The best restaurants in Patchway South Gloucestershire South West

Neither of us had had a Nando's for 20 years after (separate) poor experiences. This visit reversed that. Service was unintrusive but quick. The food was good, and the menu flexible. It was no more expensive than some of the more "up-market" fast-food restaurants. We'll try our more local Nando's at some point.

Confundido si pedimos a un camarero o desde la aplicación. Los menús fueron llevados por el camarero de bebidas y ella dijo que volvería a tomar nuestro pedido, pero nunca vino. Cuando fuimos a la recepción a pedir fuimos un camarero que tomó otro pedido de mesas. Comida abrumada y servicio de mala calidad. Ustedes son propiedad del grupo de soho, clasifíquense.

I ate at the bar one evening. It was pleasant and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very efficient. As soon as my drinks order was taken, you can see the bar staff making it in the background and it was brought to the table before the waitress finished taking my food order. That is impressive thanks to modern technology. I tried the pie, which was very nice. Recommended.

The food arrived cold, and we ordered mozzarella sticks but the dipping sauce was missing. Pasta tasted very bland. Wouldn’t recommend.

Shout out to the staff and their attention to detail when it comes to allergy and intolerances, specifically asking whether I had an allergy or an intolerance and then confirming again once they had spoken to the chef.

Excellent lunchtime takeout, had the soy sauce chicken and sweet & sour chicken with veg chow mein. Happily return, good food and excellent value

Huge tasty tenders! Wings are good but not great. Great sauces and fries. Posh kfc maybe? But defo a great chain. I've been to many and the Bristol cribbs is my fave

Coffee horrible, limp, bland, expensive toastie. The only outside space was all smoking.

Absolutley disgusting customer service. Staff replenshing shelves barged in front of us while we were looking to select from shelves. Staff behind counter were incredibly incredibily rude. I have never experienced the like before. I use to be a loyal customer of Pret - no longer!

Had only just ordered food and not even eaten a morsel when our poor son was taken ill - the staff were very kind and professional and did not complain at all. Pat was particularly lovely and reassuring. We had to leave but will come back when everyone is fit and well.

Wasn’t keen on my chicken meal at all, it was super disappointing…nothing was explained to me too re drinks, sauces etc and I don’t think I ate there before. I had to ask for everything. Place had no atmosphere whatsoever, food wasn’t up to much and I felt that the staff felt the same way about the place. Perhaps they aren’t treated well there. Saw the video about Nandos ruining the river in Wales tonight also…I won’t ever be returning to a Nandos

The chips could of been a bit warmer apart from that was nice thank you
