McDonald's in Teignbridge

Waiting for abt 20mins. It's dead and still ridiculously slow.

Clean, lots of parking (for lorries as well), good value and pleasant staff. My favourite McDonalds location.

Very busy. Staff unaware of customer needs. Unapproachable

Total opposite to a Fast Food restaurant definition. THE slowest place in England!!! Terrible service and cold food. Disaster!!!

The slowest McDonald’s ever, even when it’s quiet, ~20mins wait for a standard meal. Cups of hot drinks waiting on a counter only to be served cold or ice creams to be served melted. Very Disappointed

Shocking. Never has milkshakes. Staff are rude. Zero manors. Place has fallen far from it's original standard. Used to be brilliant.

It’s McDonald’s. Cold chips. Disappointing but did the job.

Not sure about the other negative comments but was stopping over for a latte in noon - 15 Jan 25 - after a super long trip from London. Friendly staff. Young staff girl with specs super friendly and smiling, not sure of her name who was outside clearing the bins for a bit while I was enjoying my latte and cig in the carpark. Bless ya for making it my day. Could have asked her number ✌️

Nice place to have fast food with family and children

I waited 20 minutes for my food (2x coffee, 2x mc muffin) no one even apologized for the delay and the manager of the restaurant hid in the kitchen and pretended he wasn't there after 20 minutes I asked where my food was: the answer was: it's not ready yet!!! I will never come to this slow food again!!! The manager of this restaurant should change his position and clean the toilets, he would probably do better

Usually stop in here during a lunchtime and without fail these guys are having a meltdown. I've never known a McDonald's to give you such large wait times in comparison to how many people are in the queue. The other day we waited 10 minutes in the drive through but there were only about 6 cars ahead of us.

We've been a few times as it's a good location for us to stop on a long drive to pick up son from uni. But we know what to expect as it's always busy and never really "fast" food. Std Mc Donald's fare with long queues and stressed customers

I've never arrived at a McDonald's at 3:30 in the afternoon only to be told they're closed. What made it worse was the lack of any explanation from the staff member informing customers. It seemed there was a backlog of orders, but if that's the case, it's hardly acceptable for a fast food franchise that's supposed to prioritize efficiency.

Mildly Warm food again....seems to be the norm with macdonalds these days... never hot

Honestly don’t bother, burger came in a stale bun and you don’t even get a ‘sorry about that mate’ when you take it back and ask for a fresher one, you get a teenager looking at you as though you’ve just spoken in another planets native tongue Shocking in here

It in fact was not open 24 hours as stated.

So slow! 35 minute wait for single basic meal.... avoid.

Let us make orders on the app that they couldn’t fulfil and then wouldn’t honour the app discounts when we were forced to change the order at the kiosk.

Ok, for a spicy chicken wrap,...chips are nice too 😋 and it's cheap as chips. Drive through is quite handy on our way past.

Ok to fill a gap .looked like they'd used a catapult to put the burger together.

No sauces in food and food nearly burnt

Lovely, all the ingredients are sourced locally and great to know I am not lining the pockets of a global fast food giant.

Very clean, very busy, short weight and hot food

Says its 24h but it's never open. Come up here on my way home with the misses, one door was locked but the other entrance wasn't. Walked in and no one was about. Called out a few times with no response so we went on and ordered on the screen. After paying you could hear voiced complaining and swearing that someone just ordered food. The eminem wannabe Manager come out and was very rude, threw out food on the counter and walked away

Coffee tastes like the machine hasn't been cleaned, management standing around instead of helping overworked front of house staff, long wait and cold food.

Passing through and this restaurant, Exeter Racecourse, seems to be one of the better ones.

After 25 stops, service is given to drive thru and lobby/walk-in sacrificed to ramp up drive-thru commissions

Absolutely rammed and waiting for what seemed like an hour for food. It was so loud inside I couldn't wait to leave. There was a very limited seating selection which was also very cramped.

An awful McDonald's that takes the fast put of fast food! No one seems to care about the service, giving a real can't be bothered vibe. I've written this review after my fourth visit and my fourth 10 minute plus wait for my food. 🚮

Good all round I live in the south west we dont have to pay for sauce, in fact all of the other MC Donalds I have visited you don't pay for sauce... 30p per sauce I had to pay!

Nothing worse than visiting an open 24hr mc donalds to find it closed ... annoying for people who have a planned route. Nothing to stop them updating on a 24hr basis to let people know where they stand ...

Food came out nice and hot and was to a very acceptable standard.

Rubber chips that were cold. Blunt staff thrusting food towards car. Mcflurry was an icy paste. Luke warm burger. Very disappointed, we arrived at midday so had hope for warm fresh food. But seemed to have ended up with stale food. I'll give this one a miss in future.

Never waited less than 25 min here. Been slow 4 out of 5 times I’ve been here I’ve actually walked out on three orders

Food is never warm. Never any milkshakes. Get orders wrong. It's no longer fast food as you have to wait on average 10mins. For a multi million pound company that's been around many years it could do a hell of alot better that's for sure

Back again for something to eat 🍝🧆 and Drink 🥤🧋 and of course an 🍨🍦. We ate inside this time and were presently surprised how neat it was. Conner swept up underneath the table and cleaned the table top for me because I have cancer. I still have to be careful. So a big thank you.👍👍. The Toilets were also very clean which is nice to see.👍👍. Until next time.👍👍

Not 24 hour, arrived at 23:50 and they're closed. Don't count on them being open.

How bloody slow and not even busy, get some staff or management structure

Do not use the drive through very long wait what what ever time you try . You have been warned .

Pretty much the same as every other McDonald's in the country,although I will say our order was correct & still hot 10 minutes later when we got back to our holiday cottage

Unfortunately there were no signs for table service. The food itself was like you would expect from McDonald's. The area of ​​cleanliness needs to be improved here. The staff won't be able to wipe the tables after every guest, there's just too much going on there, but the tray wasn't clean at reception either.

Always so slow and food slipped together. Burger buns were upside down and squashed.

Excellent customer service and had a lovely quick chat with the man serving me. Unfortunately a big Queue in the drive through but couldn't be helped. Thankyou!

Drive Thru took over Half an Hour... Shockingly bad

Great food was in and out exactly what you want in fast food.

I’ve been to this McDonalds a few times and the service has been so slow every single time, whether it’s busy or not, that I will not be coming back. Never experienced such slow service for only a drink and burger!!

It says it’s 24hours yet at 11.30pm I was refused entry whilst others were being served as the staff had been “told by management not to let anyone in” not really great for a 24 hour restaurant, disappointing

Polite and friendly staff but put Ice in drink and forgot dips. Nuggets tasted like cold elastic couldn't eat them and fries were cold. Young chap serving was very apologetic about the ice. To be fair to them we didn't give them chance to fix the other issues as we were already on the road again

Worlds slowest drive through experience. Had to edit as I drove off down the M5 and realised they short changed me a hash brown. Utterly useless

Blissful food! I could really taste the nutritional value of each and every French fry bloody brilliant I had the chicken share box and a grimace shake it was very sigma and grimace didn’t kill me so that’s cool! 4 stars bcuz I feel a large amount of faeces rumbling in my stomach so I may have to go and take a dump

We pop in here on are way back home from Cornwall and they never got milkshake or there not nice so disappointed

Terrible service, asked to park up and was forgotten I think. First kiosk was ok, quick and efficient, but then staff were useless. Waited half an hour for a couple of burgers and fries.

30mins wait for cheeseburger and coffee , 10pm and nobody in there shambles 🙃

"Open 24 hours" Every time I go after 11pm it's always closed.

The worst McDonald's we have ever been too. Ordered via the app for collection through the drive thru. Waited ages for our food to only be given half of it and it was cold. Would not recommend this McDonalds at all.

Staff seemed like a bit fed up with everything. Very rude in even suggesting to pull up the next window.

Honestly never been to slower McDonald’s in my life! There’s no one here! Drive through is empty, parked my order by the second window and definitely just forgot I existed! Sat here for what felt like a life time watching 3 other customers that casually came in after me also get parked.. we all just sat here bemused… is anyone working in this store?! Avoid at all costs, I’m still sat here now.. ridiculous!

Took 15 minutes for a few chicken nuggets and we didn't get are sause

Slow lazy service. Watched workers just standing round on their phone drinking coke in the kitchen when orders were backing up

Ordered a double big mac which turned up with 3 burgers instead of 4 spoke to a very pleasant young lady called Indie who replaced it straight away without any fuss otherwise everything else was really good

Really busy and has quite a small car park. Toilet was clean.... ish. It is what you would expect a busy services to be like. Food was hot, got 1 bit of our order wrong but corrected it within 5 min. Would stop again as less busy than main services and easier to get to.

Food was fine - it was the 25 minute wait for our food that was the issue to focused on the drive through they forget they have customers in store and just mess around like its a joke behind the counter...no one came and asked or apologised had to keep asking where our order was on which no one seemed to no . Felt like a ghost in there..treat you like your not even there and ain't apologetic about anything .

One of the better McDs. Parking a bit tight if you want to stop and eat.

McDonald's is getting expensive

Professional service with a smile, nothing missing, all tasty. Better to use the app to order for drive through as the speakers don't always pick up what the driver says

40 mins and counting to collect food....

No person on drive through. No person on payment window. Waited - Window shut. Went to collections and person was surprised I hadn’t paid. Explained. Had to get out of car and walk back. So laid back . Not what I expected - as we honestly thought it was shut. Shall not return with the bunch of kids running the place.

It's not the cleanest of places.

It was awful, food was fine when we actually got it but 30 minutes wait after ordering was not what I expected for 'fast food'. Lots of others were complaining and taking food back. Seriously it was rediclous

Very long wait for the food and many tables not cleaned on time. Not sure why maybe shortage of staff. I had to wait over 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers large fries and coke. Place wasn't even busy there was maybe 5 other people waiting with me. Food was good.

We were here a second time and once again we had problems with the order. Missing items and food was not fresh.

25 minutes wait for drive thru order, really unhelpful lady at the window, no apology for wrong order, why would you work with the public if that's how you behave

Slowly got worse & worse since opening, Fast food is a long lost concept here, staff move as if they've been drugged & if by some miracle your order arrives before you die of old age it'll probably be wrong. The upstairs kitchen/ conveyer belt system simply doesn't work efficiently. I've previously waited ten minutes for a breakfast and there were only two other customers. The car park is designed by someone whose only car was made by fisher price & the app takes longer than walking through the actual door & ordering, you know, by talking, like the olden days, when everything worked. Needs a sorting out.

Don't come here for a smoothie, they are not available... not now and not ever. I asked when they will be available, and the shift manager doesn't know... Poor service!

I have been here twice since it has opened and both times the order has been wrong. They did correct it both times but what an extra hassle

We were travelling and chose this restaurant and we were very happy with the decision as it was a big car park and very ample space inside and outside. The service was a really good experience and the food was as we expected. It was very clean and not very busy. Good atmosphere and very recommended restaurant.

Flushing the toilets does not constitute cleaning. Too busy for its own good.
