Don’t order from kfc. They can’t read orders correctly and you usually end up a meal short. Incompetent at best.

I admit to being of the boomer generation & being a bit stuck in my ways. When I visited this place there were 6 or 7 people in front of me & I only saw 1 girl serving them. À delivery driver had come to collect an order but I heard the girl telling him that the order hadn't gone through the system. There were 3 screens to order from, 1 of which was not working. Yes, I hate these screens! There were what appeared to be a young, early 20's couple, using a screen each to order & taking a long time to decide what they wanted , having to view a page at a time & go back to a previous page to search for what they wanted. With him being unsure or undecided then asking her what she was having? All this meant that I was obviously going to be waiting for a long time to get a meal. I decided that they don't really want my money, as they are understaffed & use time consuming machines to order from instead of just simply asking a member of staff for what I wanted. I thought "I'll take my money elsewhere" & I walked a few yards along the road to Wetherspoons where I didn't have to wait, I quickly got served at the bar, ordering a meal, & there were enough staff, with one of them asking as he was passing while I was eating the meal, "Is everything ok?" I won't be going back to this KFC, I get better experience at the ones in Exeter.

I used to find this KFC terrible, but these days they are great. Order correct, hot, and delivered quickly. Perfect.

Missing items not refunded correct amount

Why have your staff processed a refund for me when I did not cancel my order? That being said, I ordered an hour and a half ago and the delivery driver has still not been given the food to deliver yet?

They make large batches to counter busy times but when the customer numbers drop off in the evening the excess food is sat around going cold and they have the audacity to serve it in order to complete a speedy transaction. I'd rather wait for fresh chicken and chips that aren't lukewarm and soggy. I had the privilege of paying full price too. Fuming. Please don't respond with an apology and a promise to improve because judging by recent reviews, that's not happening anytime soon.

chips weren't cooked all soggy, fillet burgers had hardly any mayo on them at all and it was all cold. possibly the worst KFC I've ever had.

Decided to give uber eats a go. It took nearly 2 hours and when it got here not only was it soggy and cold but they decided to swap my 4 sides for £5 options (none of which were chips) for 4 portions of chips!! Useless!

Delivery driver turned up with the wrong order, I questioned it as it didn't look right he convinced me it was correct. I turn around, open it saw it was wrong. By the time I opened the door after 30 seconds to shout to him to come back he'd already disappeared!!

Terrible completely cold items missing and driver said he also waited an hour for it the gravy was cold the food was all completely cold but also overcooked have taken pictures and the box meal was not in a box all loose in bag both box meals

Pre ordered just be kept waiting just as long for our food. Food is somehow cold and chips are soggy. Had a few bad experiences here now. Would avoid!

This was not the couriers fault. KFC were overrun with orders and did not have enough staff, we ordered the food at 7.30 with an initial wait of 20 mins. It kept changing the time to later and later until My husband drove to KFC at 8.30 to pick up himself. He managed to track down our courier (who was great) and hurry the food along (in amongst the madness in the shop!). Courier follows my husband home as he needed the code to get paid. We opened our food and had missing items! KFC let us down

Ordered at 6:20pm. Had a message at 9pm to say it had been delivered. Irrelevant as we had gone out that point - was supposed to be a pre cinema treat. Had to give up waiting and leave home at 7:50pm, which was an hour and a half after ordering. Came home to find it left outside on the doorstep. Hungry, upset and unhappy children. Tried phoning the store 20 times (I’m not exaggerating) to say that I would collect the order as opposed to waiting for delivery. Even that wasn’t an option. Not happy

You refused to replace or refund my order after you got it wrong so I want a replacement or a refund

4 piece boneless meal was ordered, but only 3 fillets received within the box. then 6 mini fillets were ordered separately, all of which were missing, gravy was ordered but received beans instead and BBQ dip was missing. absolutely abysmal

The order was never delivered. I waited two hours after ordering before I submitted a help request. The ETA suddenly changed to delivered after that, but my order was no where to be found.

order got delayed fair enough I was kept updates. delivery driver had an issue with coming through the main entrance so decided he would not go back and tried to hand it over barbed wire fence. Not the brightest of your drivers.

I did not get what I ordered so many parts of my order was missed. There was no hash brown in my zinger double down nor was there a hash brown in the fillet tower burger. My mini fillet burger was also not delivered I am not happy and will not be ordering from here again. Nearly £30 for half the parts of my order missing I want a full refund.

We often order the burger and fries deal and this is the second time, in the space of 7/8 days, where we have had missing fries, and the wrong sauce.

I would like my money back i did not get what I paid for lots of the order missing driver said some items were unavailable and we had other items instead, four pots of gravy two which leaked out covering everything except chips including my daughter's awful meal all unwrapped coverd in gravy. Not happy £35 is a lot of money.

Was an average delivery time, but was missing items from our order. Was missing the gravy and beans for our side. 2 portions of the chips and the hot wings. So only received like 3/4 of our order so wasn’t happy.

Awful food and horrible service. The staff are rude and take ages to serve you. The food stank and made me feel sick. When I complained about my order I was told there was nothing they could do.

Absolutely disgusting, pungent vile chicken that stank of chemicals. I've never had such a bad KFC, it's like the chicken was off. Just a nasty, slimy puck of gristle, made me want to vomit. To add insult to injury, I especially asked for breast as I don't like thigh, and they said no problem. Opened it to see a thigh and a drumstick. We complained, they just shrugged and said there was nothing they can do. Won't be going back, and will be filing a chargeback for this as we didn't get what we asked and paid for.

Wrap meal was ordered with Gravy but it came with beans. One small piece of chicken in the wrap so was mostly bread. Very disappointed

We had waited at least 20 minutes. Our number showed as completed on the board but number not called by employee. We waited further approx 5 to 10 minutes. I asked if our number was complete.... the man rudely said I called your number. I said he hadn't he said again I called it. My 10 year old quietly said he didn't mum as did several other people in the queue. Other staff smirking. Very rude. Won't go back there.

My cousin ordered food for like everyone he spent over 70 quid and literally almost the whole order was wrong and instead of mash and gravy coming they sent beans and coulslaw

Tried to do a click and collect order. Useless, had to wait over 30 mins after 'checking in' watching 3 just eat drivers collect orders while we still had to wait. No Krushems or Sundaes even though the website stated they had them and to top it off they missed off several items and couldn't refund over the phone so now I have to go back just to get my refund. Absolutely appalling, don't bother going here.

What a shame, the food always used to be great. But Due to staff incompetence we never received our food. (Their words not mine) Poor communication. Won't be bothering again. Still waiting on refund from delivery partner.

Delivery was great, food was great, driver was polite and helpful, however sadly the food order was wrong. Most of the order was correct, sides, drink etc, except for the burger was a different burger. I enjoyed it, but it wasn’t what I ordered as per the receipt.

Chicken was dry like it had been there for hours

This was the best KFC for miles around, unfortunately since the refit the standards have dropped. The freshness and temperature of food now seems to be an issue and most annoyingly the service has gotten much slower or non-existent. After driving 20 minutes to get to this particular KFC waiting to be served 10-15 minutes at the front of the que and with no acknowledgement from the staff behind the counter I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Got takeaway at Newton Abbot KFC yesterday evening, for my children. The guy who appears to be their mainstay on the serving desk, was cheerful and well-mannered as on previous visits. Others in the kitchen/serving area were holding their own conversation littered with swearing, including the f word. Part of my order placed on the touchscreen included a fillet burger 'customised' without the sauce, mayo or lettuce but when I got home I discovered it had all these things and my daughter could not eat it. So, approx £10 paid for that meal and effectively in the end no meal at all; my daughter's disappointed and I'm cross because who these days has really got time to drive back to KFC and inform/complain... Overall a totally useless experience but on reflection unsurprising, considering the staff seemed to be there to collect their hourly rate and have conversation but not actually to apply any customer service or proper diligence to the service that KFC is paying them to provide. The burger by the way was so smothered in sauce when I tried it, as to render it inedible. Again symptomatic of kitchen staff not caring or paying attention to what they're doing.

I had items missing from my order and was sent 4 wrong items. When I tried to phone the shop I was ignored, I called 5 times and every time it was ignored. Absolutly would not reccomemd, this was not the first order they have screwed up I will never be ordering from them again.

Check your food before leaving! Food is good but they do have a name for always messing up orders or leaving stuff out! Very busy!!

This needs to be refunded. The order was for my elderly Dad who suffers with Alzheimer's. He struggled with the code and tells me that the delivery person took the food away. Thanks
