Popped in for Lunch as we nearly booked to stay but chose somewhere else. Had two Burgers and Cokes for drinks and at £45 I'd say it was way overpriced, definitely overcooked and I'm glad we didn't book a room. Limited parking (5 spaces) means paying in an also overpriced public car park. Fair to say we won't be going back😮

Teignmouth has more than its fair share of boozers, really good to see when many pubs are closing down. This is a no-nonsense pub, right on the harbourside (and I mean RIGHT on the harbourside!). Bet it's lovely to sit outside on a sunny day. We were there on a rainy February night, and there was a band just warming up ready to play. Friendly bar staff. Cheap drinks.

Popped in for a drink and Wow! This pub has been very tastefully modernised, stylish but subtle from every aspect. Too much to explain, go se for yourself. There is also a games room and garden. Drinks were reasonably priced.

The 3 July was their last night in Beefeater as we know it. I’ve been a fan of Beefeater for 50 years from child to adult and its phasing out is rather sad. We came 9 days ago for a birthday meal that was great and tonight I came to say goodbye to staff. Great food and service under conditions which Whitbread PLC should be wincing at. Staff numbers and menu run to minimum only to replace by a poor stable mate in the future, I assume for residents only. Wish them all well and the duty manager on my last two visits was really great - lovely character and hope she goes on to excel in hotel/hospitality/tourism and leisure. A great night for me - in the end of what’s left of Beefeater Grandstand.

Nothing worse than visiting an open 24hr mc donalds to find it closed ... annoying for people who have a planned route. Nothing to stop them updating on a 24hr basis to let people know where they stand ...

It's a pretty standard coffee shop, nothing particularly remarkable about it but the staff are reasonably friendly and service is usually fast. However it is very busy and noisy! I've always enjoyed the drinks here, although the coffee is pretty average and you can definitely get better tasting drinks elsewhere. Whenever I've sat in though, there has been a constant stream of people that come in just to use the toilet and then walk out leaving the door open (and sometimes shaking their wet hands all over the place), so there is a bit of a smell. It's not really the fault of the store but it is off-putting.

Dear New Fung Sing I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share my recent dining experience at your restaurant on Monday, September 2nd. I ordered a duck curry accompanied by egg fried rice, and I can confidently say it was the best Chinese meal I have ever had. The curry sauce was exceptional—truly unlike anything I have tried before. Additionally, my partner ordered prawn chow mein. Initially, she was hesitant due to a previous negative experience at another establishment, but she was thoroughly impressed. She described it as delicious, with remarkable flavor and perfectly cooked prawns. We also enjoyed shredded crispy beef, beef in black bean sauce, and chicken balls, all of which were outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend your restaurant to others and look forward to returning soon. Thank you for the wonderful experience! Best regards,

It's decent enough. Nicely situated by the seafront. Staff are friendly but service was slow on both occasions I've been. Food is decent but nothing special if I'm being honest. There isn't much finesse. My chicken and chorizo sandwich had a massive fillet of chicken with a bit of salad. Tasty but simple. If you're passing, it's worth a visit but much better places out there.
