A typical KFC, but with friendly, efficient staff. It has a drive through.

Nothing special, parking was ok.

Food was amazing, well done tasty and hot. Service was impressive also. Clean and welcoming inside. Lots of parking spaces.

A good KFC - a bit hard to find but fine once you work out how to get in to trading estate

If you need to call this place about an order for and allergy for example don’t bother, you can actually hear them pick up the phone then instantly put it back down

Food was awful but you will not reply you never do so this is pointless

I took my son there for his 11th birthday, he asked for KFC, the staff were very pleasant, the food was good and the service was excellent. It was very clean. I will definitely visit again.

Driver very rude should be sacked

Ask KFC to put hot drinks available like McDonald’s do. I don’t like fizzy drinks!

Absolutely awful taste and the texture didn’t seem right. Can’t tell if it was overcooked to become so firm or whether it was expired meat. Has put me off eating here again.

First time at this particular KFC since before the pandemic, so several years ago. Plenty of on-site parking was available at the time of my visit (6pm on a Saturday evening). Since my last visit, the restaurant has been refurbished and has had self-service ordering tills installed. Food came very quickly after ordering. The fries have changed since my last visit and now have a light dusting of black pepper to give them a bit of a spicy kick. My burger was okay, however in my view there was just a little too much Zinger sauce as it ended up oozing out everywhere 😂 - others may like that of course. Overall I was pleased with the food and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Arrived at least 30mins after the original estimated time. When it did arrive it was STONE cold. Ludicrously expensive as well. Would avoid to be honest…..

Bag was split down the side and driver handed the food over in bits, bucket had no lid on it, so pretty sure it feel out in his car

Part of my order was for three pices of chicken well one large piece, one medium sized piece and one very small piece. I could not justify paying the same price for the very small piece against the other two pieces of chicken. Not pleased.

Estimated times are so out of touch with reality when it comes to KFC. This is the second time this has happened now. With an extra 45-60 mins wait added on when it gets close to original estimated time. I appreciate it can be busy but when there is no transparency between the app and restaurant for wait times or for when a driver has accepted or not is abysmal

delay in preparing the order for over an hour. not a driver issue

went to KFC drive through and re confirmed my order with the man who was serving before paying for my order, once paid, i then checked my order before driving off again to find that i had 3 items wrong with my order, after re confirming! the chicken was dry and they refused to refund or to even re make my meal or to even replace the wrong items, we also payed for extra sauce of a charge of 50p and not a single sauce was in the bag, Every time we visit here we never get the correct food! would not recommend this KFC!!!

I requested all pieces to be thighs. I was given 1 thigh and 2 breast and 2 side breast . I find kfc breast and side breast very dry. Dissapointed and threw most part away
