McDonald's in South Gloucestershire

i always love mcdonald’s and i’ve never one to complain but the staff over the phone are just simply rude. i asked one question about changing tbe delievery and the person on the phone had attitude with me

Overall food was good, but they forgot my Chicken selects and added chicken nuggets... not ideal!

Waiting 20 minutes for a cheese burger, people are getting impatient which is not fun.

Nog standard McDonald's. The drive through is slow

Food was as you'd expect & there were no milkshakes available (are there ever?) but the manager was super friendly & despite it being very busy he made the time to hand out balloons to all the kids in the restaurant.

As far as maccies goes, this one is decent

It's so annoying that the kids love Maccy's. Longwell Green and Fishponds ALWAYS miss at least one of our items. Unfortunately, the last one, we took away and didn't notice until we got home. Having it delivered is worse because a child always misses some of their meal. A refund is no good. They should redeliver at their own cost!!.

30 mins later than original delivery time. And cold. Complained and got £1.39 credit

My order appeared to be sat out in the cold for hour before it got to me. every single food item was cold. Cheeseburger was half missing!!! Absolutely disgusting

It took 2 hours from order to delivery. It was due an 45 mins to an hour after I ordered. But was delivered 2 hours later, the driver finally called me and said the gps wasn’t working which I understand but my food was stone cold having been out for delivery over 40 mins (I am 10 mins away). I am looking for a refund as this is very poor

not only did it take over an hour to arrive it was cold, the chips were only half full, the burger box was ripped and the drink had spilled in the bag causing it to drip all though my house. so disappointed 😞

Awful, food was sat for over two hours before being collected so totally inedible. Just eat support no help and wouldn’t cancel it as it said driver was at the restaurant waiting for the whole time - no way that was true.

I ordered at 7.27pm. The delivery time kept getting pushed back and back loads of times. In the end I contacted just eat at 9pm to say clearly something is wrong so please can I have a refunded. A delivery driver turned up at 9.52pm with stone cold food. I'd still like a refund. Over 2.5 hours to get something delivered is ridiculous.

after paying over £40 for food got delivered £6 worth just eat blamed McDonald's and McDonald's blamed just eat so only thing to do is ask for refund after waiting for order 1hour late and no food just eat will not be using much it's not the Frist time fed up with being let down by just eat .

Service very poor. Waited 45mins for the order to then be lost on the system. Staff too interested in sorting delivery orders rather than people actually in restaurant.

Took 1 hour for the food to be served, and that was with me going up and asking where my food was. When food arived it was cold and stale. Not happy.

Food was cold on arrival so had to microwave which is not ideal with burger salad. Delivery time kept shifting to later. I only live 15 minutes drive away from establishment. Takeaways are expensive and a better service would be appreciated

Drive thru usually slow and they miss parts of the order. Ice usually missing from drinks. It’s McDonald’s so you know what you get, but it’s not the best McDonald’s I’ve been to.

time kept being delayed and kept goin up and up, once it arrived it was all freezing cold which I couldn't eat and majority of the food I had to throw away due to how cold it is and have still had to order more food from a different restaurant due to how cold the food is, waited a hour after I ordered the food, it kept bein delayed then turned up freezing and basically lost/wasted £35 on that food

This McDonald's seems to be getting worse. The past handful of visits I've used the drive thru and been asked to park only to then be left waiting around 30 minutes for my food to come out, which is then cold when we get it home. Other times food items will be incorrect or missing. Never get apologises from the staff for the wait, they don't seem to care. Brislington will be my go to from now on.

Guy delivered it on a Bicycle so the food was cold and inedible. The ETA delivery time moved. He also swore blind I needed a Fortitude code whatever the fk that is and waited with food outside of the heat bag for 8 minutes. Guess how it tasted?

Awfull service all they focus on is uber eats orders we sat in to eat. It's soppose to be fast food and we waited ages.

Avoid unless you like long waiting times for poorly prepared and tempted food, This McDonalds needs to close to the.public and service deliveroo only. The past 2 visits have been horrendous wait times. Loads of people sat in waiting for food to come to tables, waiting to collect waiting for takeaway orders. The kitchen just cannot keep up. Also a big increase in fly's, one staff member just walking around with a towel trying to swat them. A 45 mins wait for 2 happy meals certainly is not fast food.

It's gone really downhill in last few years. It used to have great service and it was quick despite how many customers it gets. I'm sitting here now waiting 20 minutes for food and that was the same last time I came (and last time not all the food came - I had to go to the kiosk and ask for stuff I'd actually bought! More delays). It's a shame as this place used to be amazing but I'd encourage people to go get fast food at Nandos or even the bowling alley up the road. At least there they will serve you.

Not all of my food turned up had to go to the restaurant to be told they ran out of what I ordered but still took the money out of my bank for what I had ordered, now not sure if I will be getting a refund or not?

Very busy, difficult to find a place to sit but tables cleared quickly by staff so wasn't long before we could sit down to eat. Good workers.

A very loose interpretation of the term 'fast food'. They work with all the efficiency of a sloth in a k-hole, and at least one section of the menu is always unavailable because they've broken something.
