This is the worst McDonalds I've EVER been to!!!! I had the worst day of school ever so i decided to get myself a McDonalds I ordered a cheese burger happy meal, Haloumi fries share box and a Mc Chicken. I ordered it using the Uber eats app and I was super EXCITED and it took about ONE WHOLE HOUR. By the time it got to me it was cold and it tasted like cardboard. I was so sad my mum put the haloumi fries in the air fryer because of how sad I was. This just made my day 10 times worse. Do better next time please.

Update 1* !!!!!!! PLEASE READ !!!!!!!! I been visiting regularly as i visit the cinema most days each week now im going to haft to visit Brislington McDonald's i really dont know what the issue is but the amount of flies by the counter and you can see them flying around food in the kitchen they are crawling over the order machines over the walls bins and you got to keep hitting them away when they keep landing on you its getting worse each time it is grose and serious food hygiene issue i really advise visiting a different McDonald's as you could potentially get really unwell here its only a matter of time until someone does get unwell difficult to get decent photos but as soon as you walk in they are everywhere! Original 3* The original layout worked so much better now having the machines and counter by entrance when buisy you got to try get threw everyone crowding around the entrance even to just get to a table When i been the last few times there is 2 security guards that stand at counter and constantly telling people to move its the only McDonald's that i experience this any other that has security they are normally just wondering around so they there to deal with anything but not making you feel uncomfortable to make or collect a order Now the most important part putting mirrors on the ceiling above the till and machines you can see the pin people put in when paying by card im not sure who thought this was a good ideal but would recommend removing the mirrors

20 mins to get my order, with no apology. Poor value for the extortionate prices they charge. Won't be going there again. S### all round.

Food just warm, service extremely poor. Service was non existent inside, & when I asked the security if anyone was manning the inside orders, I heard not at the moment. Drive through, & online seemed to take priority. The flies inside were just horrible. They were everywhere, around you, on you… who knows what it was like for people eating in… xxx

Do not order delivery from here. Wrong items in bag and missing half the order. Contacted Uber and apparently nothing they can do about it so feels like they can chuck anything in the bag and get away with it!! Very very poor customer service

Yes, we had a very good experience in Bath's McDonald's as usual, as we are living here for almost 30 yrs. Food is really good with excellent behaving staff. Dr Mahmud

every time i go to get a cookie i order it and they say it’s available then say they have none and try give me a mixed berry muffin , terrible service can’t even get my money back and then get offered a drink !!!!!

My worst McDonald's experience ever, super slow service. They put priority on the drive-thru, but if you eat in will be 30 minutes waiting for 2 bacon flatbreads!!!!!! Massive queue of unhappy customers from the drive-thru... Need more staff or change something….

Food was cold ,my wrap it said order prepared at 19.45 and I received the order about 20.50 ,food was cold , no straws no napkins .very disappointed.But the driver was very apologetic about the wait before I mentioned it.He said he was kept waiting.

So many items missing again. It was 4 meals, how can you get so many things wrong !

Absolutely disgusting, I waited over an hour and a half for my order only to be told over the phone with McDonald’s that this has been delivered yet I haven’t received anything? When constantly checking the app for a change in the status nothing appeared to change and continued to say “preparing your order” ! I would like a full refund asap

Really poorly designed drive through and the car park is almost exclusively full of Deliveroo/uber drivers , the service was incredibly slow and the food is of such poor quality compared to almost all others I’ve visited

Not only did you keep changing the delivery time but you delivered someone else’s order. I ordered selects meal and 2 happy meals. You delivered 3 Big Macs chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger. By the way comparing what was delivered to the reception taped to the bag you f**ked this up too as items were misssing from the order!!!!

It's a great place for fast food. They had everything we wanted. It's a shame that other customers leave so much mess. The cleaning staff did their best to deal with it all, but it felt like they were fighting a losing battle. Wish people could be a bit more thoughtful!

I ordered a drive-thru meal Sat evening only to find one of the burgers was missing and they gave me the wrong 2nd burger. I think a full refund is in order

Absolutely disgusted with longwell green mc Donald’s, food ordered for collection, twice the order was wrong, 25 minutes to get it right, by the time the burger was done right the chips were cold,ice cream was melted . Never using Mc Donald’s again, tried ringing for 20 minutes no answer, why have a phone number and not answer. !!!!!!

Since I have been eating at Mc Donald's, this is the first time I receive an order with very, very cold products, I couldn't even eat them, I had to throw them in the trash... The worst experience I had this time after 2 hours of waiting after ordering and uber eats she tells me that she is not eligible to take my money back because I didn't even have anything to eat

Quite possibly the worst McDonald's there is. Waited 30 minutes from ordering food and in the end got a refund instead of waiting longer. All the staff were doing were serving the drive through. Bunch of clowns 🤡

Fed up going there when something is off the menu..hot chocolate for one another time no fillet of fish really disappointed. Plus why do they put a whole slice of cheese on burgers and only half a slice on a fillet of fish. Went another Mac's and they left out the cheese .Not happy...

Very slow service!! Took me 25 min to get an happy meal. The toilets were absolutely disgusting, tried to use the disabled toilet but the door was stuck, poor disabled that need to use this facilities. Please improve. On top just look at how dirty the kitchen is!!! Don't recommend!!

Took a bite of the burger and it was freezing cold and a long wait trying to order and they was taking forever to answer the machine where you talk and order and it was rubbish they also took a bite it was disgusting!

The order was wrong and the staff were really rude. I waited at the counter and had to wait 20 extra mins for my food , there was a young lad saying shall I spit in there food . After hearing that I asked to cancel my order and they got really funny with me .I wasted money on food I didn't want to eat because of that comment. The service and experience was awful.

Expect a 30min wait minimum for your food. I have been here 3 times and it is always like this. Most recently I waited 40mins for a takeaway Mcflurry and a McPlant, when they arrived the McFlurry was melted and the McPlant was loose in a bag Avoid at all costs

the person who delivered the food came to my door while on the phone to another person, because of this she spilled my drink which leaked out of the paper bag, as she was talking on the phone. In addition, the bbq sauce that was supposed to be included in the chicken select meal was missing.

Everytime we order from this McDonald’s they either get the order wrong or we have missing items and I mean it’s everytime this happens!! we have to ring up to get a refund but we don’t get refunded for the terrible service we are charged or the delivery cost will avoid this McDonald’s!

Delivery arrived 2hrs 50 mins after order was placed. I also got so annoyed with waiting that after over 2 hours in went to the restaurant to reorder. Then ridiculously after trying to cancel my order it still arrived after nearly 3 hours. Wholly unacceptable.

Food arrived late. All food was cold, not even warm. The bag with food had been opened, seal completely opened. And smaller bag inside had clearly been opened. Fruit shoot missing with happy meal

As per usual waited 45 minutes for a small order , was not even remotely busy that i could excuse that. Honestly try hiring people capable of serving FAST FOOD

We received the wrong order then had to wait 10 minutes for the correct one. We were handed our food by a very inconsiderate staff member who walked away before we could ask for dips. I felt as if we were an inconvenience to the staff who are paid to be there. We will be going to the next McDonald’s 5 minutes down the road from now on.

time kept going up and up on expected delivery time. courier had other deliveries before us and food came stone cold. also the seal to make sure our food hadn't been tampered with was completely broken and food was accessible and could have potentially been tampered with. mcflurrys basically melted.If I wanted cold food for dinner that could have been tampered with snd melted ice cream i would have bought takeaway last night and left it on my doorstep overnight. unacceptable and I want a refund

Not a just eat issue -McDonald’s longwell green half my delivery isn’t even there so have paid for food I’ve not even received. Don’t pick up there phone and can’t get down there (hence the delivery option) so great my kids go without. Absolutely useless!!

Food was good, ordered a Coca Cola that tasted like watered down water, server named Calum practically chucked food at me, very disappointed will not be coming back when Calum is working

Waited 45mins for a mix and match simple order and never received the food. Multiple people getting refunds and taking food back because it was cold. Staff don’t have a clue, the managers are trying but they can’t run a store like that on their own.

I've decided to change my review and to not eat at this location again. Customer service is shockingly bad, McDonald's training needs alot to be desired. Staff seem to change daily here some good ones and some bad ones you can never tell how they are gonna treat you day to day so is best not going there at all.

Ordered a delivery, arrived with missing item (although it is on the receipt on the bag) could not get the item re delivered as that’s not an option so my daughter goes with out her burger, but apparently that’s ok as they will refund me …. This refund will take 14 days.

Parking is too small. Not enough disabled bays. Someone waiting for collection in disabled bay without a blue badge, employees don't care about it.
