I hope they will renovate the cafe, it is such a tired, sad place right now… you get inside and there is this odd smell of furniture/not sure what which is offputting. People still go there as not many coffee shop options around but in urgent need of renovation

I like the Costa experience, you know what you are going to get each and every time.Staff friendly, efficient and hard working, coffee not the best but near enough it makes no difference.All very familiar and welcoming.My one real passion and surprise was that Sam Eason, brilliant guitarist/ singer was playing in the Kingswood , near Bristol shopping precinct so it was a absolute joy of a day.........check him out.The Yate Costa is equally as good , if its possible, maybe even friendlier.You all enjoy your coffee times.

Only went in for a coffe was quite busy .. staff are lovely.

Absolutely love it here, came for a cookie dough frappé today and was served by Josh, Joe, & Cat who were all fabulous and very kind. Will defo come again (especially for Josh).

Everything is great only 4 for atmosphere because it would be lovely if bigger as it's so popular.

It'd always lovely to visit this Costa. The staff are lovely and always offer to bring my order to my table (I'm unsure if this is just because I have the toddler with me or if they do this normally for people). The drinks are always a good temperature and the atmosphere is good. Its very popular because sometimes I walk past and its too full so I don't bother going in.

Great place tends to get very busy.

The day they are going to make a proper freddo espresso they going to get their 5th star

15 mins to make a coffee between 5 staff management might want look in to that kind disgrace of the word service

Not sure there was much espresso in my cappuccino - very weak. Friendly staff though

Only ever had positive visits to this store and experienced friendly staff, I work in Kingswood and this is our 'afternoon pick me up' store of choice for a coffee and cake run. Have been served by the manager Zoe on many occasions and she was incredibly friendly as are all the staff I have been served by in there

Never accept Deliveroo orders. Always slow. They also state that ‘Latte’ is sold out on Deliveroo it’s been months and they haven’t updated it. How a Latte can be sold out anyway? If you can make me a flat white you can make me a latte.

Very rude woman who told my sister and I that we could not bring our own sandwiches in and as we sell our own. “You can do it this time….but not next time !!! made the whole shop know she told us. I would have explained to her that the sandwiches are completely home made and sugar free due our dietary need and you don’t sell this kind of food, but looking at her she just looked stressed and under pressure. After spending over £12.00 on two drinks, we decided you won’t be getting my money again. Why do people who works for these billion dollar companies give out so much energy? Why don’t you put that energy in keeping the place clean and tidy as it’s needed it. At the end of the day it’s a sandwich and your just a number who makes cups of coffee all day. Imagine living with this loud mouth 😂

Too many tables and very cramped really really noisy

The manager here Zoe is definitely Racist and very Rude, has no manners of how to talk to customers. They cant even make the hot drinks taste right and cant follow simple rules of how to make them. They have issues when you ask them to re make a drink.... This costa is by far one of the dirtiest and stinks all the time. Dont know why i bother!!!!

Looked in Greggs , Boswells and Parsons Bakery all pretty much empty and not much choice so popped in Costa Brilliant coffee brilliant service from the staff thank yiu 👌

Coffee good as always. However, today seemed to be mother and screaming baby day! There were 4 pushchairs/prams with at least 2 screaming babies and one very upset toddler. Not what you need when you've stopped for a relaxing coffee. If the shop was bigger it might not be so much of an issue. Not only was the noise intolerable, there wasn't much room to navigate from the counter to a table.

I went in for a flat white. I asked how the flat white was and the lady at the counter start to act rude against me not giving me any answers like I didn’t existed. I mentioned that I’ve been working in Costa as well and she said to me to go to my store to have a flat white. More than coffee skills they should works on customer skills. The lady has short hair and a tattoo on left arm. Never again in that Costa!

First visit to Kingswood in a few years with my partner who has never been to Bristol. Lady serving with whispy voice and dark hair (14.02.23) around 1pm extremely rude. Unprofessional and clearly inadequate with social interaction towards customers. No idea who this lady is neither does my partner (hence being from Yorkshire). An absolute Embarrassment to my home suburb. Complaint being made to Costa. Shame on you.

Got served by Sally, Tully (so sorry did forget your name again that's the closest I remembered) and Lucy on the 9th of Feb all 3 were absolutely brilliant had my usual coffee which is mocha and must say it was inevitable of the best I have ever had like the first time I has it

Shop was fairly quiet. Tried the new rolo hot chocolate which was lovely, friendly staff. Clean toilet. Thanks for the nice refreshment break

Handy for Kingswood shops as right in the centre. Not impressed with the cleanliness of my teapot today. While staff at till very helpful and friendly, the person who brought my order could of appeared friendlier or smiled a little.

Lovely friendly staff, good coffee presentation. Like all costa's a little expensive highly recommend getting a costa card at least you get something out of it eventhough i think it was better when points meant money not the new rewards of 1bean per cup bought. But i still like my coffee so no issue's really. BRING BACK POINTS FOR MONEY NOT JUST ONE BEAN PER CUP. 😫😜

Never been in a Costa coffee in my life

I was doing a pastoral call in Kingswood . Costa proved to a perfect place to sit and listen over a cuppa to them. It is easy to find and centrally located.

I purchased a cup of Coffee and drank it . Most stimulating and ones senses are quite discombobulated . The exterior display of passing personages adds a certain exotic wonderment .

Normally go here alot as I work close by but I don't think I will again, had a simple inquiry about a Vodafone reward and was made to feel like I did something wrong.

Nice place for a coffee and a to catch up with a mate. Good size drink and value for money.

Kingswood Costa coffee, the tables were the cleanest I have seen in any Costa, good customer service, and the coffee wasn't ridiculously hot which seems the case in most Costa coffee shops.

Found it quite bizarre that with COP26 happening all customers were given their drinks in paper plastic cups with plastic lids. Surely better to use real cups and mugs and wash them 😏

Absolutely terrible atmosphere and drinks. Ordered a Strawberry Frostino, and they made it with Blue and Green milk mixed together, and added no strawberry sprinkles. Also, as they made to much she started to drink the rest of it right in front of me. Also, the staff don't pay attention as they spend most of the time chatting than working.

I usually work in kingswood and come to this place everyday for coffee. Usually their staff is very nice but one of the staff member Zoe she was very rude and no customer service skills she have… don’t think I will be coming back to them.

Absolutely awful behaviour from this branch. Staff were racist, rude and disrespectful. Was with my niece and nephew (both below age of 4), sister and mum. The staff humiliated us in front of the customers and told us to leave and shut the door on our face. This was a passive racism attack by the Costa staff which is totally unacceptable. Costa really needs to educate their staff about respect & inclusion and mainly about customer service. The Costa team member was screaming and shouting slurs which is totally shocking to see. Not have had this kind of experience in any Costa store and was very appalled. The staff should be ashamed.

Been coming here for 3 years and the staff are fantastic so helpful and friendly 5 stars for the staff and 1 star for the cafe itself it’s in desperate need of a coat of paint and some new tables and chairs.

One lady assistant knows exactly my order and is first class.....other staff provide less quality personal service....generally very good.
