The service was quick, the food was fantastic and staff are very friendly. Strongly recommend going here for first class food.

We had a meal here last week whilst moving our daughter who is a student in Bristol back home for the summer We had chicken & chorizo skewers, chicken fajitas & chicken enchiladas plus honeycomb cheesecake They let us have a sombrero each to wear and take home Thanks for a great time

Extremely disappointed, had a table booked for 7.45, arrived just before, told when we were about to be seated that the wait would be over an hour for food once ordered, I understand the kitchen may be busy but over an hour wait for a pre booked table is simply not on!! Shame ruined our plans!!

Amazing Delicious Mexican food. With great service and so polite we couldn't have be any happier, They take pride in the food preparation you can tell, this place would be recommend to anyone who loves Mexican food.

Stopped for an early Saturday dinner. Service was excellent and the server was very attentive to my Gluten free needs on a separate menu with lots of choice. We had fab cocktails recommended the margarita 🍹 and steak. Will be back

Me & my partner thought we would grab a plate of nachos to share for dinner before heading to the cinema. On arrival we asked if there was a wait for food and the host said no. As we knew what we were ordering we ordered almost immediately. The waitress told us that usually the starters would arrive withing 15-20 mins which would have given us plenty of time to eat. After 25 minutes we asked how long our food was take and the waitress came back and said the chef had told her there was now an additional half hour wait. When is it ever acceptable to wait for an hour for a starter?! What was more fustrating was, we asked several times what the wait was before choosing to order. Needless to say we left without eating...

Came for my son’s bday meal. The venue itself looks decent, and the cocktails tasted great, but that’s about it. The wait for the food was about an hour.. nobody came to check on us or to apologise for the wait. Obviously, it’s not authentic Mexican food, but it doesn’t even match the likes of fast food joints such as Tortilla and Mission Burrito.

Just come away from a birthday meal with my family and had such a wonderful time. There was a rather long wait on food but we were told about it, although it went on longer than the advised time that didn’t affect our trip. Lovely food, really friendly staff. They even brought out some cake for me and sang happy birthday! Really pleased and will definitely come back, I’m not sure of the name of our hostess but she was fab, made a 10 out of 10 recommendation on the dolce dip for the churros!

Really friendly waiter, very attentive, absolutely no complaints. Prices slightly overrated for food- pork belly was like thick bacon, and food luke warm, other waiter cleared the table without allowing each of us to finish our meals. Another waitress forgot our sauces and wasn’t sure of the menu and said she would ask her manager re: portion size and never came back to us. Apart from the waiter I’d say average, we overhead a couple saying it had gone down hill! Shame but cannot say a bad word about our waiter.

Arrived to be told it was a 30 min wait for food. Not given the lunch time deal menu, so had to ask for it. Ordered drinks, got the order wrong and a long wait and chased up twice to correct. Ordered food and asked for kids meals with starters. Starters arrived but no kids meals despite us reminding them. Waited hour and quarter for mains and kids meals and kept getting put off by staff. Told the waitress I was minutes from walking out, to which she replied "so am I!!" Food was then promised in 3 to 4 mins. After ten minutes I gave up and packed up. Waitress sent manager over, who apologised and showed me my food was sat waiting to be served. Feeble apology from manager with no sincerity, compassion or offer of any compensation. Walked out without paying for drinks or starters. There was plenty of staff on hand in the kitchen and serving. First and last time I'll use this chain.

We ordered our meals and the drinks arrived. There were 5 other tables of customers in the restaurant. The food arrived 58 minutes after ordering. The hallumi burger still had the plastic cover on it in my child's burger. There was no communication to us about the probable delay.

High price for medium to low quality food. Tacos on starter were stale. Loaded Nachos were nice though Steak in the Fajitas was fatty.

Stopped off at Chiquito, Bristol (near The Venue) cribbs causeway. 3 of us eating at 6pm. Starters arrived in good time although one was wrong. We then waited 40 minutes for our main courses. Whilst other tables of 2 were getting served their food. Mains arrived missing fries. Our waiter checked gor the fries straight away but they weren't ready. Then when we complained the manager blamed the serving staff. But he had checked bless him. By the time they had arrived we were nearly finished. The food was delicious but I am afraid the service was poor.

Came with my mother for a lunch treat. Good value for money at £11.99 for 2 courses. Dessert absolutely delicious (churros with caramel) main meal not as hot as would have liked but tasty. The main criticism is the restaurant was uncomfortably cold, other diners had coats on and I wish I had taken mine. I know with rising energy costs companies have to cut back but sadly this shouldn't be the case in a restaurant.

Had a lovely meal today at this restaurant. The service was excellent and everybody was friendly. Had a slight issue with the two drinks we ordered which the manager sorted out very quickly with no fuss. They also did Military discount which was really appreciated

The first thing we noticed as soon as we sat down was the dust on the ornamental railings between the table rows, it really is horrid. Cleaning dust and dirt should be a basic requirement of a food establishment! The good is very nice although the drinks are pricey. We would go back though, if only to check if they've cleaned!

Came here for a birthday meal with my partner, food was delicious, atmosphere was good too, was serving at full capacity. Wow. I don’t think I’ve had a poorer customer service experience. Quiet Monday lunchtime. Took around 5mins for someone to come out and seat us. We asked if it was possible to have an option with no coriander and peppers; server didn’t seem sure about the coriander so we asked her to check with the kitchen upon which she decided was actually sure. Order took 45mins to come (it was quiet, what were they doing?) and then it arrives with coriander and peppers. She takes it back and we order just sides to replace that meal. They charged us for everything (I would have taken both the original and the res placement sides off at the very minimum). Try to pay but the credit card machine “has difficulty connecting” so it took three goes with the machine. The real shame is the other main (fajitas) and the sides that replaced the faulty main were very good. But we shan’t be going back. Truly poor service.

Went for an evening meal with friends after ice skating at the Winter Wonderland at The Mall, Cribbs Causeway. We ordered drinks and sat in the bar area before being shown to our table for seven people. Sabina, our waitress was excellent helping us choose from the menu and ensured we had everything we needed. Visited here for lunch with family , the service was good and food of a good standard althouggh prices seem to be going up with £16 for a Prawn fajita being a bit pricey for what it is.The Halloumi bites were ok as a starter, parking is good at the venue however the place is looking a bit tired now as a seat next to us all the leather covering had been damaged showing bare foam which did not look good

Not allowed to choose a table as it was ‘for the bar only’ yet it had sauces and cutlery! Waitress pointed us to a more convenient table for her. We sat down. It stank of B.O. from someone nearby. We stood up and left :) Fun times.

Visited Chiquito cribbs causeway Last night. Excellent service by Agi. The best cocktails:) Fantastic food and offers 241 meerkat.

The staff desperately need training in etiquette as food was dumped on table, there was no checking up on us during our meal, service took an hour to be served. Food was stone cold when it finally arrived, this meant any of the seafood would have been dangerous to consume henceforth we had to send it back to the kitchen and by that point we paid for our meal and walked straight out. The staff in McDonald's have shown more culinary skills than in here.

Food really yummy with a good variety for all dietary needs. Service was fab especially as venue had no heating this visit - were told on arrival and given choice to cancel booking but also given hot drinks on the house cos we stayed and once the restaurant filled up it got a bit warmer
