This place when it is busy is a total shambles! Our order number appeared on the ready screen then promptly disappeared! Another customer also had the same problem as we did and when he complained, the manager got really annoyed at him about it. Management there needs looking at and a better system put into place.

They're so stingy in here. their system for the app isn't working and so you can't redeem your free rewards or also collect any points for rewards. if your due a free reward and their system isn't working, they should just offer better customer service and care and give it to you anyway as it's their problem that their system isn't working, especially when you're paying for an order as well anyway! But instead he rejected it. really poor customer service!

Manager of this KFC is racist towards the food delivery people and also towards those who are going to eat. There is no logic, he doesn't stay in the store, he always smokes outside, the staff are all unprepared, they are rude and rude to everyone, the food is cold and the chicken always runs out, there are days when it takes a long time to replace it. Terrible service, horrible place to eat, not only for those who pick up food, but for those who eat there, there is also no correct service, the leaders are totally ignorant, especially when it comes to deliveries. The night gets worse without a leader and a mess.

Cane on a Saturday evening at 8pm, staff just stood around talking while it was extremely busy and everyone waiting for their order. Our order ended up taking 30 mins to get to us and it was only 2 burgers and 2 sides all because the staff were being so slow. Also had to get cookie left despite us ordering, coukdnt get a refund they had to give us extra chicken. Could've taken the cookie off the tills to save this disappointment

Just rubbish, dry chicken, cold chips, i wish i had gone to Macdonald

Very very late compared to the ETA and then when it finally arrived it was cold

Requested on notes for a leg and thigh peice, didnt get so. The chicken had no flavour and was plain. Wings covered in loads of coating batter and plain in taste as well. Will not order from this branch anymore. Sorry to say this is 3rd time the order quality was very poor.

Ordered on just eat. Took over an hour to tell us it's being delivered - delivery driver said he was waiting at the restaurant for 40 minutes! Shocking service for "fast food", especially when the KFC live bar showed it was less busy than usual.

Food arrived, the mash was missing and the chicken was so stale, as if it had been sat there for hours and kept warm! Chips were pretty much the same, soggy and cold!

How can a fast food restaurant forget a big bottle of drink is beyond my comprehension. Is it really that hard to put something in the bag that I have paid for? I’m sure your not that silly?

We received terrible service. We arrived 50 minutes before closing, but the rude and annoying guy did not let us dine in. It was a very disappointing experience. If they don't want to offer full service hours, they might as well close the store earlier. The hiring process needs improvement as all servers I have encountered seem rude compared to those from a closer store. We should have gone to McDonald's.

Friendly and efficient staff. Food served quickly. However no one cleaning up so loads of tables covered in previous customer filth so limited places to sit

We ordered on location for our family (bargain bucket, vegan burger (with NO mayo) & boneless box. We collected, drove home only to find we had no fries with the bucket(should have been 4) and the burger had mayo! What would happen if my daughter was allergic to it, hence she didn’t order it! It was a basic order yet you still managed to mess it up!!

The manager is a racist, I was humiliated several times by him and I know several of my friends who were also treated badly by him

Driver collected my food the sat at another restaurant collecting other orders for over 20 mins so all my food was stone cold. When I asked the driver he could not care at all

My order was delivered the next day at 11 AM in the morning when my food was supposed to come the night before not happy with the service I have requested a refund and still not received it when the food turned up at 11 AM in the morning, I was not home and it was left on the doorstep until I got home 10 o’clock at nightto need a refund

All the burgers were wrong except 1 fillet burger should have been fillet burgers. All had ketchup and hash browns not in description. Have a son that's allergic to tomatoes fuming!!!!

Got heaps of lettuce and mayonnaise on the burger when specifically asking for NONE. Ruined my already overpriced meal, why can't their employees follow the simplest of instructions?

Tasteless. Greasy. Beans were congealed into a crusty lump at the bottom of the pot. Urinal was blocked in the toilets and the floor was covered in urine. Usually a fan of KFC but not today! I will NOT be going back.

I asked for the chicken fillet burger to have no lettuce or mayo on. It came with both on. There was chicken missing but what was there was really dried up and tasteless. The gravy wasn't the best. The food did arrive on time but unfortunately I won't be ordering from KFC again.

Ordered a trilogy box meal with gravy and can tango it came with no gravy. Pepsi. And no mini filet. £18 for a burger with cold chips and a drink I don’t like!

My order was cold everything was cold. The chicken was pink and I ordered my food at 13.20pm and I received it around 3.00pm. I am not happy with this service and would like a refund immediately!!

The meal was incomplete, missing items. The paper bag was sealed at the restaurant with a large sticker so the missing items were not packed for delivery.

Food cold & meals wrong, paid 50p for sauce tub & nothing delivered.

Dry chicken , chips cold and undercooked !you have to ask for cutlery for your food with a sulky response. Well done to the guy on the counter with the manners of a zombie you are an asset to kfc ! Good job you don’t work for me you would be out of a job quicker than you would imagine !

Food arrived wet and cold, driver tried to tell me about that's because of drink which exploded during delivery. Meat have PAINT marks, so food went to bin. Tried to call and ask what's happened but after many calls and no answer I gave up. One star is still too much for them... they don't care about customers, hygien or standards. CONGRATULATION

Easy to locate, good parking lot, and easy to navigate in and out without head ace.

An hour before close and they had no chicken cooked, complained and had to wait 25 minutes for order.

Very good burger,but 99% of times,they are sending the worst wings they have. Exactly like Asda who's sending the food that is expiring very very soon. But you know...we want to stay at home and to get the food,so there are disadvantages as well. but overall very happy with the food.

Terrible experience from staff and manager. The restaurant was supposed to shut at 23:00 and the staff didn't let us in the restaurant to order,even though we were there 40 minutes before closure. The manager wanted us to order from the drive-through even though we requested a menu. This place should be more careful of their managers' hiring process and staff if they want customers to keep coming.

Filthy. Tables and floor covered with leftovers and rubbish. It was very quiet so not like anyone was rushed off their feet. Staff were just chatting at the till. The tray had sauce smeared all down the side. Not going back and I love KFC.

Ticket machine didn’t give a receipt, tried to give us our takeaway order as a sit down meal, got back home we had missing items and someone else’s items clearly

Ordered online on kfc website for 3 kids meals for 3 kids and paid delivery charge. 2 turned up. On calling up and asking for the 3rd kid's meal to be sent, the customer care agent insisted that they can't do that. The only offer was for us to be refunded for the 1 kid's meal. We didn't want the refund as we hadn't made dinner and needed the meal for the child who as waiting eagerly. To add insult to injury, the customer care agent then proceeded to advise us that she will refund the 1 kid's meal and then we have to place another order and pay higher delivery charges again to have it delivered to us. Even though the fault was completely theirs. So long KFC! No more! We have better and more reliable places to spend our money!

hot wings are getting smaller and smaller over time and prices only increasing. it's been a long time ordered because local fried chicken shop was closed. it's disappointing how sizes of chicken has become tiny and other chicken shops price are cheaper than good portion than kfc.

Unfortunately we were missing the popcorn chicken, besides that all good.

Different spices are used in fried potatoes Of course, the potatoes were not completely freshly fried, apparently it had been a while since they were fried and they had become soft. Their taste is a little better The fried chicken tasted good and was cooked perfectly The salad and side dishes were perfect Only one point is that black pepper is out of reach, one of the spices that everyone likes, but unfortunately it was not available in the last few times.

Quite a crowding restaurant, had a family lunch here really enjoy the watermelon lemonade as the summer drink. The kfc app did not working properly as usual so I have to go to the front desk to have classical way order. It end up not bad as there are extra frie and supercharge dip in the plate

Staff were very rude to myself and other customers. They have someone the wrong food and then blamed it on them and snatched it back. When we asked where our other meal was they were very rude in their reply.

Didn't see the note to remove the lettuce and mayo from one burger and left off one supercharger sauce. Never had a totally correct order yet.
