McDonald's in South Gloucestershire

I ordered a strawberry milkshake and got a banana

I ordered this food for 7 harlech way, and it may or may not have been an accident that it was delivered to number one, but im questioning on how and why it was delivered without any evidence that the person did order it now i lost 20 pounds.

wrong order delivered, so pretty poor service. The only benefit was it was considerably more than what I had ordered.

I was looking at the tracking and I kept going from 5mins to go and then 10mins to go??? this happened 3 times I think... I only ordered 2 items and the food was very warm when I finally got it...

I am most certainly not happy with my order! Everything was stone cold! The chicken was practically stale, it almost seemed to have been sat in the kitchen for a while. Not only is my food stale but I have waited for nearly over an hour for my food! The driver took it upon himself to drive around the whole neighbourhood with my food before delivering it. This is totally unacceptable and I will be requesting a full refund for my order due to the mistakes taken upon yourselves. I am appalled

Very late delivery +45mins at least with very lukewarm food and missing Happy meal chips! Two VERY unhappy children.

ordered at 545 delivered 715 over an hour and a half

Food was thrown in randomly, my chips were upside down spilt in the bag, no sauces were sent, no straws were sent, food was an hour and a half late. Never ordering on a Friday again. Driver apologised for this, was very polite and quick too.

2 meals were missing and the rest of the food was stone cold, from placing the order to receiving it took 1.5hrs when originally it said 35mins. Absolutely shocking standards tonight

Received completely wrong order, spend over £30 on uber eats, got delivered 2 burgers and chips that showed they were made at 5pm!!!! We ordered at 7pm. Disgusting.

All food was cold, the chips were uncooked and cold, the McFlurrys were liquid and had no toppings or sauce- just a milkshake basically. To top it off we had missing items. Will never order again.

It's taken 1 1/2 hours for this delivery which was stone cold when it arrived , it must have been sitting around for all of that time . The milkshakes had completely melted. What amazes me is the send it out like that!!! Tried to phone the store .. not answer ! I'm disabled and rely on delivery so this is absolutely appalling!

Don't order from here, always cold, drivers do multiple drops in the wrong direction and you wait for hours, #slow food just arrived, ice cold, waste of money. Had to air fry fries and microwave burgers, never again. McDonald's should not allow multi drop, not the drivers fault. I'll never order an Uber McDonald's again. Love the food but delivery is worse than useless!

Food was bought to me in time but was pretty cold. The woman who delivered my food also was rude as anything and had no manners. She knocked on my door but was about to walk away and leave the food at my door in the cold. I then went out gave her the code and she just walked off. Just didn’t expect this and didn’t appreciate it

Forgot the bacon on my BACON double cheeseburger, got five nuggets on my sister six piece and they forgot the sauces. Terrible. Do not recommend

delivery guy was great but there is always something missing from order. I don't know why longwell green McDonald's can't send everything. Everytime: chips or no ketchup. I had burgers missing once. Small advice. If you want McDonald's use Fishponds branch even if is further.

Only got a tea, but just wanted to say what amazing cleaners you have at longwell green branch. They really do an amazing clean on all stools, surfaces and everything…just thought credit should be given to these people as they really do a fantastic job …

Diabolical service sat in drive thru for 40 minutes and same car at the window for about 10 minutes. Patchy paintwork and speed humps in drive thru causing risk to customer vehicles. (Member of public heard swearing about bumps.) Burgers in a unpresentable state, extremely disappointed.

Another McDonalds, another wrong and forgotten item. One meal forgotten barring its drink, which did arrive but was the wrong flavour. Never known my luck so consistent with this place.

It's just up the road I cannot leave the house as I have a broken leg 1 hour and arrived cold fries and leaking drink.

Most mcdonalds are slow but this one was fast but completely unwanting to come back. My order was simple and they still missed to add the apple pie and the time of cooked label was missing. The burgers looked liked someone punched them from anger on all still ate as I was hungry but very big disappointed of this area...

The burgers looked like they'd been catapulted into the boxes, but that's standard. Plenty of chips, and the food was hot. Drinks hadn't fallen over, so that was a bonus,but the amount was very stingy. I only ordered because I had a voucher. All in all, delicious.

food took over an hour - all the receipts were printed at 12:57, yet the delivery driver delivered the food at 14:00. all the hot food is cold. i have already received £2 compensation for this, but i don't think that's enough. bad experience overall

Sometimes the food is fine. Sometimes it's ridiculously bad undercooked, incorrect or just gross. The prices don't reflect the expectations or quality at all. The drive through NEEEEDS to be repaired

Service inside is terrible, long waits because they serve the drive through mostly. When you do get your order it's just throw together in a slap dash manner. The food iterms are either over or under cooked. Fruit flies always buzzing around and landing on your meal when trying to eat. Carpark is always in a mess with plenty of rats running around. This is not a good environment and some major changes plus improvements are needed.

My order never arrived. I called the McDonald's, after over an hour of waiting, who told me it was sat ready to be collected. Just Eat are RUBBISH. Because as soon as I got off the phone to McDonald's, Just Eat said my food was delivered over an hour ago. WHICH IS WAS NOT. Avoid this terrible app.

Always good food quickly served an well priced. This McDonald's has improved the food was hot and bought to the table, great when you have kids. They also provided the kids with balloons games and toys! Enjoyed the visit will pop in again.

Placed order at approx 5.30pm. Food was delivered at 7.09pm. Delivery driver was on a bike and made a stop in the opposite direction to us before we received our order. Food was stone cold and drinks were half filled. Completely unacceptable service.

Overall food was good, but they forgot my Chicken selects and added chicken nuggets... not ideal!

Food was as you'd expect & there were no milkshakes available (are there ever?) but the manager was super friendly & despite it being very busy he made the time to hand out balloons to all the kids in the restaurant.
