Just had an amazing burger delivered from Phat Burger. Skin on fries were delicious - really well seasoned and the burger was juicy, tender and perfectly cooked. Will definitely be ordering again.

Had a really good experience here. I'm gluten free and struggle to find good places They have a wide range of gluten free and very knowledgeable about allergies. I only had cheesy fries, but cooked to perfection. Really pleased and staff amazing. Very patient and polite. Answered all my questions. Good selection on soft drinks Small personal feeling to the place. Good indoor and outdoor seating. Don't let the front of the building put you off. Really nice place

Brilliant service and friendly staff

Fantastic meal. Been meaning to try this place for a while and didn’t disappoint. The food was amazing, service was really good and manager was super friendly. One of our fussy boys didn’t like his hot dog to start with as forgot to ask for no sauce but this was quickly replaced for him without even needing to ask. Will definitely go back. Thanks for a simple evening!

I thought this place had potential, nice deal and really close by, I was awfully wrong, the order never arrived and the efforts given by the restaurant to rectify there mistake were minimal/ non existent. Luckily Uber managed to refund my order, god bless

Tasy food. But customer service 0. After coming to shop no one attending and after ring the bell also no one coming. Waste service i have ever seen. Very very bad customer service. I saw delivery people also waiting soo long to collect their orders. Its too bad for their shop customers and unfair for delivery people. Because i saw one lady check delivery person orders and same time handover. That means orders are ready and no one attending to handover process. Both Online and shop customers are same valuable. Unfortunately you gays not understanding that. You will realize that and then you’re too late. Thanks all the best.

We patron this burger joint regularly and honestly we are always so happy with our meals. The staff are friendly and offer suggestions and allow for meal accommodations for our picky 3yr old. The prices are great, the portions are extremely generous, and the meals always come out quickly. The flavours and ingredients are fantastic! I’m American and I always feel like I’m eating a U.S. burger when I bite into one. The mac n cheese and loaded fries are also moreish! Phat Burger is an absolute gem!!

This is a hidden gem! Needed a late evening burger fix for me and my son. We found through an online search and we were not disappointed. The stand out feature is the quality of the burger. Yes it might be a little bit more than you pay for other burgers, but definitely worth it. The accompanying fries were also excellent. The place itself has no frills, but it was clean and the service was quick. Really enjoyed it and we will definitely return. Thank you Phat Burger!

We arrived at this venue just beef opening time at (10am) on a Wednesday morning and waited for them to open up. sadly by 1020am we were still stood outside and there was no sign of life, so we left and went elsewhere. Very dissapointing.

Burgers always hit! Messy but worth it, have also tired the hotdogs and they are just as good also do proper dirty fries.

The burger meat was so salty the burgers were unfortunately inedible.

The patty was really tasty, love the burger sauce and other toppings! Sadly the bun let it down, completely tasteless and fell apart. It was certainly very light but too airy to manage the actual filling - too many additives perhaps?

Quite disappointing, ordered 4 breakfasts, waited 30 mins at least,barely warm.only 1 young girl cooking, concentrated more on thr delivery's, u have to pay £3 for a cup of tea or coffee,separate from your breakfast [total rip off] . No receipt wen u pay or ticket wen ordering, your tea comes before your breakfast so u have to order another wen your breakfast arrives.which still takes ages to come ,as they concentrate on the fone orders not the people who's sat in there café, Food was barely warm. Wouldn't recommend, Bill come to £56 4 brekies, 4 teas. TOTAL RIP OFF

We have just got back from a weekend in London with the kids and ordered from here for the first time. Food came packed lovely, fresh and hot and so tasty! We had 2 classic hotdogs, I left a note to leave them plain for the kids (they did), we had 2 burgers, mozzarella sticks and stuffed jalapeños and loaded fries. It’s the best food I’ve had in such a long time. Restaurant quality delivered fresh to the door. We live in fishponds so not as if we are two minutes away and it still arrived hot and fresh! Really top staff, excellent service, and what about the food. I've been here 3 times, and each burger has been the best I've had (bluescheese burger was so nice I had it twice). Slowly but surely I'll be making my way through the menu. Even the loaded fries are incredible, so far I've only tried the cheese and spring onion (sounds plain simple and boring, but its totally stunning). Top burger joint for all us burger snobs that know a good smash burger 🙌👌❤️☮️

Got 2 chicken burgers + chips today for takeaway. I was surprised that I paid for those £29 when a chicken burger on the menu inside was £8 and fries £4. Total should’ve been £24. When I arrived home like 10-15 minutes later and tried to eat we noticed that the chicken is undercooked and the chips very oily. First and last time when we get food from this place. Also inside the “dining area” of the shop it was freezing I don’t know how people are able to eat there :(

Just had our first delivery from Phat burgers food was super tasty and portions are huge! Slight issue with a missing chips but spoke to the guy at the restaurant and all sorted quickly - will be ordering again.

First time here (writing this while still here actually) and at first thought oh where’s the counter, but actually you ring the bell next to the sauces and someone comes out and takes your order etc! Actually a really nice place, service is top notch and food is great! Will definitely be back! Had the breakfast, coffee and milkshake, all outstanding and my partner said the same! Prices are average for burgers, breakfasts etc but the difference is the quality you get for the price! Most places to pay the same and the food is rubbish! Delicious gourmet burgers tucked away just off Tower Road in Warmley! I went with my lad on a Saturday lunchtime. It is on the corner of a trading estate near Warmley Park School. Much of their business is takeaway but did you know you can eat in? (or outdoors, on the picnic table terrace?) Food was excellent and also great value. Burgers at least as good as the celebrated places in the city centre – and tasty extras like Fire Slaw (with sriracha and japaleños) – warm enamel plates, cold drinks, generous portions, and £6 kids specials with chips and drink. Big thumbs up all round 👍🏼👍🏼 we’ll be back. [Update: When we visited Jan 2024 the kids special was no longer there, we had £10 meal deal instead – much larger portion! – have added a Menu photo]

Wowser! It’s 5 stars from me. Collected the Roast Dinner Burgers- a beef and a chicken one. Slaw, Yorkshire pudding, stuffing and very tasty cuts of roast beef with impressive roast pots. Eat here every week without fail, it never disappoints. Today went for the new roast dinner burger, was so good! It had chicken, stuffing, slaw and bread sauce inside the bun with potatoes, a huge Yorkshire and a pot of gravy on the side. Every bit was amazing will definitely get again.

Very well cooked. The blue cheese burger needs more blue cheese, I couldn't taste it at all but apart from that it was very nice

Food is usually quite good, tonight however it was absolutely vile, the chicken in my chicken sandwich was slimy and full of fat and gristle, needless to say it wasn't eaten and went straight in the bin, won't be going back!

I have ordered from them three times now and three times the order has been wrong which is a shame as the food tends to be good but seems to be a lottery as to what you get. In the past I have let it side but as this seems to be a common issue I rang them and was told they didn't have what I ordered in stock and couldn't refund onto my credit card but would give me a credit the next time I ordered. Sorry guys I like to support local businesses but this is three strikes from me and I wont be ordering again. The good news is that you wont have to honour the credit you promised. The bad news is that you have lost a customer.

I went down to Phat Burger today for a takeaway. I'd heard good things about it and it did not disappoint. Despite there being 2 people infront of us, the burgers were cooked quite quickly. I had a chicken burger with cheese and BBQ sauce which was absolutely lush! The chicken was so deep, and it had a delicious crispy coating on it. The BBQ sauce was nice and had a slight heat to it which was good. Hubby has a burger with pulled pork in which he also enjoyed. I would definitely recommend.

Awful experience. Forgot half the order. Said it would be 15 mins and 45 mins later nothing...

Ordered on Uber Eats, said 25 - 45 min wait, after over an hour rang for an update, they said they’d call the driver for an update, 5 minutes later someone else call and said they didn’t receive the order, I said fine that’s fine and they just cancel my order for a refund, I’ll go elsewhere, however what got my back up is the store then selected the option to say I rang them up to cancel my order and tried to charge me the order, even when I’ve spoken to 3 different people who have all gave me different stories and couldn’t resolve the issue, very poor service and would not recommend.

Best-tasting breakfast this side of Bristol! Always freshly-prepared and delicious - they use only fresh, locally-sourced produce, so everything is tasty: lovely smoky bacon, proper sausages, crisp hash browns, tasty field mushrooms. Nothing else around here to touch this breakfast, and very reasonably priced. We've had their burgers in the past, too - also easily the best around here.

Honestly, one of the worst take aways I have ever had! The burgers were unbelievable dry and pretty much tasteless, and the milkshakes had the consistency of water. It was my first and definitely last time ordering from them. Such a disappointment. The best thing I can say is the boxes the burgers came in were pretty cool.

Called in hear on the way back home from a weekend away was one of the best burgers I have tasted and the loaded fries was brilliant ,the staff was very friendley and even gave me a couple off sausages for the dog very recommended

Ordered food online. Two hours later nothing arrived. Rang the takeaway to complain. The order had been sent out. Spoke to one of the staff who was brilliant, fully apologised for the order not being delivered, gave us two options either cancel the order with refund or have it delivered within 30 minutes. Went with the second option, food delivered with extras, lovely burger and fries, great customer service. Cheers guys

Always great burgers even better milk shakes and dirty fries. Maybe a little too much salt in the burgers tho. Last time I ordered they forgot a milkshake so the best time gave me extra milk shake extra side and even a desert. Top draw service 💯

We really love their halloumi and mushroom burgers. Unfortunately, last time we ordered the normal halloumi burgers were listed as out of stock with only the double available to order (at £3 extra per burger). This seemed a bit odd, but assumed it must be a double-sized single burger that was all they had left. However, when they came they were literally several pieces of halloumi in each burger, so absolutely no reason they couldn't have done a single burger. They are already pretty pricey, so conning customers into paying for double burgers they don't want seems rather poor practice.

I do find these guys expensive but the burgers are of good quality and they deliver quite quickly. I do have to say that a couple of times I have had issues and the manager is so lovely about sorting it out, with no fuss and goes above and beyond to make sure that not only is the issue put right but you're happy with them. It's service like this that makes me return as everyone makes mistakes but these guys own it and takes action. A free bit of chocolate cake on my birthday was a lovely gesture too.

Wish it could be 0 stars. Awful experience ordering with Phat Burger, our food turned up 2 hours after placing the order and when phoning the restaurant was given excuses instead of any solution. Food eventually arrived freezing cold and flavourless, I complained via facebook straightaway to be told someone would contact me regarding our issue. Waited 3 days to receive no contact so messaged again for a refund, still waiting for the refund nearly a week after the order and being ignored via facebook now. Shocking service from a well known business and sad to see managers are unable to deal with customers appropriately.

I honestly couldn’t fault Phat Burger! We got a delivery for my birthday today and it was honestly the best takeaway we’ve ever had! Highly recommend the dirty slow roast pulled pork mac and cheese!! Thank you for my birthday cake as well ❤️

We received the incorrect food on delivery, when I called to report this I was spoken to in an unacceptable manor. The guy on the end of the phone was really rude., he needs to recap on his customer service skills! defiantly not worth the money - wont be using again!

Ordered from them a couple of months ago and it was delicious. Couldn't fault them. However ordered tonight and disappointment hit. Ordered the dirty fries and it literally felt like I was eating frozen chips with burnt scraps from the pan chicken. It was awful. I had to throw them away. The store was closed by the time I ordered so couldn't call. Gutted as the first time was amazing.

It was absolutely vile and not worth the money at all , the burger was as if someone dipped it in water when I picked it up all my burger bun disintegrated and I couldn’t eat it , I wish I could rate it 0 stars !

Just eat take away Chips were boiled not fried, 0 crisp, no colour, you could literally mash them. They were inedible. Vegan chilli dog was just hot sauce and the dog. It was missing the quac and jalapenos.

Very disappointed, ordered two halloumi burgers , 2x dirty fries, a beef slider and 3x milkshakes 2 Nutella and 1 biscoff - once we got the food home, 2 of the burger buns were black chargrill 🤮 . The portion of cheesy dirty fries we’re smaller than the original dirty fries and was barley anything to them! The extras in the halloumi burger - such as mushroom, have been reduced since the 1st time we purchased food, this was disappointing as it was something we were looking forward to. The beef slider was in actual fact pathetic - any child would still be hungry - not to mention we didn’t receive the carton drink included. The milkshakes were quite literally made with what tastes like a version of nesquick as they just tasted like flavoured milk! Two which of these should’ve been free - which was confirmed over the phone due to the Friday night offer - we in actual fact paid for them! Not one thing purchased this evening looked like it does upon the Facebook page whilst being advertised! We spent £44 on food that was burnt, ridiculously portion sized and have been ripped right off. We shalt be returning.
