Best stick into the Classics on the menu. The Philly stack is average and you need 2 to fill you up. Meal came to £20 which is disgraceful really like all takeaways these days everything is becoming unreachable.

absolutely despicable. went to wrong address, the driver sat there not looking at the chat. my partner had to go to the other address. the driver said are you waiting for this food. at that point the drinks were spilt everywhere and the bag split open fell on the floor. the driver was horrible and did not care. she was just worried she would get in trouble.

Half of the order was missing. The food looked like it had been chucked in the bag with mo care

My order was delivered with a sopping wet bag leaking the iced latte I had ordered. There was an empty cup when I opened the bag from where all the coffee had spilled out. I’m so annoyed. I feel the delivery driver knew aswell and didn’t tell me.

Delivery driver was lovely, brilliant service. However, the order itself was lacking in the extra bacon, extra pickles and the garlic mayo dip which all has a cost but its not the end of the world.

Lovely hot food Shame you have to cross the chaotic road to get there but it's close to the main road i suppose.

When it arrived the delivery driver said he had been sat in his car for 10 minutes because of a dropped pin issue so it was stone cold and stodgy

Asked for 2 McCrispy burger meals. They were hot, as in spicy and later that day we both had an upset stomach.

The driver rang me because she was lost i tried to explain but she was talking over me and was extremely rude and told me to go find her when my toddler was asleep in bed!!!! very unacceptable

This delivery guy couldn’t work out how to get to the front door. I then had to go out looking for him, he missed the intercom and the giant map in the lobby saying where to go. When I finally found him he was very rude.

Sat for over a hour waiting for my food for 1 item to be delivered and missing all my burgers chips and chicken absolute joke

Everything was in the order food was still warm and driver was very friendly

no food and they saw my message and didn't help thanks a lot for the breakfast which they probably eating at the moment you are ment to listen to your customers and do your job or y would you even work there if you can't deal with problems your not a robot you have a brain do it right not hard at all.

Swung by on my way to work this morning, around 7am, sat so long at the drive through order point I decided to ise the app to order instead, when I got to the collection point I was told my drink had already been collected, obviously it shouldn't have been so the lad called the manager, she took another 5 minutes off my life going through the computer without bothering to speak to me, I asked if she could just give me a coffee as I was gonna be late for the shift and 3 cars were now queuing behind me and she replied that she had to go theough all tue protocols, I mean come on, I'm just asking for the coffee I've already paid for, not nuclear missile launch codes...

Food was quite cold not really happy forgot half the dips think I wasted my money

Absolutely useless. Most items were incorrect. Fast food is supposed to be fast and with the items we actually ordered. READ THE RECEIPT FIRST BEFORE PREPARING THE WRONG ITEMS.

I'm going to give McDonald's food a four but I do recommend their crispy sweet chilli chicken wrap 🌯 Service would be three because they don't give you what you want sometimes and they put the wrong stuff in and forget some stuff but apart from that they are really good 👍

opened my door to have a bag dumped on the floor,gave my code to which she pretty much ran away. opened the bag to find alcohol instead of food so i called after her just to be told its not her problem and im to contact the post office even though i ordered from McDonald's. she knocked the door 10mins later asking for the bag back and she would return with our food. 15 minutes later our food arrives but it was stone cold! we won't be using you again!

Well I’m shocked for the first time ever that my food was on time, it was hot , cooked properly and nothing was missing, it’s sad that this will not continue but this mornings hangover food was spot on so I’ll take that win for today

Drive through - from joining the queue it took 32 minutes to get through. There were some big orders ahead of me which must have been wrong as bags were passed back through the window on several occasions. This must have slowed everything down. My small order for two people was the worst we have had - pretty cold and limp. I guess it had been bagged up and left sitting on the side. I should have complained when it was handed to me as it didn’t feel hot but I was aware of the long queue behind me. Won’t go again.

They never get my orders right and it's always cold

If you want missing items from your order, or the wrong order completely this is the place to be. On many occasions I have ordered additional sauces, fries, hashbrowns etc and around 40 percent of the time the order is incorrect. Today's order, the fries were double salted, there were 4 chicken selects instead of 5, they forgot the sweet chilli dip as requested and paid for, they delivered me a standard sized coffee instead of the requested large. The Mcdonalds in Torquay seems to be better than this one, but in all honesty save yourself the money and go to one of the many other takeaways In the area. When there is a mistake you may say it's easy to rectify. However this "resturant" gets very busy and you find yourself queueing all over again to rectify the issue with the food. Some of the staff are lovely, some are not. I wanted to use the toilets after to clean my greasey salty hands, and one of the men cleaning the area was curious and polite. AVOID.
