SOHO Coffee Co. in South Gloucestershire

The service was terrible. One staff member, Kayla, clearly lacked experience as a barista. She swore when she realized she had put my coffee in a takeaway cup, even though I had told her I was staying in. She touched her long hair and then put her finger in my mug. The coffee was cold, and my mum’s cup was missing a saucer. Overall, the staff are poorly trained and will ruin your drink and your day.

Went in about 11 in the morning, not overly busy, with a few customers stood waiting for their orders to be prepared. 2 servers behind the counter. I stood at the ordering point for about 10 minutes and started to wonder if I had gained superpowers and had become invisible….i asked my girlfriend who I was with if this indeed was the case. No…I was definitely still there in the flesh. I continued to wait whilst being ignored by the 2 baristas who clearly didn’t know how to smile or make eye contact with their customers. I eventually had to get their attention and ask if it wasn’t too much trouble to get a couple drinks and a croissant. Not a word of apology for the wait….and that smile was still definitely not going to appear. Drinks and snacks appeared a couple minutes later…still no smile. Not sure if these girls had had a bad start to their day, but it certainly looked like they weren’t happy . Coffeee and croissant was nice.

Only had a coffee and a water but it was okay. My arms were full of shopping and I had an oxygen canister with me. No help Or offer of help given! Went to sit out in the Mall. Their tables were grubby even though it was 5ish in the afternoon not busy at all. It was okay. I would’nt have eaten there!!!

I went to this shop many times and every time I go there it became more obvious to me that they don’t like or want coloured people at all also they have more hatred to you if you are Muslim!! their arrogant and go away look or speech to me or to any coloured customer can’t be missed at all and so obvious they don’t want you there.

Located near the entrance to the mall on the left hand side you’ll find Soho Coffee shop The breakfast bites on offer were reasonable and made fresh to order We paid £13-50 for two cans of pop with a breakfast bun and an Mashed Avocado on toast with two eggs The food wasn’t to long in coming out although I was ten minutes behind my other three friends who had already nearly finished theirs. The tables could have been cleaner and annoyingly a member of staff opened the front door wedging it open It wasn’t the warmest morning and we all looked in amazement as a cosy cafe in a few seconds because almost baltic Not bad value for money but we walked past several other places we could have stopped

Personal extremadamente grosero que no tardó en explicar su configuración de covid. Mi amigo tiene asperges y trató de ordenar y el servidor (mujeres rubias altas con cabello rizado) fue muy bajo y grosero con él y le dijo que hiciera cola nuevamente en lugar de ayudar. La comida era buena, pero el servicio era horrible. El personal no sabe lo que están haciendo y mostró una irritación visible con mi amigo que estaba haciendo todo lo posible. Nunca vendrá de nuevo.

Decided to get a takeaway Soup while shopping at the Mall, £ 3.80 ! OK hope it’s good, Paid, Lady went to the Fridge, pulled out a large bottle of ready mix ! Is that it I asked ? All ready for a ride in the Microwave ! I expected, as in most places a Hot Pot type of unit with a ladle ,warm ! Sadly not here. I asked for a refund. RIP off are the words that come to mind ! The rest of the offerings seem very expensive. I had a very nice coffee at Starbucks.

We were lucky to find a seat as Cribbs was very busy, but we were looking forward to a drink. The queue wasn’t very long and we were served by friendly staff, but what a shame about the latte. I think they must have heated the milk up too much, as it definitely had that boiled milk taste and certainly wasn’t like lattes I usually have! The tables were cleared and clean though!

Not a dig at the staff but more at the management. There was only two members off staff on which resulted in a long wait for food. Our coffee was cold by the time we got our sandwiches. Also £5.99 for a sandwich is steep, I'm from the north so I know price's down here are a little more but that's a lot. Wouldn't come again

Really disappointed with my coffee here today - at £2.70 for a coffee I want it right! Lady frothing milk was trying to make far too many at same time, not looking at milk whilst doing as putting other coffee on at same tine, repeatedly heated milk, my resulting flat white was more like a coffee with hot milk 😞. No sweet micro bubbles, no latte art, coffee a little bitter - so all in not the best ....

We had to stop in Cribbs Causeway and after travelling a long distance we needed coffee so stopped here and had a good selection of food and because it had only only just opened we didnt have to wait long. I had overnight nights with blueberries very nice. Lattes were hot and welcoming. Would use again if in the mall although i did see a branch in the city centre also.

Latter far too milky! Totally not what you expect as virtually no caffeine. Won’t be going back unless this changes.

The description says it all the food is slow coming out and needed chasing, the portions and presentation were very poor. It did taste good though

coffee & sandwiches made to order - better than many other coffee shops n the mall. The breakfast sandwiches are yummy

Poor coffee and not very nice pasta bowl. They want me to say more but what else can you say? Avoid.

Had lunch but they made simple mistake and missed beans on out jacket potatoes. However, staff made us feel it was our fault and tried to charge extra. Manager did sort but we were appalled and ruined experience.

dark coffee shop inside the Mall at Cribbs Causeway. serves hot and cold food and drink . Had coffee and jacket potato with cheese and beans...not very adventurous but there isn't much that they could get wrong. Big helping but potato full of black bits and my coffee order was wrong. Staff were apologetic and gave me a fresh coffee plus a free coffee voucher on my next visit.

Coffee was rubbish too strong small drink undrinkable the staff look at you as your dirt not enough staff to cope with demands overall not a good experience and would never set foot in there again the prices are over the top

This a small soho - and not enough staff or space to cope with the customer demand. The options are good for cakes and drinks but hot food if your a veggie - avoid as they use the same grill for veggie as they do...

the coffee was lovely and strong and the staff were understanding to my disabled daughter and that they had to make her latte with cold milk so it was luke warm for her as she has a sensitive mouth, but the food? i can't say...
