KFC Gloucester - Eastbrook Road in Gloucester

First time at this particular KFC since before the pandemic, so several years ago. Plenty of on-site parking was available at the time of my visit (6pm on a Saturday evening). Since my last visit, the restaurant has been refurbished and has had self-service ordering tills installed. Food came very quickly after ordering. The fries have changed since my last visit and now have a light dusting of black pepper to give them a bit of a spicy kick. My burger was okay, however in my view there was just a little too much Zinger sauce as it ended up oozing out everywhere 😂 - others may like that of course. Overall I was pleased with the food and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Fantastic customer service from ARYAN So welcoming and provided me with the best service I hope he gets told of my review I asked for Rib pieces for my elderly mum and he done what he could

For a KFC this was good,the food was hot and well seasoned and we didn't have to wait too long. Free parking is available outside.

We went there after work with tge Grandson. It was done up really nice inside and very clean. It was nice and warm as some places are really cold. The service and food were both amazing.

KFC is so far the best I love the food and its high quality

Really nice and clean KFC restaurant, the food was tasty although a bit on the pricey side compared to some other establishments, which are better than KFC (including Slim Chickens).

They didn’t even deliver all our food, was missing 8 hot wings & I then rang them up to have them say it’s not there fault & I can only reorder the same meal again then request a refund for the last one but in that time the food was already cold, soggy & vile so we all went without. I want a full refund on this as I’m not happy at all!! 5 people this was supposed to feed. It’s an absolute joke!

Driver had collected food then went to another eatery to collect another order for someone else ordered food at 17.05 delivered at 18. 24 .Food was cold and not edible throw it in the bin just wasted £25.99 never will I use again.

2½ hours late to be precise! Absolutely shocking, couldn't email as it kept saying address was invalid, then when it did arrive it was practically cold!!! Seriously NOT impressed!

Missed items from my recent order that were present on the receipt (not fornthe first time either) ,delievry driver said thats all he was given, put a refund request in for the missing items and was refused a refund or any kind of compensation. What a joke

I ordered two burgers and a 10-piece chicken bucket. Normally, I receive a variety of pieces – 2 legs, 2 breasts, and so on. However, this time, the bucket was filled with mostly legs, which was disappointing. As a former KFC employee, I expected better quality control. I wouldn’t recommend ordering online based on this experience. Overall, I’m quite dissatisfied.

Rude staff member , passed by today 16/08/24 @ 21:10 drivethrough , a lady who served me , not sure of her race but looked like Indian , just passed me my food rudely, closed the window and rolled her eyes at me before I even asked for some catchup and called out from the window and she never came until a different lady came to help .

One of the best tasting KFC I ever had in this country .

These Tesco finest pork sausage with a glaze honey, whole grain mustard and soy sauce were absolutely outstanding and enjoyed them with a side of poached eggs and toasted sourdough, this was to make up for the KFC I had the night before which was absolutely pathetic and made me question whether I wanted to continue existing. The amount of mayonnaise that came out of my fillet tower burger on the first bite almost caused a natural disaster.

Nice and clean, efficient, HOT food quickly served. We were lucky as it was quiet with only four or five tables occupied. Would definitely go again and recommend to anyone who likes KFC
