good choice of coffee's and hot drinks, lovely staff and good choice of sandwiches, cakes and snacks

Staff could do with some customer training. They carry on with their own conversations while you wait to be served. It’s a busy little place with some nice outdoor space but the prices are too high and if you stay longer than the allocated time, you’ll get absolutely stung with an excess charge for parking. Oh. And the toilets are VILE 🤢 Today was my last visit- I’ll not be back.

I visited this establishment around 2pm on 9th September on a break from my office based at Aztec. I quite often come in and always find it a friendly place to come and relax. However today I was absolutely appalled and shocked. Whilst stood waiting to order I could overhear (and the rest of the customers too, I expect!) the manager shouting at a member of staff that he is the manager and she mustn’t forget that. He belittled this member of staff in front of other colleagues and customers and left her visibly upset. Whether a manager or not, you should not be able to act this way in front of anyone, or towards anyone. I can only hope he is disciplined for his actions and his member of staff is feeling ok after this. I won’t be returning to an establishment that condones this kind of behaviour.

Very disappointing, poor service, staff not fully trained, I ordered a caramel frappuccino which has no caramel with no deco and when I mentioned to the staff they was arguing with me so I show them the picture on the frame how it should looked then they was telling me that they missed the caramel on the top but never said sorry. A total waste of money.

I always feel like I'm interrupting the staff conversations when I come here. Also, no access for pushchairs is ridiculous - I only recently found out that pushchair/wheelchair access is down the side & round back of the building. Avoid and go to Costa instead.

Popped in for a coffee as I had a meeting to attend over the road and I was early. It's a tiny little Starbucks with stairs (no disabled access). I ordered my drinks and paninis, they were served in an ok time and went outside to sit in the sunshine. I wasn't offered or given a receipt (argh, business needs one - had to go back in to get a reprint but it should be offered up front). Table outside was covered in prior people's cups and waste (as were all the tables). Shame as it's a cute little venue. Could do with more customer service orientation.

Went here before a meeting to grab some breakfast and a coffee. The staff were speaking to themselves when I arrived, and continued. My food (a cheese toastie) took forever, I was made to pick it up when they could have dropped it at the table like any other Starbucks, and it was cold. It is full of people (like me) who just want a table for an hour so, whilst they appear busy, they are not. There aren't a lot of options for people in the area, so I see why it is popular, but if I could avoid again I would.

Awful place where the staff are disengaged and the so called breakfast is some greasy bits of stail bread served with a weak coffee and not atmosphere.

Sorry but not a fan of here at all. Reheated cold breakfast that was swimming in grease. Just warm weak tea. Stayed at the lodge hotel and got breakfast in with the room here. Little did I realise it was this sort of breakfast and as such very disappointed. Wouldn't use here again

Does not serve hot breakfast but code sandwiches that are reheated, these are that greasy ended up leaving. Made the mistake of ordering breakfast here when stay at Lodge on the Park and did not realise it was cold. The voucher does not cover the cost of a drink and breakfast. The Coffee was luke warn and weak, food greasy and the service poor. Certainly will not be using this again except for checking into the hotel.

Stop by here on a regular basis and always impressed by the service and friendliness of the staff. Good Job!

A nice and warm venue with friendly staff which is not only a Starbucks but a pub as well. The best part is that they now are dog friendly and allow dogs in a section indoors as well as outside.

Really nice Starbucks in that it’s more like a nice pub with modern comfy seating. There’s a fair bit of seating outside, front and back, and they have a basket of blankets. Friendly service. Coffee good. Burnt caramel brownie amazing ! Not five star as quite expensive for what you get plus cake selection never very good (not much choice or enough). Otherwise excellent.

Visit here for coffee and snack, the service is good, the venue is quite small but that gives it a nice relaxed and homely feeling. A small lake near by with ducks so nice for a walk and a general good location

Whilst staying on the Aztec hotel over the last few years we use the Starbucks every time we visit and the one thing that stands out is the staff, one lady in particular (Steffi) who greets us with a smile and a welcome every time no matter how busy it seems to be she is a absolute asset to the store.

There's no way of getting to the counters if you're in a wheelchair or have a pushchair, I'm not going to leave my baby unattended

Nice options for breakfast coffees. Outdoor seating. Service station prices. Generally relaxed, friendly staff.

Plenty of seating area available indoor and outdoors, Friendly staff, Can be used for business or casual purposes. Has washroom facilities which is very clean and tidy. Overall highly recommend.

Never slated a STARBUCKS in all the years I've used them world wide. I suppose there is always an exception.

Neat place, tucked away on the edge of the business park. Shame its not park of the Starbucks chain, you can't get points here or use your points to get a free drink! Nice nooks for meetings.

Dint be confused by the name if this place, they do a variety of food at lunch and dinner times, have a licensed bar and a pretty decent interior. I have stayed in the attached lodge hotel too which is also very nice.

This is my favourite Starbucks in the area. Convenient parking at the lodge next door, don't get caught out and park in Aztec as it's really expensive!

Sooooo boring and no options other than the Starbucks usual range. Really expensive at lunchtime and salad options are tiny.

Staying in the main hotel across the car park, I didn't feel hungry enough for a full breakfast. We purchased coffee,and breakfast pastries £7 ish,and ate them in our room the Starbucks was great,and very Convenient for those that like a great caffeine fix first thing !!

I have visited this Starbucks on a number of occasions but this is my first review.

Place is nice, staff are great and I want to be fair if you like what Starbucks do you will love it.

A busy location especially in the early to mid morning. Guests staying at the Lodge next door have to queue up with regular customers and select a pre prepared roll and coffee or tea for breakfast.

I use this place quite regularly - normally for business meets. We picnic'd as a family in the grassy area at the rear today - Bank Holiday Monday - I ordered drinks at 3:30 to be told 'we close at 4' I double checked the time which was still 3:30 and said 'OK' a little confused. The guy then said ' not only will we close but we'll lock the doors'! There followed an awkward pause until I said I'd have take out! Still disgruntled - the guy made my drinks. I had also asked for a Pepsi but couldn't have that as the bar at the end of the counter was now closed - so that the staff could chat to each other over it!!!

We enjoyed a breakfast of warmed ham and cheese croissant and bacon roll plus very tasty coffee. We dined at the back where it was peaceful and picturesque. Staff friendly and helpful.

I have visited 3x in last 2 days as have took members of my team here for their meetings and to have a nice drink, service was good and got to sit out side as weather was nice. Inside is also nice and very modern

This is one of the best Starbucks we have been to, stunning inside and out. Totally amazing they had just cleaned all the machines as they were closing but still made us a drink So thanks for that

Picked a really busy time for a visit. Had to wait a while for the staff to get my coffee as they had a awkward serving system. The table was dirty but they did wipe it quickly when asked. Would not put me off going here again.

This is really tricky to find. There is a tiny sign on the roundabout approaching buts not clear once in the Aztec west business park. Once there they have free parking for up to two hours, charging thereafter. Normal Starbucks date with good service and friendly staff

Not a great deal to say about Starbucks, apart from this one also being a bistro.

This used to be my favourite pub in the area which has now been turned into a starbucks. It is what it is and at times the service is a little slow, but the prices are what they are and the atmosphere is quiet so at least you can hear yourself heard.

Nice area to sit and have breakfast, outside area when it ever stops raining! Stayed in lodge and used starbucks for breakfasts every day

Called in for coffees and a snack on way home from Somerset. Nice coffee,decent snack,good service, easy parking, handy for shop next door in service station. (M&S;)

A really cute little Starbucks adjacent to the Aztec west hotel. Would recommend, bit different to a usual starbucks

I found this Starbucks on Waze because I wanted to get a nice espresso in this area and this was the first one I found. The cool thing about it is that it is part of a hotel and the check-in counter is next to the espresso machine! The rest is Starbucks quality, not more, not less. There is parking available around so if you're passing by (far from the city centre of Bristol) you can pay a visit.

Went here recently for coffee with friends and paid another visit with our dog but unfortunately he was not allowed in! Seems a shame as the floors are stone and wood so nothing to damage and after all it is just an upmarket pub! You could of course sit outside but to be honest it was too cold to sit out so we didn't bother. Just your run of the mill Starbucks but a little bit nicer....

Nice location, with little else around. A bit pricey & coffees were not the best but I suppose it depends who's making them. Decor was nice but not a huge amount of seating inside. Free weekend parking & up to 2 hrs during the week.

Good location opposite Aztec Hotel & Spa. Small lawn out front, with tables & chairs and a small patio garden at rear. Split level and variety of seating inside with tables and sofas.

Busy but efficient and friendly service for good food that was reasonably priced and eaten in a clean fresh setting with free Wi-Fi. The only downside is the fatty farmed smoked Salmon that looked more like streaky bacon. Still ate it though!

We enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere the coffee shop offered for breakfast the morning after we had stayed at Lodge on the Park next door. The staff were very friendly and made an excellent coffee for us so we can find a cosy corner to tuck ourselves away in and read the morning news.

We come to this Starbucks quite often, as it is close to where we live. A very cosy decor inside, and plenty of space outside to enjoy the weather with a perfect cup of coffee...

My partner and I visit regularly due to the relaxed atmosphere and good coffee. The staff have always been very friendly and the toasted sandwiches and cakes are always yummy.

Feels like a bistro on an evening, great little menu, nice and friendly staff. Fine for a single female diner! Will come again!

This Starbucks is cute and Cosy. In a quiet area of business park . Friendly staff and tidy and clean. Come here all the time!!

Love this starbucks. It's a franchise so they don't do rewards etc. but it's got nice seating and a good outdoor seating area. The other half is a restraunt any so you can have good food too. There's 2 hours free parking available :)

I suppose that if you arrive for breakfast at 7:30 it's still too early to have used up the food from the day before. Nearly £9 for an orange juice / porridge / chewy croissant & cup of tea. Five minute wait to be served.

They don't give rewards and nor do they give free coffee entitlement. They don't even provide all the drink listed on the board.

Visited on 21st October in the morning and the 2 ladies serving were brilliant. Very friendly and helpful.

We didn't really know the area so the Starbucks next to the rooms was perfect for us to grab some quick refreshments before we made our way to our family wedding. A tad expensive but it was convenient for us.

This was a nice starbucks which seemed as though it offered more than the usual coffee and cake/sandwich selection. There were also pizzas etc. We only had a coffee, and it was a very nice setting. Some of the restaurant was very dark for a morning coffee and had the feeling of an evening eatery.

I have only had had coffee and snacks at Starbucks before, but as this one had an evening menu and was next to our hotel (and we fancied an informal meal) we decided to eat here. We were immediately impressed by the service, which remained consistently good throughout but the food was well above our expectations and absolutely delicious. We had pasta and pizza and whilst this may sound basic, it wasn't - the chef clearly knows what he/she is doing. We would definitely eat there again.

First time at this Starbucks and I won't be returning. The guy who served me was rude and either his English was poor or he couldn't be bothered to speak. Coffee is weak and tasteless and I know I should have gone to Costa.

The Lodge is administered by the Starbucks Café on the site. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly and made our stay most enjoyable. The only issue I had was the somewhat intrusive low beat noise when the main hotel opposite held late night functions.
