KFC Bristol - The Venue Cribbs Causeway in South Gloucestershire

By the time it got to us 5 miles away from cribbs it was cold

Food was cold. No drinks or extra chicken as ordered.

I wasn't happy with my order one bit only they sent all chicken thighs and it was cold and the chips were cold to wasn't worth the money i paid not impressed

Spent £46 and got delivered the wrong order

Gave me gravy instead of beans, chips were cold, breadcrumbs were soggy and bag collapsed causing drinks to fall on the floor. Abysmal for KFC. Not the delivery drivers fault. KFC should have packaged drinks in a separate bag. Also service very slow. Wont order from this KFC again.

Ordered nearly £70 of food from KFC at 18.29. At 19.07, the manager of KFC rang, asking if my delivery had turned up. It hasn't. The manager explained that the delivery driver had picked up our order nearly 20 minutes ago. The KFC is a 7 minute drive away from my home. The manager then said he was having trouble with this driver and would not be accepting him back at his store and would be complaining to yourselves himself. Our delivery finally arrived at approx 19.20, all of it cold, ruined.

food was fine, delivery person was great however ut took 1.5hrs to arrive

I ordered my delivery at quarter 1 and I have just received the times kept changing every 5 minutes getting later and later it’s absolutely shocking food was cold had to reheat in microwave did not taste the same! After spending over £20 what a waste!

This KFC NEVER gives us thigh pieces which are the only pieces we like. It doesn't matter how often we order or how many pieces we order there is NEVER a thigh piece in our orders from "The Venue Cribbs Causeway". I think the staff hog them. 1/10

After ordering it took over an hour to be delivered. The poor delivery driver seemed to be at the restaurant for at least 20 mins maybe 25 mins waiting for my order. I had 1 hungry child waiting for their tea to. Food arrived cold so obviously been sat out for a while and chicken burger was the smallest bit of chicken in a big bun with no lettuce or mayo I had to add my own. NOT HAPPY with the service from the store.

I want a full refund, my order was sent to an old address and I haven't received my food, I want a full refund!

If you’re looking for a drive through just choose a different place. Not sure if it’s better if you eat in but drive thru food is comical.

Had a message from the driver telling me he was outside!!! Really I know he wasn’t!!! After walking down the street to find the driver, not to be seen!! He pulled up & my husband was stood outside also to look for the driver that was so say outside!! All the driver said was sorry & our food was totally cold so at least the bin had a nice tea

Ordered a dipping sharer and the dips were missed! Pretty vital part of a dipping sharer meal!!!

The worst service I have ever encountered. The place is supposed to open at 10:30, but unfortunately, the wonderful staff, led by their boss, were sitting and eating. One of the employees told me they weren’t open, even though the door was unlocked. As usual, I am disappointed with this place.

The rude bald man with glasses called out my number so quietly that I looked at him with confusion as I wasn’t sure if that was my order once he repeated it a second time and I knew it was my order I walk up to the pass and he said in the most rude manner “your staring at me but not listening “ I tried to correct the fool but he just brushed me off like i was nothing.

Was refused service for trying to pay with a 50 pound note was told they didn't have the facilities to test it asked if you can check a 20 which answered yes same protocol manger talking down to me looked about 10 very rude being in retail for years 50s are accepted anywhere plus my order was more then that amount so wasn't seeking change very dissatisfied

The food came absolutely squished. Looked like the driver didn't have much space to carry it and squished it down. The fries were more mash than fries 🤷🏻‍♀️

Staff need training and the manger needs to re think is career choice, customer service is not his strong suit.

Ordered around 5pm ish and the order was constantly changing times and finally arrived at 6.55pm my son was very hungry. Driver said he got stuck at Filton.

Every time I am ordering from KFC Cribbs there are items missing from my order. I got half of my order this evening and very unhappy kids. If I am paying service charge 11%, I am expecting to receive my order in full. To the staff and management working there…. Please check the orders before you let driver to take it to the customer! Very disappointed again!

Visited today, 22/11/24 approx 7pm was busy but had plenty of staff, didn't get what we ordered and when and asked for the missing items, pulling teeth would have been easier. Bins were full and generally needed a good tidy and clean round. Definitely needs better organisation and communication, quite disappointed.

This place when it is busy is a total shambles! Our order number appeared on the ready screen then promptly disappeared! Another customer also had the same problem as we did and when he complained, the manager got really annoyed at him about it. Management there needs looking at and a better system put into place.

They're so stingy in here. their system for the app isn't working and so you can't redeem your free rewards or also collect any points for rewards. if your due a free reward and their system isn't working, they should just offer better customer service and care and give it to you anyway as it's their problem that their system isn't working, especially when you're paying for an order as well anyway! But instead he rejected it. really poor customer service!

Manager of this KFC is racist towards the food delivery people and also towards those who are going to eat. There is no logic, he doesn't stay in the store, he always smokes outside, the staff are all unprepared, they are rude and rude to everyone, the food is cold and the chicken always runs out, there are days when it takes a long time to replace it. Terrible service, horrible place to eat, not only for those who pick up food, but for those who eat there, there is also no correct service, the leaders are totally ignorant, especially when it comes to deliveries. The night gets worse without a leader and a mess.

Cane on a Saturday evening at 8pm, staff just stood around talking while it was extremely busy and everyone waiting for their order. Our order ended up taking 30 mins to get to us and it was only 2 burgers and 2 sides all because the staff were being so slow. Also had to get cookie left despite us ordering, coukdnt get a refund they had to give us extra chicken. Could've taken the cookie off the tills to save this disappointment

Deliverer was lovely. As usual with this restaurant they totally ignore the KFC policy to make sure every order of 5 or more pieces enjoy a reasonable variety in pieces, and as usual all 6 pieces bought were the same dry pieces, in this case 6 leg pieces. maybe they save all the nice juicy triangular thigh pieces for the employees. I regularly deal with tour groups from the airport numbering up to 70 and they're always hungry when they get out of the airport. I always avoid KFC' trash service.

This KFC has never sent us any juicy chicken pieces. it's always horrible dry pieces and no real variety in pieces type. 6 dry legs or dry breast etc, never a single juicy thigh piece. it loses them money as I have to choose takeaways for my groups of 70 tourists and I always avoid this restaurant because of this ongoing problem. It's their manager's choice to lose the business.

My food never came, the driver never called to say he was lost and ask for directions. It just simply never turned up and Just Eat also refuses to refund me, so I paid for food I never even got.

This restaurant always sends horrible dry pieces of chicken and no variety. 6 dry breast pieces or 6 dry leg pieces. Never a juicy thigh piece. It loses them money as I deal with tours of up to 70 people & I always avoid giving this KFC any of that business. Their choice.
