It would be good if the drive thru were ever open!! Last 3 times I've come, different times of day, it's always bloody closed. I've had to leave the dog in the car bc drive thru shut - almost didn't bother buying anything but took a detour for the drive thru 😡

Absolutely amazing service and delicious food

No friendly customer service, sticky table and dirty lamp above food table Food was ok but very overpriced won't be returning.

Absolutely shameful place, staff overloaded the trays , expected to have a juggling degree to carry everything staff just stand and watch!. Ended up being scolded by an overfilled teapot which is now my fault because i had to make room on the tray! now currently in the hands of my solicitor.

Primera vez que visito cualquiera de estos restaurantes. Nos quedamos muy agobiados con nuestras comidas. Estuve enferma toda la noche después y sé que fue de mi comida, ya que solo había tomado una porción de tostada todo el día de antemano. Siempre habíamos pasado por delante ya que estaba tan ocupado, así que pensamos que lo intentaríamos hoy siendo tarde y sin colas hoy, pero no volveremos.

Great Costa cafe! I have visited on several occasions, and the experience was always positive. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They are very polite and helpful as well. The coffee is of great quality and the prices are as reasonable as at every other Costa cafe. Thank you 😊

The ordering system is chaos. Chefs clearly unable to cope with the volume all at once as orders aren’t controlled by wait staff anymore. Bad decision - a way off of what GBK used to be. Portions are smaller & food was cold after a 46 minute wait. Cheers :) One star because I can’t leave zero.

Went to the drive through, no menu up, got rushed to order, didn't get a drink I wanted and then burnt my mouth when I went to drink it 10 mins later. Absolutely worst coffee experience ever. Will not be going to Costa again and I love coffee. Super disappointed

Thought the manager was brilliant ,he was super efficient,speedy and friendly an asset to your company ,you should be super happy with him. Food was very good, especially the pizza . The food was served without any long wait. This is our go to place after watching a film ( there are a lot of choices) as it's so good . A extensive menu with lots of choices for every diet. Love the music in the background ,we always have to search for a couple of songs whilst there. Well done to all the staff ,they've all been great every time we go there ( once a month since last Sept)

We was seated quick unfortunately we was t told there was a hour wait .. was 20/30 minutes before we ordered them told and we was on way to the airport luck had a bit of spare time … food was nice but service shocking

Nos encanta American Diners, pero como nuestro viaje de larga distancia está llegando a su fin e íbamos de compras decidimos visitar Mollies después de verlo en un artículo. El lugar es muy bueno y replica a los comensales modernos, habíamos reservado así que nuestra mesa estaba lista para nosotros. La cabina era amplia, cómoda y limpia. El camarero estaba bien, pero tenía una voz muy suave que en un ambiente ruidoso era un poco desafiante. Pedimos bebidas que llegaron bastante pronto, pero fueron entregadas por otra persona que no pudo confirmar que el café era como pedimos, un solo trago negro, resultó ser demasiado fuerte para mi esposa y se necesitaron dos solicitudes para obtener un poco de agua caliente para ello. Pedimos nuestras comidas principales, mi esposa no podía tener lo que quería, ya que nos dijeron que estaba pre-preparado y tenía mayonesa, no es alérgica a él, pero simplemente no le gusta, por lo que eligió los tiernos de pollo. Estos llegaron sin nada con ellos solo las licitaciones, que estaban bien pero muy claras. Me dijeron que mi elección de vientre de cerdo no estaba disponible, en realidad, un sábado a la hora del almuerzo? Así que pedí un hot dog de queso con papas fritas. Estaba bien, pero el plato estaba un poco desnudo, sólo una fina rebanada de pepinillo. Las otras dos comidas se veían bien y estaban como ordenadas, así que no hay quejas, aunque las hamburguesas son un poco pequeñas. Pedimos tres postres, un helado expreso, un gofre y un merengue de limón. El helado llegó sin el café Kailua (£ 3 ) que se había pedido y mi gofre llegó sin el jarabe de arce, tuvimos que llamar a alguien para que los trajera. En general estaba bien, pero le faltaba el estilo y la atención al detalle que hubiera esperado, no debería tener que seguir recordando al personal lo que ha pedido. Los precios son un poco altos.

Lovely food and lovely people. Very prompt with delivering and always give 100% never had a problem with this place and it's always my number 1 to go to for food. Highly recommended 👌

appalling service, rude management and staff. incompetent serving, was told it was an hours wait for food when other tables after our group received theirs in 10 minutes. Management of cafe refusing to work, simply stood next to the till. Museum was ok but would not recommend to anyone at any point

Watch out for the excess car parking charges payable at the till on your way out if you dare to get comfortable and have more than one drink. The toilets were utterly disgusting. I definitely would not recommend this place.
