Simin was Very kind and approachable, great service!

Horrendous visit, make out it’s unlimited dough balls but we’re only given 6 to share each time for the table and took 20 minutes once you finish and ask for more for next lot to come. Also ordered pizza and was a children’s portion , very unhappy .

Great last minute trip to Bella Italia, lovely food, great service.

Absolutely delicious experience at Bella Italia! We enjoyed a fantastic spread — crispy calamari, cheesy mozzarella, and warm garlic bread, followed by their famous crispy chicken fries that lived up to the hype. This visit came highly recommended by a friend, who also happens to be a sous chef at the Bella Italia in Cribbs Causeway — and it did not disappoint! A big thank you to Head Chef Jeet and Sous Chef Bibek for the amazing food. The service was equally impressive — Simin was outstanding, and a special shoutout to Chloe for her amazing cocktails and mocktails that really brought the evening together. Thank you to the entire team at Bella Italia for a wonderful dining experience!

Came here for lunch and loved it, had bruschetta and Mozzarella sticks for starter, was surprised how nice the mozzarella sticks were. The server simin was lovely and very helpful explaining the menu to us. She made our visit with her positive attitude.

Popped in for lunch after a shopping trip cribbs causeway, our server Simin was very friendly and smiling the whole time. Food was delicious and not a long wait time either. 10/10 will be coming back.

Had a really lovely evening at Bella Italia at Cribbs Causeway tonight! The service was quick and welcoming—our server, Slava, was especially friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The food was excellent, and served hot. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, and the seating was very comfortable. Overall, a great night out—definitely recommend! My friend said the cocktails were fab!

Friendly and speedy service; food came out quickly. My son loved the olives. They provided a box so we could take left over pizza home. I would have preferred if the ribs were served slightly hotter tho.

We came to the Bristol cribbs causeway Bella italia for there “Bella day” what a wonderful promotion to run we took the whole family. The food was lovely and came out warm and was such good value for money my son was practicly licking his plate clean! All of the staff were super friendly ours was Laura and she always made sure our table was cleared and drinks were full. Will defiantly be returning and highly recommend this branch to anyone. 🙂

Bella Pasta food was fantastic 😋 full of flavour, delicious, and ample portions. Laura was a brilliant server. Our server was Simin and we had a lovely family meal (4 adults, 1 4yo child). Simin was really friendly and great with our little boy. The food was delicious and the restaurant clean and clean and welcoming. Recommend.

Simin was a great server, she kept an eye on us and was ready to take our order once we'd chosen. Particularly impressed that she didn't write it down, and she was spot on in remembering what we'd ordered! Really great service and meal was excellent too. We were the last ones in the restaurant but didn't feel pressured to leave at all, thoroughly enjoyable experience.
