Superb food great attentive staff nice surroundings

I came in for a quick bite to eat before meeting friends nearby. I was sat promptly and my order taken a few minutes later. The food came quickly, which gave me pause as to the quality, but it was lovely! The sauce was tasty, the food hot and portion sizes just right. Couldn't really ask for more to be honest. My waitress was a nice woman called Maddie, she was polite, attentive and friendly. Top marks to Maddie :)

Service is excellent, the food choice is also excellent, the quality of the food is generally ok but could be improved. For example the burger buns are stale and not the greatest taste.

Lovely service! Melodie was brilliant! Was my son’s birthday and put a candle in my son’s desserts and had happy birthday play over the speakers! Friendly staff and lovely food!

Fabulous service, dealt with allergies and fussy eaters in our party so well, they were only happy to help. Also we had a birthday in our party, and the Happy Birthday pancakes were awesome.

Went for an early lunch. Quiet which was nice but the food kinda average. First time I’ve ever been but only a small step up from fast food places.

Absolutely brilliant for a meal out experience with family. The quality of food was exceptional and the service was second to none. I've already returned for another meal out with the family I would definitely recommend this place. I purchased vouchers from Wowcher and the ease for redemption was smooth and uncomplicated great value for money. I will be definitely be purchasing more for family and friends to try.

My food was delayed and I did share my disappointment with the Manager. He explained that a large party had arrived just before me & were not booked in. As a token he waived my bill which was really appreciated. I have always enjoyed F&B & will return & support other restaurants.

Choose here as a last-minute birthday meal choice. Overall, nice food for adults, as for kids' meals, thought the kids were a bit of shocker even though they were a £1. I would not have paid full price at all. For pudding, the fruit was not ediable for kids pudding and coffee was gross. However, the service by Joel was fab 👌

Came for Sunday breakfast. Nice calm sleepy Sunday morning atmosphere. Food was gorgeous and came out lovely and quick much to our hungry 5 year olds delight. We had beef brisket hash, NYC breakfast and the banana pancakes. The mint tea was made with fresh mint leaves and was super refreshing. Our server Melodie gave us a lovely warm welcome and was perfectly attentive and she did a great job engaging with our daughter and making her feel welcome too.
