Went away starving. Chicken been on a diet! Went to Greg's on the way out & had several sausage rolls. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We always stop here when we are travelling up north from Devon, Once again a lovely meal, look forward to seeing you on our way back down

Ann-Marie & the team was absolutely fabulous extremely helpful & friendly. Food was very tasty & quick to serve up. Couldn't fault the cribbs causeway bristol restaurant. 10/10 guys you all deserve an outing on the company!

Great place to eat! Staff very helpful and friendly. I find staff can either break or make a Nando’s and they were lovely at this one. Good on time… good if you’re in a rush! Clean (although toilets had paper on floor but I’m assuming it’s because they have pull out one sheet at a time paper which is always hard to clean up after) Staff came back to ask if ‘everything was ok?’ And I like that in a restaurant. Sauces were all full and tidy. All in all a great experience here!

Busy but lovely food and good service as always. Can never fault this restaurant for food and the staff are always friendly. If we were to say to improve anything, it would be to have more sauces available since it seems they are all often out on tables.

Slight wait for a table but when ever have you gone to Nandos and havent had a little wait? Food was great, staff friendly and it was clean.

I don’t get why everyone rates Nando’s so highly, don’t get me wrong it’s nice, but nothing special. Staff were friendly and welcoming though.

Greeted with a smile and were made to feel very comfortable, Richard went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

Great team here who always help sort any issues. They are friendly and attentive. Nando’s has adapted to working in Covid times really well.

Haven’t been in here since before lockdown, however, probably the best organised in regards to rona and didn’t disappoint. The lady at the door Helen was so lovely and very welcoming... she really helped with explaining how everything worked. Overall amazing food, amazing service. They never fail to disappoint!! Manager is lovely too

Good was great!Service was brilliant. As a customer with a nut allergy, I was so happy with the way that I was served. Someone came and toon my order while checking that it was nut free and they did everything that they needed to do to ensure that I was safely served. Staff wore face masks and customers were sat socially distanced and staff maintained a good distance when serving. Very happy And would definitely return!!

My boyfriend and I went to this Nandos to order a takeaway quite late on a bank holiday Monday. We weren't sure if it would even be open. The staff were incredible; really kind and helpful even when we had difficulty with a gift card that hadn't been activated (not their fault at all!). It was the last day of eat out to help out and it must have been a really busy shift but the staff were great and accommodating. The food was tasty as ever. Thanks so much to the team; stirling and friendly service cant recommend enough.

Visited this poor state of a restaurant last night on the way back from Cornwall. It was early on in the evening so the restaurant was not heaving. We waited with about a dozen or so other people by the door while the staff just meandered around the restaurant, eventually a very tall member of staff came to enquire about the size of table people required. After a wait of about 15 mins we were seated, there was only 2 of us for our table; I have no idea why there was such a wait as there were many tables available, some right in front of us! There appeared to be lots of staff behind in the kitchen and in the restaurant not doing very much, it seemed to be unorganised chaos. We settled down and ordered a chicken meal platter with chips and rice. We had wanted some peronaise but they did not have any. The food took over 45 mins to come which we thought was a long time for chicken and chips, no explanation or anything food just arrived plonked on the table. The chicken pieces were very measly almost the sizes of a small frozen piece of chicken, the chips were cold and the rice was so dry I had to add some sauce to it. Throughout our meal all we could hear was the chopping of chicken which we thought was odd as we know Nando’s restaurants have the chicken pre -done, (another reason why it should not take long to cook) it did however raise the question; Were the portions being cut down?As we looked around at the tables around us no one had had their food; table by table people started to go and ask for a refund (one was a birthday party), all but one table around is stayed. Most of them had been waiting over an hour for their food; I've never seen so many people walk out of a restaurant. We have frequented many Nando's restaurants in the past and I have to say this is the WORST one I have ever had the displeasure to visit. I certainly will not be doing so again. Considering the array of other restaurants in the area, I'll be surprised if this one remains open in its present state of chaos. The staff need a good kick up the bum and realise they are there being paid to do a job and not lark around.

First time at Nando’s it was a nice change All the food was nice and fresh but the red wine Was cold but never mind worst things happen at sea

I go to nandos a lot. This nandos restaurant I always find the staff are really nice. The chicken is always a great quality and I love your creamy mash. Only small problem is you forgot my mayo and I had to ask twice for it but other than that was a lovely meal.

We came up a few days after Xmas ( Saturday 28th I think ) the restaurant was crazy busy with a que waiting down the stairs. I watched as the manager attended to everyone’s needs including mine offering me to sit down and get me water being a pregnant lady I found this so lovely and attentive. Our family were blown away with attention to looking after each and everyone of his customers. I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name. But we personally thanked himOn the day I’m sure he knows who he is. Thank you again x

Visited on 30 December for Lunch. The restaurant was busy and there was a que to be seated. However the chap that was doing the meeting and greeting was amazing. Was chatty and kept us informed of the wait. The food was rather tasty as well. Well done 5*. I can’t remember the chaps name. All credit to him.... Nando’s.

Had a quick pre-cinema dinner here on New Year's eve. All decidedly average. It may have been the whole 'New Year's eve' thing and the staff were demob happy but service was very average. Food was standard Nandos. A standard Nandos average experience.

There was no one there to greet us or show us a table. After a few minutes a waiter arrived and told us to wait while she looked for a table. Then another waiter appeared and told us there were no tables. I explained that someone was looking for a table for us. I was told again that there were no tables. At this point I think she clearly expected us to leave. I explained again that we were waiting for the other member of staff to come back to us. She insisted again that there were no tables and then in an exasperated tone asked us if we wanted to wait. As this was what we were doing it seemed odd. She then looked down the restaurant , picked up some menus and asked us to follow her. She took us to a table, put the menus down and left. We felt she was annoyed with us as she didn’t say anything or look at us. Either side of us were more empty cleared tables. We chose our food and waited for someone to take our order. ( I have only eaten here once before three years ago) After a while I asked a waiter if someone could come and take our order. He said we should go to the til and that we should have been told to do this. He then called the same thing to us over his shoulder. My husband went to the til. There was a long queue. There were 4 tils but only one was in use. Once he had managed to place an order our food came quickly. We enjoyed our starter of hummus and pitta and it was very welcome because we had waited so long we were extremely hungry. We both ordered butterflied chicken. It tasted good but was incredibly dry, as were the chips. I added a lot of sauce which helped but masked the flavour of the chicken. I gave up half way through. My husband ordered a hot chocolate but this still hadn’t arrived three quarters of the way through his meal. This had been forgotten and he had to go and ask for it. This was a very poor experience

I think most people love Nandos and I do too in fact use 4 branches of Nandos regularly, But one thing I have noticed quite frequently in all of them is the cutlery cleanliness is not up to standard , but I have to say our last visit to nandos in cribbs causeway was quite worrying . I even think it was the manageress who was unloading the cutlery from the dishwasher and putting a lot back in the dishwasher basket as they were not clean (The whole basket should have gone back?) I sat and watched her and her handling of them didn't seem that hygenic as she had been mopping down tables and then putting her hands all over the knives and forks. After she had finished a young girl went up to get cutlery and she too was sifting through them to find clean ones . when our food came I went and rewashed ours and made a message to myself that maybe we should bring our own cutlery as the food is very good.Sorry to have to say this Nandos as everything else you do is quite good and I hope you see this as constructive criticism rather than whingeing .

So we did a sharing platter thinking great we could enjoy chicken with sides. More like, have chips with sides of rice and chickenReally just terrible portion of food. Sauces wouldn't pour, seating area very cold. We ate with our coats/jackets on, not comfortable at all. So we moved ourselves somewhere a little warmer.

Love it. Chicken done right. I’m a hot sauce man and love it here. Thighs every time, peri peri chips. Beauty!

I absolutely love it here. I have never had the need to complain about anything. There is a reason why this brand is still doing well. They have really nailed it.

We visited on a busy weekend, the staff were efficient and still Friendly. The foods always consistent here.

Regularly visit Nando's. The food here is lovely and I have had similar experiences in this particular branch to the others around. The only downside about this one is the fact it gets so busy in the evenings due to it's location near ten pin bowling and the cinema so sometimes there is an extensive waiting time.

We had two chicken burgers with chips. Both burgers buns were stale and the chicken was dry. When I complained the useless staff/manager looked at me blankly and whilst they said 'sorry about that's it was obvious they weren't. No money off bill or anything was offered and I walked out not intended to revisit. Terrible meal, worse customer service

food was fresh and delicious and the service was fast. this is my fourth visit this year and its been excellent every time.

I popped into Nandos while Carol shopped. I forgot that you have to place your order at the counter and tell them your table number. So I sat like a lemon for ten minutes before I realised. Then the woman behind the bar said I was jumping the queue. She backed down when I said I had been sitting for ten minutes without realising.....anyway I ordered the hslf chicken medium hot with corn on the cob and chips. It was very nice but more than I could eat so left the breast snd half the chips. The waitron promised to bring me a knife as there were none at the bar and having a very short attention span failed to do so. So food great service not so great.

Shown to a table for 6 then ordered our food and drinks. The meals were delivered piece meal over a 5 to 10 minute spread.

Friendly welcome, everything seemed well organised, clean and tidy. Good service and didn’t have to wait long for food. Only problem was that the lift was out of order so customers had to use the stairs . There was a sign at the bottom of the stairs stating that customers could contact the restaurant for assistance

Nandos sharer platters are great if you've got a small group of people, though the sides arent particularly large.

This was my first experience of Nando’s. food was very nice as was the way you ordered etc, I think I will use again 👍

Very nice and chill the food was lovely as were the staff very friendly and chilled out, it was a little over priced but that’s not anyone’s fault just all nandos are a bit pricey, definitely check it out if your not on a super tight budget!

Went here for lunch with a friend whilst shopping at the mall. It wasn’t too busy and we only had to wait a minute or so to be seated. Our visit was on a Wednesday lunchtime so one of the busier times of the day. The staff and atmosphere of the restaurant was great and the food was perfect. Thank you!

I go here quite often on my lunch break. The food is great! But the staff are the real reason I go there. They are fantastic!! Always so friendly and make you feel part of the family. Always recommend what’s best. The Chicken Thighs will change your life!!

Very overpriced for dry chicken. The service was acceptable but nothing great and for the cost of the meal this represents poor value for money

To begin with we love spicy well cooked food. We lived in South Africa for 20 years and Nando’s was always first choice for a takeaway.

Food was lovely, staff were friendly, just not very keen on how close the tables are together. If the tables was more separated I would give full 5 stars.

Friend and I visited here after shopping just wanted a bit to eat thought as Nando can be consistent for a fast food experience .

We first visited Nando’s last year and we had a fantastic meal , the prices were very reasonable, the drinks weren’t overpriced. We returned a couple of weeks ago hoping that we received the same service , we were not disappointed, we will be back , well done to all Thankyou.

Avoid the chicken wrap, it was completely bulked out with lettuce, on unwrapping there were two tiny cubes of chicken in one half and three cubes in the other, I was told it was a whole fillet, it certainly was not a whole fillet unless it was a budgie ! I did complain and was brought another wrap with a whole fillet inside, Nando’s just trying it on I think, and £9.75 so not cheap.........no pun intended

This Nandos has got to be one of the poorest for its customer service! We have been to visit a few times and it is always slow to be seated, a long queue at the till and when you ask for things, they always take ages to come! The takeaway service is even worse. When you ring up sometimes the phone rings and rings for ages and nobody answers and other times you ring and get put on hold for over 5 minutes and nobody picks up! Absolutely horrendous service and really disappointing considering their food is decent and I’ve been to much better Nandos restaurants before!

this nandos has got to be one of the worst I’ve ever visited. Every time we have been, the queue for the till is always nearly out the door due to the terrible layout of the restaurant (till is right in the middle by the front door?!) There are always a lack of staff meaning people are queuing to order for ages and there’s always dirty tables meaning new people coming in have to wait ages to be seated. Just save yourself the hassle and go to the Nandos that’s actually inside the Mall, much better service and overall experience!

Loved this restaurant, visited during a brief stopover from Cardiff to Cornwall and couldn’t fault anything. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the chips were divine, much better than any other nandos I have visited.

We both enjoy a great meal once again. Fast service, polite caring staff. We have visited this establishment many times over the past few years. Never disappointed so we naturally go back time and time again.

There is a lift up to the restaurent (although it was out of order today, so had to climb the last floor) and from a disability perspective you can just wheel in in a wheelchair, no doors to open or anything.

I today Sunday Dec 2nd visited this Nando’s, I am a weekly visitor to Nando’s all over the UK but geographically when travelling this is a convenient call for me despite being an 2 hour drive from home. My complaint today is I was quoted 45mins for my solo meal. This restaurant was far from full at this time, I counted a dozen empty tables. This is not a 1 off at this location, on a previous visit, my order was forgot about, because the printer had run out of paper and no one noticed. The time prior, I ordered a take away, in advance of my arrival on the phone but when I arrived, I still had to wait 20mins for it. Terrible

Never had this South African treat before and truly enjoyed it. Was glad it wasn’t fried but baked, and I enjoyed the mango rub spicy rice and peas ! Yummy

Eaten a a few Nando’s and I would say that this one compares equally quick service and good food. Would eat here again

This nando's has got to be one of the worse, the food served was overcooked and cold. The waiting time after being seated was so long that I dint ask to change my dish. Really bad experience:(

Decent Nando's. Service is polite and quick. Long queues at peak times which can lead to picking somewhere else due to range of other options.

Good, quick lunch @ Nando’s Cribbs. Clean Restaurant with quick service and food of a good standard. Chicken Wraps contain a good amount of chicken and sides were strong

We were a group of four, seated quickly, able to order quickly with no queue as they opened another till. Drinks and cutlery pointed out to us. Excellent customer service from Lenique! Friendly and welcoming and our queries/ questions answered! 10/10 highly recommend! Food came to the table promptly, well presented and as always tasted great! No disappointment in portion size or quality!

Didn’t book, waited less than 5 minutes for a table on a Saturday evening. Easy to find. Staff were friendly. Food was good and served quickly.

Not a huge fan of Nandos, a little to noisy for me. However, I am a fan of giving credit where credit is due. Popped into Cribbs with some girl friends and decided to stop and grab a bite to eat. Food was good, but what made the visit especially good was the service we received upon arrival. Jenine was an absolute delight, finding a table that was away from the noise ment having to clear it from the previous diners. We were made to feel very welcome at what must have been near the end of the day for her. Based on this visit and the customer service we received, I would definitely return.

Following a disappointment with another chain the previous week we explored the Mall that has a number of mid to upper range outlets. We hadn't been into a Nando's for nearly five years but knew what to expect menu wise so the only question was what to choose?

Went at lunch time during school holidays, so was fairly busy. The 2 waiters seemed very busy, but were friendly and attentive. Food was really good as always, and service was surprisingly quick, around 10 mins! Overall, very pleasant experience

Fancied a nandos so popped into this one. It didn’t look open from the car park but it was very busy inside. Quickly seated we ordered at the counter, there was a family ordering with a massive list but someone jumped on the second til and served me which was great. Food arrived quickly and it was all delicious with a generous helping of hummous. Staff were friendly. We would visit again.

Love Nando’s but this outlet didn’t deliver to usual standard on food or service. ‘Fino’ potato wedges arrived on a v hot plate, presumably trying to disguise the fact that they were luke warm. Intended to bring this to someone’s attention but nobody returned to ask how we were. Waitress too busy chatting. Daughter happy with her meal but not sure I’ll be going back to this one.

Had to wait for food as cinema next door had a popular film on and everyone was eating out that night.

Stopped for lunch. Very short wait before being seated. Very efficient and friendly lady took our orders. The food arrived fairly quickly and was extremely good. Very enjoyable.

Very lovely assistant manager Sukha, was very friendly and just gave the place a lovely vibe will definitely be back.

We really weren’t impressed with this place. We were met with a rude reception and found it to be completely disorganised. They weren’t very busy but had no clean cutlery out and when we requested to order a whole chicken we were told they didn’t have any. We asked what they did have and they said, half a chicken. We asked if we could two but were told they only had one left. We were getting one word responses to any question and no offer of alternatives, help or apology. We were told if we wanted anything other than half a chicken we’d have a 45mins plus wait!! We ended up paying more than planned as they didn’t have any normal set meals, when we finally did sit down we had cigarette smoke wafting in every 2 secs as they had the doors open to the smoking area. Not impressed

I’m a regular user of Nando’s and although I’ve yet to eat today’s meal my experience is already ruined by the staff refusing my child a straw. I get that Nando’s is on board with reducing plastic waste. But there are alternative straws available from wholesale suppliers..!!

Came here with a friend. I have had nandos before but not eaten at this particular branch before. You do have to wait to be seated - there was no sign and we were stood like lemons for a few moments while we waited to see if someone would come and seat us. After ordering we got our food quite quickly. The food was nice - typical nandos.

Nothing wrong with cheeky nandos, this one is large but can have a heavy footfall due to the proximity with Cribbs shopping and the cinema, but generally the wait time is reasonable even if it is busy. Fast food, which is healthier than some of the alternatives.

We have been to this branch of Nando's several times and always enjoyed the food, but this visit was especially excellent because of the exemplary service offered by the manager. After being made to feel extremely welcome and comfortable as we were seating, my family and I were all amazed by the manager's good humour, attentiveness and dedication to go above and beyond to deliver excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble and on the strength of the service we experienced, I would have no hesitation in returning to this branch and recommending it to all our friends and family. Thank you for a superb visit!

After eating at the The Venue At Cribbs Causeway branch, which was a horrendous experience, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of food allergy knowledge the staff had here at The Mall. The staff at the Venue branch had no allergy knowledge at all...

A omnivore friend of mine who has vegetarian family recently recommended Nando's to me. Initially I was dismissive as eight years ago I'd had a bad experience in Longwell Green. For years I had in my head that Nandos was the place that chavs went to.

Best service and the manager was amazing!!! Highly recomended. Popped in after a stroll around the mall. Servive was fast and the gentleman that greeted us was super friendly. Will be back ASAP.

I was dragged around the shops on Boxing Day and needed somewhere to cheer me up. Nando’s did just that. We were all seated straight away and the service was great. Food was as great as its always been.

45 minutes wait for cold food.... Had been waiting too long to kick up too much of a fuss. Did order a second drink (we'd waited so long we'd drink the first ones!), but no offer of complimentary or anything close. Just a 'sorry guys' insipid apology from the waiting staff member. Won't be back.

Came here with my two sisters, waited nearly 30 minutes for two chicken burgers and a veggie pitta. Not nearly as efficient as the one in park street, plus the chicken portion was really small for 6.25.

Quick service. Great tasting food. A little cramped space wise though - lots of tables packed in very close together. We were seated near to the tills and had a steady stream of people queueing alongside our table.

My family eat regularly at Nando's but we have never been to this branch before. Had to walk out of here because they had no Butterfly chicken left at 6.30 on a Sunday evening. Reading other reviews it looks like this branch might be poorly organised. Had to go next door to Pizza Express.

Well what can I say like mangos bit better ....staff were excellentespecially the manager ..this guy needs a pay rise a credit to your company..food hot and on time just a real nice place to be wouldn't hesitateto come again

First time here for lunch (with my son) and it was vaery nice indeed. Clean and cosy restaurant and although I found the menu confusing, my son seemed to know what it was all about and I went along with him.

Called in for tea one night whilst travelling down M5 to Somerset.Nice place, clean, staff polite. Food good, and reasonably quick service, although you could say portions a bit mean for the price. (This is not unique to this restaurant, they all the same.) Fun trying out different sauces, some are really hot, lol!Worth noting they cater for vegan and vegetarian, daughter trying our being vegan, picked some food out ok.

Been to this Nando's a few times in the past and you always know you'll have a good meal. Decent portion sizes and the kids meals are great value for money. Can get busy at lunch times but the staff work hard to get you seated as quickly as possible.

Ate here for lunch today. Chicken was lovely and just melted in your mouth. Daughter ate of the children's menu and enjoyed her meal. Service was prompt and polite.

Nothing was majorly wrong with the food, other than the burgers being slightly small and the chips being cold. The extras we had ordered were also forgotten and once reminded, the staff took 15 minutes to bring them over, when we'd already finished eating. However, the staff were friendly, and apologetic.

Taken here by my son as he loves Nando's and now lives in the USA where they don't really have them there and was on his way home next day. We chose this location as my other son had been to the one at abbotswood where the staff were overwhelmed by poorly behaved children (with their parents) who threw food and jumped onto tables. This location is totally different with a great atmosphere. I liked the fact that this chain are generally consistent with what they serve. The only thing I didn't rate was the Portuguese custard tart. We had just returned from Portugal and had them there and they were large and light and fluffy and very tasty. What was served at Nando's was expensive and looked rather forlorn sat in the middle of a large plate...on closer inspection it was on a small side plate but still had acres of space around it. I suggest getting a better supplier or dumping it altogether it isn't a menu choice that is doing you any favours (or flavours come to that....)

Having read reviews for this restaurant we were undecided about using it. But as we generally enjoy Nando's went.We were immediately approached by a member of staff who went to find us a table, whilst waiting we were asked by a second member of staff if we were being looked after.We ordered our food and was dealt with a very pleasant young lady who was very helpful and made welcome suggestions with regards to what to order.Service was prompt and the portions of the sides were generous and all our food was well cooked.After having finished our table was cleared promptly and we ordered a sweet, which was again served promptly.Great Nando's and polite friendly staff!

Its Nando's !!!Nando's is an enigma it's a fast food restaurant that is expensive! I quite enjoy my visits and this didn't disappoint although it was a very standard, no surprises visit.Ordering was easy and service quite quickI'm sure I'll be back

Nothing to scream about, got seated not told how we order ect. We thought for the price your paying you'd be waited on.. nope you have to do it all yourself we even joked about washing up after us. Staff not looking welcoming. Food came very quickly but dry, nothing got me thinking oh yes this nice it was just ok the creamy mash tasted like packet mash nothing creamy about it very dry indeed. It all Could be way better for the price. Think I'll stick to doing it myself in future.
