The only good thing is the kids area and the nice atmosphere and place. For the rest: Dirty and sticky plates, glasses with lipstick and fingerprints on, table full of crumbs. We got told to seat and wait, but no one showed up so we got up and started to go towards the buffet, when we were stopped from a member of the staff that tells us that "we need to pay first." What about telling us before to seat??? I'm utterly disgusted by the very poor cleanliness. I left the place hungry and we're going to Greggs. NEVER AGAIN.

I visited here last week, and had amazing service with good quality food. Madison is particular was a star, and was very helpful!

I love this place, they have a nice breakfast. I miss the vegetarian sausage homemade. But this time we went for dinner and I ordered the first vegetable soup which was delicious 😋 and I for a second roast Sunday dinner was delicious with all the vegetables, and the vegetable pai was fine. All the staff were very, very friendly and kind. I recommend a 100% go and enjoy.

Jemma was a lovely person that served us quick drinks food was so cheap and very nice hot cheap and very enjoyable. Highly recommended for family’s looking not to spend to much.

After reading reviews was a bit sceptical about going for a Sunday roast although we had eaten here a few years ago & didn't really rate it then. Have to say it was pretty busy when we got there & we hadn't booked but the lady on front of house sat us within a few minutes. Ordered 2 drinks & paid for 2 standard roasts with pigs in blankets. Yes there was a queue to be served but as I said they were busy. I had turkey & gammon which wasnt too bad, husband had beef that was just chewy. Roast potatoes looked crispy but were rock hard inside & had no flavour. Veg was bland and mish mashed, as if it had just been boiled to death. The quality just isn't there. All in all I wouldn't come back. Such a disappointment.

Probably the worst breakfast I've had in a long time, very limited and extremely poor quality. The cost of 7.95 not including any drinks is optimistic. Paid 1.99 extra for a coffee which was just some nasty filter coffee that was out in a flask and was undrinkable. The fact the place was empty should have ring alarm bells..... Generally quite dirty and tired. Would give zero stars if I could. Do yourself a favour and find one of the many other places nearby

Tom was really friendly when I came in sat me to my table with my friends and made sure everything was OK with are food when it came out and then said a really nice goodbye when we left

I rarely go over Cribbs Causeway but while I was out there shopping with a friend and our children (aged 4 and 12) we decided to pop in Redwoods for some dinner. I had planned to go for a carvery but the meats looked quite dry so I chose the smothered chicken instead. The chicken was a little over cooked but was generally rather yummy and good portion size. I was also very grateful that staff allowed me to change the corn on a cob to a side salad instead 🙌🏼 my daughter did actually have a carvery and I tried a bit of the meat and it definitely tasted better than it looked, she told me the roast potatoes were very good, as was the vegetables she had chosen! She thoroughly enjoyed her dinner and finished it all. My friend and her son also enjoyed their dinners though it has completely slipped my mind what they had though 🙈 The restaurant in general seems quite run down, old looking and the booth we were sat in within the family area, one of the bench seats was completely ripped. They have a small play area for younger children, which is helpful. Plenty of parking outside and we couldn't fault the staff at all, each of the ones that dealt with us - serving at the bar or delivering our meals to the table - were awesome, super friendly and helpful. It would be nice to see the place refurbished a bit however that wouldn't stop us going back if we are in the area again 😊

Came for a meal tonight for my mums memory and i must say the meal was really lovely and my mum came for a meal here most nights for years and the staff have been amazing every time i come with my mum, and everytime we come brandon lee who works behind the bar is the most polite and hard working staff member they have. I have always been here for meals because i love the food and staff cant fault redwood. Thankyou to brandon lee for being so kind and being there for my mum

Food was great. Served by a lovely chap that goes by the name of Brandon Lee. He was really helpful helped me to the disabled toilet and everything. Would recommend everytime !

The breakfast here is superb and very well cooked. Always friendly staff here. The Italian lady who works here deserves a pay rise!

Visited pub on way home from a weekend away. The young lad named Brandon who took our drink and food order was such a nice friendly lad. He knew how to talk to the customers in such a polite manner. He certainly is a credit to your pub/restuarant.

Popped into Redwood Farm on Sunday and went to the bar where we were served by such a friendly chap named Brandon who was so cheery and a credit to your company. The guy on the carvery was also so friendly. Meal was nice and tasty. Would definitely return. Keep up the good work guys!

Came in for food with friends on wednesday lunch, we were served by a young lady Chantella, she managed to persuade us to get double gins and double up our burgers, I'm glad she did cause it helped soak the alcohol. She popped us some water over when asked her service was outstanding. The burgers were great they come with chips. Our gins were very refreshing it was lovely. We will be back again.

Tyler was warm and welcoming when walking into Redwood farm and was great help with dietary requirements

Another visit .not very hungry tried a plate of starters garlic mushrooms tasted of stale fat fryer chicken wings pale and suffered of corn oil taste chips hurray tasted like chips can't remember the other one very poor but presently delivered ban deep fat Fryer's and grill . staff again need a reward for the service shame about cooking ok to fry chips though lol

Have eaten and drank many times at Redwood Farm. Never disappoints especially seeing as we have young children aswell, food is always 10/10. Would like to thank a member of staff Brandon-lee who always goes above and beyond to accommodate us with whatever we need when we come by for our regular visits, thank you mate. Very satisfied customer!

Well what can I say,,,,,, we were travelling from Newcastle, having made many stops with our 6 day old son we were preturbed and agitated with the journey. New mum and had a frown to say the least. Brandon Lee turned the frown upside down for us both. What a member of staff, polite funny and massive Glowing personality. We left with a smile. Cheers Brandon. Your a credit to Farmhouse Inns.

We hadn't been here for a while. We had a really lovely experience. Good quality food, really good attention to detail. Gravy is still the best in town! Brandon Lee and Josh made sure our visit was brilliant. We will be back!

Went today for lunch on my birthday with friends. Wecwere a bit hesitant because of a few bad reviews bit must say today I could not find fault with any of it. Meats all melt in the mouth. Veggies great gravy was very tasty too. The staff even sang happy birthday to me thanks to Brandon-Lee and Josh too.

Went for breakfast as treat for family. No smiles from servers . Food completely dry. Was inedible. Paid £40 for cold rubber food . No fresh was offered . Only good thing was coffee tasted good , but Luke warm

Family of 3, out for food and drinks, Service was excellent, polite staff and nice pub grub, Was served by Dave H and Brandon Lee, nice guys, friendly and helpful, Play area for 5's and under, they have some and the biggest pieces of cake for eat in or takeaway 🤤 The only slight issue was, they are changing the desert menu soon and only had a few for selection, Overall excellent 👍 will be going back soon.

Brandon Lee was good behind the bar, considerate in taking orders and was caring when breaking the news of no giant eclairs. Food was nice but chicken medley was not as grand as I expected

Tables, floors and chairs could do with a proper clean. Breakfast is a genuine health issue. Bloodspots from eggs in the scrambled eggs, along with pieces of shell. Sausages did not look right inside. No toast, as they cook it for you and just leave it in a heat lamp until its gone or inedible, and I'm fairly confident the coffee is instant, tastes abysmal. The milk is left put in a large jug, not chilled, next to the hot buffet counter for atleast an hour. Shame, this place got better for a while but again its a wasted trip and wasted money. Literally anywhere else and save the money!

We had a great experience here with our children today. Firstly we were moved closer to the kids play area for the younger kids with no hassle. Service was great. Brandon-Lee made the visit great all round. Thank you, we will be back again.

Was very busy and the wait staff were struggling, but they did an amazing job, Josh was extremely quick on the bar and was managing the queue nicely. I had fish and chips which was delicious and came quickly. The cakes look amazing, but I couldn't manage by the end of the meal.

Nice friendly staff were great at all times. The meats had pretty much ran out leaving just a small amount of beef and turkey with no other choices. The potatoes were old but tasty still. The stuffing and parsnips were great and so was the gravy. I then had a long wait for my sundae despite being the only one there. The cakes had all ran out too which was a shame. The farm chain is always very average and this one was no different. Thanks to the kind staff though the trip was worth it….

Me and my friends decided to visit here after looking on li e for places to eat as we weren't from around here and only staying for 1 night. After a death defying trip across 2 extremely busy roads, (not their fault) we arrived. Waited for about 10 minutes to be seated, looked over many and decided what we wanted and went to the bar. Waited a further 15 minutes to be served as there was about 4 people in front of us, and only 1 person serving of which I cannot fault. When we got the food, the carvery was awful potatoes was hard as hell very dry, meat was chewy. The battery sausage and fish looked burnt and not very nice. I enjoyed my steak, but chips weren't great. Not enough staff.

Came in for a couple of pints while staying across the road at the hotel, good service from Brandon Lee while at the bar. Could do with a few more real ale options as there was only Greene King IPA on tap. Good selection of lagers though.

Fantastic dining experience at Redwood Farm. The food was excellent, but what really stood out was the exceptional service provided by our waiter, David S. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning, thanks to the outstanding service!

Came here today and was very disappointed. They had no beer, expected a delivery bank holiday Monday. It hadn't turned up today. There was one cashier on and he was rushed off feet but very friendly and helpful, he had a long queue of about 15 to 20 people waiting toorder.Well done because if it was me there I would have down tools and gone. My Grandson order a a icecream Sunday no Vannilla ice cream, no chocolate cake and no Brownies. I shall think twice about coming again.

As rough as they get. If you're staying in the Premier Inn next door make use of their restaurant downstairs and don't be tempted to visit this pub. I'm now violently unwell 24 hours later ruining my holiday. The place is filthy, the bar is sticky and wet, the staff don't want to be there. Bar man was bored and couldn't help but look around the room in between each sentence you spoke. Waiter bought ice creams over one at a time with a 3 or 4 minute gap between each one. Bizzare. Kids running around shirtless?! Rough.

I love redwood farm we go at least twice a month food is normally delicious and the cakes are a real treat but today not so much, my family are picky eaters and we had half a slice of turkey and a slice of beef which was wafer thin the veg we eat is never served at redwood but that’s ok as normally the meat you get a bit more of so it’s fine but not today I did asked for a little bit more but was told no, the potatoes were hard which again is usual so didn’t really enjoy our meal today but the worst thing was NO CAKE other than a party cake or shortbread that was it I was very disappointed as I’d been looking forward to the cake all week, I no you can do better redwood very disappointed today

Visited here for breakfast today and have to say it was the worse breakfast I have ever had and it wasn't cheap the lady behind the bar couldn't be less interested if she tried and didnt inform us that they only had brown bread which my kids won't eat had I've of known I would of gone somewhere else the kitchen had music blaring out over the music playing in the restaurant all round poor food quality poor staff and a not very nice experience I would recommend that instead of going here take the 5 minutes drive down the road to the winterstream farm.

I often call in for coffee and to meet colleagues for a catch up. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The food is very reasonably priced and I have enjoyed what I have tried so far. The last time I was there I saw a customer defying gravity with a mountain of carvery food on his plate! And as for the cakes!

Carvery had seen better days. Meat wafer thin. Vegetables looked like they had been sat there for hours. Cold and very unappetising. Roast potatoes, dry, cold and looked horrible. Mash potato could use as cement. Not sure what batter is used for yorkshire puds, it literally disintegrates like dust in your mouth. I cant under understand why the veg pots are smaller during quieter times and are regularly topped up with hot fresh vegetables and potatoes. Instead there are huge pots just sat there for ages. It's all dried out and cold. The place is looking like it could do with a good deep clean ( Cribbs Causeway). Tables and carpets sticky and filthy. It's a shame as it used to be lovely and value for money with large families. I would prefer to pay the extra and have something decent.

Went for a quick lunch, food came out quickly and was delicious. 5* salesmanship to the dark haired bartender, convinced us to get a bottle of wine and cakes for pudding. They were so big we couldn't finish them! Will definitely be back.

Great pub grub with carvery. Amazing choice of desserts. Kids eat for £1 with an adult meal. I can imagine it being very popular so choose your time to visit.
