Lovely meal however my chicken meal wasn't piping hot. Customer service was great, friendly waitress.

Definitely seen better days. Food wasn't good, high calorie and lacking taste. Drinks were ok. Service was pretty quick, except for the front of house staff standing at the bar finishing their long chat before coming to seat us.

Brilliant, food was great, service really attentive and pleasant, great atmosphere. If you know or have been to F&Bs before, then this is exactly what you'd expect. Really pleased with our meal here on Saturday night and loads of free parking making it easy to get to.

Love this place almost regulars but very disappointed today that I've came in for lunch and it's farely busy and there is one waitress called jasmine who was very lovely and polite running around on her own trying to serve so many people get the food and clear plates and deal with delivery drivers almost out the door not exceptable to leave one person at 12 clock rush time people were walking out the door just to save her trouble from having to deal with more stress. I hope this will change the next time I come in and not find just one person rushing around sad to watch while waiting for food

Good service but still a glorified fast food. Doesn’t justify the prices. I ordered the spaghetti meatballs and the pasta was too soft. The meatballs have very little meat in them and you can tell. They are like soy and have no consistency. I came back home and cooked some proper pasta.

We ordered from Stack's on Uber Eats with high hopes. Unfortunately our experience was a bit disappointing as 1 of our items was not in the package, and when we checked the others, all the burgers were missing onion ring, what was clearly stated in the description. The food was okay but nothing to die for. Not really recommended.

We order over £80 worth of items. We ordered 4 burgers all with missing items plus the missing side. When we requested the issue to be solved we were turned down. We will never order from here again, complet ignorance this service is.

We booked a table for 10 for my son's 6th birthday. From the moment we arrived, Andrea, our waitress, was warm, welcoming and incredibly attentive to our needs. The children were given colouring to do, and once we ordered, the food arrived promptly. The portion sizes were spot on and quality of the food was great (adults had burgers and fries, kids had pizza and pasta). Andrea was checking regularly that all was ok, and was very kind to bring out our son's birthday cake when we were ready to a round of 'Happy Birthday'! She cleaned up quickly between courses, and overall contributed to a wonderful celebration meal. Thank you!

This place is not worth the hassle! We just went there today. The server got annoyed that we placed an order!! Constantly rolling her eyes and not knowing if the ice cream is gluten-free when my friend was allergic to it!! When we wanted another drink, she walked past us and ignored us! We had to wait over an hour to get our bill! We only got it because we waited by the front desk! The server was on her phone instead of serving! The restaurant was also empty, so there was no excuse for the hour-long wait for the bill!! The food is not good enough for the hassle, and this is a piss take! The blue-haired woman was lovely, but not the brown-haired one. She was so awful!

Went with my family, and I must say that it was a shocking experience, the staff was rude, the food was terrible and the atmosphere felt so deflated that I might as well have been at a morgue. the staff was ridiculous they over complicated when ordering, over challenged when it came to allergies, and ultimately crated a alkward evening

I think this restaurant is a wee bit letdown, sorry to say, the music is far to loud, not that clean and we had to wait quite a bit to pay, feeling was we been ignored, food was OK, but not exactly hot, but we will not eat there again.....

Poor choice of food, coffee unavailable, substitute hot chocolate 'cold' If you like their limited menu, fine, otherwise not for you.

Gluten free pasta arrived very quickly. Probably microwaved as some waa not well cooked.

Arrived on time 8pm as per booking over 24 hours in advance. Spent half an hour or so wasting time at the bar, before anyone finally got to us and offered us a table that was booked. Thenbthe real game begane. Ordered to over priced 26 pound ramp stakes I could of bought at the local asda fo £ 10 with pepper corn sauce, as well as some cheese nacos for starter with no chilly papers, 10mins later got the starter of nacos coverd in chilly pepers witch we asked for it not to have on it. We let that go. Then few mins later we get one stake meal come out with no pepper corn sauce on it as we ordered. We sat waiting on the other meal to arrive so we could eat, as they said it would be right out.15 minutes later we are still waiting on the second meal to arrive. In the end had to leave a cold meal on the table and leave still without being servered the second meal with one cold meal in front of us. What an over priced waste of time.

We went on a Saturday night, and although it was busy, our server (Melodie) made sure we had everything we needed and was very chatty and friendly, as well as helpful. we were celebrating an 18th birthday and had a lovely birthday song and desert for her. Lovely food and quick service. Will definitely be going back.

Staff were friendly and tried to help, but the food was very bland. Nobody in our party of 8 was impressed, it was edible but not somewhere I'd go for a treat.

Awaiting call back from area manager. Staff on duty & managed have 0 customer service skills !! Frustration doesn’t even come close to how I’m feeling! This is the second time we have walked into this restaurant and had appalling customer service. Came here last week glasses has pink lipstick marks all around the tops. Service extremely slow & rude staff. Now today, walked in and had the most unhelpful welcome from manager. Booked a table with 2 high chairs , table not ready on arrival , waitress faffing around with high chairs. The whole point of booking table is so it’s ready on arrival so we can sit down and order straight away (as we have 2 babies ) if you have children you realise how difficult it can be , service needs to be as efficient as possible. Staff couldn’t care a damn! Manager decided to get rude & defensive upon me mentioning something , I then advised him I would be contacting area manager! He soon changed his tune and decided to keep calling me madam! Little too late !!

Meh food, always understaffed. Never been to a restaurant where the staff decide to not put your main order in because you haven't finished your starter... Waited way too long.

Went there tonight and I’m very surprised, in a bad way, really was not good. Our mains had come before our starters and when we had asked for our starters first, they took our mains back which we were fine with. Portion of calamari was very small and the garlic bread had hardly any garlic in it and was like 70% plain dough. After they took our starters we waited ages for them to give us our mains, and when we did get them it was because we had been waiting ages and asked about them it. They told us that our food was going to be remade but it had gone to the back of queue which no one wants to hear so when we did get our food we were expecting it to be hot, it wasn’t. It was warm almost cold, the calzone was very badly burnt and under-filled and bland, the chips for a steak was cold and the steak was very fatty and then the pizza I got was too much dough and very thick and was only warm. Really underwhelming. Never got asked at any point how our food was which is something that should be done so customers aren’t unhappy. We also weren’t the only ones who had issues tonight, seemed very apparent it’s was a few people and it was a bad night for them. I’m sorry but Frankie & Benny’s has really gone to the dogs, not a good experience for us anymore as this is not the first time we have had a bad experience. i would not recommend anyone to eat here, I would tell them to NOT eat here. The only good thing about it was the 2 lovely waitresses that tried to make things better for us.

Came here after a disastrous TGI’s visit; Frankie’s is a stark contrast, the service from the team was great and the milkshakes were great. We will be back for food next time and not just milkshakes. Service really does make such a difference to a visit

We visited Frankie and Benny's yesterday and had a very enjoyable lunch,the service was excellent from two very friendly and helpful waitresses called Megan and Melody.Nothing was to much trouble.The food arrived in a very short time.The Restaurant is very clean and tidy but more than has a good atmosphere.The bathrooms are well maintained.I highly recommend this place.

We visited with friends over from Australia that we haven't seen for 12 years. The service was fabulous. Our children were given activity sheets and colouring, the servers (Rolla and Melodie) were so attentive and were happy to give us time to chat, to take the childrens orders first and us order slightly later. We were not hassled to hurry up, the servers were attentive and the general manager (Chelsea) kept checking in and had a banter, took pictures for us and everyone generally made us feel welcome alongside the meal being delicious. All questions about the menu were answered and they even charged a phone for us. Truly a delightful experience and we will be back. Thank you 😊

Food average and atmosphere severely lacking

My family and I visited this restaurant yesterday 17/6/23 our server Elif was welcoming, polite, and attentive. We had a very pleasant meal, served in good time..it was very well presented, and lovely and hot! We ordered drinks as well as jugs of water.. we were all very warm! The restaurant was very pleasant to sit in with the air on working well to keep us cool and comfortable.. After our food arrived I specifically asked for some coleslaw.. and I later learnt that the manager had sourced some from a neighbouring restaurant as they were sold out! I was truly blown away by the lengths that the staff went to to make our experience as enjoyable as it was! It’s hard to find a restaurant now-a-days where you can go and have such a lovely overall experience! The team went above and beyond and I feel they need recognition for their hard work! This is not the first visit we made.. and due to a pleasant experience the first time, we returned and the standard was just as good! Special mention for Gerald, thank you so much for the slaw! Hugely appreciate the effort you went to! Exceptional team at F&B Cribbs! Highly recommend anyone considering a trip! You won’t be disappointed!
