The restaurant was clean and tidy. Served by friendly and polite staff. The food was hot and fresh 5 stars.

Burger king is always nice. However, allot of people think the same and so the wait for your food is quite long. But worth it :)

Easily the worst whopper I've ever had and to be charged £6.19 for it was an outrage! The bun was stone cold as though it had just come out of the freezer and the burger itself was small and thin, it also had little sauce and didn't have the usual whopper taste. The tables around us were filthy with left over food and trays and the room itself was too cold. Will not be visiting there again.

Horrible experience. Ordered food on the big ordering screen , didn't get a receipt, then went to the collection counter as our number was up on the screen but so was the other 25 people in front of us but none was ready. Waited for at least 10mins for our food but when we were about to get our food it seemed that the my sons plain burger wasn't done so our food was just sitting on the counter getting cold waiting for them to sort out the plain burger. Then finally we get our food , I go get the drinks and the is no lids for the cups. After all this the atmosphere was just HORRIBLE as about 20 people were also stll waiting for food. Probably the worst eating experience I have ever had in my life and I am 52. 1 out of 10.

This burger king is our go to stop when we visit cribbs. It's reasonably priced, food is always good and it's available on the tastecard to get 25% off!

me and my friends came here for lunch the machines barely worked food was not great and the service was atrocious the I had to wait 20 minutes for food that's undercooked, dry and cold, I would say it's much more worth going to McDonalds than here

Always busy. Never had an issue with the quality of the food its always nice. If you go later in the day they close of most of the tables and you will struggle to get a table

Best place for a family time. The menu is suitable for kids as well as adults. Staff is a supportive and friendly. They also introduce new meals often. It’s a must visit if you visit Cribbs Mall. Highly recommended

Man serving was very very rude, drinks machine had a lack of choice and the tables were not very clean. Spoilt the visit which was for us a treat.

Ordered a double whopper, came with a single small tomato slice and no onion. When asked they said they had run out of onion, and I asked for more tomatoes as it was practically empty and dry. Disappointed

The burgers are terrible, no flavor and not very hot, compared with the BK 100yds it's night and day. Ordered a gourmet burger tasted like a basic cheese burger with no spices. I've had the same burger at other BK and its one of the best burgers at BK but this one tasted like a bland £0.99 burger from McDonald's. Never going there again

Fast service with friendly staff

The machines aren't printing a receipt so if you haven't pressed something hard enough you don't realise. The serving staff are rude and the person that is supposed to be cleaning the tables is just walking around doing nothing whilst people clear their own tables to enable them to use it. No cleaning being done at all.

Have been here multiple times and every time is an amazing experience all around.

Lovely example of the species, very clean and well kept with friendly helpful staff and we had lovely fresh cooked food. Removed one star for atmosphere because they were playing Christmas music in September!

Came and visited the mall at cribs causeway today and thought I’d stop for a Burger King in the food court. Ordered my food through Jason at the till and was greeted politely. He dealt with my order efficiently. The food was properly prepared as well.

Busy fast food restaurant. Orders came out fairly quickly. Most of the drinks machines were broken though or out of stock. Tables not cleaned enough.

My two children and I came here after school shopping last week and as you can imagine with this blazing weather they werent the jolliest 5 and 7 year olds! Yet although they were being difficult and throwing a few tantrums two excellent workers Martina and Chloe offered them crowns which then settled them down. Excellent service and understanding! Food was given promptly after very minimal wait time and so would definitely visit again!

Spend £50...10yrs old daughter ignored by the counter staff's. Ask for a barbecue sauce and wanted 25p for it! The burger size is shrinking. The management need to look into this.

Food options were good but my burger arrived cold. The staff were rude and it took a while for our food to be prepared. There was also a hair inside my burger. The bins were overflowing and there were scraps of food all over the floor

I've never had Burger King before, and my first impression of the food is that it was displeasing. The chips were adequate, but the Whoppa, the signature burger was disgusting. The meat was dry and the buns were soggy. I wouldn't pay £3 for the meal, let alone a barbaric £7.99. I feel robbed. As for this particular location, the staff failed to serve customers at the front till. I paid for a specific drink only to be sent to the drink machine myself to manually pick that drink and was left to figure out how to operate the machine with no guidance. The restaurant is clearly cleaned infrequently. There is rubbish everywhere and the tables are filthy. To summarise, the place is understaffed with underwhelming food that does not warrant prices greater than other fast food chains. The only reason I'm not rating this a single star is because some people might enjoy the food more than I did.

Worst BK in Bristol, very low and slow standard’s absolutely shaming the great BK service that we usually see, my cheesy fries sogy wet as they poured cheese on top of fries 15min before giving me the order absolutely sogy wet, cashier had disgusting cap were sweat was building on top of it, touching his cap while going to prepare food, order took almost 20min, cheesy fries sogy, chilli cheese bites cold therefore solid, chicken royal mayo splashed all over. Absolutely worst service ever received from BK, its the second time this happened to me in same store, will never ever visit this BK again.

terrible place to eat. i went there and got some food and after i left the restaurant, my wife called me to tell me shes leaving me and taking the kids and the house, and my dog died.

Wanted to eat there with severe sesame allergy and because of no allergy signs at the self-service we went to the till. Got ignored there for a solid 10 minutes before being told the tills are broken and we have to order at the self-service ones. No questions asked about whether we were at the till in the first place or if we needed anything. Poor service, felt ignored and uncomfortable because so little regard was payed to us. Will not go again.

Easily the worst Burger King I have been in my life, ordered a meal and didn’t give me the chips. Fanta slushy, ice cream and milkshake none of those are available. What’s the point of having it. Drinks from the machine are warm, no ice available and no lid for the drinks. Food crumbs and rubbish all over the floor. Queueing for 15mins and isn’t it supposed to be a fast food place?? Poor management of the place

Came here on a Wednesday evening and the food was good but the wait time was longer than expected for fast food!

Beautiful ambience. Amazing Atmosphere, and you get to have an enchanting view of the city from the pinnacle of The Mall. I had six pieces of chicken nuggets, and it took a lot to refrain from ordering another six. Lol.

Food was lukewarm and wasn't very filling. Pretty pathetic for a large meal.

Pain in the ass machines to use, then failed payment so had to do it at the till, was overcharged and it took a while to sort. One burger was nice, the other not so.

Can’t lie to you, this place is terrible that’s how I would sum it up. If you like waiting gourmet food time for trash food and terrible service this is the place for you.

Visited this Burger King as it was fully vegan for a short period of time, my partner and I were really excited. Love the idea of it being fully vegan, cannot complain about that at all. The menu looked okay, but nothing to rave about. I stood at the counter to ask a member of staff a question and got completely blanked, multiple times. The food was horrendous, my burger was genuinely burnt, I wish I took a photo, but unfortunately didn't. Everything was dry. The prices are quite high, and for that it was expected to receive good service and great food, and we received neither. The only positive I could say is that the place was extremely clean. A very disappointing visit.

spent ages at self order station had to walk down to till... no meat atall at burger Kong I've never heard so much bs..... u are not catering for everyone and noe singling our meat eaters I seen alot of people walk away and go to slim chicken and they ain't the best but more expensive but people are going there burger King ate missing out on a lot on money here it's basically empty.

My daughter went to refill her cup with water after drinking her paid for cola staff then shouted at a child no refills allowed. Firstly in restaurants tap water is free. Also burger King do not own the refill machines coca cola do and on there website they say refills are free in UK from self serve machines. Regardless they should not have stopped my daughter from getting water on a 35.oc day very horrible staff will never go here again. Shame on the manager....

Food is usually fine but when it's slightly busy service goes out the window. Was about 5 people waiting for food so staff were ignoring people trying to order and anyone with any questions. Wasted 10 minutes in the queue but gave up after that.
