appalling service, rude management and staff. incompetent serving, was told it was an hours wait for food when other tables after our group received theirs in 10 minutes. Management of cafe refusing to work, simply stood next to the till. Museum was ok but would not recommend to anyone at any point

Absolutley disgusting customer service. Staff replenshing shelves barged in front of us while we were looking to select from shelves. Staff behind counter were incredibly incredibily rude. I have never experienced the like before. I use to be a loyal customer of Pret - no longer!

Watch out for the excess car parking charges payable at the till on your way out if you dare to get comfortable and have more than one drink. The toilets were utterly disgusting. I definitely would not recommend this place.

good choice of coffee's and hot drinks, lovely staff and good choice of sandwiches, cakes and snacks

good tasty potatoes always hot and very quick service,you can have various foods there it dosn't have to a potato.Clean place all very reasonably priced

M&S don’t publish negative reviews! Please do yourself a favour and don’t bother. So many customers complaining. Terrible store now and even worse cafe and service. Yea brought over with a dirty cup! No spoon. Nobody around to ask. Looks like a junk shop. Overheard other customers saying it’s like a jumble sale in there
