put alot of effort in to the service even though i got there 10mins before closing time. The leftover pizza even tasted yummy the next day! The children and husband loved it. Will definately be going here again!

Balti chicken pizza the best ever.

Since 2013 i have been going to roosters. I have seen so many staff come and go but the excellent customer service always stayed the same. The recent owners now are very nice. They have home made hamburgers. The pizza are amazing. The quality of the food is so good and worth the price. The prices are very reasonable and i would defo recommend
