Patchway Kebab House in South Gloucestershire

Lovely food and lovely people. Very prompt with delivering and always give 100% never had a problem with this place and it's always my number 1 to go to for food. Highly recommended 👌

Unfortunately our usual chippy was closed so we stopped here just for a couple of portions of chips !!. What we received were re fried already over cooked fries just awful and the worst thing is that each box cost us £4.40 so we paid £8.80 for vastly over priced frozen over cooked fries that were on the verge of burnt if staff there can't tell when it's not fit for customers to eat they shouldn't work in a food establishment . I cook food for a living so I know the difference . Dreadful do not recommend. Go else where

Pizza is very good, very tasty and chilli sauce it came with was amazing!

That shops is so dirty and they are as we noticed that cut the kabab from 10 Am put in the hot box with water so smell and then open the shop at 3Pm long hours cut the kabab 🤢🤢🤢they mixed old kabab with new kabab so bad for your health I was driver in patchway kabab shope last year and when I see how they used same salad for day and day they hiding the old kabab in pitta bread cover with two slices fresh kabab they delivered by them self that nasty food do not shopping from them is harmless? Staff working smells do not used shower some of big family lives about the kabobs shops and if you want kabab go patchway any van so better then this horrible kabab shop if you can call this place kabab shop or public toilet shope ?

Decent place for Pizzas and kebabs. Ordered several times and I opted for chicken doner kebab.

Patchway kebab house used to be very good, however sent the wrong food this time. Wrong sauces on orders. Arrived cold and very stingy on the sauce they did give. Meat was very salty. Pizza was a hit though. Disappointed.

Patchway kebab is amazing, the food is so good, staff really helpful and delivery drivers are very polite. I ordered two many kebabs (being drunk) the other weekend and they have honoured them tonight. Thank you so much

Awful customer service. Added note to ensure all salad and sauces were separate due to allergies. Arrived all in together. And missing part of the order. Called to explain and they just said we had to pay extra... pay extra! and wouldn't replace. Last time we ever use this place!

Can't fault them at all except for the whole putting salad underneath the kebab 😂 I hate that! It makes the pitta soggy haha.other than that everything is lovely, food always comes hot chips cooked to perfection so all round great place 😁

I get my donner kebabs and pizzas delivered to my work, and the food is hot and delicious every time, and the delivery driver is quick and always calls me just before he arrives.

We meet one of stupid kabab house ever. Food was good but the behaviour of stuff is very poor. Ask for tissue he gave me one ps of tissue while we are 3. So stupid not recommended.

The food itself was really tasty. sadly, portion sizes are small and expensive. Shop staff didn't seem interested in basic customer service, parking is a nightmare

Not happy with items. Only little portions and does not tell you how many people can eat or serve. Small gravy they charge extra.

Had a chicken doner delivered, service was very fast but sadly the kebab wasn’t very nice. The meat wasn’t cooked as well as usual and had lots of fatty pale skin mixed in with it, the salad was very bland and couldn’t taste the lemon which was supposed to be in it either …

Best kebab that I have had in ages! My local kebab places are not so good. Definitely recommend Patchway. Lamb was amazing and the garlic mayo was quite subtle and not overbearing. The garlic bread with cheese and mushroom pizza style is like a mushroom pizza with a subtle taste of garlic which is lovely.

Just visited this take away for the first time. It was phenomenal. I haven't had food like this for years. Very generous portions and garlic mushroom pizza is amazing. If we lived closer we would go all the time.

Kebabs aren't to bad I've had worse but always more salad than meat. Also the burgers constantly have burnt buns that make them rock hard. Just a waste of money. I will learn this time. No more chances lol

Good late night take away place. Shish kebabs are freshly grilled and cooked very well, if you're not into Doner/Shawarma

A very clean place with friendly staff who cook the best burgers. If you ask for cheese, onions and bbq sauce that is exactly what you get.

Kebab was really good but just needed the chilli to have a bit more liquidity to it as it was like a paste. Still nice though!

Ordered cod & chips with curry sauce. Was absolutely vile. Cod was so over cooked (very dark brown) with oil all over it, it was on the top of my chips aswell.. So the oil got all over my chips. Very soggy and awful. The curry sauce taste full of oil as the oil was sitting on the top. Never ordering again!

Decent food served with a smile

I order plenty they are great with great food, only problem is recently they just won't answer the phone it rings and rings without any service. Can someone tell me why that is? Then ill change my ratings to 5 and anyone saying different is a liar or they are an exception, food is best in patchway!

Saturday 2nd July 2022 I decided to have a takeaway and fancied doner kebabs so I ordered 2 large with salad and paid £17 got home it was stone cold and the pitta bread which is what you put the meat in was cut on top instead of the side (which I have always had when buying a doner kebab ) but the pitta was put in between the salad and meat and was so wet that when I took it out it just fell apart so I couldn’t put the meat inside This is definitely not how a doner kebab is supposed to be I certainly will not be going here again I don’t warrant paying this price for something that was not up to standard total rubbish avoid this chip shop 😡😡

Great kebab shop never let us down

Rotten, food was stone cold and they didn’t even bother reading the comments on the order. Came 4 hours early and when we finally got our food at the time we requested it was stone cold. Portion sizes are abysmal, £10 for a kebab with 4 strands of kebab and 3 bits of lamb. Don’t even bother ordering from here. Drive the extra .5 mile and go to muzzys

Be careful, it’s not a Kebab House it’s a JUNK HOUSE, after eating Rubbish you must go to HOSPITAL. Secondly they sold me a CHICKEN BURGER £8.50 plus £1 of a pinch of KATCH UP. I will advise be careful don’t visit this RUBBISH FOOD HOUSE 👹👹👹👹

Stopped here for a kebab and chips never again ! The chips was half cooked the chicken doner was sloppy and fatty and the chilli sauce looked like someone too a c@#p on it hence it went in the bin...

Brilliant food ... everything cooked to perfection! In a place like Patchway, Bradley Stoke ... there are only a few options where you can get Kebab and they are clearly leading by miles ... weldone and keep up the good work

Ordered Lamb Shish meal, absolutely disgusting, the meat tasted like rubber and extremely hard to chew. I had to throw it in the bin!!! Their service was very good before and food was to a high quality. The past few months it’s gone extremely worse and food very tasteless!! Never to order from you guys again!!

Food can sometimes be a bit hit or miss but usually really nice. Varied delivery times I've found but overall a good place to use.

Good friendly staff, good size portions, never had a bad meal.

Ordered basic fish n chips. Meal was disgusting fish was burnt and dry. Chips were Fries not chips. Never again.

Chips arrived cold, portion for a large was tiny I usually go to muzzy's but I didn't want to go out so ordered through just eat, I won't make that mistake again, a very unwell spent £15 .update: wife opened her chicken shish and there was a puddle of fluid at the bottom of the container as I did with the chicken kabab. If your not full after a larger kabab the kabab was small, save your self the disappointment and go to muzzy's, you won't regret it.

Takes an hour and a half to deliver. Lies on just eat they have delivered when they have not. Do not waste your time.

Just had a delivery from here and it was vile. My chicken doner tasted of ham. HAM!! Threw it out and will never use this place again after many years of using them. Seriously recommend you AVOID!!!

Excellent and Polite service every time and the prices are and always remain reasonable! Like a lot businesses when their trade increases the prices go up but not with these guys! Love em!

Just bought a mixed donor kebab was charged £6.90 and was the smallest large kebab I have seen or had eaten in my life, one guy came in saw my large kebab and walked out, wish I had done the same, wasn't even the nicest I've tasted.
