Eating this today and the kabab is burnt don't like complaining but I spent 12 pounds all I like is the chips and gravy

Chicken Kebab was nicely cooked. Very good sized portion. Chilli sauce was a little bit over power I couldn't taste the tomatoes in the sauce or the other herbs, only 4 stars. I will be trying it again.

My house hold have been placing the same weekly order with this delivery service for a few months, after a few teething troubles with the order being incorrect ( which were always corrected ) things ran smoothly. On our last order two of the delivered item were wrong, when i rang to get these rectified i was told very ubruptly that the order was right and that the issue was with our inability to place an accurate order in the first place, and no correction would be made. This is disgraceful service especialy of a regular and loyal customer. IF YOU INTEND TO USE THIS SERVICE DO NOT PART WITH MONEY UNTILL YOU HAVE CHECKED EVERY ASPECT OF THE DELIVERY!!!!!!

Ordered 18:30 for a 20:00 delivery so they was given plenty of time to prepare and deliver food without any mistake or issue. Usually use charcoal grill 1 but thought this would be ideal for delivery. The delivery was Late by 30 mins and the food was cold, seemed like they prepared the food the moment they got off the phone and left on hot rack until delivery time. Definitely not worth the £37.00 paid as the portions was ridiculously small plenty of salad shame I wasn’t on diet or that would be ideal order!!!!!

SHOCKING!! Just witnessed the large knife being sharpened by a round filer, the man then started slicing the donor without wiping the knife clean.. All the metal fragments will soon be in some poor persons stomach..(Dangerous) Not really sure if these people have any experience in health and safety or customer care.. won’t be coming back..

I couldn't find any real meat in my kebab. All what they gave me was disgusting chicken burnt skin. Not recommended at all!

Ordered food and took a little over two hours to arrive. We called two times to ask where it was and they said ‘it had just left’ which was around halfway through our waiting time. When the food finally came it was mediocre quality - Would not order from here again.

Very bad service and the food turnt up really greasy and just fell apart. Phone them and said what you want me to do about it. It ment to be like that they said. I wouldn't ever eat here again. Very dirty and rude.

The food tasted alright until later on I got severe diarrhoea. They should definitely use gloves because they didn't when they were making my food. Will not buy from here again.

Bad service. Very happy to keep telling you 'oh the driver just left' the third time you've called wondering why your order is an hour late. Decent food but service leaves a lot to be desired.
