Couldn't have asked for better service!

Lost in wrong car park , went in next home for the loos after fairly long drive . Wanted breakfast place really but couldn’t see anything around . Second floor had a costa so did that . Mate got the coffees in I got the bacon bars in , cheaper if bought with a coffee instead of on own , good location nice place good grub looked like some nice cakes , next time 吧

Really lovely coffee and friendly staff

I just have to share my experience at Costa today. The place was as busy as it gets but the queue was going fast and the baristas were so friendly. The girl on the till explained the benefits of having a Costa app and the girl who made my coffee complimented on my nails. I was having a splitting headache all morning and just generally was not in the best mood but the girls just made my day, so thank you and keep up the good work :)

Costa in next to home its absolutely lovely the food drinks are so lovely and the staff atmre really lovely and friendly and it's a great atmosphere there we live going there keep it up costa!

Never managed to buy a coffee always short staff and super sloooooooooow! Waiting for ages gave up

Awful experience. Food was like rubber and cold, the cappuccino was a milky mess. The management said it was cause they were training a full new team up. I asked does that mean we get trainee prices. The meal was free, but she accepted no responsibility for the staff service/performance who were more interested in flirting with the hockey guys.

Lovely little Costa Coffee inside of the Next store in the retail park. It is situated upstairs. Limited seating as it is only a small store. Lovely cosy atmosphere. Friendly and welcoming staff. Usually good standard of food and drink you get at the majority of Costa stores. Clean and tidy. Tables are cleaned quickly. Nice large open windows, letting lots of natural light into the area.

Friendly service and quick! I’ve noticed in a lot of Costa’s the staff aren’t very good when it comes to clearing/cleaning tables but not the case here, nice to enjoy my coffee and food at a clean table.

If Carlsberg did Costa Coffees, they would look like this. Great space, friendly staff, nice vibes

Lovely coffee,and toastie, the cinnamon bun was a bit on the dry side. Excellent customer service, Rather busy, appeared one member staff working, she done her best.

This is the worst Costa I have ever been too. If it is not on the menu anymore, please take it off as my son wanted mac&chesse but it was not on the menu. The same problem with the mango bubble frappe nothing again so no drink for me. please sort this store out.

It's OK here, but I will only be going to the one in next homes in the retail park at cribbs causeway. The staff there are amazing, so helpful

Just wanted to let the Directors at Costa Coffee know I’ve just cleaned one of your tables for you. Obviously the millions you make each year in profit is not enough to get you to employ some staff to do this basic task.
