Having dined at The Brimsham Park pub twice this week, once as a group of three and again as a group of eleven which included four children, I want to praise Gemma the pub supervisor for her excellent customer care and service. She has such a lovely personality and attitude to her work and is a credit to the pub. Nothing is too much trouble and we liked her very much.

Lovely food and good choice of food and drinks. Nice atmosphere. Clean and tidy.

Incredible experience, absolutely amazing service and yummy food, was a great atmosphere and short wait times on are meals. Will be recommending to friends and family and will 100% be returning again.

Update on the brimsham returned to nearly normal after COVID very quiet at the moment food quality good... price reasonable ....wait for food very long

Came for a late lunch meal, food was amazing and cooked to perfection. Atmosphere was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

It's everything you want from a gastro pub. Has a big TV for sports, darts board and the food is very well priced and was hot and tasty.

Enjoyed a really nice straightforward meal with my family. We often go here for a no nonsense meal.

The food was presented beautifully both times we came here compared to others on the area, and tasted amazing only downside was the wings and nachos (lack of sour cream and guacamole ) even though the portions are small I was full half way through eating. The service is immaculate we were given free drinks for our own poor planning and then the staff where so nice food and drinks are sometimes slower especially cocktails but rest assured it’s because there not just put into a glass like other establishments. And the staff will go above and beyond once even providing us a lift because our taxi was far off and they lived in the general area 10/10. Finally the atmosphere is brilliant just a cherry on the top we accidentally came on bingo night and everyone was laughing together and getting along and when we came back a second time people remembered us . This is honestly an amazing establishment a great place to grab a drink or a bite to eat. Personally we got full starters , mains + side and even drinks the rest of the night after kitchen closed . Will be coming again!!!

Nice food, the tandoori chicken was really tasty. Coffee was dire though like water. Toilets could do with a refresh.

When we arrived, we had booked a table the staff seemed very friendly, which they were and also very accommodating, on top of that they constantly tended to our needed as guests and helped when we wanted to participate in spontaneous activities, which allowed us to join in on bing night, which we enjoy, The food was delicious and well presented and we continued to enjoy the atmosphere with or without bingo, so we did return. The food was presented to us very well and it looked amazing. We had received a lift from one of the staff near the end of the night due to the lack of taxi's being present which made us feel more welcome as time went on, the front of house team are very friendly and engaging and they will see us again, we haven't experienced a bad night yet, but until that day comes we'll give them the benefit of the doubt as they've done nothing, but look after us so far. Drinks are a little pricey but considering the service it makes sense. Great space for a pool table additionally.

Very accommodating lovely environment and Charley was super friendly and made us all laugh with her positivity. We had a burger and ribs and it was delicious can’t wait to go again 😊

Everytime I have been into the pub for food or drinks, the staff and service have always been fantastic, especially from the well spoken lady behind the bar, I think her name was shauni. Food always comes out tasting great and not to long of a wait. And always have a good time when I'm there.

Had meal tonight food was first class good value polite staff and good service

Excellent customer service from Charlie last night. After i spilt a glass of wine and breaking the glass, not only did she make sure we not hurt, she cleared everything up and really looked after us. Finally, she remembered my order and brought me over a replacement glass of winefree of charge. There is always a great atmosphere and the new management staff are doing a great job.

This is a really nice place and is very friendly the food is excellent I would definitely urge you to go there and try it for yourself

Came in for a meal the other night and by gosh has it gone down hill!!!! Chips still cold and hard, fish just awful and mixed grill was horrendous! Didn’t care at all about the atmosphere staff coming in and out of the door at the bottom and smoking just inside the door. Didn’t get asked how our food was even though it was dead inside. This has gone down hill massively used to love going but now it’s just not a nice pub

Popped in for a couple of drinks with a mate the other day and was really busy but Kyra behind the bar was really good with the orders, very professional and friendly and made sure people were served in a timely manner! Doesn't ever seem to be much staff so maybe hiring more would be a good idea!!!

Me, hub and bulldog visted last night for a quick drink and bite to eat and felt compelled to leave a great review. Staff very welcoming, made a real fuss of the dog and got him water/treat etc. Food really good. Brandon especially good (I think thats his name!) . It's one of a few locals we sometimes frequent but will definately be back sooner rather than later. Thankyou!

Me and my friends came here after a very heavy stag do weekend away in Poland. They opened up and were fully accommodating. They delivered exactly what I needed to get me back on track to feeling human again. Had a lovely burger followed by a cracking desert! Staff couldn’t be more friendly.

Staff are always cheerful and pleasant. Food was amazing, following their issues in the kitchen recently, it was all lovely.

We are regulars here at the pub and Charley always stop to asks us how we are. Very welcoming staff.

Went for an ad hoc meal and was very surprised. Had tandoori chicken which was wonderful and everyone else equally enjoyed their food. Service was really polite and actually fun. We complimented the food so they brought out the chef, Noah, so we could chat to him too. Really nice place and great food. I will go back.

I ate at the pub for the first time last night, which is a bit naughty as my son is one of the chefs there are I should have tried it out sooner. I am vegan and so never really thought it could accommodate me really. I was so wrong, I had the vegan BBQ ribs and they were so delicious. All of the waitress staff were so lovely and friendly and my son came out at the end to see if we enjoyed it. It was such a lovely evening and I am looking forward to going again. I will be recommending the pub to all of my friends and family.

Had a lovely meal here last night. I had Tandoori Chicken which was really tender and my partner had Surf and Turf which he loved also. Lovely to meet the chef Noah. All the bar and waiting staff were friendly and really professional. First time here and we will come back again!

Amazing meal, friendly staff and top service. I originally could not book here for my Bday Saturday night but the owner worked his magic and provided we pre ordered got us in. After arriving we could see why large tables were not possible, the place was packed, our meals arrived on time and hot, the owner popped in alot to check on us and kept us all laugjing. Defo going back to this place

Had the best time, certainly can say the best pub around been coming here years and years! That Brandon behind the bar is a good egg, we always are greeted by him… he’s funny, thoughtful and very good looking! I bet the girls go crazy in here! Thanks guys!

Just had a meal at brimsham and was very impressed. The food was excellent, delicious hot and tasty. The lady who served us was friendly helpful and efficient. We chose our table and had a really good afternoon out at a reasonable price. Thank you! We shall certainly be returning

Lovely pub/restaurant and lovely, friendly staff. I ordered a plain chicken burger which didn't arrive plain, after correcting the order the food was fine but nothing special about it. My partner made a comment on how it tasted the same as the Iceland sizzler burgers... Not worth coming back or the money in my opinion. I give it a overall of 3 stars as the staff were so kind.

We had a fab evening the pub has a lovely friendly atmosphere now it has really improved. The food was yummy really enjoyed the cauliflower bites and nachos . We stayed for the quiz with Alan but we came last but it was difficult!!!

Went on Saturday for a meal with family, great service and good menu at reasonable price, quick service by friendly staff, one moan table took time to be cleared but didn't matter to us, well worth a visit though..

Been using this pub for years! Great customer service always. Also had a parking ticket from the new cameras fitted but a quick message to the team and all sorted. Excellent customer service just as it should be cheers guys and keep up the good work! Special thanks to jay and Brandon for sorting!

Really disappointed. Myself, my daughter and granddaughter went there for my birthday. We waited half an hour to be told there was no rice and what alternative would we like. I pointed out that we had already waited half an hour only to be told that wasn’t long to wait for a meal - the pub was almost empty.15 minutes later our food arrived my chilli con carne was warm; the cheese didn’t even attempt to melt on top and not a very substantial portion. I ate it as by this point I was hungry. I didn’t bother complaining because they would only apologise so I will make a note never to go back .

Went the other night for something to eat and was very pleased with the food and the staff were very we welcoming! Unfortunately didn’t take any photos of the food but I would recommend it.

Me and a group of friends got served by Lauren at the Brimsham pub, got service with a smile and everything more! That girl needs a pay rise, would definitely come back for the 100% hospitality xox

Booked a table for 1.30pm. Arrived on time and ordered for 6. At 2.40pm, still no food. We complained and received free drinks. Food then arrived, but 2 lasagne badly burned. We were told 5 minutes for replacements. Food eventually arrived 25 minutes later. Again, burned around the edges and luke warm in the middle. I'm an expat living in France. There are things wrong everywhere. But, in restauration, heads would roll for less than half of what went wrong with this order today. Atmosphere got a 3 as opposed to another 1 because A) we were visiting close family & B) There were numerous other people suffering the same poor service who we joked around with to pass the time.

14 of us and 2 babies have come this evening and Charlie was amazing! We asked if we could have the function room and they accommodated that, and she gave us great service in general. Thanks Charlie for making us feel welcome.

Staff were friendly , surroundings were fine.food served quite quickly. Cutlery dirty with dried on food !!! When this happens which it does at lots of pubs it totally puts me off eating.

Not normal place a go but happened to stop for a beer and was quiz night. Well been back every Sunday since staff are lovely and a great night if like quizs

Fairly spacious eatery with a separate area to drink while watching a large TV.
