The quality of the food was good. That's where it ends ....... The restaurant was quite full when we arrived at 2.25pm. As customers left after finishing their meals, their tables were not cleared, so the restaurant became empty of customers, but full of dirty dishes and glasses. The service was the slowest we have ever experienced in all the years we have dined at Pizza Express Cribbs Causeway. My wine was served in a gin glass! The table next to ours was full of dirty dishes for the whole 1 hour 20 minutes we were there. When we finished our main course, our server actually put our plates on the table next to ours - adding to the pile of dishes! We asked for a dessert and waited 15 with no service, at which point we walked to the till to pay and leave. A very disappointing experience and probably our last visit 😕

A 12.5% service charge described as optional is added to tables of 7 or more. If you are unhappy with this you will have to contest it with the waiting staff when they present the bill. You can still tip cash directly to the staff.

Went for a nice meal last night before the cinema. Partner order pasta I had a pizza. My pizza was brought to table 10 min later the pasta was brought but was all burnt will never go here again

From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere was shocking, all staff clearly didn’t want to be there and weren’t friendly at all, only thing nice about the whole experience was my pizza, my partner found his was very peppery and the herbs and spices were tasting completely different with each slice, was waiting for the bill for ages so asked to have it brought over, then had to wait another 5-10 mins whilst the server we asked was stood next to us by the till, horrible experience, shocked we paid £40 really, not happy with the price considering the staff all looked fed up and were not attentive whatsoever

We went in this evening and it was half full. Ordered our food only to be told after an hour they forgot our order. The waitress who took our order wasn’t interested at all. A black haired waitress explained the situation to us and was very polite about the manner. However in a half full restaurant to let us sit there for an hour and not even inform us I had to ask…. Extremely poor service. Also to mention not like we were a family we were a table of two! Came to KFC instead and at least we recieved our order 🥲

Ignore the opening times advertised. Says 10pm but they refused to seat anyone after 8.25pm. Quite ridiculous.

We went yesterday just before the football and then watched it as we ate staff were brilliant! So funny and really attentive only issue was the whole cloves of garlic in the butter but these things happen. Let us take the left overs home too

We used to go here at least twice a month but no more. Prices have all gone up whilst topping quantities have halved (on Romana). Plus the coffee machine has been out of action for at least six months. That’s coffee machine. Singular. Service is either excellent or woeful. Then there’s almost every table with their one year child having an iPad stuck in their face rather than the parents having actual communication with their child. Because we all want to hear Rah Rah The Noisy Lion at volume 8 whilst out for a relaxing meal!

The service during our visit was good but the food was underwhelming. The Padana pizza base was incredibly thin and undercooked to the point of being chewy. The margarita pizza my partner ordered was tasteless and the base, dry. Considering the price of these pizzas you'd expect significantly better quality. I suggest Pizza Express review the quality of their produce. I'd recommend avoiding and visit Bella Italia instead.

Front of house need some customer service training, would have been fine if I was greeted with a smile and the girl aplogised for not being able to seat us.

After having a bad experience at pizza express in Cribbs causeway I was very reluctant to go back. However my son really wanted to go for his birthday. I was very pleasantly surprised, our waitress Ellie was amazing. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Its thanks to Ellie that I will be returning to Pizza Express in cribbs causway.

Love the new app and rewards, staff were friendly and efficient, easy to order, easy to pay on the app so you can pay and leave when you’re ready, food was delicious, one thing I did notice and would like to mention is when I visited a pizza express in Swindon the vegan padana came with lots of vegan cheese but in the Bristol store it doesn’t seem to so I had to pay an extra £2.50 for extra cheese which then came out how the one in Swindon did anyway, overall great though thank you

The food was bland and the service provided by our waiter Gabriel was poor and he wasn’t bothered about the fact that we weren’t happy with the food and the overall experience we had at Pizza Express Cribbs

Sat on a drafty table by the front door. Waited a long time for pizzas to arrive stone cold. Told the manager when she brought our dough balls who was not impressed when we asked for new pizzas asking if she could just re heat them instead. She then left the cold pizzas on our table and stropped off to the kitchen and did not return to us. Our waiter came over and explained they had put in fresh pizzas for us and apologised and offered to clear our plates. We asked if it was possible to be moved to a different table because of the draft from the front door he said it should be fine and we heard him check with the manager who was behind our table. We then hear her have a go at this poor young lad over something that wasn’t his fault. He moved our tables and I asked him if she had a go at him about our situation to which he replied that she was very stressed tonight which was no excuse. We even had to wait 20 minutes to pay for our bill and another 10 before it was paid and we could get out of there. Will not be returning.

Very friendly Staff, quick and efficient serving. Food was high quality and very tasty. Due to a large open space and high celings the atmosphere can be relatively noisy even when there are not many people seated.

We are seasoned pizza express diners and know exactly the normal sort of service and food standard to expect. Our experience at the Cribbs Causeway Pizza Express was without a doubt our worst dining experience ever and fell way short of the standard Pizza Express norm. Our table wasn’t ready on arrival - not a problem - it was busy so we waited. We were then seated and our order taken - it took almost an hour later for our food to arrive. This was only the first 2 meals and 4 other members of our party were still waiting for food. 10 minutes later we received three more meals however my Husbands pasta had a hair in it so we spoke to the wait staff. One of the servers was great and really helpful the others couldn’t seem to be bothered and one even smirked at our party when we complained about our experience. Wed now been in the restaurant 1 hour 15 minutes and one of our party had still not received their food. This finally arrived and after one bite a hair was found in this dish too. The manager was asked for, the smirking waiter seemed to want to start a fight and had to be told by both the manager and myself to head away from our table. The manager did waive the cost of our meal but considering 2 were completely inedible, another was basically just tomato sauce and the others arriving almost 30 minutes apart I felt like it was the least they could do. All in all a terrible experience which is a shame as we often frequent Bristol and Pizza Express is usually a consistent family favourite for us.

Turned us and another couple away over an hour before closing because of lack of pizza dough despite being a pizza restaurant.

As a family we love Pizza Express and regularly visit our local Cribbs Causway restaurant. We booked a table for the family to celebrate my Son's 6th birthday and as always the food was delicious but more importantly it was couple with exceptional service from Gabriel. He was attentive, authentic and couldn't do enough to make our evening an enjoyable one. Even when my son found out there was no chocolate sauce for his dough ball pudding, Gabriel came to the rescue! As always we'll be back and I hope Gabriel is working every time we are! :-)

Been here many times over the years and always found the food great and service good too. However on my visit today I would say the food is not to the standards it used to be or even close. Even the Parmesan cheese came out in a Pam all plastic takeaway tub. One one garlic oil for the whole restaurant and that didn’t even work. Service and food at this one has really let its self down. Shame as it’s in a great location.

So disappointing. We love PE pizzas but this was not a good experience. Internet drove me crazy once again and I couldn’t access their app and rewards offered which was one of reasons worth going there for. Ended up paying for things that would normally have been free. Standing outside in the rain for access was not fun! Mixed salad didn’t appear so I cancelled it. Not much cheese on the pizzas and partner said his was one of the worst ones he’d had. It was removed from the bill. Mine was quite dry and over baked. Coffee machine not working, never has been when we’ve been there! Wouldn’t go there on early Friday evening again, too busy… unfortunately probably never again. Staff helpful and kind but distracted as busy.

The pizza was alright, we were hungry so it's hard to tell how good it was. The service needs to be worked on... We had to wait to get served and wait to get the bills, and honestly didn't feel welcomed

The food was really nice. The staff were friendly. It took a while to get served but I tbf it looked like they were a little understaffed. My main qualm is that the don’t sell beer on tap, only in bottles.

I booked a table for 2, and reached 5mins later(due to traffic). My tables were ready and I was seated quickly😍. We were taken care by Ellie. We had our drinks come REALLY quick and by the time we finished the drinks, our starters were served🤩. The starters were amazing. Me and my friend was catching up with few conversations. We moved our empty starter plate and BOOM our mains were on the table🤑. Ellie checked back on us in between ensuring if we needed anything else. The food was great so was the environment. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. We will be back again🥰

I love the ambience of the restaurant. I've been served by Andrea. She was really frienldy and helpful answered all my qustions about the food, the sauces and everything. They make the best gluten free pizza and dough on earth. Will be back whenever I'll be in Bristol. 1000% recommend them.

The Margarita pizza was deformed, quite small and not well presented. The crust was almost non existent in places with huge dollops of tomato sauce covering the edges. This left the pizza tasting unbalanced and it will now forever be a part of my pizza nightmares hence forth. On the flip side, the chilli honey dough balls looked inviting but I not as good as the originals.

We haven’t been here for a while, but it was very disappointing to find that the portion of the carbonara is tiny for £16. When we asked, they said it is what it is. I hope they make it a bit bigger as it was not enough food. The whole bill was £56 for 3 pizzas and 1 carbonara. The staff is accommodating and friendly. The toilets were very really dirty and could do with a good clean up.

Great food, reasonably priced, waiting staff worked very hard. I felt sorry for the staff that had to deal with the unpleasant customers on the next table over; grown adults bullying teenage staff members, demanding managers and self-satisfied smugness upon getting a reduced bill. The staff to their credit remained polite and professional throughout, it was clearly very busy and they were going non-stop, apologising for the delays. Would go again.

Good excellent as always, but super understaffed. Despite only having about 6 tables of people ordering took ages. Furthermore, most tables were uncleared so felt like dining in a really dirty environment. Bit of a shame

Pizza Express is amazing, With a nice Italian feeling right as you enter, and the iconic doughballs on the menu, all they need is a bit of efficiency with serving food

Food was alright, watching staff linger and chat to the chefs wasn’t great especially as no one was seeing to people stood at the door for a minimum of 5 minutes. Plus a chef not wearing a hat. Disappointing, how can a business make money of staff are going to stand around and chat to each other rather then greeting guests and sitting them down

The pizza was great, but it wasn't the pizza I ordered. I ordered for takeaway a margherita bufala and instead recieved a normal margherita with extra tomato (or at least, it seemed like an excessive amount to me)

Lovely fresh food, their cheesy garlic bread ranks above most of the chains. My only issue is that if you don't like hot and spicy you'll struggle to enjoy many pizzas. There are just far too many of them

We eat here regularly and always come back. Amazing staff, food is never a disappointment and the service 10/10. Everyone here is always working so hard as it’s usually pretty busy when we come, hats off to those guys! 👏 we will be back again soon.

Food was lovely, but we felt the service was a bit cold and distant from our waiter, we had the feeling he was very unhappy as we didnt go with the options he suggested and we only ordered mains and soft drinks plus the pudding we were going to have was sold out - it seems this restaurant might not be doing very well in terms of money or that's the impression we got.

My son had his 8th birthday here today! My son says it's a 5 star. The party was well organised and the manager was amazing with the children. They all had a fab time. Highly recommend to have a party here. Thank you for making his birthday very special xxx

Arrived 12pm without a booking - was told by a member of staff that they were fully booked when looking into the restaurant only a couple of tables were in use. We only wanted a quick lunch which would have taken 1/2 hour but not even given an option to have to use a table by a certain time. Poor - could understand if restaurant was rammed

Booked for the table, got shown to our table then had to wait half an hour for anyone to come and see us, if I didn’t have the kids with me I would have walked away, food was ok but same person was asking us if we wanted to see the desert menu whilst we were still eating which was very rude, went to pay using a gift card which didn’t work at first and then card kept declining, waitress kept walking off and blaming it on the connection, I would not go again

Great place to use Tesco Club Card Vouchers! £59.00 bill was about £7.00 (1x starter, 2x pizza, 1x desert and 2 Cokes). Prices are a little high otherwise. You don't always get exactly what the images show but it all tastes good (Mushoom pizza had no garnish as pictured). Overall, decent!!

Nice pizzas but over priced in my opinion, the desert was a disappointment which resembled a toddler’s portion, I ordered a biscoff cheesecake which included a foamy coffee however the cheesecake was as small as a Mr Kipling slice with one biscoff biscuit on top of it.

we were a party of four an luckily we had booked as the place was rammed. Service was OK, maybe a little slow but thats all. we had doughballs and Pizzas which were all really nice. Only think that really let the place down were small things like, a half set table and torn/stained menus.

Was a Saturday lunchtime when we dined. Was busy but the kids starters were served quickly. Mains came out pretty fast too just had a small wait for the kids deserts.

We booked as a group of 9. Service was good from the lady who was serving our table,I would go to say she was sorting out the majority of the tables in your restaurant as there didnt seem to be anyone about apart from her. The restaurant seemed to be focusing on the amount of Deliveroo orders they had to do rather than people sat in the restaurant. Our main meals came out in dribs and drabs. 2 of the pizzas were burnt round the edges. One member of our family decided he wouldnt have another pizza as we had been waiting long enough for the first ones to come out. Definitely wouldnt eat here again. The poor lady serving us though she was working her little socks off. Restaurant did give a discount.

Sadly Pizza Express, now owned by a Chinese holding company, has gone rapidly downhill over the past few years. Service at the Cribbs causeway branch was speedy and efficient; but that does not make up for the wretched quality of the base and toppings. Just 4 prawns on a pizza which claimed to feature them, and no discernible chicken in a so-called pollo offering. Prices have shot up a well. Very poor value. Great for kids, I suggest, but for adults who have either eaten in an authentic Italian restaurant in the UK or visited Italy this is a now a chain to avoid.

I’m a big fan of PE and have visited and enjoyed their restaurants for as long as I can remember but this one was dreadful, easily the worst experience I’ve had anywhere in the country. The service was lacklustre to say the least, not rude by and means but very lethargic and inattentive delivering water jugs with no glasses, food without cutlery, basic stuff that really shouldn’t need asking for. The food for all 4 of us was very disappointing. The standard is always universal in my experience but this was plain and limp whether it was pasta, pizza or lasagna, all of it looked and tasted thrown together with little regard for quality. The evening was topped off by a loud altercation between one of the chef staff and a waiter who quite rightly walked out the back and never returned. Regardless of what the reason was for it, to be spoken to like that young man was by and aggressive chef simply isn’t acceptable, to do it in front of a busy restaurant at peak time on a Saturday evening with children present was extremely distasteful and certainly not something I’d expect. I will certainly not be returning to this particular branch of pizza express in a hurry.

After driving 160 miles on our way to Bath turned away from a half empty Pizza Express because we hadn't booked. Ridiculous. Went next door to the Mexican and had a lovely meal

Pizza Express is always good, lovely pizzas... and this branch was great on a busy Thursday night. The restaurant was heaving but the service was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful and the food arrived quickly, hot and was tasty as usual.

Meal with my wife, father & 2 teenage children. Sunday teatime meal. Was very very noisy, the acoustics made it even worse. We had to shout at each other to be heard. The food took a long time to arrive, they made mistakes with our order also. The cannelloni I ordered was a partial portion, what we did have was very nice though. But they didn't charge us for some of the items & gave us free drinks. My father also had a discount voucher, so the meal only came to half what it should have been. Would not want to eat there again. Only went there because of closing time at The Mall being a Sunday.

All right...if you are in the middle of the biggest commercial center of the South West you should expect a considerable crowd.And consequently a not so speedy service. But the pizza wasn't cooked enough, and this is less acceptable.For the rest, usual pizza express restaurant

First time to a Pizza Express for very many years and I was extremely pleased with service and food. They were very busy yet the service was speedy and the food tasty.It is very noisy yet what do you expect from a chain restaurant.Whilst service was good it is lacking the personal touch which, with an improved ambiance, could have pushed into an excellent rating.

Booked a table here for 21:00 last night, arrived and waited 5 mins to be seen, the waiter then showed us to a table with no mention of the booking. There was lots of tables empty because of how late it was I would say there was around 5 tables of customers in total and 6/7 waiters walking around. Anyway we chose what we wanted, another 15-20 mins went by and not even asked if we wanted a drink. Got fed up of waiting and left went to Bella Italian instead much better service and food was great!!

One could also argue compounding factors include staff availability that could make this restaurant work at a substandard level, however there are inherent issues that have made me score this restaurant poorly.Issue regarding Service: We were rushed through our order by the waiter. His attitude was poor and his attention span was limited. Questions asked were dismissed and 'belittled'. At the end of our dinner, the bill was slapped on the table and in front of our eyes it fell to the floor. He turned away and left! I had to physically seek a takeaway box to carry our left over pizza.Resolution: Training of the staff member Issues with managerial Input: Despite explaining the above scenario to the manager, he was not apologetic about the behaviour of his staff.Resolution: Training of the staff memberHygiene: Its interesting to note substandard practices when one sits next to the bar of the restaurant. I'm a Pizza Express fan. They vary, as is to be expected (it's about the people, not the Pizza) and dependent on the day, location, season, etc., all play their part. So, we turn up at the appointed time with a party of twelve, 7 of whom are 13 year old girls, and after a brief wait at the greeters desk (slightly odd) are seated and given menus. Drinks order is taken. Drinks take a while to arrive, albeit restaurant not full ( by any means). But then, they deliver. Pizza's arrive, as do all of the other dishes, kids happy, Dad very happy. Manager personally involved, makes a difference, good bloke. The cakes brought in from the outside, are plated and delivered with candle alight...spot on. As PE's go, it's not the best - rectangular space, looking out on to a car park in the middle of a shopping Mall - my kind of hell. But the food was good and they kept a 13 year old very happy.

We went here early Tuesday evening, initially the restaurant was pretty quiet. We waited 3-4 mins to be greeted at the front desk, a friendly waiter took us to our table and told us everything we needed to know. A good 15-20mins later, we were still waiting for anyone to return - not even to take our drinks order. We were ready to leave, but made one last chance to catch the eye of the staff to come over and take our drinks and food order.Drinks and food came within reasonable time and was nice, but little interaction from any of the staff when delivering to our table.Whether it is the number or quality of staff working I'm not sure, but won't be returning here again - plenty of other good restaurants within the complex.

We went to see fantastic beasts at but and popped in after the film on Tuesday lunchtime. Lovely menu choice, clean, warm, very friendly and charming waiter. You won't be disappointed.

I have no idea what the food is like, how long the waiting takes, if the kitchen is clean, if the toilets are clean or if the waiter has bad breath. We arrived (unreserved) & stood at the " greeters desk" like the sign asks you to do so...for twenty minutes. We waited, tried to catch someones eye, waited, sat down, stood up, huffed, threw a few wide eyed stares and eventually someone came over. In the mean time a group of three had arrived waited and left. We were told in a very disheartening " I wouldn't waste your time' tone it would be at least an hours wait for food. For pizza! So we left.Yes- it was busy...its' a Tuesday in December in Cribbs Causeway. Being a chain restaurant you'd think they'd have this sussed with the right amount of staff and pizza makers. There were tables free but we got the impression they just couldn't be bothered with two more wanting pizza.

It was nice to see that Pizza Express have introduced their new seasonal menu and so was determined to try out at least one of them. The salmon terrine starter with flat breads was simple but enjoyable and not too filling - even managed to try some of my daughters calamari which were tender and not at all rubbery, which has been the case in many other restaurant I've tried. Whilst my daughter decided to have one of her favourite pizzas (Veneziana), I went for the new cauliflower classic. The advertised photographs of the pizza shows small cauliflower florets covering the pizza and that was what I was expecting - not so. Apart from the flavour of cauliflower there was hardly, if any, visual evidence of the vegetable itself. So whilst still very flavoursome this was a disappointment. .

My girlfriend and I ate here early afternoon on a Wednesday and we're both greeted and served very well. There is a relaxed atmosphere and the food was very nice. Compared to the service in the other restaurants within the same complex we shall never visit anywhere else except the Pizza Express when using Cribbs.

Arrived for a pre booked reservation a greeted warmly at the entrance. After requesting a quiet booth we were quickly shown to our seats and offered menu's and drinks. From our booth we could see the open kitchen and the chefs doing what chefs do and spinning doe into shape. Order taken and our started arrived within a short time, although the venue was very busy at this time. We had ordered mixed starters to share and had no issue asking for additional plates..... starters were great. Once dishes cleared mains turned up and were piping hot. As we had filled ourselves with starters we all struggled with our mains and this was noted by one of the staff who not only advised not to rush also offered take out boxes for our remaining pizzas. Great service, very clean and good atmosphere. Best of all the customer service was 5*

Pizza was lovely and kids meal decent enough. However, from the moment we entered the service was absolutely awful! The waiter (who on the receipt is listed as 'visitor 3') came to our table, stood there and didn't say a thing, we both looked at him and he then proceeded to point at the drinks menu without saying anything. There we many things through out the meal - the service was appalling. He asked if we would like any sauces and I asked for some mayonnaise. To be told "we DONT do mayonnaise" in an extremely rude manner. I am never one to complain about places, but I cannot believe how rude our waiter was, a real shame because as I mentioned the food was pretty decent but the poor service lets it down. I certainly won't be returning. We've visited the pizza express in Clifton Village and had a completely different experience. Can tell from reviews that they need to up their game & maybe train their staff on customer service, it's not hard. I work in this trade and it bugs me massively when people cant do a simple thing like their job!!!!

6 of us (4 adults, 2 children) visited on a Sunday 5:30pm in late November. Restaurant about 60% full. Waiter keen to take drinks order as soon as we sat down. He went out of his way to make a fuss of the children. Food is nice but very pricey for what it is. We each had a starters, main course and dessert + 1 soft drink each (the children had set menu for £6.95 each). We had a 30% off mains voucher which helped reduce the bill from £117 to £98. Just seemed a lot of money for what we received.Starters arrived quickly but then a 45 minute wait for the main course. Slow service has happened here before with us with restaurant not overly busy - I think it's because they want you to buy more pricey drinks while you're waiting for the food.Most staff are foreign but not Italian (I asked).Ok to visit if you have a discount voucher, etc. but I wouldn't pay full price here as think it's expensive for what you get. From start to finish we were in the restaurant for 2 1/2 hours, so not the place to visit if you're after a quick meal.

2 adults and 2 older children went along at 4.30 on Sunday and it was very quiet although the booths that we wanted to sit at were booked up apparently.The orders were taken quickly and efficiently and the food arrived soon after. The dough balls are our preferred starter, followed by 2 excellent lasagnes, a gluten free pizza for my 'gluten free' wife (excellent but why are they smaller than ordinary pizzas...and while I'm at it, why are there fewer gluten free dough balls than the normal portion?). My son doesn't eat cheese and the waitress wasn't fazed by our request fior a pizza with no cheese.The main courses arrived just as my daughter was eating her last mouthful of starter, maybe a bit too quick off the mark there..They took our Tesco vouchers without question and so we just paid for the drinks.As usual we found Pizza Express reliable and friendly with good food and service, although this one is not as an impressive building as the nearby Clifton restaurant in Bristol.

We entered a very quiet restaurant and was seated at a table. Within 10 mins the place was full of children's parties, which I wish we had been warned about. We placed our order very quickly but everyone around us was served their pizzas whilst we still waited. After an hour we asked if they could check our order, only to be told that it would be a few minutes. We decided to pay for our drinks and leave. Unfortunately this experience has put me off of Pizza Express which is a shame as I was previously a fan. The only positive thing was the waiter clearly felt bad and was very apologetic, which I cannot say the same of the manager.

We took our young grandsons here for early evening food. We had a British Gas child's menu deal. Great service, waitress so helpful and great with the boys. She made them feel very special. Gave them activity packs to enjoy while waiting for their food.Pizzas were absolutely fabulous full of taste and filling. The child menu was absolutely great and as good as our full price food. Our waitress fully explained the pizza bases and for the boys. Great place to go with grandchildren. One downside, music too loud to talk.

So slow, so shocking.Asked for a booth as quiet, was told no as for minimum 5 people. Funny how the 3 other booths were occupied by 2 people in each. Not a great start.Asked for some sauce for main and basically the waiter never bothered getting it so had to ask again. Couple next to us had to go and get their bill as they were being ignored. For such a quiet evening we expected more. Been a few times here now and every time this is the case- bad service. We were hoping to be proven wrong but sadly not

excellent waiter, excellent food, excellent atmosphere, excellent company. its a well run, clean establishment and everyone is very happy there!

Fantastic meal that catered for children's specific requirements. Quick and friendly service. Best pizza I've had for ages. Definitely going back

Good food but service very slow no explanation when asked why others had their meals brought out before ours yet ordered after us,

The food is tasty enough but a little pricey. The restaurant itself is fairly bland but fit for purpose. The service was friendly and surprisingly fast. I would only go when I have a discount offer.

Service is good but very slow. Not a place you can expect to have a bite to eat in and then do anything else with your day afterwards.

After venturing to the pictures, just pooped in for a quick meal. Very friendly staff attentive and knowledgeable.The food mine my favourite La Reine with extra pepperoni was delicious the new sides are excellent.we were not having Pud but the offer of an expresso and the little treats to accompany it was hard to resist. I had the figs in syrup with Mascarpone fantastic!We will be back

Our visit to pizza express was lovely, the food was amazing and the staff were friendly. I would defiantly go again and recommend it. It was also great for my daughter who can't eat gluten as they provided gluten free dough balls and pizza and even dessert (brownies etc.) The waiter even recommended a few things to us and were very nice

Always a good range of pizza and they never disappoint (unlike the frozen range!) - great for couples and families alike.
