The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The new manager is fantastic and is doing a fab job, my order is always served correct at a warm temperature and with a smile, I'm always asked if want pastries. The speed is always on point. This team is amazing. Well done and thank you

I visited this store on Sunday to do some reading. The atmosphere was buzzing, but the service was incredibly efficient. A huge shout-out to the blonde staff member who seemed to be managing the queue like a pro. Despite the busy rush, she was friendly, helpful, and had everything under control. I ordered a warm food item, and it was ready in no time. It was delicious and perfectly heated, which made my day even better. Overall, a great experience. I'll definitely be back!

Costa Willowbrook Bristol was surprisingly good. Nathan was very efficient and friendly. Will return.

Plenty of parking. Toilets clean. Drinks hot. Staff very busy. Would revisit if in area. Revisited, no issues.

If you need a coffee on the go why not pop in here. It's a Costa so you know what you will get. Fresh snack food and fresh coffee (other drinks are available).

Bought an egg mayonnaise sandwich, didn't realise the cost, as other items bought. Absolutely shameful, 4 very thin slices of egg. No mayonnaise , on dry bread, no spread. Cost.£4.10. I will stick to supermarket meal deals in future. I didn't eat in store, opened at home.

It's Costa, food is the same everywhere! Shame there's no kids food availiable!

I've come here for a while now, Drinks always good but this last time I asked three times for Two White Hot Chocolate Drinks, The member of staff what served me said yes i understand, Then she gave me Two Hot Chocolate Drinks, I couldn't be bothered to say anything even though you should get what you pay for! Please employ staff what understands English!

Busy place with a good atmosphere today. Lots of choice and always good coffee. Plenty of seats, indoors and outside. Nice and cool in the summer with a good range of hot or cold drinks and food.

Staff were lovely and I was able to get a discount using the "To Good To Go" app! I love the M&S pasta salads

Friendly staff but nearly every table was dirty, not a moan as they seemed short staffed so maybe management can look at having more people on a busier shift?

Always happy helpful staff, there is always a small question due to its location but the staff get through it in no time so never a lo g wait, the cafe is always clean and tidy when ever I go in 5/5👍

This costa is open later than most others (eg 7pm on a Sunday) and convenient parking. I see some reviews have complained about the tables not being cleared but I think it's just bad luck. I regularly go here and it's maybe 1 in 10 times they've had a rush of people from the ice rink. Even at those times, there's plenty of seating.

There was no customer care, they made the wrong drinks. I asked for oat milk and they used normal milk for our drinks. They gave me the change and them they took some back out of my hand as they had given me the wrong amount of change. Staff need retraining desperately.

Just popped in to buy a gift card for someone's birthday. They don't even supply an envelope to put it in, just the card. I explained that I have to put it in the post, and was told I've to get my own envelope elsewhere. Bad service.

Sevice a bit slow, if behind on warming food up , no coming to table or even a shout out that its ready, leave it on counter until you wonder where it is

The atmosphere was awesome as I was in my car going through the drive through. I would like to see the staff using their phones less and washing their hands after touching it.

Costa management can not be proud of this location. Filthy place for a coffee. Massively understaffed and the workers say this is normal. Ironic that this location is called Drive Thru, especially seeing the Drive Thru is never open. Slow service. They have “veggie signs” on the cakes and sweets. I’ve never heard of cakes containing meat in the first place. Every single table was dirty and there was garbage everywhere. Horrible

SOOOOOOOO SLOW at serving. Just awful. Plus all the tables full of dirty cups. Come on, guys. If I ran my business like that, I'd be bankrupt. Your staff are very disorganised.

Dirty tables, limited choice. No cold drinks available. Staff member was struggling with a broken till. Returned a roll when I realised it was out of date!

My god. Coffee, sandwiches, tiny cakes AND you can sit in your car through it all of you want. This coffee on wheels thing is a real hoot.

Closed early on Christmas Eve, despite posting their Christmas opening hours as closing at 6pm. I ordered a click and collect which they did not turn off, I now have been charged for an order that I can't recieve because they closed early. I also am unable to cancel the order through the Costa app, so it just shows how great that is.

Nice clean modern coffee shop. Was not bust when visiting mid afternoon, but service was slow. Short of staff. The latte tasted great but not as hot as it should be. Not my best Costa visit. Usually, they are good.

Not the cleanest or tidiest of places to walk into. On ordering our drinks etc , we were told it was takeaway cups only (even though we were sitting in) as I looked around it became clear on why we had takeaway cups, most of the tables was covered with trays of cups that hadn't been cleared up so very limited places to sit. We had a long wait for our drinks. Disappointed with this branch as it used to be a nice clean and tidy and quick service coffee shop to sit and enjoy a catch up with friends/colleagues. Unfortunately gone downhill 😕

Very poor customer service and disgusting attitude from the manager when there was customers waiting and she wouldnt serve them. Wouldnt recommend this store at all. Manager refused to serve and only returned one of the free drinks back to my costa card instead of both. All because i was frustrated with waiting and not being served. Was waiting over 20 minutes.

10 Minuets sat in the drive through while the single staff member takes one order at a time. Service Stats are being fiddled here, one order, one service so you will always be under the "time from order to service" SLA as the clock starts once order is taken. By far the worst drive through I have used.

This had to be one of the best Costa coffees I’ve visited . Having recently started a new job in the area this Costa is starting to become regular a stopping point for me . The team there are amazing . They are all so friendly and the service is excellent , I can’t fault it . In a sector where service can be hit and miss it’s a delight to always receive a friendly welcome and speedy service . Well done to everyone there . Clearly some great leadership and teamwork . So today has been tough and emotional for me and the beautiful staff could see that I was upset. Their concern and kindness was above and beyond and didn’t go unappreciated. You don’t know how a little kindness can change someone’s day so Thank you 🙏

By far the worst Costa I have been in. Came here with my friend to get coffee at around 17:00 and walked out at 17:25 as there was one person making coffee for 10-15 minutes because the other two employees just went off somewhere. The phone of the branch was ringing and noone bothered while the people in the queue looked frustrated and in disbelief. As my friend and I walked out, two younger men also walked out with us in disbelief. I tend to observe that Costa coffee is particularly slow which might be a marketing trick to make customers think they are busy and therefore good. This branch though, is at a new low. Never ever again.

Friendly service of cost coffee does both drive through or drink in.

I have been coming to this branch for sometime now and the old staff were lovely and knew what they were doing. However they seem to have had a change of staff, and they are slow and definitely do not know what they are doing I bought a coffee this morning and it was dreadful. Please bring back the old staff. As this costa is going down hill

Not a good experience unfortunately, a lot of staff working but all looked stressed out. Why was the drive thru kept open when there was a long queue inside the restaurant? Looks like they're prioritising drive thru customers. Also wish they would say there was no cream when they took the order

Short staffed, drive through closed, stressed and overworked staff.

Manager asked to clear tables as all dirty plates cups and food lefted on tables , ( on all tables) he just shrugged his shoulders and didn't give a fxxxxck . No hair net while cutting food . Coughing over cakes and cups . Used a cloth to clean dirty side and put back on clean side cross contamination or what ... fell ill after eating here .. 4 staff on and still dirty and disgusting.. Inc the floors .

Google maps says it is open and it was closed. This was after driving to get my usual fix. Not good management.

Standard Costa, but this one seems to be a bit of a shambles - frequently closed early due to lack of staff, or pretty understaffed when it is open - there's always some excuse or change of plan scrawled on A4 and stuck to the door. Latest experience was them telling the whole queue inside to get out because they were only going to take drive through orders from that point.

Wee bit of a wait but not excessive. Nice coffee and friendly staff. Outdoor area good for a nice day.

Chronically understaffed so the service is usually extremely slow and drive through orders are prioritised. The staff are usually trying their best. They also seem to have the air conditioning on full blast when it’s cold but turn it off and open the door when it’s hot. No idea why.

So slow queue to collect drinks was horrendous & still carried on taking orders

Nice location but long queue and no enough staff so it kind of kill the atmosphere by the time you get to sit down. Exhausted waiting to get a drink. Prioritising drive through over people queuing in the store doesn’t help either. Tables can’t be cleaned up so you have to tidy up yourself!

Great place to stop having left Bristol Airport! Welcoming staff! Not very full.

Called in after a session at the Wave. It's very close to the M4 in an industrial estate. We wanted to go through the drive through but it was closed. Inside there were two employees, 1 cleaning and 1 serving which was so frustrating. The queue went to about 8 (us in the middle) people yet 1 person serving. I was going to buy a toastie but decided not to due to the slow service. I went for the standard latte which tasted good but the wait I would say was over 10 minutes with only 2 ahead of us.

Ordered a caramel latte, had no caramel syrup in it and talked off and grainy

Consistently good coffee and food

Today I was served the single most disgusting thing I’ve every drank. This was meant to be a cappuccino, but it was salty, full of lumps and really grainy. I had to spit it out as I was nearly sick. I’d definitely avoid, I’m not sure what it is, but I’m taking it higher.

Hot drink was ok. Cold drink was tacky with a small glass and a little straw and not blend when it should. Service staff is great though, cheerful and helpful

Food selection can be limited some times, but always clean and friendly staff.

Really nice place, great location and nice view. Fills a gap since the Costa inside the Mall is often too busy to tempt. But my blueberry tart was dry, and the staff could barely hide their exhaustion. The large window to the drive through wide open without any separation from the main area which allowed in dust and draft and heat.

Fantastic tasting food and relatively good value. The service was slow, I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes at the serving window for a sausage bap and a coffee. I appreciate that it is understaffed.

Don't bother going to Costa at venue cribbs causeway. Staff were not interested in any customers. No drinks menu or prices were displayed.

Have been here several times now, drinks and food are always good. The staff are always friendly and there is a nice atmosphere. 17.06.23 The air con isn't working and it was so hot in the shop, I don't know how the staff managed especially as the 3 days previously had been even hotter. I had to sit outside due to the heat affecting my medical condition and gives me limited mobility and I had to walk further to access the main outside seating area as one of the doors is now kept locked.

Employees choose to whom they give orders and to whom "unfortunately, we have run out of what you want".. And in a moment you see a lovely blonde literally with the same coffee you wanted! Unacceptable and pathetic!!!

Love this place. We visit it far too often both for drive through and eat in! 🤣 The drive through is always quick, correct and pleasantly served. The eat-in experience could be improved with some form of fly deterrent? Not nice to have flies landing on your food/rim of your glass 🤦🏻‍♀️ Obviously not Costa's fault on a hot summer's day, but I'm sure they could figure something out to keep the flies outside?

Staff were super - they were really thorough in making sure one item we ordered was totally vegan, they made a lovely babycino for our little one and vegan marshmallows for her too. They were very professional and friendly too; so top marks!

This is why I NEVER go to another Costa Coffee-not only are the employees kind and happy, nothing is ever too much. My daughter won’t drink hot chocolate unless it’s from Costa and so I asked the server if it was possible to have a few small paper cups (so I could make them at home and use to cups) and although it doesn’t seem like much, the server even gave me a few lids to go with them which meant a lot. It might be small but I couldn’t be more thankful 😊
