I put the wrong adress in and he still pulled up

Really nice person and nice and fast only like 10-15 minutes even though it said it would take about 40 minutes so that was super quick

Brilliant! first time ordering and it was great!

opened my door to have a bag dumped on the floor,gave my code to which she pretty much ran away. opened the bag to find alcohol instead of food so i called after her just to be told its not her problem and im to contact the post office even though i ordered from McDonald's. she knocked the door 10mins later asking for the bag back and she would return with our food. 15 minutes later our food arrives but it was stone cold! we won't be using you again!

Well I’m shocked for the first time ever that my food was on time, it was hot , cooked properly and nothing was missing, it’s sad that this will not continue but this mornings hangover food was spot on so I’ll take that win for today

Drive through - from joining the queue it took 32 minutes to get through. There were some big orders ahead of me which must have been wrong as bags were passed back through the window on several occasions. This must have slowed everything down. My small order for two people was the worst we have had - pretty cold and limp. I guess it had been bagged up and left sitting on the side. I should have complained when it was handed to me as it didn’t feel hot but I was aware of the long queue behind me. Won’t go again.

There was a waitress who was very rude. Even though we had ordered food from this restaurant, she wouldn't let us eat inside. We suspect it was racial discrimination. 0-star review.

If you want missing items from your order, or the wrong order completely this is the place to be. On many occasions I have ordered additional sauces, fries, hashbrowns etc and around 40 percent of the time the order is incorrect. Today's order, the fries were double salted, there were 4 chicken selects instead of 5, they forgot the sweet chilli dip as requested and paid for, they delivered me a standard sized coffee instead of the requested large. The Mcdonalds in Torquay seems to be better than this one, but in all honesty save yourself the money and go to one of the many other takeaways In the area. When there is a mistake you may say it's easy to rectify. However this "resturant" gets very busy and you find yourself queueing all over again to rectify the issue with the food. Some of the staff are lovely, some are not. I wanted to use the toilets after to clean my greasey salty hands, and one of the men cleaning the area was curious and polite. AVOID.

Just ordered myself a few nuggets, mozzarella sticks and a burger, only got the nugs and mozzy sticks, no burger. And when I went back he laughed at me and said nope i definitely did give you that burger (funny that mate. I am now going to become petty and make a complaint… ps. YOU CLEARLY DIDN’T GIVE ME IT OR I WOULDN’T HAVE COME BACK) so I either want my burger or 50 quid in compensation xoxo

Tamper seal on bag broken, no chips in the bag at all not even the happy meal. Chicken selects all torn up, triple cheese burger not delivered and the single cheeseburger looked like someone had stood on it.

Just tired of ordering a delivery, receiving the delivery to then find out they have not bothered putting in everything you have ordered. So, after a long week of work, I have to get up again just to go to McDonald's to get what they didn't put in!

The delivery driver was lovely but waited nearly 2 hours for my food and it was stone cold.

Worst McDonald's experience for a long time. There items missing from the order, pickles left in a burger when we requested without, salad leaves in the wrap so wilted they were slimy, and fries that were undercooked and cold, rubbery in texture.

we put our order in at 7.30 and we only got it at 9.30 because they couldn't find a driver and all our food is cold and 2 chicken pieces are not there. also they didn’t give us straws or and sauces we asked for. I want my money back.

The que was massive, in front and behind me, I was late for a job so pulled out the que, drove around to the exit and so many cars waiting, No one at the pay window, Not sure why but it's ment to be fast food. Just a recent example of this places incompetence. My partner in a part of her order, 9 chicken nuggets. We received a nugget box with salad inside.. and charged for the nuggets. If you are busy and cannot keep up. Then say so! If you are overwhelmed with orders, then control the flow! Don't take the piss with people paying for your service.

Chips weren’t very hot. Chicken mayo was ordered without mayo or lettuce, came with extra mayo, lettuce and extra cheese. Otherwise correct, but come on.

I paid a tip and requested that they did not put cold drinks as touching hot food. driver turned up with cold drinks touching hot food even though he has separate compartments in his bag for drinks. now half my food is cold.

while the food was great and I wasn't bothered by the delivery being pushed back, I had left a note on the app saying to leave the bag on the doorstep if no answer as I was taking external work customer calls. The driver was insistent with banging on the door and then tried to call my mobile for the code. I had to interrupt my customer to answer the door to which he then aggressively stated he needed the code. this stressed me out, why is the code needed, when address and delivery note are there

We ordered 1 Big Mac, and a ranch burger. We received 2 ranch burgers! We also ordered 4 dips to go with our chicken nuggets and got none. I ordered sprite and got apple! It’s a joke

The staff are helpful and freindly. If only they didn't cook up the orders so often.
