Costa in South Gloucestershire

Little bit crowded sometimes but a good place to enjoy a coffee.

As an ex assistant manager of this store I was very disappointed visiting it while shopping . Approaching the cake counter that looked very sad and unwelcoming to choose anything. While being served buying two toasties, I was given a dirty knife and fork on a dirty tray, when I asked the girl on the till to change it as it was dirty she scratched the food off with her finger nail and pushed the tray along asking me to wait at the front, I think this is terrible service and I would think twice about returning, There were 6 team members working one of them being the store manager and not a lot happening but joking and standing around, before we ate my partner had to clean the table down, very disappointing to see how this store has ended up

Always been too small and over busy. The local Costa drive thru is better all round.

even though it was busy, a specific worker priscilla really assisted me. when i was unsure she helped me choose a drink and i could tell that she valued my experience and how the customer felt as well as trying her best to be liked. she also kept calm and kept a smile on her face the entire time. impressive !!

Standard Costa food and drink. Queue is always big when we've been. Tables packed tightly as not much floor space, would visit again.

Workers sleeves were touching cakes. Sandwich didn't look like picture advertising it. Very disappointing

Always busy cafe in Cribbs, pity it was not a little larger as sometimes hard to get table especially at lunch time. But must say staff are very friendly and helpful everything we have been, the sandwiches are fresh too. Highly recommend the Costa in Cribbs. Merc

Costa in the Mall at Cribbs Causeway was busy - as ever - when we stopped for morning coffee, but it didn't take long to get served. The staff were friendly and we had no difficulty finding a table. All good.

Nice little Costa. Staff are friendly and efficient. They get your order done quickly, but this Costa does get VERY busy, so occasionally I have had to skip my Costa visit as there is no where to sit. New seating tables and chairs, which are quite quirky. Feels a lot Brighter than it used to. Cakes are delicious. Good range of products on sale.

The staff are often very busy, but they're trying to get it served and, usually, quite friendly. Food and drink consistently good.

I had a lovely mango bubble tea and I was served by Asli, she was very friendly and professional

It's always busy. Costa is Costa but it's recent partner with m+s has made basic things so much more expensive. Much rather grab a cup of tea somewhere else. For speciality things like the bubbles or cooler it will have to do haha!

Lots of uncleared tables, didnt take our order correctly despite checking 4 drinks and 2 cakes were ordered only three drinks came out. Range of cake treats is poor

Only two ladies working incredibly hard to keep up with the constant flow of customers. They were wonderful, putting the needs of customers first, constantly apologising for the time it was taking, as they were occupied with so many orders for frappe and other delicious ice drinks. Huge thank you to the ladies!!!

Disgusting service, ordered coconut milk latte because I am lacto-intolerant and specificly told the barista but when I tried the coffee after 15 min found they made it with normal milk so went back to return it. The manager was rude and told me that it is my fault because if the lid doesn't have mark it is normal milk drink. Will never ever go to Costa after this because they don't apriciate their costumers!

I rarely visit the mall just to visit the games store, only found out that it has closed up and moved out somewhere, i don't know where to find one in patchway. City Centre too far for me to travel by bus. 🌞😎🚏🚍🤷‍♂️😉👍

the staff i met today were calm and kind despite a bit of a busy rush, josh particularly was super nice, really positive, and helped me even when i messed up my order a little, which is more than he needed to do during rush and should be recognised! :) awesome team!

This a well used and popular Costa coffee shop. I had the coffee only but a wide range of sandwiches from M & S and snacks. It's the only with red arrows model planes doing a fly past.

I am not a huge fan of costa but needs must when the devil drives, but this place takes the cake. We ordered 2 lattes and 25 mins later after 3 wrong attempts at easy drinks we are sitting down. Seriously in this world just complaining is not enough, talk with your feet. Bye bye costa we are done.

There were quite a few dirty tables but the staff were great and made sure to advise of the ingredients of products after I advised was allergic..

Good service.. even though it was the closing time. They still entertained us. I have dietary issues they were answering each and every question with patience..good service overall

Great coffe as always. Clean seating area and only a short wait to get my order taken and my seated to enjoy the ambience of the whole place.

This is lacking one star due to the long queue which is always here everytime I visit and lack of seating. Other than that drinks are good and when you get a seat it is a nice place to sit as you get a view at the window. FYI this is the cribbs causeway Costa. Some staff are nice as pie others are on the rude side and could do with a smile. Pretty standard to be fair for a Costa but there are definetly better ones.

So upset. No one knows where the queue is, people waiting for coffee and waiting to order are standing together. And I was scolded by an old man as the staff waved me to make an order, I was so scared and I just let him make his order first… Need better management. Coffee is nice though.

Despite being very, very busy, service was quick, staff polite and helpful.

Very busy for 2.20 on a Friday...bit of a Costa fan but the queuing took over 10 minutes (still managed to get a seat though). Coffee was good, my cake was ok but friend thought the Bakewell tasted a bit bubble-gummy! £11.45 for two drinks and two cakes. Pleasant surroundings. Was going to try the M&S cafe but it was insanely busy!

This one is looking in need of a bit of tlc regarding the decor and where best to queue is a bit of a lottert but the drink was excellent

Really lovely staff and good coffee, but it’s the “busiest Costa in the South West”, and people tend to mistreat the staff after choosing to join a 30 minute queue. A load of the reviews mention it being understaffed but it looks like the ones there really trying. Give these guys a break 😂

Slowest service possible. Been queueing about 20 mins with 10 people in front Everyone has to repeat what they are saying 2 or 3 times because of the pointless screens in place. everyone else including the good folk at the nhs and John Lewis can manage without them - cut out the virtue signalling and resume a proper customer service

There was plenty of seating available today but the longest queue I've ever seen at this Costa. There weren't enough staff, many seemed inexperienced and our order was wrong. We'd gone to grab a late lunch but there weren't any sandwiches or wraps left. The shop itself needs a deep clean to get rid of dirt along floor edges and the counter screens. Disappointing.

Store has been closed in the morning before the mall opens,no staff,this has become more regular in the last month,staff look completely cheesed off and I can see why.all the chairs were on the tables and I was told it was take away only,which is ridiculous for people who come to costa before they start work. Bearing in mind it should be a busy store and has been, costa needs to provide sufficient staff to run the store as they're doing the best they can

Wanted bacon bap deal and even though it was only 10 o clock , they had run out of bacon was offered an almond slice. This turn out to be a croissant . Disappointed.

Understaffed, they do as much as they can but it's a really busy outlet so often the tables are filled with used coffee cups and trays and when we went a whole section had been sectioned off because it was clearly not clean and unusable and not enough staff available to clean it. So the stars all go to the staff that are there working their backsides off to get us our coffees and cake as soon as possible and two missing for the management.

Usual costa so no real issues, but only 3 staff serving, long wait which could have been avoided

Always greeted with a friendly smile and polite courteous staff wether it’s 7.30am and they are just opening up (meaning a longer chat) or queues out the door (still asked how are you? how’s your day?) Ethan and Dean are always bright and cheery and willing to do what is needed to keep customers happy.

Usually a queue here - not really a big store but the best chain coffee in the mall
