Nando's Bristol - Cribbs Venue in South Gloucestershire

Love Nando's chicken, it's fairly fast food, but a healthy option (depending on which sides you choose) and has a great flavour. Somewhat expensive for fast food, but it's one of the best options out there

The restaurant was super busy, however the food was cooked really well hot and tasty. The staff were great considering they were rushed off their feet and checked if everything was ok, kudos kudos to the team.

On Thursday the 13th of March. Me My son and his friend visited here . It was my son's birthday and this is where he wanted to eat . I had my service dog with me . We walked in and sat down in a corner . The manager came up and said we would have to leave because they didn't accept service dogs they only accept guide dogs . We left and went to KFC where my service dog wasn't an issue . Whilst we were in KFC my son looked up Nandos policy and it says they accept guide dogs and assistant dogs . We called back into Nandos to speak to the manager. I asked the manager to read the policy on my phone and she said only the deaf and blind can come in with a dog . The manager was very patronising and she needs to learn about disabilities. She also needs to learn the equality act 2010 🤬

Great good, love a cheeky Nando’s, shame the only staff interaction was “have you ate at Nando’s before” and then literally just walked off, no check after food was served either.

Nando’s is a great restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere. As soon as you enter, the staff will take you to your table and hand you the menu. However, keep in mind that you need to go to the till to place your order. We initially sat at our table, expecting someone to take our order, and waited a few minutes before realizing that wasn’t the process. It would have been helpful if they mentioned this upfront. Other than that, I love Nando’s as always—such a lovely restaurant!

First time at this Nando's. It was spacious, well lit etc. There were tables available upon arrival, and we were served very quickly 🙂 Overall, a good dining experience!

Came at 8pm to find out it’s shut due to “staff shortages” however, around 5-10 people stood around behind the till at this point. Disappointing.

sat in the car and ate as it was really busy, was valentine’s day tho so understandable, food order was really quick ordered 6:30 , picked up 6:45

Unfortunately, the service we received was quite disappointing, as they refused to assist us when it was still 9 PM. However, I would like to highlight an outstanding male staff member who came to our aid. He was incredibly helpful and informed us that he would be there until 11 PM. His assistance made a significant difference, and we truly appreciated his support during our time of need.

I mean... nandos is nandos, but this one is better than most. I highly recommend the chocolate cake (although I would love the option to have it hot/warm)

We had a great family meal, we able to walk straight in and get a table. The food arrived very quickly and was very hot.

This places delivery time is booty cheeks it’s taken 24 mins for glasses and I’m on a strict time schedule, this isn’t ok, do luv Nando’s tho ❤️

I’m not sure if I’ve ever eaten in such a badly run establishment before. There was a huge queue of people at the door not being tended to despite there being 4 free tables. When I went to order, I was ignored for about 10 minutes even though there was no queue and I was just waiting at the till for someone to turn up. Our food sat on the pass for 15 minutes after it was finally ready while we waited for it (with a very hungry toddler) - no one was delivering food to the tables. Our meal for two people with two sides for the toddler and only one of us having a soft drink was £46. When they finally brought the order it was incorrect and a table near us had also been brought the wrong food. Half of mine was cold and the chicken breast in my wrap was tough with a strange texture. Would not recommend.

Ordered for delivery. They waited 30 mins before calling and saying the order was cancelled because the kitchen was closed. 9pm on Saturday night.. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I hadn't eaten at a Nando's properly in ages, but I was very impressed here. Even with a 10-15 minute wait for a table for 2 and a near full restauraunt, we were served all courses very quickly. Very efficient to order via mobile and pay as you go, and I'm glad to see another chain using this system. The food impressed too.

Another great Nando's. We received a warm welcome, were treated with respect by all staff, the food came out quickly and cooked to perfection. It was a little noisy, but it was dinner time on a Friday, so what should we expect? I look forward to coming back next time I am staying in Bristol.

Always clean, and quick service. Can sometimes get busy in an evening. Good time to go is between 5:30-6. Well cooked and tasty food. Polite staff who friendly and happy to help.

As per most Nando’s, food is good and reasonably priced. The icecream machine was working, kids had stuff to colour in, and being in the shopping centre makes it a good choice for a break from shopping

One Adult and two children on a Saturday evening after shopping in Bristol Cribbs Causway. Although we had to queue, the wait was 30 minutes however, we where seated with 10. The selection is good and the staff at the bar where excellent even if there was an error over the loyalty card app. All three of us truly enjoyed the food and a lot quieter of an evening.

Love a Nando's. Quick service and good chicken. But, rainbow slaw was not fresh, broccoli under seasoned/dressed by comparison to menu description, and staff always ask if your food is ok halfway through the 1st bite.

Quite good foot traffic, always busy and vibrant. Service on point and Nando’s is Nando’s at the end of the day.

Loved it here. Had a great time with friends and was one of the last to leave. Food was delicious, really tasty and the service was good too. Had a short wait, but as they were busy, I didn't mind it. Wheelchair accessible entrance and seating area. ♿ Didn't use the toilets so can't comment on that. If I am ever in Bristol again, I will be back!

Very nice & friendly service, the food was also really good, but I wonder why the tables are always sticky and the station with sauces does not look nice.

Nando's, is always as delicious as it was, love it.

Admittedly, pretty quiet when we visited on a Monday lunchtime, but service polite and efficient, good veggie choices and tasty grub. Tidy.

The coleslaw had gone off, when complained they bought out the same coleslaw from the same pack, which smelt and tasted gone off. When asked to get a fresh one they refused and said they can’t open a new one. Then they offered another side of our choice. We requested for mac and cheese they denied us that and told us to order a cheaper side( although we bought an extra large wings). The manager on shift the tall bald guy was rude and unwelcoming from the start. Completely bad customer service as well as food, coming from someone who goes to nandos often, this was the worst nandos I’ve been too. Worst customer service & food.

Fantastic atmosphere,being an ex publican first impression is vital. We were about by one of the young staff who smiled and greeted us then to be spoken to by Marina the manager fabulous so professional but watching the rest of the team outstanding with recommend Nando’s in Cribbs Causeway to anybody I feel they should be rewarded in so many ways, thank you Nando’s thank you Marina. Will tell everybody about your amazing professional team.

The "loaded chips" is abit of a joke , barely any spring onions a tiny bit of shredded chicken , a couple grains of the peri peri favouring and next to no sauce , on the other hand the other portion my Mrs had complete opposite apart from a giant chunk of burnt chewy skin The cook needs to portion evenly and whoever took it off the pass needs their eyes checking clearing no standards or checks when taking food off the pass

Chicken was drier than any other Nandos I've been to. Service was good.

I visited with my brother before going to the local cinema as it was convenient and more appealing than KFC or Burger King. Personally, I hadn't been to a Nandos for many years! I had a Double Chicken wrap with the latest Wild Herb (?) sauce. Bloody delicious with the shared "seasoned" Fries. Good value too IMO.

There is no service as you do it all yourself but food good and tasty. Grandkids loved it - I liked the US style booth seating

This Nandos has improved, I felt like for a while the staff were cruising, food was bang average. A recent meal here proved that they were on their A game inspite being super busy. The Garlic Churrasco burger was delicious. The boneless chicken thigh super tender with a little crispy chicken. The bread was fresh. Coleslaw portion generous.

Ann-Marie was amazing!! Best customer service we’ve received from any restaurant in a long time!! We came close to closing time as well and she was still so welcoming and happy to help. To top it all off the food was amazing too!! 10/10. Thank you :)

Always quick service, staff are friendly and even if there's a wait to be seated it's never too long! Food is 10/10 (especially the new menu wrap) and always enjoy coming here when in The Mall

Probably one of the best Nando’s in the south west. Not too busy but busy enough to have a good atmosphere

I like nandos BUT staff was very unprofessional and didn't know how to handle situations especially how a nandos card works plus my wings were like the ones you get in hospital that are plain white with no flavour which was supposed to be medium, not coming to this nandos again and my takeaway box leaked all over my husband clothes as it wasn't packed properly I'm give it a -10/10

Pretty nice and fast service although a gentleman in our party got his food by the time we had finished! I didn’t think garlic bread was that complex a cook.

My order was served incorrectly, but the staff's response to my complaint was shockingly rude and dismissive. Despite bringing the matter to the attention of the manager, there was a lack of apology or any attempt to rectify the situation. The level of aggression displayed by both the staff and the manager was completely unacceptable. As a result of this experience, I have no intention of returning to Nandos bristol Cribs Causeway in the future. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the concerning behavior of your employees to ensure that other customers do not have to endure.

Huge improvement from the last visit. Staff were friendlier, more mature and gave far better customer service and greetings. Food was ace.

Very busy restaurant with lots of take away orders but food was reasonably quick and very good.

11 of us went out to eat on new years eve. It took a bit longer then usual for the food to come to our table but that might of been due to our group size but the dishes tasted great anyway

Starters good, main was OK but the time to wait! Over 35 mins to get starters and then an hour for mains. Very very slow.

Food was normal Nando standard , although there was no garlic bread. Restaurant appeared not to be that clean but probably because of the continuing footfall through there from travellers returning home after Christmas. Toilets were another story. They obviously had not been cleaned in a very long time as there was dust stuck to the doors! Toilet paper had run out and most of it was on the floor. Not the best Nandos experience!

You can't go wrong with Nandos, we had the sharing platter for two which was ample food. Refill drinks are also a great idea

A looooooooong wait... Over 40 minutes for food to arrive. This outlet was clealy understaffed (e.g. a single person was trying to seat customers, clear tables and take orders, I think just one person was preparing food) and several customers were complaining about the delay. It might have been helpful to warn customers of the wait time before seating them. After 30 mins we enquired about the food and were assured it was a couple of minutes away, which was not correct. Prices have gone up several times over the year.

I always went to Nando's to eat well. Everything was fine. Because it was cold, I wanted to eat a chicken soup to warm myself up, but it's not on the menu. Mr. Nando, you have chickens, you have good cooks, you have ingredients, sir, make a chicken soup at least during the cold season. Thanks for the good food.

Always good nosh at Nandos, and great value getting two half chickens for the family. However, the use of the app means the staff just deliver stuff with no reason to engage or talk to the customers. And it shows - they were clearly not loving working there, with no pride for the central island which was a mess. Sad really, and an example of where technology isn't always an improvement.

It was great the kids loved it we all ordered chicken mild medium and spicy it was delicious and it really filled me up and we especially loved the pudding why don’t you give yourself a treat and try it!

Very good. Chickens are tender, sweet corn are juicy, salad are fresh.

Servers were lovely food came really quick and was delish but I went to the front till to ask for mayonnaise and two girls were talking getting a drinks order sorted (definitely a one person job) and looked everywhere but me? I was standing right in front of them awkwardly waiting. I eventually quickly asked for the mayo because my friends and I were in a bit of a rush but they could’ve at least told me they’d be with me soon.

Food is good as always, situated near the Vue cinema so ideal for a cheeky dinner before the big screen. Has an okay amount of seating and outside for summer too.

Everything great except for the sound system. We were seated directly under one of the speakers resulting in conversation being a fairly shouty affair.

Over an hour for food. 40 minute between starter and main. And noone has come over to say anything. Still waiting so thought I’d make a review.

We were waiting 20 mins to be seated which was fine, because it was a kind of rush hour and we were expecting it. But after we were seated and ordered through the app, it took 40 mins to get our meal. To be honest, I saw more people in the kitchen than those on the tables and I considered this as total lack of professionalism. I will never go to Nando’s.

First time visiting a Nando's. As I don't eat meat, I always assumed it wasn't the place for me! However, my partner wanted to eat there and as I saw veggie options on the menu, decided to give it a go and was very impressed! Staff were attentive and accommodating, food and drink was excellent and it was a lovely atmosphere.

We had a 20 minute wait for a table which wasn't too bad considering it was peak Sunday evening. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was the usual Nandos high quality and arrives exactly as ordered and very hot.

I have got blue light card the guy on the till was very rude and not professional at all he said you need to show me your ID we don't trust any body holding blue light card without ID can you imagine!

Probably the best nandos I've been to in the country. I've been to plenty of nandos up and down the uk and this one is right up there as being the best I've experienced. Called in twice on our way down to Cornwall and on our return from holiday. Both experiences were superb friendly staff very helpful and the food was excellent in quality and portion size. Could find any fault well done the team at Nandos Bristol Cribbs Venue. If I'm ever passing again I know where I'm stopping off for lunch.

Came with family , 2nd time coming welcomed to table lovely, went to bar to order food the chap asked what I wanted then looked away listening to other staff chatting , but rude we was about to give order , food was OK nothing special not sure we will come again ! 1st time we came there was delish but wasn't great.

My chicken butterfly was dry and the garlic bread was very dry . Chips were OK. Other members of my group seamed to be ok with their meals . Staff member did not check on order until clean up . To late to do anything . I found the restaurant dark and dismal we were the furthest away from the window . Not sure what atmosphere they are trying to present. Unlikely to return.

Staff claimed they accept blue card discount but proceeded to refuse it when presented as we couldn't provide photo ID of active service ( We were with an ex police officer). Food was of nandos normal good to high standard and the chef who provided my son additional stickers to decorate his drinks bottle brightened things up.
