Absolutely awful experience, ruined our evening by messing up orders, then offered a refund to only be refunded half a few days later, call store to be made out a liar and be told that wasn’t agreed even though it was 100% agreed after our conversation on Friday evening when you ruined it for all of our party. Disgusting attitude from your staff

Plenty of seating and the food is high quality! Hot and cold drinks available.

Bought a large cappuccino to share. Wasn’t filled up as much as I expected, but was nice otherwise. Staff friendly and nice little seating area

Absolutely terrible! Ordered a meal, delivery when arrived was wrong,waiting time ,was told 30 to 40 mins. Hour and 15 mins later it arrive. Phoned to complain and was told they have a new person started. Unacceptable!! Plus the cheek of the person on there end of the phone turned around and said.... sorry man, love you! Seriously! Advise everyone to avoid the place. Food terrible and disgusting manners!

Dogs allowed. It's a Costa. Not much more to say. However this one is dog friendly! Recommended if you pass with the pooch!

Staff are friendly, quick service. Children’s area was a win for us. Food was lovely and again quick service. Would recommend

This is a great place to eat,drink and socialise. The staff do a great job and are a credit to the establishment. Will continue my visits to the teddy fat into the distant future.

I love that it’s now advertising itself as dog friendly. Have been in twice in last week during morning dog walk and it’s been a welcome pit stop on each occasion.

A good old get together with pals and use of the skittles Alley. The buffet was truly impressive whilst unfortunately almost every beer I tried tasted not so fresh. Staff were polite but they knew the pipes weren’t great. It was awkward. Nice people, nice food beer not so great. Convenient for the Rugby of course.

First time at this particular KFC since before the pandemic, so several years ago. Plenty of on-site parking was available at the time of my visit (6pm on a Saturday evening). Since my last visit, the restaurant has been refurbished and has had self-service ordering tills installed. Food came very quickly after ordering. The fries have changed since my last visit and now have a light dusting of black pepper to give them a bit of a spicy kick. My burger was okay, however in my view there was just a little too much Zinger sauce as it ended up oozing out everywhere 😂 - others may like that of course. Overall I was pleased with the food and cleanliness of the restaurant.
