enjoyed my burger as always 😊 the pistachio milk cake is realllly nice, would be nice if you could put the milk on yourself when your ready to eat it though other then that no complaints ☺️ great service as always thankyou ❤️

Food was late not correct to order and was cold no drinks with meals staff very unapologetic

placed an order, and waited a while to see my order had not been moved to the preparing and delivering stage on the app, I had called the restaurant once they answered they hung up on me. called back later on to have them explain they were running late due to lack of delivery drivers which we under stand is not there fault and continued to wait. the driver arrived and couldn't find our road, but was very polite and helpful. order arrive without our soft drink can and sauces that we paid for.

Food is very tasty but could do better with amount of sauces & salad and packaging can be much better as rice & sauce spilled out the food container

The chips came soggy gave order of £30 almost not even one sauce been ordering from these guys for last 5 years but recently service gone really bad

Delivery driver was polite. Puddings were nice and the skittles milkshake was good.

we ordered masala fish in nan with a side salad and fries which were cold and rubbery on arrival. It took over 2 and a half hours to receive our food and that includes SEVERAL calls. We have previously had problems but gave them the benefit of the doubt. We won't be requiring their service any longer and I would urge anyone to look for a take -a -away that actually provides good service and BETTER food.

ordered 2 fish burger meals when we bit into the fish burger we got a whole mouthful of cooking oil swirling in our mouth,absolutely disgusting burger tasted of old cooking oil that been used alot .Straight in nineveh my cats turned their noses at it.

Love this place. Love the variety of food. The people there are so friendly. The food is well seasoned and flavourful and absolutely delicious.

Never going to order from this place again. Ordered a spicy rice mixed shurma. What did I get? normal rice, a very small amount and what looked like just lamb. Wasn't happy at all. Got rid of it.

Been unable to order from this place for a long time while it was closed due to failed health inspection. First time retrying them and they were 40 minutes late and every part of the meal was awful.

The food was not the best. I wish the lamb in general had some seasoning on it but I was really dry. There was no lamb meat on the chops!!!! It was burnt and had no meat whats so ever I only had 1 lamp chop which actually had meat on it. Very disappointing. The rice was nice but bland and the cream sauce I think it was really nice went well with the lamb chops.

Awful. The quality is usually way better, but the chicken was cold and the batter tasted stale, and the lettuce on the burgers was so wilted, it had turned into a paste. Also ordered the burgers with onion rings on them… one dried up onion ring per burger. Come on, guys. You’re better than this.

The last 3 to 4 times I've ordered I've not got what I've asked for so this time I'm putting in bad review. Never a problem with when they turn up it's not having things I ordered and not being notified about it Not acceptable 😒

The food was good actually better than I expected only thing is the meat could have been hotter. You need to find a way to keep your food hotter when delivering

Chips were stale not cooked fresh, garlic bread was tough and chewy, garlic mushrooms were burnt. Ordered a lamb wrap ended up with lamb in a tray.

Lovely food but was missing couple items but this didn’t wreck our experience as there was more than enough food to go round. Brilliant tasty food I would 100 percent order again. Keep up the good food rooster !!!

I ordered lamb adana, chips & salad which is a complete meal but it wasn't delivered with a free drink. secondly, i was given Rice instead of chips, thirdly the lamb adana was scattered in bits mixed up with the rice & the food was delivered cold, fourthly the food came 45mins late. I'm sincerely not happy about this.

I eat from here plenty but the last 2 times I’ve ordered foods is not packed correct the sauces are all over the packaging an the food seems to have been in the bag for awhile, the bags fell apart just by lifting them, come on man giving your selfs a bad name for a place that does good food

Once again my food is delayed. I ordered food at 1830 and expected delivery was one hour. At 2000hours when I call the restaurant I am told my food is not even dispatched yet. However on my Justeat App it says “enjoy your food”! I am getting really frustrated about Justeat site and the poor quality of services that they advertise. Time to switch to a different delivery service to be honest.

Post contact after the Dessert Corner kindly took up my complaint and spoke to you. One thing i can’t stand is complacent, insincere, disrespectful staff from your Rooster House restaurant or anywhere. Wanted to give excuses & dispute my truth rather than give and apology. And gave no apology for being 20 minutes late. So i have written this review and given 1 star for 2 criterias

The mixed meat was not as tasty as when I last ordered it. There were some hard bits. I was disappointed that the victoria sponge was not available, so I ordered carrot cake, but did not enjoy it as much as victoria sponge. The mango milkshake was quite nice.

My order was very late , 30 min late , the food was cold and 2 x salads were missing from the order. When I called the restaurant after 10 min after the estimated time received,the person that pick up the phone said that the driver would arrive soon, 20 min later the driver finally arrived. I will definitely not recommend nor ever order from this place again. Zero customer service, zero quality service and cold food.

Some meat wasn't cooked properly also there was no nan bread when there was supposed to be was told someone will come out and drop it off after finding the uncooked meat I was completely put off by the hole meal and told them they could come and collect it they said they would and never turned up I called a couple times for a update on the driver and they said he will be on his way now they've just ignored my number and I've stayed up waiting for them to do something with the food packed for them to take back

The mixed shawarma meat, chips & salad were very nice, and the victoria sponge was delicious.

I mean their chicken is amazing, a hidden gem in Selly oak, I’ve been going to them for years and their fries are so good. I don’t know how fries and chicken can taste so good or how they do it, but they do and they do it very well. Thanks Rachel

Missed on of my item. While contacted they say it will take 25 more minutes to deliver . They cant refund the money . When the delivery arrived it was wrong item. So disappointed. Food was nt good. Never ever going to order.

Don’t order from here ! Well where do I start wish I just didn’t order. I’m somebody that truly believes in giving an honest review on most things not just food. Cold poor pet packages substandard food! This chicken shop trying to sell other bits we had 2 chefs specials £27 no salad cold rice all the grill meat was cold burnt. The other meal n sides cold feel out of packing. Came on motorbike because I spent over £30 so it was free hence bike even if the offer me free voucher I’m not ordering again Total waste £35 ps meals were on bike 30 mins from when I got txt it had left restaurant 2mins from my house never again

Forgot my drink and when I rang they said they will send it and didn't plus the money I paid for the custard and concrete cake was appalling. Half a size of cake with custard in a small ice cream pot. Food wasn't tasty and chips were soggy. Strips were tiny and bland. Over priced and bad service won't be ordering from here again.
