Gluten free pizza was a bit disappointing. Freya served us and was lovely and engaging especially with the girls. She did her best to ensure we were happy with our meals and had what we needed.

Choose here as a last-minute birthday meal choice. Overall, nice food for adults, as for kids' meals, thought the kids were a bit of shocker even though they were a £1. I would not have paid full price at all. For pudding, the fruit was not ediable for kids pudding and coffee was gross. However, the service by Joel was fab 👌

My family and I went to Frankie and Benny's today to celebrate my brothers birthday! We were served by Melodie who was very friendly and helpful! The food was delicious especially the cookie dough sundae 🍨😋 We were served straight away and service was very fast! I would definitely recommend!

Came for Sunday breakfast. Nice calm sleepy Sunday morning atmosphere. Food was gorgeous and came out lovely and quick much to our hungry 5 year olds delight. We had beef brisket hash, NYC breakfast and the banana pancakes. The mint tea was made with fresh mint leaves and was super refreshing. Our server Melodie gave us a lovely warm welcome and was perfectly attentive and she did a great job engaging with our daughter and making her feel welcome too.

Came for Mother's day and had a great time as a family. Staff were friendly and considerate towards us having a pushchair, ensure we had room without disrupting anyone. Food was delivered hot and fresh. Everything tasted great. Buffalo fries were amazing and had a lot of flavour without over doing the heat. Would come again, especially when there are offers on.

Thought the manager was brilliant ,he was super efficient,speedy and friendly an asset to your company ,you should be super happy with him. Food was very good, especially the pizza . The food was served without any long wait. This is our go to place after watching a film ( there are a lot of choices) as it's so good . A extensive menu with lots of choices for every diet. Love the music in the background ,we always have to search for a couple of songs whilst there. Well done to all the staff ,they've all been great every time we go there ( once a month since last Sept)

It was a random family get-together. The place is tidy as always, staff is great and kind.The food is amazing and tasty as usual. Overall is a very good service and recommended for everyone.

Pancake is nice. But the carbonara is average.

Portions are quite small for the price but the food was alright. Vegetarian options are very limited

I remember F&B from the old days, pre-covid days, as it used to be my family's favourite restaurant. Visited today, first time in 5 years. So much has changed.. food portions are a lot smaller, but the prices are sky high. Food tasting rather mediocre. Some dishes were on a cold side. Place was empty on Sunday afternoon - says a lot. Good atmospheric Italian/American music replaced by modern generic radio rubbish. Waitress was nice, one good thing about the visit. Not going to go back. Very poor.
