McDonald's in Teignbridge

i’m sorry but this is the second time ordering with you from mcdonald’s and having NO chips with my meals. some tall old guy with a belly delivering my order was foreign. i am not happy at all i have called mcdonald’s and they said it’s all down to u. i want a full refund

The milk in the coffee was off and couldn’t drink it

Delivered on time with the final timings but timings changed SO much originally started with7.50 and was estimated at 8.50 when ordered at 7.25 and delivery time said “15-30mins” hence why we ordered this one not other take out.

Shocking! McDonald’s never check is everything is in there missing half my order and I couldn’t come back and get rest! I now have 1 child without there dinner and upset

Horrendous experience, the place was so busy you could hardly enter the doorway. The queues of people waiting must have exceeded 50 and it took nearly 45 minutes to get the order. Never again!

Awful experience, delivered to another address, now we have no food and have to wait 3-5 days to see i we can get a refund..meanwhile someone who never paid for food is eating our meal... and I can't afford to buy another

They delivered it fast but my food was cold and my drink was spilt in the bag and the burger was smooshed

The rating is PURELY on the food. McDonald's generally is in a race to the bottom. And it's winning. Low quality food. High prices. It got me by the app and me wanting to spend all the points I racked up but even that can't save it now. If you really need a fast food fix that bad, go to Popeyes or Slims Chicken instead.

Very busy. The staff were excellent - nothing was too much trouble. Food was good.

my wrap was like freezing cold my egg weren’t cooked at all it was disgusting i expect better tbf spending all this money

the muffins were hot and not squished and were delicious, however the pancakes didn't have any maple syrup (again) which has ruined my sons experience, would have been 5 stars if the syrup had been present

I tipped the delivery driver when I ordered, which I regret. I live in a flat on the 3rd floor which I know is inconvenient but when my buzzer rang he said "come downstairs and get your food" I went downstairs and my order was outside on the floor even though I opened the front door with my buzzer phone. This isn't a bad review against Just eat or McDonald's. This is a bad review against the delivery driver 😕

The delivery was good but we didn’t get two things off our delivery so we called the restaurant and blamed it on the driver but overall the delivery was good but the restaurant was awful.

Delivery time pushed back repeatedly. Took almost an hour before order even showed as being prepped.

what is the point in doing meal deals if you miss pretty much whole order so I order two burgers and two fries for 10 odd it was feed two only 1 burger arrived but 2x fries and 1 burger missing,,, something has git to change wother your monitor is half baked and asleep or they only have 1 brain cell!

Delivery was great. Ordered sauces x4 2 with chicken selects & 2 others. Didn’t receive any. McDonald’s refunded for the sauces.

Worse sausage Mc Muffin ever. The fat was dripping out of it and it was ultra salty. Very unpleasant. The service was slow even though it was not busy. Won't go again.

Always messing up the order with delivery, and it's usually cold, unfortunately.

Everything was fine apart from the Strawberry milkshake which was white! Either it was a Vanilla by mistake or the strawberry syrup had run out and nobody noticed.

Some warm some cold, missing items.. again.. Quarter pounder was good though.

delivery man was lovely, who ever was in charge this night should have a pay rise my order had everything in it scolding hot fir once so thank you for that :)

Everything was stone cold and really unejoyable, the drinks weren't even full all the way up and the burgers were just a complete mess.

Better than Torquay. But McDs food is consistently better at Paignton.

I made my order last night they said theyd confirm this morning i made order to be delivered at 9.30 i made an order of 3 porridge amd a breafast bap meal so easy order

food arrived hot and on time, missing one of the main breakfast items which was annoying but did get a refund straight away from just eat

Food arrived cold and drinks spilt everywhere, leaking through the bag and on to my carpet. Not very impressed. Also no straws for the half a drink that’s left

I orders food at 11.45 and it was delivered at 2.10. The food was prepared at 12.20 and was stone cold.

Awful, three out of three delivery’s the have missed the biggest part of the order from the delivery, I swear not one brain cell between the lot of them.

newton abbot McDonald's is NEVER correct . it's either wrong, or sloppy or has missing items! always a massive FAFF to get it sorted too. AVOID delivery from this McDonald's, not worth it!!! you'll end up driving there to have items replaced. (even those are wrong too lol)

As expected food, pleasant driver. McDonald’s forgot the bbq sauce for the nuggets but otherwise order was great.

Best service and hot food I have received by far! Milkshakes available!! Fries hot and not a very long wait for a change for fresh hot food! Well done team x

I placed an order at 7am and they just sent me hash browns and the drinks. When I actually ordered a mc muffin & breakfast bap. Ofc life could be worse but would much rather get what I paid for than go hungry.

i’ve been sat at home for 2 hours waiting for my sweet chilli wrap with chips and oasis i have a family off 5…. one is only 4 and she’s hungry i live like 10/5 minutes away from macdonalds

Yet again incomplete order. Out of 5 orders 3 have been incomplete. I did think about checking order when delivered before delivery driver left but did not feel this was appropriate. On a positive, now, at least, there is an easy way to complain. 😁Your delivery drivers have always been polite and I have no complaints about the delivery drivers who have always been polite and courteous.

Bit annoyed, when the order arrived I was missing 2 burgers and on one of my other burgers I added cheese and bacon and paid the extra for it but they didn’t add it in. It’s not like I could go back as ask for it to be corrected when I’m at home. Very irritating, it tends to happen a lot with the extras but you’d think they’d check not just put any in the bag. Chips were cold too but I understand that can happen with delivery the main annoyance is the late of time they put into checking…

No dips! Despite there being the option for dips. Lots of them! No dips arrived. I selected 6 dips on the app l. The receipt says only 1 and non were delivered!

Took my son for his birthday as he loves McDonald's. Got what we expected, although I have to say my burger was rather salty and I've never noticed it before. I definitely needed the large drink with it!

You have not delivered my drink!It was the smallest order!The delivery woman said to me she hadn’t even checked the order before they left!And when I called McDonald’s they didn’t want to know.They said to call you and just refunded me the money which I’ll get back in 7 days. Which is useless to me. I’d rather have the drink delivered back out to me but that is not an option from your company. If I don’t get any compensation from you or a reply to this I will delete the app and no longer use you

Absolute joke. Ordered 11:15, said delivered at 14:14 and never got here. Didn’t turn up. I want my money back.

Rubbish. They are so slow here. And so miserable. You’d be lucky to get a grunt at the window when you collect your cold food. If you order through Just Eat they’ll forget to put half the order in the bag and blame it on the delivery company, even though they seal the bag themselves. Plus, they’ll pack your food before a driver is there, so when it arrives you have to heat it up. Great place. Great work everyone.

sent us the wrong food- outside bag correct but wrong food in the smaller inside bag. restaurant don't want to know. got significantly less than we ordered. now only to hope for the refund.
