KFC Gloucester - Eastbrook Road in Gloucester

First time at this particular KFC since before the pandemic, so several years ago. Plenty of on-site parking was available at the time of my visit (6pm on a Saturday evening). Since my last visit, the restaurant has been refurbished and has had self-service ordering tills installed. Food came very quickly after ordering. The fries have changed since my last visit and now have a light dusting of black pepper to give them a bit of a spicy kick. My burger was okay, however in my view there was just a little too much Zinger sauce as it ended up oozing out everywhere 😂 - others may like that of course. Overall I was pleased with the food and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Not all the chips were cooked, some were still hard, and you always a couple of drumsticks in a barfain bucket but there were none, a bit disappointing this time

Fastest KFC I’ve ever been to. My order was ready in under a minute. Food was piping hot and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. Table I sat at was clean. Very happy

Part of my order was for three pices of chicken well one large piece, one medium sized piece and one very small piece. I could not justify paying the same price for the very small piece against the other two pieces of chicken. Not pleased.

Estimated times are so out of touch with reality when it comes to KFC. This is the second time this has happened now. With an extra 45-60 mins wait added on when it gets close to original estimated time. I appreciate it can be busy but when there is no transparency between the app and restaurant for wait times or for when a driver has accepted or not is abysmal

went to KFC drive through and re confirmed my order with the man who was serving before paying for my order, once paid, i then checked my order before driving off again to find that i had 3 items wrong with my order, after re confirming! the chicken was dry and they refused to refund or to even re make my meal or to even replace the wrong items, we also payed for extra sauce of a charge of 50p and not a single sauce was in the bag, Every time we visit here we never get the correct food! would not recommend this KFC!!!

I requested all pieces to be thighs. I was given 1 thigh and 2 breast and 2 side breast . I find kfc breast and side breast very dry. Dissapointed and threw most part away

I live in a country where KFC is a rare site, so was looking for one as a stop off. Popped into here on the way to somewhere else. Every piece of food across 2 different orders was perfect. Possibly the best KFC I have eaten! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it's location. Not an obvious place to find ... Only did so as searched on Google maps for a one! .. Also shares a carpark with a hand car wash place which doesn't feel right imo. Still great, hot and fast food. Would deffo go back if in the area.

We went there after work with tge Grandson. It was done up really nice inside and very clean. It was nice and warm as some places are really cold. The service and food were both amazing.

Really nice and clean KFC restaurant, the food was tasty although a bit on the pricey side compared to some other establishments, which are better than KFC (including Slim Chickens).

They didn’t even deliver all our food, was missing 8 hot wings & I then rang them up to have them say it’s not there fault & I can only reorder the same meal again then request a refund for the last one but in that time the food was already cold, soggy & vile so we all went without. I want a full refund on this as I’m not happy at all!! 5 people this was supposed to feed. It’s an absolute joke!
