Mel served me, and she was excellent in all respects, from asking if I wanted ice and a slice, to making sure my sons dinner came out in time. Will definitely be back.

First time going for breakfast. Disappointed as no vegetarian option so had waffle strawberries and cream more of a desert than a breakfast but still tasty. MY Partner had a large full English nice quality sausages but overcooked eggs and lukewarm. Salt cellars on every table congealed due to damp 😔. Really friendly bar staff though so that was a BIG plus. Will try again soon to see if the no veggie breakfast thing was a one off!

A lovely place for food and drinks. Reasonably priced and great quality. Great customer service with a smile and genuine interest that you are happy with everything. The bar lady Mel was lovely and even though she had finished her shift when we were eating our meal she still asked if we were happy with our food. I would highly recommend the salmon. My son loved 'The boss burger' All five of us enjoyed our meals and will be returning again soon.

What a joke the wait was so rude and when I said it was cold he just said I seen it under the light. The food was just warmed up in the microwave it was rubbish

The pub is in a good location with space to sit out in the summer and has reasonably priced drinks and food. The one thing that consistently let's the pub down though is poor customer service. For instance, I was there for some food and the quiz on a Sunday evening and ordered a pint of Guinness during a break in the quiz. The lady that served me filled the pint glass to about three quarters full and walked off, presumably to let it settle, but never came back. I needed to ask another member of staff to finish pouring my drink. I mentioned it to the group I was with, who advised me that the particular barmaid who served me was notoriously rude and often did things like that.

Amazing food. Absolutely delicious. I like the service, it is very efficient and good pace. Not to slow but not to quick. And I love the atmosphere, the staff are lovely and I love the music. Overall a very nice place to either be going for a drink or food with family. Definitely recommend

Barstaff walked up and down past us 3 times didnt speak. Not a good start!! Pleased to say the food was served quickly, was hot and mostly tasty. For a quick meal on a work night it was good.

Great place for some very good food, family meal for 8 of us, 5 adults and 3 kids. Friendly place and Salem was very helpful. Management was brilliant and great interaction with us and kids.

We had a family lunch here yesterday and it was first class. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked in, we were shown to a table quickly to accommodate all of us and didn't wait long for the food. It wasn't our first visit and won't be our last. The food is reasonably priced and we always leave full and content! Mel deserves a mention for being super friendly and happy. Nice to see happy staff.

Had a lovely family meal today, was hosted by gem & el. Customer service was fabulous, welcoming and friendly. Our food was cooked to perfection and the chef helped bring our food too. 100% will be back again

Staff were brilliant at this Pub. Food was delivered very quickly and cooked to perfection. Very easy to order at the bar and cocktails were brought to our table. Then went back to the bar where we were served by Gem who we had a brilliant rapport and so I promised that I would leave her a review of 1 star to which the resulting answer was delivered as quick as the quip I offered which even had the other waiting customers laughing. What a brilliant worker. Please don't lose these staff here as they are a brilliant addition to the place. Definitely worth the 1 Star I said I'd leave.🌟

Arrived, was served straight away. Bar staff member was very friendly and welcoming. Found a table, ordered food, very quick friendly service. Food arrived at the table well presented and very fresh. Enjoyed a quiet meal even though the pub looked busy. Waitress was friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again

Having dined at The Brimsham Park pub twice this week, once as a group of three and again as a group of eleven which included four children, I want to praise Gemma the pub supervisor for her excellent customer care and service. She has such a lovely personality and attitude to her work and is a credit to the pub. Nothing is too much trouble and we liked her very much.

Lovely food and good choice of food and drinks. Nice atmosphere. Clean and tidy.

Update on the brimsham returned to nearly normal after COVID very quiet at the moment food quality good... price reasonable ....wait for food very long

It's everything you want from a gastro pub. Has a big TV for sports, darts board and the food is very well priced and was hot and tasty.

When we arrived, we had booked a table the staff seemed very friendly, which they were and also very accommodating, on top of that they constantly tended to our needed as guests and helped when we wanted to participate in spontaneous activities, which allowed us to join in on bing night, which we enjoy, The food was delicious and well presented and we continued to enjoy the atmosphere with or without bingo, so we did return. The food was presented to us very well and it looked amazing. We had received a lift from one of the staff near the end of the night due to the lack of taxi's being present which made us feel more welcome as time went on, the front of house team are very friendly and engaging and they will see us again, we haven't experienced a bad night yet, but until that day comes we'll give them the benefit of the doubt as they've done nothing, but look after us so far. Drinks are a little pricey but considering the service it makes sense. Great space for a pool table additionally.

The food was presented beautifully both times we came here compared to others on the area, and tasted amazing only downside was the wings and nachos (lack of sour cream and guacamole ) even though the portions are small I was full half way through eating. The service is immaculate we were given free drinks for our own poor planning and then the staff where so nice food and drinks are sometimes slower especially cocktails but rest assured it’s because there not just put into a glass like other establishments. And the staff will go above and beyond once even providing us a lift because our taxi was far off and they lived in the general area 10/10. Finally the atmosphere is brilliant just a cherry on the top we accidentally came on bingo night and everyone was laughing together and getting along and when we came back a second time people remembered us . This is honestly an amazing establishment a great place to grab a drink or a bite to eat. Personally we got full starters , mains + side and even drinks the rest of the night after kitchen closed . Will be coming again!!!

Everytime I have been into the pub for food or drinks, the staff and service have always been fantastic, especially from the well spoken lady behind the bar, I think her name was shauni. Food always comes out tasting great and not to long of a wait. And always have a good time when I'm there.

Excellent customer service from Charlie last night. After i spilt a glass of wine and breaking the glass, not only did she make sure we not hurt, she cleared everything up and really looked after us. Finally, she remembered my order and brought me over a replacement glass of winefree of charge. There is always a great atmosphere and the new management staff are doing a great job.

Came in for a meal the other night and by gosh has it gone down hill!!!! Chips still cold and hard, fish just awful and mixed grill was horrendous! Didn’t care at all about the atmosphere staff coming in and out of the door at the bottom and smoking just inside the door. Didn’t get asked how our food was even though it was dead inside. This has gone down hill massively used to love going but now it’s just not a nice pub

Popped in for a couple of drinks with a mate the other day and was really busy but Kyra behind the bar was really good with the orders, very professional and friendly and made sure people were served in a timely manner! Doesn't ever seem to be much staff so maybe hiring more would be a good idea!!!

Me, hub and bulldog visted last night for a quick drink and bite to eat and felt compelled to leave a great review. Staff very welcoming, made a real fuss of the dog and got him water/treat etc. Food really good. Brandon especially good (I think thats his name!) . It's one of a few locals we sometimes frequent but will definately be back sooner rather than later. Thankyou!

Me and my friends came here after a very heavy stag do weekend away in Poland. They opened up and were fully accommodating. They delivered exactly what I needed to get me back on track to feeling human again. Had a lovely burger followed by a cracking desert! Staff couldn’t be more friendly.
